"Berbagai keunggulan sistem informasi dalam memudahkan pengumpulan data mengenai angka kejadian infeksi (HAis) dalam praktiknya bukan merupakan hal yang mudah untuk dilaksanakan . Sebelum pnerapan sistem dibutuhkan identifikasi faktor kesiapan perawat sebagai pengguna Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan kesiapan perawat dalam penggunaan surveilans berbasis sistem informasi di RSUD Bayu Asih Purwakarta. Sampel terdiri dari 81 orang perawat orang yang terpilih secara random dari 12 ruangan rawat inap.
Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan menggunakan instumen penelitian kuesioner. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kesiapan perawat adalah jenis kelamin. Penerapan sistem dengan memperhatikan jenis kelamin akan mempengaruhi peningkatan pelayanan keperawatan yang lebih cepat dan akurat jika dilakukan dengan baik sehingga dapat mensukseskan program surveilans di RS yang akan berdampak pada manajemen pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi di RS.

Various advantages of informational systems in facilitating data collecting on the incidence of infections (HAis) in practice are not easy things to be implemented. Before the implementation of the system, the identification of nurse readiness factors as user was required. This study was aimed to determine the readiness of nurse's determinants in using the informational system-based surveillance in Bayu Asih Hospitals in Purwakarta. The samples were eighty one nurses that were randomly recruited from twelve of wards.
The design used in this study was a cross sectional study using a questionnaire instrument. The most dominant factor affecting the readiness of nurses was gender. The system application by taking gender into account would affect the improvement of nursing services to be faster and more accurate if it was done properly so that the surveillance program in the hospital would be successful which will have an impact on the management of the infection prevention and control in hospitals.

"Indikator mutu pelayanan dapat dinilai dari perilaku tenaga kesehatan dalam menjaga keselamatan dirinya. Penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi determinan perilaku perawat dalam menjaga keselamatan diri dengan menggunakan metode analitik korelatif pada 105 perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap dewasa di RSUDZA Banda Aceh dengan metode accidental sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi yang dianalisis menggunakan independent t test dan uji chi-square.
Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku perawat dalam menjaga keselamatan diri adalah pelatihan (p=0.014; CI =1.365 - 8.924), hubungan tim (p=0.016; CI= 1.337- 9.035), budaya organisasi (p= 0.004; CI = 1.831-38.404), pengendalian (p=0.012; CI = 1.457-14.790) serta komunikasi (p=0.003; CI = 1.776-14.845). Faktor-faktor tersebut perlu mendapat perhatian dan menjadi dasar bagi Rumah Sakit untuk meningkatkan perilaku perawat dalam menjaga keselamatan diri.

Indicators of service quality can be evaluated from the behavior of health personnels in maintaining their safety. This study aimed to identify the determinants of nursing behavior in maintaining personal safety by using correlative analytic methods to 105 nurses in adult wards at DR. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Hospital employing accidental sampling method. Data collected from questionnaires and observation sheets were analyzed using independent t test and chi-square test.
Factors that influenced nurses’ behavior in maintaining personal safety were training (p = 0.014; 95%CI = 1365-8924), team relationships (p = 0.016; 95%CI = 1337-9035), organizational culture (p = 0.004 95%CI = 1,831-38 404), controlling function (p = 0.012; 95%CI = 1457-14790) and communication (p = 0.003; 95%CI = 1776-14845). These factors requires attention and become the basis for the Hospital to improve nurses behavior in maintaining personal safety.

"Pendahuluan: pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan penting dilaksanakan rumah sakit.
Tujuan: mengetahui faktor-faktor yang hubungan dengan pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan di rumah sakit.
Desain: deskriptif analitik terhadap 81 perawat pelaksana, dipilih dengan cosecutive sampling. Pengukuran faktor yang mempengaruhi pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan kuesioner ( Cronbach= 0,953; 0,870).
Hasil: Faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan yang baik di antaranya persiapan, lingkungan dan sumber daya, serta sikap pasien (p=0,008; p=0,004; p= 0,023). Faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh yaitu persiapan pendidikan kesehatan (p=0,013; OR=3,87).
Kesimpulan: Persiapan pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan meningkatkan perawat pelaksana untuk melaksanakan pendidikan kesehatan dengan baik sebesar 3, 87 kali lebih tinggi dibanding pendidikan kesehatan yang tidak dipersiapakan dengan baik.
Rekomendasi: Meningkatkan pemahaman perawat akan perannya dalam melaksanakan pendidikan kesehatan, dengan melakukan persiapan dan menggunakan sumber daya yang ada.

