"Peralatan medis merupakan syarat utama yang harus dipenuhi rumah sakit untuk operasional. Namun seringkali pengadaan peralatan medis menjadi berlebihan atau bahkan sebaliknya peralatan medis tidak sesuai dengan fungsi pelayanan. Di Indonesia yang merupakan salah satu negara berkembang memiliki banyak kendala bagi pemilik atau investor dalam membeli peralatan medis. Kurangnya informasi mengenai spesifikasi, kelebihan, kekurangan dan harga peralatan medis. Tidak adanya standar harga yang jelas, dan sangat bergantung kepada distributor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun kebutuhan peralatan medis RS Dr Hafiz di Cianjur tahun 2014 dengan mengambil model perencanaan peralatan kesehatan berdasarkan analisis komparasi antara RS Anna Medika dengan pedoman peralatan kesehatan rumah sakit kelas C yang dikeluarkan oleh Kemenkes. Hasil komparasi jumlah peralatan medis RS Anna Medika sudah memenuhi standar minimal pelayanan rumah sakit kelas C meski belum sesuai dengan Pedoman Peralatan Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Kelas C, sehingga Rumah Sakit Dr Hafiz dapat mengacu pada perencanaan pengadaan peralatan medis RS Anna Medika.

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya kesenjangan antara jumlah penduduk Cianjur yang sebesar 2.171.281, dengan supply atau pemenuhan layanan kesehatan berupa Rumah Sakit, dimana di Cianjur hanya terdapat 3 rumah sakit. Untuk membangun Rumah Sakit baru di Kabupaten Cianjur diperlukan rencana pemasaran yang tepat yang didasarkan pada usaha untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan dari masyarakat Kabupaten Cianjur. Rencana pemasaran yang tepat penting untuk mengembangkan Rumah Sakit yang tidak hanya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan layanan masyarakat tapi juga mampu memenuhi kepentingan ekonomi daripada penyandang modal dan para pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap rumah sakit tersebut.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menetapkan rencana pemasaran yang tepat untuk RS. Dokter Hafiz sebagai rumah sakit baru Tipe C di Cianjur, secara khusus melakukan analisa konsumen dilihat dari kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat Cianjur akan layanan kesehatan, melakukan analisa perusahaan, dan melakukan analisa pesaing RS Dr. Hafiz Cianjur.
Jenis penelitian merupakan mixed method dengan desain penelitian deskriptif eksploratori melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesesuaian yang siginifikan antara rencana pemasaran RS Dr. Hafiz terhadap situasi riil di wilayah Cianjur berdasarkan analisa konsumen, analisa pesaing, analisa perusahaan serta terhadap ekspektasi karakteristik layanan kesehatan yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat Cianjur.
Saran yang diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah dalam upaya menjalankan usaha RS agar senantiasa memperhatikan kesesuaian rencana pemasarannya terhadap kondisi kebutuhan konsumen, kemampuan dan target perusahaan serta kondisi pesaing yang ada di wilayah tersebut.

This study is motivated by the gaps between the size of the total population of Cianjur 2,171,281, and the supply fulfillment of the health service hospital, where there are only 3 in Cianjur hospital. To build a new hospital in Cianjur Regency needs the right marketing plan based on efforts to meet the needs and desires of Cianjur Regency society. The importance of the right marketing plan to expand the hospital that are not only able to meet the needs of public service of the community, but will also be able to meet the economic importance of defending the capital and the stakeholders of the hospital.
The purpose of this study was to establish a marketing plan that is right for RS. Doctor Hafiz as a new hospital Type C in Cianjur, specifically seen from analyzing consumer needs and desires of society for Cianjur health services, the company analysis, and analyzing competitors of RS Dr. Hafiz Cianjur.
This study uses a mixed method research, with design exploratory descriptive study that involved the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
The results showed that there is good compatibility between RS Dr. Hafiz marketing plan with the real situation in Cianjur region based on analysis of consumer, competitor analysis, industry analysis as well as the expectations of the characteristics of the health service expected by the Cianjur citizen.
Suggestions that is given from the research is in order to run a hospital continually observe the suitability of its marketing plan for the situation of the needs of consumers, the ability and the enterprise?s target and the condition of existing competitors in the region."

