"Rumah sakit Islam adalah sebuah media pelayanan kesehatan untuk mengartikulasikan Islam dalam pelayanan sehari-hari. Dalam falsafahnya Rumah sakit Islam Jakarta adalah perwujudan dari iman dan amal sholeh kepada Allah dan menjadikannya sebagai sarana ibadah. Di setiap sudut ruang di RS1 Jakarta terparnpang hadis senyum adalah sedekah, tetapi setiap penulis berkunjung kesana jarang mendapat senyarnan. Di misi RSI Jakarta ingin mewujudkan Pelayanan kesehatan yang Islami, profesional dan bermutu dengan tetap peduli pada kaum dhu'afa. Di sisi lain obat-obatan yang dipakai masih mengandung alkohol, pelayanan pasien kandungan masih ditangani dokter spesialis pria. Di jam kerja penulis sering menemui karyawan RSI Jakarta di tempat parkir.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah didapatkannya gambaran Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi Islami dan Produktivitas Karyawan di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakart metode cross sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 310 responden dan satu orang inforrnan yaitu direktur SDM dan Pembinaan Rohani RSI Jakarta.
Pada penelitian ini didapatkan basil bahwa, nilai-nilai Islam barn diterapkan dalam bentuk simbol seperti pakaian muslimah tetapi di sisi lain RSI Jakarta masih menggunakan simbol Aesculap yang tidak Islami. Untuk Pelayanan belum dilakukan pernisahan antara petugas pria untuk pasien pria demikian pula sebaliknya. Keteladanan juga didapati bet= kuat di RS1 Jakarta. Sedangkan untuk produktivitas karyawan sudah baik.
Pada saat ini Kepemimpinan di RSI Jakarta belum kuat, demikian pula dengan Budaya Organisasi Islaminya, sedangkan untuk Produktivitas Karyawan sudah balk. Untuk itu sebaiknya RS1 Jakarta para pimpinannya lebih berkornitinen untuk menjadi teladan bagi para stafnya. Mulai dirintis pelayanan pasien dengan menggunakan sistem gender, bila ha] itu tidak bisa dilakukan lebih balk rnemperbanyak petugas wanita mengingat batasan aurat wanita yang bokh dilihat yaitu wajah dan telapak tangan. Memperbanyak dialog antara pimpinan dengan staf, staf dengan staf baik di dalam unit kerja yang sama maupun dengan unit kerja lainnya.

Islam Hospital is a health service media for articulating Islam in daily services. In philosophy of Islam Hospital Jakarta is a form of faith and good deed to Allah and make it as religious medium. In every corner of RS1 Jakarta, shown hadis of smile is alms, but every the writer come he rarely got smile. RS1 Jakarta mission is realizing Islamic health service, professional and certifiable by still caring dhu'afa people. In the other side, used medicine was still containing alcohol, obstetrical patient service still performed by man specialty doctor. In work hour, writer often meet RS1 Jakarta staffs in parking area.
This research purpose is obtaining description of leadership, Islamic organizational culture and staffs productivity at RS1 Jakarta. This research is using cross sectional method with total respondents of 310 people and I informant whose director of SDM and spiritual construction of RSI Jakarta.
From this research obtained that Islamic values implemented in the form of symbolic such as rnuslimah cloths but in the other side RS1 Jakarta still using non Islamic Aesculap symbol. For services not yet performed separation between man staffs for man patient and in the contrary. Compliance obtained not yet strong in RSI Jakarta. While, staffs productivity has already well.
Recently leadership in RSI Jakarta not yet strong, thus with Islamic organizational culture, while for staffs productivity is well. Therefore, it is better for leader of RSI Jakarta more committed to become model for their staffs. Patient services start be pioneered by using gender system, if it could not performed, it is better to increase woman staffs considering woman aurat are face and hand palm. Increasing dialogues between chief-staffs and staffs-staffs whether in the same working unit and other working unit.

"Budaya organisasi berkaitan erat dengan perubahan perilaku karyawan di suatu organisasi. Semakin baik budaya organisasi, semakin besar dorongan para karyawan untuk maju bersama dengan organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini budaya organisasi diartikan sebagai pola keyakinan dan nilai-nilai organisasi yang dijiwai oleh seluruh karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan sebagai cara yang tepat unhrk memahami, memikirkan, dan merasakan terhadap masalah-masalah terkait, sehingga akan mer{adi sebuatr nilai atau aturan di dalam organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan unhrk mengetahui budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap perubahan perilaku karyawan yang ada Rumah Sakit Urnum Bhakti Yudha Depok. Dan secara khusus untuk mengetahui gambaran penrbahan perilaku karyawan, serta diketalruinya hubungan antara kepemimpinan terhadap perubahan perilaku ataupun hubungan antara budaya organisasi terhadap perubalran perilaku karyawan pada di Rumah sakit Umum Bhaldi Yudha Depok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalatr Deskriptif analitik yang bersifat kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian di peroleh dengan menyebarkan angket atau kuisioner kepada 222 orang responden yang merupakan karyawan di rumah sakit umum Bhalai Yudha Depoh Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan di rumah sakit umum Bhakti Yudha Depok berada pada kategori mempunyai berhubungan yang erat dengan perubahan perilaku karyawan yang ada.