Introduction: the implementation of health education at hospital is important.
Objective: determine the factors most related to implementation of health education at hospital.
Design: descriptive cross sectional analytic to 81 nurses, chosen by cosecutive sampling. Measurement of factors that affect the implementation of health education using questionnaires.
Results: Factors that influence health education is going well including preparation, environment and resources, and patient’s attitudes (p=0,008; p=0,004; p= 0,023). Among the three factors that affect the implementation of health education, found that the most dominant factor is preparation to implementation of health education (p=0,013; OR=3,87).
Conclusion: preparation to implementation of health education would give 3, 87 times greater chance for nurses to conduct health education are well compared with preparation are not do well.
Recommendation: Increase the understanding of its role and nurse will carry out health education, the preparation and use of available resources.

"Perawat merupakan salah satu sumber daya manusia di rumah sakit yang memberikan layanan asuhan keperawatan dan merupakan tulang punggung dimana perawat merupakan tenaga kesehatan dengan proporsi terbesar, melayani pasien selama 24 jam secara terus menerus dan berkesinambungan. Pengembangan karir perawat merupakan suatu perencanaan dan penerapan rencana karir yang dapat digunakan untuk penempatan perawat pada jenjang yang sesuai dengan kompetensinya. Pengembangan karir merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Tujuan penulisan adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan pola karir perawat di RS Azra Bogor dan merancang pengembangan pola karir perawat.
Metode penelitian adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan telaah dokumen, wawancara mendalam, FGD dan CDMG. Karakteristik tenaga perawat di Rumah Sakit Azra Bogor paling banyak berada pada rentang usia 22 - 27 tahun sebanyak 68.3%, memiliki masa kerja paling banyak pada rentang 0-3 tahun sebanyak 62.8% dan latar belakang pendidikan terbanyak adalah D-III Keperawatan sebanyak 95.6%. Pengembangan pola karir perawat yang ada saat ini belum optimal dan belum ada komite keperawatan. Diharapkan pengembangan pola karir perawat dapat dilaksanakan dengan dibuatnya sistem remunerasi serta membentuk komite keperawatan.

Nurse is one of the human resources at the hospital who provide nursing care and nurses are the backbone of which is the largest proportion of health workers, serving patients for 24 hours continuously and sustainably. Career development nurse is a career planning and implementation of plans that can be used for the placement of nurses on the ladder according to their competence. Career development is one factor that can increase the motivation to work. The purpose of writing is to know the pattern of career development nurse at the Azra Hospital Bogor and designing career development nurse pattern.
The research method is a qualitative descriptive with case study design. Data was collected through document review, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and CDMG. Characteristics of nurses at the Azra Hospital Bogor most are in the age range 22-27 years as much as 68.3%, has the most tenure in the span of 0-3 years as much as 62.8% and the highest educational background is a D-III Nursing as much as 95.6%. Development of the existing nursing career path has not been optimal, and there is no committee of nursing. Expected career development nurse pattern can be implemented with the establishment of a remuneration system and set up a committee of nursing.

"SIMPRO merupakan sistem informasi manajemen yang mendukung dokumentasi keperawatan terkomputerisasi dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pasien. Penerapan SIMPRO dipengaruhi berbagai faktor, di antaranya adalah kesiapan perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi determinan kesiapan perawat dalam menggunakan SIMPRO di RS RST Dompet Dhuafa.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan cross-sectional untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel yang diteliti. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu perawat pelaksana sejumlah 88 orang yang diambil dengan cara total sampling.
Hasil uji multivariat menunjukkan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan perawat adalah persepsi perawat terhadap aspek teknik. Penerapan sistem informasi dengan memerhatikan aspek teknik akan meningkatkan kesiapan perawat yang akan berdampak pada efektivitas penggunaan sistem tersebut dan meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan.

SIMPRO is an information management system that supports computerized nursing documentation and may improve quality of care provided. Implementation of SIMPRO is affected by numerous factors such as nurse readiness. This study aimed to identify determinant factor affecting nurse's readiness in utilizing SIMPRO in RS RST Dompet Dhuafa.
This correlational study used cross sectional approach to identify variables involved. 88 nurses were selected by total sampling method.
Result of multivariate analysis suggested that technical aspect was the most dominant factor affecting nurse's readiness. Implementation of information system with emphasize on technical aspect will improve nurse's readiness that, in turn, improves the effectiveness in using such system and quality of nursing care provided.