"Program JKN Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional memberikan perubahan sangat besar dalampelaksanaan proses bisnis dan operasional rumah sakit di Indonesia agar dapatmeningkatkan taraf kesehatan dan taraf hidup penduduk Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukanmelalui analisis kelayakan dan persiapan perubahan Kelas D RS Pelabuhan Palembangmenjadi Kelas C di tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode telaahdokumen, wawancara mendalam dan Consensus Decision Making Group. HasilPenelitian didapatkan penilaian rata-rata standar pelayanan, sumber daya manusia SDM ,peralatan, sarana dan prasarana, administrasi dan manajemen di RS Pelabuhan Palembangyaitu 73,2 . Elemen-elemen penilaian RS Pelabuhan Palembang sebagian besarmemenuhi standar layak untuk menjadi kelas C. "Untuk mencegah terjadinya kekosongan (stock out) dan kelebihan (overs stock) di gudang penyimpanan logistik non medik serta kebutuhan yang sesuai dengan keinginan satuan kerja maka perlu memperhatikan perencanaan logistik non medik.
Skripsi ini membahas tentang perencanaan logistik non medik yang selama ini dilakukan oleh Sub Bagian Rumah Tangga dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskripstif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen serta menggunakan jumlah sampel 17 item.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya manusia yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan logistik non medik sudah mencukupi. Sarana dan prasarana yang ada sudah cukup menunjang pelaksanaan perencanaan logistik non medik. Terdapat prosedur tetap yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam melakukan kegiatan. Dalam membuat peramalan, safety stock dan reorder point dalam perencanaan tidak menggunakan metode perhitungan.
Saran dari peneliti adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada semua staf perencanaan logistik non medik khususnya, meningkatkan dan perbaikan secara berkala sarana dan prasarana, penyempurnaan sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan, melakukan koordinasi secara optimal dengan seluruh satuan kerja tentang kebutuhan dan menggunakan metode perhitungan peramalan, safety stock dan reorder point.

To prevent the occurrence of vacancies (stock out) and excess (overs stock) innon-medical warehouse logistics and supplies in accordance with the wishes of the working force is necessary to consider non-medical logistics planning.
This thesis discusses non-medical logistics planning has been done by the Sub-Division of Household using a systems approach. The study was a qualitative research method deskripstif with in-depth interviews, observation and document review as well as the number of samples using 17 items.
The results showed that the human resources related to non-medical logistics planning is adequate. Facilities and infrastructure are sufficient to support the implementation of non medical logistics planning. There are still procedures that serve as guidelines in conducting the activities. In making forecasts, safety stock and reorder point in planning not to use the method of calculation.
Advice of researchers is to provide training to all non-medical staff in particular logistics planning, improving and periodically repair of infrastructure, improvement of recording and reporting system, optimally coordinated with the entire unit of demand forecasting and calculation methods, safety stock and reorder point.

Keterlekatan dokter yang tinggiakan meningkatkan peluang rumah sakit untuk maju dan berkembang. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengukur keterlekatan dokter, menganalisis hubungan status kemitraandan waktu tempuh terhadap keterlekatan dokter, serta mendapatkan gambaranmengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankuantitatif dan kualitatif, metode kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner yang bertujuanmengukur tingkat keterlekatan dengan mengadopsi instrumen keterlekatan dari UWES Ultrecht Work Engagement Scale dan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan depthinterview untuk mendapatkan gambaran persepsi dokter mengenai faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi keterlekatan dokter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah dokteryang memiliki keterlekatan tinggi hanya 19.1 persen, dan memiliki keterlekatanlemah 80.9 persen. Tidak ada hubungan secara statistik antara pola kemitraanmaupun waktu tempuh terhadap keterlekatan. Sebagian besar dokter mempunyaipersepsi positif terhadap fasilitas pelayanan, staf pendukung, serta nilai kompensasi, danmemiliki persepsi negatif terhadap dukungan pengembangan keilmuan, keterlambatanpembayaran jasa medis dan kepemimpinan manajer pelayanan yang dapatmempengaruhi tingkat keterlekatan.Kata kunci: Engagement, Employee Engagement, Keterlekatan Dokter

Thepurpose of this research is to measure doctor rsquo s engagement, analyse relation betweenpartnership status and travelling time, and describe any factors involved. This researchused qualitative methods with depth interview for gaining doctor rsquo s perception about anyfactors that involve doctor rsquo s engagement. This research also used quantitative methodswith UWES Ultrecht Work Engagement Scale tool for measuring engagement level.The results showed that doctors who have strong engagement in Hospital X only 19.1 and doctors who have weak engagement 80.9 . There was no ststistic relationshipbetween partnership status and travelling time with doctor rsquo s engagement. "Kinerja personil baik kuantitas maupun kualitas dalam organisasi rumah sakit merupakan penampilan dari setiap upaya pelayanan kesehatan yang merupakan tanggung jawab perawat manajer. Perawat manajer adalah orang yang terlibat dalam akreditasi dan bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan, sehingga tujuan pelayanan keperawatan yang bermutu tercapai.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran 'hubungan antara pemahaman tentang akreditasi rumah sakit dan karakteristik dengan kinerja perawat manajer di Rumah Sakit Kepolisian Pusat Raden Said Sukanto Jakarta'. Disain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasional, pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 80 orang, dengan instrumen kuesioner yang telah diujikan hasil valid dan reliabel.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman akreditasi Rumah Sakit bidang pelayanan keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat manajer (p=0,973). Perawat manajer yang paham tentang akreditasi lebih baik, memiliki peluang untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dibandingkan dengan perawat manajer yang kurang paham. Sedangkan karakteristik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja perawat manajer.
Disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman perawat manajer tentang akreditasi tidak berhubungan bermakna dengan kinerja perawat. Direkomendasikan bahwa pimpinan rumah sakit perlu menjelaskan pemahaman perawat manajer tentang akreditasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajer dalam pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit.

