"Pertumbuhan pesat teknologi digital dan media sosial telah mengubah strategi pemasaran yang menyasar Gen Z. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan Instagram, yaitu social media usage, user generated content, dan social media influencer credibility terhadap online purchase intention produk hijab fashion di kalangan Gen Z dengan menggunakan pendekatan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) serta religiosity sebagai variabel moderator. Pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan melalui survei online terhadap 233 responden perempuan Muslim Gen Z di Indonesia yang aktif menggunakan Instagram dan mengikuti macro-influencer di bidang hijab fashion. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media usage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude, subjective norms, dan perceived behavioral control. User generated content berpengaruh signifikan terhadap subjective norms, dan social media influencer credibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude. Attitude, subjective norms, dan perceived behavioral control berpengaruh positif terhadap online purchase intention produk hijab fashion. Namun, religiosity tidak memoderasi hubungan antara komponen TPB dengan online purchase intention. Dengan demikian, faktor-faktor Instagram serta komponen TPB berperan penting dalam membentuk online purchase intention produk hijab fashion pada Gen Z, sementara religiosity tidak menunjukkan efek moderasi.

The rapid growth of digital technology and social media has transformed marketing strategies targeting Gen Z. This study analyzes the influence of Instagram-related factors, namely social media usage, user-generated content, and social media influencer credibility on the online purchase intention of hijab fashion products among Gen Z, using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) with religiosity as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was employed through an online survey of 233 Muslim female Gen Z respondents in Indonesia who actively use Instagram and follow macro-influencers in the hijab fashion sector. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that social media usage has a significant effect on attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. User-generated content significantly influences subjective norms, while social media influencer credibility significantly affects attitude. Furthermore, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control positively influence the online purchase intention of hijab fashion products. However, religiosity does not moderate the relationships between the TPB components and online purchase intention. Therefore, Instagram-related factors and TPB components play a crucial role in shaping the online purchase intention of hijab fashion products among Gen Z, while religiosity does not demonstrate a moderating effect. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor influencer attributes (attitude homophily, physical attractiveness, social attractiveness) memiliki pengaruh terhadap faktorfaktor perceived characterizations (trustworthiness, perceived expertise, parasocial relationship) dan juga faktor-faktor perceived characterizations (trustworthiness, perceived expertise, parasocial relationship) memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi konsumen untuk membeli produk perawatan kulit (skincare). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan Google Form sebagai metode pengumpulan data kepada 250 responden di Indonesia yang memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan seperti mengikuti salah satu influencer di media sosial, aktif. Metode sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling. Kemudian data tersebut diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa faktor influencer attributes (physical attractiveness) memiliki pengaruh terhadap faktor-faktor perceived characterizations )trustworthiness, perceived expertise, parasocial relationship). Namun, untuk faktor influencer attributes/attitude homophily dan social attractiveness) tidak berpengaruh terhadap perceived expertise.

This study aims to analyze the influencer attributes (attitude homophily, physical attractiveness, social attractiveness) that have an influence on the factors perceived characterizations (trustworthiness, perceived expertise, parasocial relationship) as well as the factors perceived characterizations (trustworthiness, perceived expertise, parasocial relationship) has an influence on consumer intentions to buy skin care products (skincare). This study uses descriptive analysis using Google Form as a data collection method to 250 respondents in Indonesia who meet predetermined criteria such as following one of the influencers on social media, being active. The sampling method in this study uses non-probability sampling. Then the data was processed and analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 software application. This study resulted in the findings that the influencer attributes (physical attractiveness) have an influence on the factors perceived characterizations (trustworthiness, perceived expertise, parasocial relationship). However, the influencer attributes (attitude homophily and social attractiveness) have no effect on perceived expertise."

Makalah ini akan menganalisis mengenai strategi pemasaran media sosial yang digunakan berdasarkan fitur-fiturnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan desk research melalui akun media sosial Netflix Indonesia. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, ditemukan fitur-fitur yang digunakan dalam strategi pemasaran media sosial Netflix Indonesia, yaitu tone positif, selebriti, humor, promosi konten, dan relevansi kultural. "Industri fashion diproyeksikan akan terus tumbuh. Merek fesyen dengan mode cepat (fast fashion) yang sesuai tren terkini juga masih berkembang, tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Berbagai merek fast fashion terutama merek lokal khusus produk fyesen perempuan terus berstrategi untuk menarik konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara social media marketing activities (SM) dan tiga konstruk pemasaran yakni value consciousness (VC), brand consciousness (BC), serta brand love (BL) terhadap tahapan brand loyalty, yakni cognitive brand loyalty (CGL), affective brand loyalty (AL), dan conative brand loyalty (CNL). Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berdasarkan data dari sejumlah 242 responden yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap konsumen merek fast fashion lokal khusus produk fesyen perempuan berusia 16-34 tahun yang pernah membeli produk serta mengetahui dan/atau mengikuti sosial media dari setidaknya salah satu merek berikut: Cottoinink, Colorbox, This is april, Et cetera, dan Gaudi dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan terakhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif dari SM terhadap VC, BC, dan BL. Hasil penelitian juga mendemonstrasikan bahwa SM memiliki pengaruh positif langsung dan tidak langsung (melalui BC dan BL) terhadap tahapan brand loyalty. Implikasi manajerial serta saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya akan dibahas lebih lanjut pada penelitian ini.

