"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh persepsi mengenai kemampuan mengenali peluang dengan self-efficacy terhadap motivasi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi program magister. Penelitian dilakukan pada 211 orang mahasiswa program magister manajemen dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung variabel self-efficacy terhadap variabel motivasi berwirausaha lebih kecil daripada pengaruh tidak langsug self-efficacy terhadap motivasi berwirausaha melalui variabel persepsi mengenai kemampuan mengenali peluang. Hasil ini sekaligus memperkuat hasil-hasil penetitian sebelumnya bahwa persepsi terhadap kemampuan mengenali peluang sebagai faktor kognitif berperan positif dalam mempengaruhi minat seseorang untuk berwirausaha. Dengan demikian, persepsi terhadap kemarnpuan mengenali peluang lebih berperan daripada self-efficacy dalarn mendorong seseorang untuk berwirausaha.
Saran yang diajukan untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah: (1) mengingat besarnya pengaruh persepsi mengenai kemampuan mengenali peluang terhadap pilihan karir usaha mandiri, perlu diberikan pelatihan-pelatihan atau materi mengenai kewirausthaan di sekotah-sekolah, (2) penelitian dapat dilakukan pada mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi lain balk negeri maupun swasta, sehingga dapat diperoleh gambaran yang lebih komprehensif, (3) penelitian mengenai pengaruh kreativitas, pngetahuan sebelurnnya (prior knowledge) dan faktor kognitif seperti peran mental skema terhadap persepsi mengenai kemampuan mengenali peluang perlu dilakukan mengingat dalam penelitian ini yang diuji hanyalah kewaspadaan (allertness), (4) penelitian lanjutan mengenai hubungan yang sating mempengaruhi antara perspesi rnengenai kernampuan mengenali petuang dan self-eficacy motivasi berwirausaha dan (5) Teknik wawancara mendalarn dan focus group discussion dapat digunakan untuk melengkapi hasil penelitian, karena dalam penelitian ini kedua hal tersebut belum dilakukan.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of perception of opportunity recognition ability and self-efficacy to entrepreneurial motivation on university students of magister program. This study administered the measure of structural equation modelling to 211 students of magister management program. Results showed that the direct influence of self-efficacy variable is smaller than the indirect influence of self-efficacy to entrepreneurial motivation through variable of perception of opportunity recognition ability. The result is strengthening the prior result that perception of opportunity recognition ability as cognitive factor had positive role in influencing people's interest to entrepreneurship. Thus, perception of opportunity recognition ability has more important role than self-efficacy in pursuing individual to become an entrepreneur.
Suggestions for future research are: (1) since the important role of perception of opportunity recognition ability to entrepreneurial motivation, it is recommended to have trainings and entrepreneurial material program at schools, (2) study could be conducted on student of the other private and state universities, in order to obtained more comprehensive output, (3) it is needed to study about the role of creativity, prior knowledge and other cognitive factors such as schema mental to opportunity recognition because of the only factor of allertness that has been examined in this study, (4) further research to study mutual-relationship of perception of opportunity recognition and self-efficacy, and (5) depth interview and focus group discussion techniques could be used to add the results of this study.

"Mengetahui pentingnya mempertahankan hubungan penuh rasa percaya antar sesama, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara motivasi kerelawanan dan kepercayaan interpersonal. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah korelasional dan partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan relawan yang berasal dari kalangan usia emerging adulthood yaitu 18 s.d. 29 tahun yang berjumlah 1334 orang dari berbagai kota di Indonesia. Kepercayaan interpersonal diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Propensity to Trust Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Evans dan Revelle 2008 , sementara itu motivasi kerelawanan diukur dengan Volunteer Functions Inventory yang dikembangkan oleh Clary, Snyder, Ridge, Copeland, Stukas, Haugen, dan Miene 1998.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga dari enam dimensi motivasi kerelawanan mdash;values, social, dan understanding mdash;berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan interpersonal, sedangkan dimensi protective berhubungan negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan interpersonal. Hasil analisis lebih lanjut juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh motivasi kerelawanan pada keenam dimensi motivasi kerelawanan, terutama pada dimensi values dan understanding. Kedua dimensi tersebut berpengaruh lebih kuat terhadap kepercayaan interpersonal dibandingkan dengan keempat dimensi motivasi kerelawanan lainnya; yaitu protective, career, social, dan enhancement.

