Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Perceived Empathic Self-Efficacy dengan Volunterisme pada volunter di bidang pendidikan. Variabel perceived empathic self-efficacy diukur dengan Perceived Empathic Self-Effiacy Scale (PESE) dan variabel volunterisme diukur dengan menggunakan skala Volunterisme. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sebanyak 100 orang partisipan usia remaja dan dewasa muda. "Dewasa muda, khususnya mahasiswa sedang dalam kondisi dimana mereka memiliki sistem kekebalan tubuh yang prima sehingga mereka seringkali mengabaikan penerapan gaya hidup sehat. Tetapi, apakah dengan adanya faktor risiko seperti adanya kerabat yang mengidap penyakit kanker membuat mereka menata kembali gaya hidup untuk menjadi lebih sehat? Oleh karena itu menjadi penting adanya untuk menguji faktor apa saja yang berkontribusi dalam penerapan perilaku sehat pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara perceived threat dan self-efficacy dalam perilaku sehat dengan perilaku sehat pada mahasiswa yang memiliki kerabat dengan riwayat kanker. Studi ini berhasil menghimpun 138 partisipan mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia yang memiliki kerabat dengan riwayat kanker. Mahasiswa UI mengisi kuesioner secara daring yang mengukur tentang perceived threat, self-efficacy, dan perilaku sehat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived threat tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku sehat pada kedua faktornya yaitu perceived susceptibility (r = -0,03, p = 0,72) dan perceived seriousness (r = -0,015 p = 0,86). Hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy (r = 0,26, p = 0,02) memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku sehat. Penjelasan lebih lanjut mengenai hasil penelitian didiskusikan.

Young adults, especially college student is going through a condition where their immune system, has reached its peak. The problem is, they tend to be not putting too much attention on practicing healthy lifestyle behavior. Would they change their health behavior, if they have a cancer fighter relative? Therefore, it is important to examine what factors that contribute on practicing health behavior on college student. This research aims to examine the relationship between perceived threat and health behavior self-efficacy with health behavior on college student whose having familial risk of cancer. 138 students of Universitas Indonesia with a familial risk of cancer were involved in this research. UI student fill out the online questionnaires that measure perceived threat, self-efficacy and health behavior. The results indicate that the relationship between perceived threat on cancer and health behavior was not significant both on perceived susceptibility (r = -0,03, p = 0,72), and perceived seriousness (r = -0,015 p = 0,86). Other results shows that health behavior self-efficacy and health behavior were positively correlated and significant (r = 0,26 , p = 0,02). Further explanation about the results is discussed."

"Tingginya angka ketidaksesuaian karier dengan minat mahasiswa di Indonesia menunjukkan tingkat efikasi diri dalam pemilihan keputusan karier yang rendah di Indonesia. Dalam hal ini, pola asuh orang tua yang tepat dapat menjadi bekal bagi individu untuk mengembangkan efikasi diri, khususnya di bidang karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara perceived parenting style dan career decision making self-efficacy mahasiswa di Indonesia. Peneliti menggunakan dua instrumen penelitian, yakni Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) dan Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Indonesia Version (CDMSE-Ind) untuk mendapatkan data terkait variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini melibatkan 146 mahasiswa dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pola asuh orang tua otoritatif berkorelasi positif signifikan pada CDMSE (r = 0,411, p < .001). Artinya, semakin tinggi kecenderungan pola asuh otoritatif yang dipersepsikan mahasiswa, semakin tinggi pula tingkat efikasi diri dalam pemilihan keputusan karier. Sedangkan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pola asuh orang tua otoriter tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian mengimplikasikan bahwa penggunaan pola asuh otoritatif paling tepat untuk menumbuhkan efikasi diri dalam pemilihan keputusan karier individu.