Fashion industry is projected to continuously grow. Fast fashion brands that match with the latest trends are also growing, including in Indonesia. Various fast fashion brands, especially local brands for women's fashion products, progressively build strategies to attract consumers. This study aims to determine the effects of social media marketing activities (SM) and marketing constructs which are value consciousness (VC), brand consciousness (BC), and brand love (BL) toward brand loyalty stages, namely cognitive brand loyalty (CGL), affective brand loyalty (AL), and conative brand loyalty (CNL). This research was using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on 242 respondents’ data which was collected through distributing questionnaires to consumers of local fast fashion brands specifically for women’s fashion products aged 16-34 who have bought the product and know and/or follow social media from at least any of the following brands: Cottoinink, Colorbox, This is april, Et cetera, and Gaudi in the last 6 months. The results of this study prove that there is a positive effect of SM on VC, BC, and BL. The results also demonstrate that SM has a direct and indirect positive effect (through BC and BL) on the brand loyalty stage. The managerial implications and suggestions for further research will be discussed further in this study."

"Tesis ini ingin menguji pengaruh bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh media performance portal social media terhadap sebuah attitude program social marketing, serta hubungannya dengan source credibility portal tersebut. Program sosial yang dijadikan objek penelitian adalah program Generasi Berencana. Penelitian menggunakan metode Structural Equations Modelling (SEM).
Berdasarkan data dari 150 responden maka dapat diketahui bahwa dalam program social marketing, kredibilitas sumber, engagement, dan word of mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap pembentukan prilaku, namun tidak untuk awareness sebuah program. Kemudian didapatkan temuan bahwa sikap berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku, namun norma subjektif tidak berpengaruh secara positif dalam pembentukan niat perilaku.

The thesis is to examine the influence of marketing mix by media performance social media portals attitude towards a social marketing program, and its relationship with the source credibility portal. Social programs that made the object of research are the generation of program planning. The Research is using Structural Equations Modeling (SEM).
Based on data from 150 respondents it can be seen that in social marketing programs, source credibility, engagement, word of mouth and positive influence on the formation of behavior, but not for an awareness program. Then research obtained findings that attitudes influence behavioral intention, but not subjective norms positively influence the formation of behavioral intentions."

"Selama dua dekade terakhir, media sosial berhasil mengubah pola komunikasi antara perusahaan dan konsumen yang memungkinkan adanya hubungan dua arah tanpa batasan jarak dan waktu. Seluruh perusahaan dari berbagai industri pun mulai meningkatkan eksistensi mereka di media sosial, termasuk perusahaan produk kecantikan berlabel halal khususnya Wardah. Meskipun sudah diterima khalayak umum, belum ada studi lebih lanjut pengaruh aktivitas pemasaran media sosial perusahaan terhadap ekuitas merek pada konsumen Muslim. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perceived social media marketing activities terhadap consumer-based brand equity dengan model Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) serta menguji efek mediasi dari variabel brand experience dan moderasi dari variabel religiosity. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS untuk melihat hubungan variabel dan efek mediasi serta moderasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Dari 635 data dari responden wanita Muslim, ditemukan bahwa religiosity tidak memberikan pengaruh dalam memoderasi hubungan antara perceived social media marketing activities dan brand experience. Adapun brand experience memediasi hubungan antara aktivitas pemasaran media sosial yang dirasakan konsumen dengan consumer-based brand equity. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa manajer pemasaran perlu mempertimbangkan untuk membuat konten media sosial yang informatif dan interaktif yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan E-WOM.

Over the past two decades, social media has succeeded in changing the pattern of communication between companies and consumers, allowing for a two-way relationship without the limitations of distance and time. All companies from various industries have begun to increase their presence on social media, including companies with halal-labeled beauty products. Although it has been accepted by the general public, there has been no further study of the effect of corporate social media marketing activities on brand equity in Muslim consumers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of perceived social media marketing activities on consumer-based brand equity with the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model and examine the mediating effect of the brand experience variable and the moderating of the religiosity variable. The analytical method used in this study is SEM-PLS to see the relationship between variables and the effects of mediation and moderation using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. From 635 data from Muslim female respondents, it was found that religiosity had no effect in moderating the relationship between perceived social media marketing activities and brand experience. Meanwhile, brand experience mediates the relationship between social media marketing activities perceived by consumers and consumer-based brand equity. This study implies that marketing managers need to consider creating informative and interactive social media content that is expected to increase E-WOM."

"Seiring dengan pertumbuhan dan evolusi internet, electronic word of mouth telah menjadi fenomena yang penting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh electronic word of mouth (eWOM) di social media twitter terhadap minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang pernah terpapar informasi mengenai holycowsteak dan belum pernah bersantap di holycowsteak dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling serta teknik snowball. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan multiple regression. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth (eWOM) di social media twitter memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap minat beli.

Following the growth and evolution of the Internet, electronic word of mouth have become an important phenomenon. The objective of this research is to analyze how the effect of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) in social media twitter toward purchase intention. This research applied quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 100 respondent exposed about holycowsteak restaurant via social media twitter and have not eat at holycowsteak, collected using non-probability sampling and snowball technique. This research used questionnaire as research instrument and analyzed with multiple regression. The result of this research indicate that electronic word of mouth (eWOM) in social media twitter have a strong effect toward purchase intention."