Given the importance of maintaining trustful relationship, the goal of the present research was to determine whether volunteer motivations correlate with interpersonal trust. A correlational design was employed and measures were obtained from 1334 volunteers from various cities in Indonesia. Interpersonal trust was measured using Propensity to Trust Scale by Evans and Revelle 2008 , while volunteer motivations were measured using Volunteer Functions Inventory by Clary, Snyder, Ridge, Copeland, Stukas, Haugen, and Miene 1998.
The results demonstrated that three of six designated dimensions of volunteer motivations mdash values, social, and understanding mdash were positively correlated with interpersonal trust while the other dimension namely protective was found negatively correlated with interpersonal trust. Advanced analysis also determined that six designated dimensions of volunteer motivations have influence on interpersonal trust, especially values and understanding. Both dimensions have stronger influences towards interpersonal trust compared to the other dimensions they are protective, career, social, and enhancement.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa baru Universitas Indonesia angkatan 2013 berjumlah 726 dan bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan peneliti mengenai ?Apakah dukungan makna belajar dari dosen, motivasi intrinsik, self-efficacy, dan pandangan mahasiswa terhadap dosen sebagai otoritas sumber informasi berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan belajar mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan??. Untuk meneliti dan mendapatkan pemahaman yang menyeluruh mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keterlibatan belajar mahasiswa dalam aktivitas perkuliahannya, peneliti menggunakan sudut pandang antropologi untuk menjelaskan dinamika yang terjadi dalam diri mahasiswa dan sudut pandang epistemologi untuk menjelaskan proses pembentukan pengetahuan dalam belajar. Berdasarkan analisis literatur Perspektif Self Determination Theory dan Epistemological Beliefs Theory peneliti membangun Model Persamaan Struktural Keterlibatan Belajar. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah "Model persamaan struktural keterlibatan belajar sesuai dengan data penelitian". Variabel-variabel penelitian dalam model persamaan struktural keterlibatan belajar yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah dukungan makna belajar dari dosen, motivasi intrinsik, selfefficacy, pandangan otoritas sumber informasi, dan keterlibatan belajar. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dalam dua tahap penelitian. Pada tahap penelitian pendahuluan dilakukan penelusuran prioritas kebutuhan dasar psikologik dan pada penelitian utama dilakukan pengujian model persamaan struktural keterlibatan belajar. Hasil utama penelitian mengungkap bahwa dukungan makna belajar dari dosen dan pandangan mahasiswa terhadap dosennya sebagai otoritas sumber informasi secara signifikan memengaruhi keterlibatan belajar melalui self-efficacy dan motivasi intrinsik. Artinya, dukungan makna belajar dari dosen dan pandangan mahasiswa terhadap dosennya sebagai otoritas sumber informasi dapat meningkatkan kualitas keterlibatan belajar mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan. Peneliti memaparkan keterbatasan, implikasi dan saran penelitian sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian.

The study is focused on University of Indonesia Freshman of 2013 to answer the research question "How students perceive this lectures and student's engagement in class". To get a complete understanding of the factors that influence students engagement, anthropological and epistemological views are used. Based on Self Determination Theory and Epistemological Beliefs Theory this study constructs a Structural Model of Student Engagement and suggests the hypothesis that "Student engagement structural model fits with the data". Variables in this study are lecturer's support in making learning meaningful, intrinsic motivation, selfefficacy, students? perceived epistemic authority, and student engagement. The hypothesis is tested in 2 stages. In the first stage, a mixed methods study is used to discover priority of students basic psychological needs. In the second stage of the study, The Structural Equation Model is used to test the student engagement theoretical model. Overall, results of statistical testing accepted the hypothesized structural model, fitting with the observed data. The researcher also discusses the limitation of the study.