The high rate of career misalignment with student interests in Indonesia indicates a low level of career decision making self-efficacy among Indonesians. In this case, proper parental upbringing can serve as a foundation for individuals to develop self-efficacy, especially in career-related areas. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between perceived parenting style and career decision making self-efficacy among university students in Indonesia. The researchers used two research instruments: the Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) and the Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Indonesia Version (CDMSE-Ind) to collect data on these variables. The study involved 146 students aged 18-25 years. Statistical analysis showed that students' perceptions of authoritative parenting style significantly and positively correlated with CDMSE (r = 0.411, p < .001). This means that the higher the tendency for authoritative parenting perceived by the students, the higher their level of self-efficacy in career decision making. In contrast, students' perceptions of authoritarian parenting style did not show a significant relationship. The study's findings imply that the use of authoritative parenting is most appropriate for fostering self-efficacy in career decision making."

"Masa remaja adalah masa untuk memilih dari berbagai macam pilihan yang berkaitan dengan karier masa depan. Salah satunya adalah memilih peminatan di SMA yang dalam kurikulum 2013 dilakukan pada waktu siswa duduk di kelas 10. Proses memilih peminatan erat kaitannya dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier. Salah satu faktor yang dapat membantu siswa untuk dapat mencapai efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier adalah persepsi siswa mengenai dukungan sosial yang didapatkan dari guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi mengenai dukungan dari guru, yaitu guru bidang studi dan guru BP/BK, dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier pada siswa SMA kelas 10. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 200 orang siswa SMA kelas 10 di Depok yang telah memilih peminatan.Persepsi dukungan guru diukur menggunakan Teacher Support Scale dari McWhirter (1997, dalam Metheny, McWhirter, & O’Neil, 2008) dan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale dari Taylor dan Betz (1983, dalam Taylor & Betz, 2006) yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Korelasi antara persepsi dukungan guru, baik guru bidang studi maupun guru BP/BK, dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Hasil akan didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

Adolescence is a time to choose from a wide variety of career options related to the future. One of them is to choose a specialization in high school which in the Kurikulum 2013 performed when students sitting in 10th grade. The process of selecting specialization is closely related to career decision-making self-efficacy. One of the factors that can help adolescents reach their career decision-making self-efficacy is the perception of students regarding social support obtained from the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of perceived support from teachers, which is divided as subject teachers and schoolcouselors, with the career decision-making self-efficacy on 10th grade students in high school. The participants of this study are 200 10th grade students in senior high school in Depok who have chosen specialization. Perceived teacher support was measured using the Teacher Support Scale from McWhirter (1997, in Metheny, McWhirter, & O'Neil, 2008 ), and career decision-making self-efficacy was measured using the Career Decision Self -Efficacy Scale from Taylor and Betz (1983, in Taylor & Betz, 2006) which has been adapted and modified by the researcher. The correlation between perceived teacher support, both subject teachers and school-counselors, with career decision-making self-efficacy showed significant results. The results will be discussed further.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara traits dan creative selfefficacy (CSE) pada guru TK. Traits adalah dimensi dari perbedaan kecenderungan individu untuk menunjukan pola pemikiran, perasaan dan tindakan yang konsisten (McCrae dan Costa, 2003). Sementara itu, CSE merupakan keyakinan yang sementara pada individu mengenai kemampuan dirinya untuk melakukan tugas spesifik tertentu yang membutuhkan produksi solusi-solusi baru, orisinal, atau sesuai.
Pengukuran traits menggunakan alat ukur IPIP (Goldberg, 1999) dan pengukuran CSE menggunakan alat ukur Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy (CTSE) II & Creative Performance Self-Efficacy (CPSE) II Inventories (Abbott, 2010) yang telah diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Partisipan berjumlah 112 orang guru TK yang berusia 20-60 tahun.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara trait neuroticism dan CTSE, serta terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, dan conscientiousness dengan CTSE dan CPSE. Namun demikian, pada trait neuroticism tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan CPSE. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan screening kepribadian ketika perekrutan guru TK. Selain itu, guru TK juga dapat diberi intervensi sejak dini untuk meningkatkan CSE.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between nature traits and creative self-efficacy (CSE) in kindergarten teachers. Traits is dimensions of individual differences in tendencies to show consistent patterns of thoughts, feelings and actions (McCrae & Costa, 2003). Meanwhile CSE is an individual's state-like belief in his or her own ability to perform the specific tasks required to produce novel original, or appropiate solutions (Abbott, 2010).
Traits was measured using an adaptation instrumen named IPIP (Goldberg, 1999) and CSE was measured using an adaptation instrument named Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy (CTSE) II & Creative Performance Self-Efficacy (CPSE) II Inventories (Abbott, 2010). The respondent of this research are 112 kindergarten teachers.
The results of this research show that trait neuroticism negative correlated significantly with CTSE and the trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness positive correlated significantly with CTSE and CPSE. But there is no significant correlation between trait neuroticism and CPSE. Based on these results, kindergarten ought to held a personality screening in teacher's recruitment and give intervention, such as training or seminar to teachers that can increase creative self-efficacy.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara coping self-efficacy dan burnout pada perawat. Pengukuran coping self-efficacy menggunakan alat ukur Coping Self-Efficacy Scale (Chesney dkk., 2006) yang memiliki tiga subskala, yaitu use problem focused coping, stop unpleasant thoughts and emotions, dan get support from family and friends dengan total 26 item. Pengukuran terhadap burnout menggunakan alat ukur Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (Maslach & Jackson, 1981) yang memiliki tiga dimensi, yaitu emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, dan menurunnya sense of personal accomplishment dengan total 22 item. Jumlah partisipan yang diperoleh sebanyak 131 perawat. Hasil utama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara coping self-efficacy dan burnout pada perawat, yang berarti semakin tinggi coping self-efficacy perawat, semakin rendah burnout yang dirasakan.