"Asuhan keperawatan (askep) isolasi sosial merupakan kegiatan MPKP Jiwa yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan fungsi sosial klien.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan implementasi askep isolasi sosial dalam MPKP Jiwa dengan hasil askep pada klien isolasi sosial dan keluarganya, dan mengetahui sustainability implementasi askep isolasi sosial.
Metode penelitian cross sectional. Sampel adalah 58 perawat pelaksana, 32 klien, dan 12 keluarga.
Hasil penelitian : ada hubungan signifikan antara kemampuan perawat pelaksana dalam pemberian askep dengan penurunan tanda gejala dan peningkatan kemampuan klien. Ada hubungan signifikan kemampuan perawat pelaksana dalam implementasi pendekatan manajemen MPKP Jiwa dengan peningkatan kemampuan klien dan keluarganya. Sustainability implementasi askep isolasi sosial telah berjalan dari komponen proses dan staf.

Nursing care (askep) social isolation are soul PNPM activities, is expected to enhance the client's ability to social function.
Aims : to know the relationship of nursing implementation of social isolation in PNPM Soul with the results of nursing on client social isolation and family, and know the implementation of nursing sustainability of social isolation.
Cross-sectional research methods. The sample was 58 nurses, 32 clients, and 12 families.
RESULTS: there was significant relationship between the ability of nurses in the delivery of care with a reduction in signs and symptoms of client upgrades. There was a significant association ability of nurses in Mental PNPM implementation management approach to the upgrading of the client and his family. Sustainability implementation askep social isolation has been running from the component processes and staff."

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Hospital is an organization that produces a product in the form of
health services which consists of several professions and disciplines of Science,
one of which plays an important role is the nurse. Nurses in quantity become the
largest workforce, providing 24 hour service continuously and absorb more than
50% Hospital budget. High nurse turnover rates can cause disruption to services
provided to patients. Standard turn over employees, which can still be tolerated is
10% per year. Turn over nurses that occurred in RSU Prima Medika which
increased from 2015 to 2017, causing concerns from the management, especially
at the end of 2016 intention turnover rate of 22.1%.
The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants of Turn Over Intention
Nurses at Prima Medika Hospital in 2017
Method: This research is analytic with quantitative approach. This study used
cross sectional design. The number of samples used in this study was 114 nurses
who come from employees who work at Prima Medika Hospital after deducting
exclusion criteria.
Results: Salary Factor has relationship with nurse work satisfactory at RSU Prima
Medika in the year of 2017. Other factors such as: working conditions; status
within the organization; supervision; peer-partner interpersonal relationships,
superiors and subordinates; achievement and the work itself, has no significant
relationship with nurse job satisfactory. Job satisfactory has relationship with
turnover intention nurses at Prima Medika Hospital in 2017
Conclusion: nurse intention turnover is influenced by job satisfaction that lies in
the salary, so the salary in this case needs to be considered."

"Perawat berperan penting sebagai pemutus rantai infeksi untuk menurunkan angka kejadian infeksi yang didapat di rumah sakit (HAIs). Penelitian deskriptif korelatif ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran pengaruh karakteristik, peran kepemimpinan, dan fungsi manajemen kepala ruang terhadap perilaku perawat dalam memutus rantai infeksi. Penelitian pada 130 perawat menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku perawat (melalui kuesioner) dalam memutus rantai infeksi adalah peran interpersonal (p=0.001, OR=7.07, 95% CI 2.25;22.2), peran pengambilan keputusan (p=0.004, OR=4.7, 95% CI 1.7;13.0), dan fungsi pengorganisasian (p=0.001, OR=21.46, 95% CI 7.2;63.9). Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi perilaku perawat dalam memutus rantai infeksi adalah fungsi pengorganisasian (p=0.001, OR=0.047, 95% CI 0.016;0.139). Kepala ruang berperan sebagai role model untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat untuk berperilaku baik dalam upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi di rumah sakit.