"The criminal act of drugs abuse, which has been increasing in number nowadays, has threaten the life of all nations in the world including Indonesia due to the transnational distribution of illegal drugs.
The establishment of the Class II A Narcotics Penitentiary is a response of the Government, through the Directorate General of Penitentiary, to the Combating Drugs Abuse and Illicit Trade of Narcotics (P4GN) program. This policy is adapted from the people's demand to make changes to the existing system.
The rehabilitation of the criminals of narcotics case as a complex problem since they play part not only as drugs dealers, but also drugs addicts. This particular condition makes the rehabilitation of the narcotics prisoners is more complicated than other prisoners.
One of the aims of the establishment of the narcotics penitentiary is to cut off the link of illicit drugs trade in Indonesia. Thus, the people who administer the penitentiary are expected to be able to play their part and to run the penitentiary function properly. Every personnel of the penitentiary shall be provided with administrative and technical capability through education and training in order to carry out their main duty and function. They also need motivation to support their creativity and to enhance their performance.
The theory applied to study employee performance analysis in its relation to the prisoners' behavior is the employee performance theory by Keith Davis with the formula as follow: Human Performance = Ability + Motivation. One's performance is influenced by ability and motivation. While ability is obtained from education, training and experience, motivation rises from the impulse of humans desire to meet their basic necessities, which is expressed in their behavior.
In this research descriptive analytic method is employed. Distributing questionnaires as a means of data collection and doing interviews as the basis of rationality and objectivity of this research conduct a field approach of survey method.
A positive correlation coefficient value between ability variable and employee performance is resulted in this research. The ability variable correlation value over employee performance is r = 0.551. This indicates that the relation between working motivation and employee performance is positive. Based on the simple regression analysis, there is a positive and significant influence of ability variable over employee performance variable with a determinant correlation R2 of 0.424 or 0.424 x 100% = 42.4 %. The rest 57.6% is influenced by other variables beyond this research on a significance level of 0.000. It also found that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation variable on employee performance in the Class II A Narcotics Penitentiary with a determinant correlation R2 of 0.303 x 100% = 30.3%. The rest 69.7% is influenced by other variables beyond this research with significance level 0.000.
The multiple regression analysis performed shows that ability (X1) and motivation (X2) have consistently a positive and significant relation on employee performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient r2 of 0.673. This analysis also points out an influence of ability (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) with determinant coefficient R2 of 0.453 or 0.453 x 100% = 45.3% while the rest 54.3% is influenced by other variables beyond this research on a significance level of 0.000.
It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relation between ability and motivation and employee performance. The influence perception of ability and motivation on employee performance also appears in the Class II A Narcotics Penitentiary although there is still a 54.7 % of it which is influenced by other variables.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari occupational future time perspective (OFTP) dan entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) terhadap intensi individu untuk melakukan pensiun dini. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bank di Indonesia (N = 202). Data yang diperoleh dari seluruh partisipan dianalisis menggunakan Pearsons correlation dan Multiple Linear Regression pada SPSS v. 23.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efek dari OFTP pada intensi pensiun dini adalah negatif dan signifikan, dan efek dari ESE pada intensi pensiun dini adalah positif dan signifikan. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa terdapat varians unik yang disumbang oleh ESE pada intensi pensiun dini setelah mengontrol OFTP dan data demografis. Pembahasan hasil dan saran didiskusikan.

This study aims to investigate the effect of occupational future time perspective (OFTP) and entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) on intention of early retirement. Participants involved in this research were 202 bankers in Indonesia. Data were analysed using the Pearsons correlation and Multiple Linear Regression on SPSS v. 23.
Results indicated that the main effect of OFTP on intention of early retirement was negative and significant, and that the main effect of ESE on intention of early retirement was positive and significant. Furthermore, the results showed that ESE contributed unique variance on intention of early retirement after controlling OFTP and demographical data. Further research implications are discussed.

"ABSTRAK

Berbagai penelitian sebelumnya menyoroti kreatifitas sebagai komponen utama dalam industri kreatif termasuk televisi. Peningkatan kreatifitas telah menjadi kebutuhan perusahaan pada industri ini. Penelitian ini mempelajari pengaruh motivasi baik instrinsik dan ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja kreatif karyawan perusahaan televisi berita dengan moderasi dari creative self efficacy danreward importance. Hasilnya, ditemukan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut tidak memiliki efek moderasi atas pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik yakni rewardsterhadap creative performance. Sementara motivasi intrinsik memiliki pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap kinerja kreatif individu. Analisa ini memperkaya penelitian sebelumnya yang menyimpulkan moderasi creative self efficacyhanya terjadi terhadap karyawan yang memiliki high creative self efficacy. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 202 karyawan yang berasal dari tujuh perusahaan televisi berita di Indonesia, termasuk kepada karyawan dari divisi business operation dan business strategic. 