The aim of this study is to investigate whether any relationship between coping self-efficacy and burnout among nurses. Coping self-efficacy was measured by Coping Self-Efficacy Scale (Chesney et al., 2006) which has three subscales, namely use problem focused coping, stop unpleasant thoughts and emotions, and get support from family and friends with a total of 26 items. Burnout was measured by Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (Maslach & Jackson, 1981) which has three dimensions, namely emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced sense of personal accomplihsment with a total of 22 items. Participants of this study were 131 nurses. The main result of the study shows that there is a significant negative relationship between coping self-efficacy and burnout among nurses, in conclusion, the higher score of coping self-efficacy obtained by nurses, the lower they perceived burnout."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat moderasi self-efficacy terhadap hubungan perceived social support dan distres psikologis pada mahasiswa. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa berusia 18-25 tahun yang berjumlah 519 orang, terdiri dari 394 orang perempuan (71%) dan 125 orang laki-laki (29%) dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara perceived social support dan distres psikologis (r=-0,283, p<0,001). Melalui analisis lebih lanjut, ditemukan bahwa terdapat efek moderasi self-efficacy tehadap hubungan perceived social support dengan distres psikologis pada mahasiswa. Perceived social support yang bersumber dari keluarga ditemukan sebagai prediktor penurunan distres psikologis yang lebih utama dibanding teman dan significant others. Implikasi penelitian ini sebagai rujukan intervensi dan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait distres psikologis pada mahasiswa.

"Gambaran kualitas hidup pasien dengan epilepsi di berbagai belahan dunia menunjukkan rerata skor yang beragam dan secara umum berada pada rentang yang cukup baik. Namun demikian, tinggi rendahnya skor kualitas hidup dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor dan diduga self-efficacy menjadi salah satu aspek yang mempengaruhinya. Self-efficacy ialah komponen yang penting dan dibutuhkan untuk memperbaiki kualitas hidup klien dewasa dengan epilepsi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan kualitas hidup pada klien dewasa dengan epilepsi menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan 50 orang klien dewasa dengan epilepsi sebagai sampel.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan rerata yang bermakna pada kualitas hidup berdasarkan stigma (p < 0,05) dan self-efficacy dengan kualitas hidup memiliki derajat kemaknaan kuat (p < 0,05;r = 0,511). Selain itu, analisis berikutnya menemukan tidak terdapat perbedaan rerata yang signifikan pada kualitas hidup berdasarkan penggunaan OAE, tipe serangan, frekuensi serangan, dukungan sosial (p>0,05).
Penelitian ini bermanfaat dalam pelayanan keperawatan agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan klien yang berprinsip mengendalikan serangan beserta dampak negatif akibat serangan maupun medikasi. Sehingga, kualitas hidup klien dewasa dengan epilepsi diharapkan semakin baik.