Data in this study were obtained by disnibuting questionnaires or questionnaires to 222 resporLdents who are employees at pubtic hospital Bhakti Yudha Depok. Based on research that was done of the obtained results that organizational culture and leadership in public hospitals Bhakti Yudha Depok, in the category of having a close relationship with changes in the behavior of existing employees."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja berdasarkan persepsi pegawai di RSKO Jakarta, serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja berdasarkan persepsi pegawai di RSKO Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data-data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan observasi di lapangan.
Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa gambaran Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja berdasarkan persepsi pegawai di RSKO Jakarta adalah tinggi atau baik. Berdasarkan perhitungan Korelasi Product Moment menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja berdasarkan persepsi pegawai di RSKO Jakarta, dan hasil perhitungan Koefisien Determinan diperoleh bahwa besarnya pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja berdasarkan persepsi pegawai di RSKO Jakarta adalah sebesar 22,09%.

This research have the aim to know descriptions of Organizational Culture and Performance based on employee perceptions in RSKO Jakarta and to find out how much Organizational Culture influence on Performance based on employee perceptions in RSKO Jakarta. The method used in this research is an observational method with quatitative approach. Data in this research were obtained by distributing questionnaires and observations.
Based on the research, result show that descriptions of Organizational Culture and Performance based on employee perceptions in RSKO Jakarta is high or good. Product Moment Correlation result show that Organizational Culture influence on Performance based on employee perceptions in RSKO Jakarta, and result of Determinan Coefisien show the influence is 22,09%.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengujian secara empiris tentang variable Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Dukungan Organisasi (POS) terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan (Employee enggagement), menganalisis peran Budaya Organisasi dalam memediasi pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan serta Menganalisis peran Dukungan Organisasi dalam memediasi pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT XYZ Indonesia sebuah perusahaan permodalan asing yang bergerak di dalam industri farmasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 153 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap dari PT XYZ.
Hasil penelitian menidentifikasikan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional secara langsung berpengaruh pada Budaya Organisasi dan pada Dukungan Organisasi namun tidak berpengaruh langsung pada Keterikatan Karyawan (Employee enggagement). Melalui mediasi dengan Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional ini pun tidak berpengaruh kepada Keterikatan Karyawan, namun melalui mediasi Dukungan Organisasi maka Kepemimpinan Transformasional ini berpengaruh terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan.

The aim of this study is to test empirically variable Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Perceive Organization Support (POS) on Employee engagement. Analyze the role of organizational culture in mediating the effects of Transformational Leadership on Employee engagement as well as to analyze the role of Perceive Organization Support in mediating the effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Engagement. This research was conducted at PT XYZ Indonesia a foreign capital company engaged in the pharmaceutical industry. The study involved 153 respondents who are permanent employees of XYZ.
Results of the research identifies that transformational leadership has directly affects the organizational culture and the Perceive Organization Support but has no direct effect on Employee engagement. Through mediation by the Organization Culture, Transformational Leadership is also indicted has not affect to Employee Engagement, but through the mediation from Perceive Organization Support, Transformational Leadership is influence on Employee Engagement.

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa Rumah Sakit Islam adalah ujung tombak penyampaian risalah Islam di bidang kesehatan. Pengamatan terhadap misi beberapa rumah sakit bernafaskan Islam di Jakarta, Surabaya, Surakarta, dan Malang menunjukkan sebuah warna yang sama yaitu ingin menegakkan nilai Islam dalam melakukan pelayanan. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar nilai-nilai Islam dapat membudaya dalam organisasi. Namun, dari wawancara dengan direktur dan Litbang beberapa rumah sakit bernafaskan Islam, misi untuk berbudaya Islami itu belum berupaya untuk diukur padahal pengukuran dalam manajemen sangatlah penting.
Penelaahan terhadap literatur menghasilkan konsep budaya organisasi Islami yang terbagi menjadi 3 dimensi yaitu nilai dan perilaku individual, nilai dan perilaku antar individu dan nilai dan perilaku kepemimpinan. Ketiga dimensi tersebut dijabarkan menjadi 40 variabel. Kemudian disusun pertanyaan untuk mengukur 40 variabel tersebut.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan konsep dan instrumen pengukuran budaya organisasi Islami untuk rumah sakit bernafaskan Islam. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian Kualitatif adalah eksplorasi kepustakaan dan konfirmasi untuk menguji validitas isi dan menyempurnakan konsep dengan Focus Group Discussion. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah eksplorasi dengan kuesioner pendahuluan dan penghitungan statistik terhadap kuesioner untuk melihat validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Validitas konstruk dilihat dengan melakukan analisis item dan analisis ANOVA, sedangkan validitas kriterium dilakukan dengan analisis korelasi dan regresi.
Hasil penelitian menghasilkan instrumen budaya organisasi lslami yang terdiri dari 112 pertanyaan. Dua pertanyaan gugur karena tidak valid, sehingga kuesioner akhir menjadi 110 pertanyaan. Validitas instrumen berada dalam kategori rendah sampai agak rendah. Reliabilitas instrumen berada dalam kategori rendah sampai sedang. Analisi ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa umur dan masa kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil pengisian instrumen sehingga tidak perlu mencari responden dengan kriteria umur dan masa kerja tertentu ketika instrumen ini digunakan.
Analisis Korelasi dan Regresi menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara dimensi perilaku individu, antar individu dan kepemimpinan. Persamaan garis regresi dari 3 dimensi itu sangat baik menjelaskan variasi budaya organisasi lslami.