ABSTRACT

 


Creativity has been a discussion as creative performance being one of the most important matters in creative industry. Companies tries to improve their creativity as it is a necessity especially for those who enggaged in this industry. Despite the pro cons of reward effectiveness, many companies put reward as their tools to enhanced their employees performance. This study focused on the influence of both instrinsic and extrinsic motivation on the creative performance of news television company employees. Creative self efficacy and reward importance placed as the moderating variable of  extrinsic motivation or rewards. Result found that these two variables did not have a moderating effectthe influence of reward for creative performance, meanwhile intrinsic motivation highly influence individual creative performance. This analysis enriches previous research which conclude that the moderation of creative self efficacy only occurs on employees who have high creative self efficacy ( Malik et al., 2015). The study was conducted on 202 employees of 7 news television companies in Indonesia who worked not just a journalist, but also supporting role such as business operation and business strategic.

"Pelaksanaan program sasaran keselamatan pasien yang belum mencapai target, menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan komitmen perawat sebagai profesi jumlah terbanyak dan kontak terlama dengan pasien pada fasilitas layanan kesehatan. Sehingga, dibutuhkan penguatan manajer keperawatan terutama manajer keperawatan tingkat operasional dalam melakukan supervisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan supervisi kepala ruangan menurut persepsi perawat terhadap efikasi diri dan motivasi perawat dalam melaksanakan program sasaran keselamatan pasien. Penelitian cross sectional ini dilaksanakan pada 104 responden yang dipilih secara proportional dan simple random sampling dengan kriteria perawat yang bekerja pada ruangan rawat inap, bersedia menjadi responden serta hadir pada saat penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara supervisi kepala ruangan terhadap efikasi diri (p value : 0.002) dan motivasi (p value:0.003). Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa terhadap hubungan yang bermakna antara lama kerja dengan motivasi (p value : 0.003), dan didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan bermakna yang negatif antara pelatihan keselamatan pasien dengan motivasi dalam melaksanakan program SKP (p value : 0.01). Perawat yang mengikuti pelatihan, memiliki motivasi yang rendah dalam melaksanakan program SKP. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah bahwa ada hubungan pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala ruangan menurut persepsi perawat dengan efikasi diri dan motivasi perawat dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa manajer rumah sakit perlu melaksanakan supervisi secara teratur dan terorganisir.

The implementation of the patient safety target program, which has has not yet reached the target, shows the need to increase the commitment of nurses as the profession with the highest number and longest contact with patients in health care facilities. Thus, it is necessary to strengthen nursing managers, especially operational level nursing managers in conducting supervision. This study aims to determine the relationship between the supervision of the head nurse according to the nurse’s perception of self efficacy and the motivation of nurses in implementing the patient safety target program. This cross- sectional study was carried out on 104 respondents who were selected by proportional and simple random sampling with the criteria of nurses working in inpatient rooms, willing to be respondents and being present at the time of the study. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the supervision of the head nurse on self-efficacy (p value : 0.002) and motivation (p value: 0.003). The results of the analysis also show that there is a significant relationship between length of work and motivation (p value : 0.003). The results of the analysis also found that there was a significant relationship negatively between patient safety training and motivation in implementing the patient safety programs (p value : 0.01). Nurses who took part in the training had low motivation in implementing the patient safety target programs. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between the implementation of supervision by the head nurse according to the nurse’s perception with self-efficacy and motivation of nurses in implementing patient safety in hospitals. This study recommends that hospital managers need to carry out supervision regularly and organized."

"Menjadi seorang wirausahawan memiliki pengaruh yang baik dalam membantu para PMI untuk mengelola uang yang didapatkan dari hasil bekerja di luar negeri, agar uang tersebut berputar dan mereka bisa memiliki peningkatan pendapatan hingga kualitas hidup secara berkelanjutan. Dari hasil penelitian-penelitian terdahulu diketahui bahwa locus of control, entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan entrepreneurial intention dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan opportunity recognition yang dimiliki PMI untuk memulai wirausaha. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan survey hingga mendapat 202 orang PMI yang berada di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur dan kemudian data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa locus of control positif tidak signifikan dan entrepreneurial self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap entrepreneurial intention dan keduanya berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap opportunity recognition. Entrepreneurial intention berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap opportunity dan memediasi sempurna pada locus of control dan opportunity recognition serta memediasi secara parsial signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan opportunity recognition.