In a hospital organization, the personnel's performance from both the quality or quantity standpoint reflects the effort in health service was responsible nurse manager. The person who is involved in the accreditation process is the nurse manager and he/ she is responsible in managing the nursing services to achieve the high quality nursing services.
This research is intended to illustrate 'the relationship between the understanding of hospital accreditation and individual characteristic with the performance of nurse managers at the Raden Said Sukanto Main Police Hospital in Jakarta'. The research format is a co relational descriptive with a cross sectional characteristic. The sample for this research is taken from the entire nurse manager staff at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital numbering to 80 people, the instrument used with the validity and reliability test.
The result reveals that there is no significant relation between the understanding of hospital accreditation in the field of nursing services with the nurse manager's performance (p=0.973). A nurse manager who understands the gist of accreditation has a slightly better chance to improve his/her performance compared to a nurse manager who is insufficient in his/her understanding of the accreditation. The research on characteristic reveals that there is no significant relation between the individual's characteristic and the performance of nurse managers at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital.
The conclusion of this study showed that there isn't significant relation between the undertanding nurse manager with performance nurse's. From this result can be suggested for direction hospital need explained the continuation of the accreditation process to provide an effective learning experience to increase the quality of the nursing service is recommended.

"Klinik Eksekutif merupakan program diferensiasi yang dilakukan oleh RS Hermina Depok untuk pelayanan rawat jalan, dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pada pasien dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan pendapatan Rumah Sakit. Sejak pertama kali diresmikan pada bulan Desember 2012 kinerja Klinik Eksekutif belum mencapai standar yang diharapkan. Tesis ini membahas tentang rencana pemasaran Klinik Eksekutif RS Hermina Depok dengan menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian operasional dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Pada tahap pertama penelitian dilakukan analisis situasi terhadap kinerja marketing, segmentasi pasar, dan positioning Klinik Eksekutif, dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui wawancara mendalam dan survey pada pasien rawat jalan sedangkan data sekunder dilakukan dengan telaah dokumen. Tahap kedua adalah melakukan CDMG (Consencus Decision Making Group) dengan manajemen RS Hermina Depok untuk merumuskan formulasi strategi. Terakhir atau tahap ketiga dirumuskan suatu rencana aksi pemasaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan BSC.

Executive Clinic is basically new differention program of Hermina Private Hospital in Depok for out patient to enhance services quality to patient and thus increasing revenue of the hospital. Since the very beginning of establishment in December 2012, performance of the clinic has yet reached the expected target. This thesis covers marketing plan for this Executive Clinic using Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. The reaearch has been done through operational basis on qualitative approach. First stage of the reaseach has been done by analysing the clinic over the performance of marketing, market segmentation, and the positioning through collecting primary data by in-depth interview and direct survey to out patient while secondary data was collected through observing document in place.The second stage is conducting CDMG (Consencus Decision Making Group) with the management of Hermina Private Hospital to formulize the best strategy. The last stage is to determine marketing action plan with BSC approach."

"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan segmentasi berdasarkan karakteristik pelanggan yaitu faktor demografis, geografis, psikografis, dan perilaku sebagai dasar dari penetapan target pasar di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Ananda Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survey dengan kuesioner terhadap 106 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelanggan Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Ananda berusia 31-40 tahun, perempuan, berstatus menikah, pendidikan SMA/Sederajat, pendapatan 2,5-5 juta perbulan, pengeluaran biaya kesehatan kurang dari 500 ribu perbulan, cara tempuh menggunakan kendaraan pribadi, bertempat tinggal di Kecamatan Cakung, mengetahui informasi RS karena kedekatan lokasi, pembiayaan bersumber jaminan, kelas sosial ekonomi menengah ke bawah. Analisis perilaku dan psikografis terbentuk bahwa alasan berobat karena lokasi dan pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, pelayanan yang baik serta fasilitas yang memadai merupakan hal terpenting yang harus ditingkatkan oleh rumah sakit.

This study was to segment based on customer characteristics of demographic, geographical, psychographic, and behavioral factors as the basis for determining the target market of outpatient care at Ananda Hospital Bekasi. This quantitative research using analitical description through a questionnaire survey to 106 respondents. Results showed customers outpatient Ananda Hospital Bekasi age 31-40 years, female, married, education senior high schools, 2,5-5 millions/month income, health expenditure less than 500 hundred thousand/month, originated from Cakung district, hospital information obtained from location proximity, third party payer, middle socioeconomic class and below. Analysis of behavioral and psychographic formed because of the location of medical reason and services. Therefore, a good service and adequate facilities are very important things those must be increased by the hospital."