Concept and Instrument Development of Islamic based Corporate Culture for Islamic HospitalThe background of the research was fact that Islamic hospital playing some important roles in public health. Observation of the missions in several Islamic hospitals at Jakarta, Surabaya, Surakarta and Malang sight the same purpose that Islamic hospitals have the same ambitions to do Islamic values in every operational activity at hospitals. In discourses of organizational behavior, group of behaviors and values that have done in organization called corporate culture. But, from in-depth interview with directors of any Islamic hospitals, there are the same facts that the missions to do Islamic based corporate culture have not measured yet. It can be a serious problem because in management sciences, measuring of organization goals are very important. If we can measure, we can not manage.
Therefore, the purpose of this research was to develop concept and instrument to measure Islamic based corporate culture for Islamic Hospitals.
The types of research were quantitative and qualitative study. Qualitative studies of the research were literature review and focus group discussion to examine content validity. Quantitative study of the research was statistical analysis. Construct validity was obtained from item analysis and ANOVA. Criterion validity was obtained from correlation and regression analysis.
The result of the research is the concept and instrument of Islamic based corporate culture. There are 112 question, 2 questions are not valid so in last questionnaire there are 110 questions. ANOVA analysis showed that age and work time did not influence the result of questionnaire. Correlation analysis showed that there is significant level of correlation from 3 dimensions, individual behavior, inter-individual behavior and leadership behavior. Regression analyses showed that individual behaviour have the largest contribution to get Islamic based corporate culture."

"Karang Taruna adalah organisasi yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1960 namun hingga saat ini masih memiliki berbagai permasalahan terhadap anggotanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi di Karang Taruna Bukit Duri.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 orang sehingga semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini memakai kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Dari 60 kuesioner yang disebar, sebanyak 57 kuesioner kembali. Hasil analisis distribusi frekuensi para Karang Taruna Bukit Duri menunjukkan variabel yang dominan adalah transactional leadership untuk gaya kepemimpinan, supportive culture untuk budaya organisasi, dan affective commitment untuk komitmen organisasi.
Hasil penelitian berdasarkan regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa transactional leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap affective commitment, supportive culture juga memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap affective commitment. Secara simultan, transactional leadership dan supportive culture memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment, namun hanya supportive culture saja yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan.

Karang Taruna has been established since 1960 but until now still have many problems regards its members. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on organizational commitment in Karang Taruna Bukit Duri.
This study use quantitative approach. Sampling techniques use the census method as the population is less than 100 people. The study used a questionnaire as an instrument. Of the 60 questionnaires distributed, a total of 57 questionnaires were returned. The analysis of the frequency distribution of the Karang Taruna Bukit Duri indicate that the dominant variable is transactional leadership for leadership style, supportive culture for organizational culture, and affective commitment for the organizational commitment.
The results based on simple linear regression showed that transactional leadership give a significant positive influence on affective commitment, supportive culture also give a significant positive influence on affective commitment. Simultaneously, transactional leadership and supportive culture provide a positive influence on affective commitment, but only supportive culture affords significant influence.