Becoming an entrepreneurs have a good influence in helping PMIs to manage the money they get from working abroad, so that the money goes round and they can have an increase in income to a sustainable quality of life. From the results of previous studies, it is known that locus of control, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention can affect PMI's ability to have opportunity recognition to start an entrepreneur. Data collection was carried out by conducting a survey to obtain 202 PMI people in East Nusa Tenggara Province and then the data obtained were processed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that positive locus of control was not significant and entrepreneurial self-efficacy had a significant negative effect on entrepreneurial intention and both had a significant positive effect on opportunity recognition. Entrepreneurial intention has a significant positive effect on opportunity and mediates perfectly on locus of control and opportunity recognition as well as partially significant mediation on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and opportunity recognition"

"Membangun SMK3 bagi setiap perusahaan untuk menjamin dan memastikan keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerjanya yang dibutuhkan peran pengawas dengan menunjukkan kinerja terbaik. Terwujudnya kinerja yang optimal dari pengawas membutuhkan beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional dan efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja pengawasan pada SMK3 dengan mengambil objek pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap ?PQR?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode cross-sectional survey. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 26 pengawas dengan teknik sensus. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan statistik parametrik yang meliputi korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji F dan regresi menggunakan SPSS versi 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional dan efikasi diri secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pengawasan pada SMK3 pada PLTU "PQR".
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional dan efikasi diri perlu ditingkatkan. Dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja pimpinan perlu memberikan penghargaan dan umpan balik terhadap pengawas yang berprestasi, memfasilitasi agar memperoleh pelatihan, dan memberi kesempatan untuk memperoleh promosi sebagai sarana mengembangkan diri dan meningkatkan karir. Peningkatan komitmen organisasional pengawas dapat dilakukan dengan membangun hubungan yang harmonis antara pengawas dengan stakeholder perusahaan dan menumbuhkan rasa memiliki terhadap organisasi serta berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan pengawas secara maksimal. Sementara peningkatan efikasi diri dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pemahaman terhadap pegawai tentang efikasi diri dengan mengundang ahli dan mengikutsertakan pada pelatihan dan seminar.

Building the OHS management system to ensure and assure the safety dan healthy of its workers. which takes the role of the supervisor with the best performance. The realization of the optimal performance of supervisors requires the support of many factors, among them the work motivation, organizational commitment and self-efficacy. This study aimed to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment and self-efficacy toward supervisory performance on the OHS management system by taking objects in "PQR" Steam Power Plant. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey method. The samples are taken with the 26 supervisors through census techniques. Collecting data using questionnaire. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and parametric statistics include correlation, coefficient of determination, t test, F test and regression by using SPSS program ver.18.
The results showed that work motivation, organizational commitment and self efficacy individually and simultaneously have a significant influence toward the supervision performance on the OHS management system in "PQR" Steam Power Plant. Based this study, the work motivation, organizational commitment and selfefficacy needs to be improved. In increasing work motivation and reward leaders need feedback to performing supervisors, in order to facilitate obtaining the training, and provide an opportunity to gain self-promotion as a means of developing and improving career. Increased supervisor organizational commitment can be made by build a harmonious relationship between the supervisor with the company's stakeholders and foster a sense of belonging to organizations and trying to meet the regulatory requirements to the fullest. While the increase in self-efficacy can be done by providing an understanding of the employees about self-efficacy with invite the experts and engage in training and seminars.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kepada pelanggan
dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap persepsi mengenai efisiensi dan efektivitas
ritel kecil. Data untuk penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu
penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung pada 130 pemilik ritel kecil dan diolah
menggunakan program SPSS 22 dan LISREL 8.51. Penelitian ini dilakukan di
Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Setelah penelitian dilakukan selama bulan April hingga
Juni 2015 didapati penerapan strategi orientasi pelanggan pada ritel kecil
berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja bisnis. Lain halnya dengan orientasi
kewirausahaan yang tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja bisnis
melainkan harus mempengaruhi orientasi pelanggan terlebih dahulu. Dimana
orientasi kewirausahaan juga mempengaruhi terjadinya orientasi pelanggan.
Kinerja bisnis yang dimaksudkan pada penelitian ini yakni efisiensi dan
efektivitas.
ABSTRACT
This study aimed to analyze the effect of orientation to customer and
entrepreneurial orientation towards effectiveness and efficiency perceptions of
small retail. Data for this research using quantitative methods for distributing
questionnaires directly to the 130 owners of small retail and processed using SPSS
22 and LISREL 8.51. This research was conducted in Depok City, West Java.
After the study was conducted during the months of April to June 2015 found the
application of the strategy of customer orientation on small retail impact
positively on the performance of the business. As with the entrepreneurial
orientation that does not directly affect business performance, but should affect
customer orientation first. The entrepreneurial orientation also affect the
occurrence of customer orientation. Business performance intended in this
research are effectiveness and efficiency."