Nurses have an important role to break the chain of infection in decreasing Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) in hospital. The aim of this descriptive of correlation research is to get the description of characteristic, role of leadership, and the function of head nurse management toward nurse’s behavior in breaking the chain of infection. This research involves 130 nurses showed that the influencing factors of nurse’s behavior (through the quesionnare) in breaking the chain of infection are the interpersonal role (p=0.001, OR=7.07, 95% CI 2.25;22.2), the decision maker role (p=0.004, OR=4.7, 95% CI 1.7;13.0), and the organizing function (p=0.001, OR=21.46, 95% CI 7.2;63.9). The result showed that the dominant factors of the nurse’s behavior in breaking the chain of infection is organizing factors of the head nurse (p=0.001, OR=0.047, 95% CI 0.016;0.139). Head nurse is a good role model in increasing the knowledge and skill of nurse to behave well in order to prevent and control the infection in hospital."

"Dalam menjawab keluhan perawat mengenai besarnya beban kerja di ruang rawat inap Cattleya B RSU Bhakti Yudha, perlu dilakukan analisis kebutuhan tenaga perawat dengan menggunakan beberapa formula yaitu, Workload Indicator Staff Needs (WISN), formula Gillies, PPNI, dan formula Ilyas. Penelitian dilakukan di ruang rawat inap Cattleya B menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi terhadap aktivitas perawat menurut metode work sampling serta in-depth interview pada 21-30 Mei 2012.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan beban kerja perawat pada kategori produktif (80%) dengan hanya 33.98% yang merupakan aktivitas keperawatan langsung dan 47.4% merupakan aktivitas keperawatan tidak langsung. Penggunaan waktu untuk kegiatan pribadi dan non produktif perawatmasih di dalam standar ILO (14.98%) Formula Gillies dan PPNI, dan Ilyas tidak menggambarkan sejumlah kegiatan keperawatan tidak langsung dari perawat seperti administrasi dan pencatatan laporan, yang justru pada saat observasi membutuhkan proporsi yang lebih besar. Sebaliknya metode WISN yang menghasilkan jumlah perawat sebesar 35 orang ditambah dengan 1 kepala ruangan dianggap lebih tepat dan sesuai dengan RS karena menggambarkan beban kerja nyata.
Diharapkan pihak manajemen dapat memberikan toleransi seperti pemberian hari kepelatihan bagi perawat, menambah jumlah tenaga baik perawat dan non perawat sesuai kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan.

In order to answer the concern of high workload nursing care at Cattleya B Ward of Bhakti Yudha Hospital, there is a need to analyze the requirement of nursing staff with some formulas:Workload Indicator Staff Needs (WISN), Gillies?, PPNI, and Ilyas? Formula. This Research was held in Cattleya B Ward of Bhakti Yudha Hospital on May 21st-30th 2012 using Quantitative and Qualitative approach with an observation to nursing activity based on work sampling method and also in-depth interview with some informants to gain any information for analysis.
The result of this research proved that nursing workload is in productive state (80%) with only 33.98% are direct nursing care activities and 47.4% are indirect nursing care activities. The usage of time for individual activity and non-productive activity are still in the ILO Standard (14.98%) Gillies?, PPNI, and Ilyas? Formula did not described some of indirect activity like administration, and making nursing report which in observation need higher proportions than others. In the contrary, WISN, which results 35 nurses as staff with 1 additional nurse as the head of Cattleya B ward, is suitable with hospital because described the real work load in the ward.
In the future, hopefully manager can give any tolerance like training day for nurse; add some staff both nursing staff and non-nursing staff as needs for service quality.

"Praktik perawat harus berbasis bukti kompetensi dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Bukti yang digunakan adalah buku harian kegiatan kompetensi perawat yang disebut dengan log book. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi experiment posttest only design dengan jumlah sampel 37 perawat klinik level II dengan tehnik total sampling. Hasil riset menyimpulkan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara karakteristik perawat dengan persepsi jenjang karir. Sedangkan karakteristik perawat yang berhubungan dengan pencapain target kompetensi hanya tingkat pendidikan (p= 0,02, 95% CI 0,46-5,20). Rekomendasi: rumah sakit sebaiknya membuat kebijakan yang bersinergis dengan pelaksanaan jenjang karir perawat dan kompetensinya sehingga dapat terlaksana sesuai harapan.

The nurses practice should be based on evidence of competence and well documented. The evidence used is a activities diary of the nurse competency called log book. This study uses a quasi experiment posttest only design with a sample of 37 2nd level clinical nurse with a total sampling technique. Research results concluded there was no significant relationship between nurse characteristics with perceptions of career paths. While the nurse characteristics associated with achievement of the target competence only educational level (p = 0.02, 95% CI 0.46 to 5.20). Recommendation: The hospital should make policy in synergism with the implementation of nurse career paths and competencies that can be implemented as expected.