"This study is conducted for analyzing the correlation of organization culture and leadership on the employee's performance in the State Corporation (Perjan) "Harapan Kita" Child and Maternity Hospital (RSAB). Jakarta. This study also tests the significance and determination of organization cultural correlation on employee's performance, leadership on employee's performance, and the correlation of organization culture and leadership on employee's performance.
The population in this study are employees in the Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB Jakarta from the management position to staff position as many as 1214 employee's, with the sample respondents of 275 persons (with reference of Krejcie table) divided into two elements, i.e. 40 respondents of managerial position and 235 respondents of staff, respectively are taken by simple random sampling method.
Data collection method used questionnaire composed of 4 parts. Part one contains inquiries related to respondents' identity of 8 points, part two contains inquiries related to organization culture of 26 points, part three is of inquiries related to leadership of 30 points, and part four is of inquiries related to employee's performance that are divided into two: 8 points for managerial and 5 points for staff. A validity and reliability test was once conducted on 25 respondents and all have been stated valid and no single indicator is stated void.
The data processing and analysis used SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program version 10.0 for testing the organization cultural correlation with employee's performance, the leadership correlation with employee's performance, while the correlation of organization culture and leadership on employee's performance uses Pearson correlation test technique (cross tabs).
The result of the test on organization culture and employee's performance indicates a very low correlation, positive with value (r) = 0.120, (p) = 0.047 and determination coefficient = 0.014. The test on correlation of leadership and employee's performance indicates no significant correlation with value (r) = 0.035, (p) = 0.568 and determination coefficient = 0.001, while the test on correlation of organization culture and leadership on employee's performance indicates no significant correlation with (r) = 0.125, (p) = 0.118 and determination coefficient = 0.16.
Thus, the hypothesis of study, stating that there is a correlation between organization culture and leadership on employee's performance in the Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB, Jakarta is not proven. In this opportunity, the writer would like to suggest as follows: To be able to survive in the global era, the Management of Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB should be willing and able to take the company to a global condition, i.e. a condition prioritizing customers' satisfaction as the service objective by visioner leadership in all lines. Miscommunication and misperception could be controlled by structured or formal and informal communication.
Besides, Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB has began to design communication by utilizing information technology, thus the information passed and provided are according to the communication objective. A structured planning should be made for understanding the information technology to avoid technology stammer. Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB should immediately attempt to have an evaluation of performance based on the objective or target, so as to be able to avoid subjectivity in evaluation and the most important aspect of all is to developing culture by achievement or results."

"Employee Value Proposition (EVP) merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting dalam menarik minat calon karyawan dan mempertahankan karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti mengenai dua faktor yang mempengaruhi EVP yaitu kepemimpinan otentik dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Putera Sampoerna Foundation, sebuah organisasi sosial bisnis yang menyediakan bantuan kepada orang-orang yang tidak mampu. Sebanyak tiga ratus sebelas kuesioner disebarkan kepada karyawan dengan jabatan staff, officer, dan manager, kemudian terdapat seratus delapan puluh empat kuesioner yang dapat diolah.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is an important factor to attract the potential employees and retain the qualified employees. Correspondingly, this study was to examine two drivers of EVP. They were authentic leadership and organization culture. This study was conducted at Putera Sampoerna Foundation, a social business organization that mainly provides assistance for under privileged people. Three hundreds and eleven questionnaires were distributed to staffs, officers and managers, and one hundred and eighty four questionnaires were analyzed.
The study found that self-awareness dimension of authentic leadership may positively affect supervisor-respect and integrity dimension of EVP, relational transparency dimension of authentic leadership may positively affect supervisor-performance management, supervisor-respect and integrity, supervisor-result focus, and senior leadership dimensions of EVP, internalized moral perspective dimension of authentic leadership may positively affect supervisor-performance management, supervisor-respect and integrity, supervisor-result focus, and senior leadership dimensions of EVP, balanced processing dimension of authentic leadership may positively affect supervisor-performance management, supervisor-respect and integrity, supervisor-result focus, and senior leadership dimensions of EVP, involvement dimension of organizational culture may positively affect compensation and bonus, learning and development, and pay for performance dimensions of EVP, consistency dimension of organizational culture may positively affect day to day work, goals and objectives, and health benefit dimensions of EVP, adaptability dimension of organizational culture may positively affect supervisor-performance management and supervisor-result focus dimensions of EVP, mission dimension of organizational culture may positively affect day to day work, goals and objectives, supervisor-respect and integrity, supervisor-result focus, senior leadership, and learning and development dimensions of EVP. Implications and limitations of the study were also discussed.

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan dan kinerja pada anggota Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian mendapatkan hasil bahwa budaya organisasi pada anggota Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Depok cenderung kuat, sedangkan kepemimpinan, dan kinerja cenderung tinggi. Selain itu, penelitian ini mendapati adanya hubungan yang cukup dan positif antara variabel budaya organisasi dengan variabel kinerja, dan ada hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara variabel kepemimpinan dengan kinerja.

This research is explaining about the influence of organizational culture and leadership to employee performance in members of Criminal Investigation Unit in Depok local police. The research was designed as a quantitative research. The results of the research are that the organizational culture, leadership, and employee performance in the Criminal Investigation Unit in Depok Local Police are tent to be high. Besides, this research found out that there was a moderate and positive relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, and there was a strong and positive relationship between leadership and employee performance."