An overview of the quality of life of patients with epilepsy in various parts of the world shows that scores vary widely and generally in a fairly good range, with values above 60 from a range of 100. However, high and low quality of life scores can be influenced by several factors and suspected self -efficacy is one aspect that influences it. Self-efficacy is an important and necessary component to improve the quality of life for adults with epilepsy.
The aim of this study is to identify relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life adult clients with epilepsy using cross-sectional analytical methods. This study used 50 adults with epilepsy.
The results showed that there were significant mean differences in quality of life based on stigma (p <0.05) and self-efficacy to quality of life has a strong degree of significance (p<0.05;r=0.511). Further analysis found that there was no significant difference in quality of life based on AED usage, type of seizure, frequency of seizure, social support (p>0.05).
This research is useful for nursing care in meeting needs that are principled to control seizure and side effects of medication. So, the quality of life of adult clients with epilepsy expected to be better.

"Kompetensi sosial emosional merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang dibutuhkan oleh guru dalam menyiapkan siswa yang kompeten secara sosial emosional untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan di abad 21. Dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sosial emosional pada guru, persepsi guru terhadap iklim sekolah dan tingkat efikasi diri guru menjadi faktor yang mendukung hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari efek mediasi yang dimiliki oleh efikasi diri guru terhadap hubungan antara persepsi iklim sekolah dan kompetensi sosial emosional guru. Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 493 guru sekolah dasar di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan alat ukur Social Emotional Competencies-Teacher Rating Scale untuk mengukur kompetensi sosial emosional guru, Revised-School Level Enviromental Questionnaire untuk mengukur persepsi iklim sekolah, dan Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale versi bahasa Indonesia untuk mengukur efikasi diri guru. Analisis regresi Hayes dilakukan terhadap penelitian ini dan ditemukan bahwa terdapat mediasi parsial untuk variabel efikasi diri guru terhadap hubungan persepsi iklim sekolah dan kompetensi sosial emosional guru pada dimensi teacher-student relationships dan emotion regulation. Hasil temuan ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi positif guru terhadap iklim sekolah dan efikasi diri guru berperan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sosial emosional pada guru sekolah dasar.

Social-emotional competence is one of the abilities required by teachers to prepare students who are socially and emotionally competent to face various challenges in the 21st century. In developing social-emotional competence in teachers, teachers' perceptions of the school climate and the level of teacher self-efficacy become factors that support this. This study aims to find the mediating effect of teacher self-efficacy on the relationship between perceptions of the school climate and the social-emotional competence of teachers. The participants in this study were 493 elementary school teachers in Indonesia. This research is quantitative in nature, using the Social Emotional Competencies-Teacher Rating Scale (SECTRS) to measure teachers' social-emotional competence, the Revised-School Level Environmental Questionnaire (R-SLEQ) to measure perceptions of the school climate, and the Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale in the Indonesian language (I-TSES) to measure teacher self-efficacy. Regression analysis, specifically Hayes' method, was applied to this research, and it was found that there is partial mediation for the variable of teacher self-efficacy in the relationship between perceptions of the school climate and teachers' social-emotional competence in the dimensions of teacher-student relationships and emotion regulation. These findings demonstrate that positive perceptions of the school climate and teacher self-efficacy play a role in enhancing social-emotional competence in elementary school teachers."

"Self-efficacy perguruan tinggi penting untuk diperhatikan pada masa-masa awal perkuliahan karena menentukan kegigihan dan keberhasilan akademik siswa kedepannya. Kemanjuran diri perguruan tinggi didefinisikan oleh Solberg et al. (1993) sebagai tingkat kepercayaan siswa memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan tugas-tugas terkait dengan perkuliahan. Studi ini melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri perguruan tinggi dengan melibatkan welas asih, yaitu wujud kepedulian individu dalam caring dirinya saat dia kurang, membuat kesalahan, gagal, atau mengalami situasi menyakitkan dalam hidup (Neff, 2003). Analisis statistik digunakan adalah korelasi Pearson. Sebanyak 213 siswa berusia 18-21 tahun tahun pertama (perempuan = 157 dan laki-laki = 56) menjadi peserta dalam penelitian ini ini. Belas kasihan diukur menggunakan SCS-26 dan kemanjuran diri perguruan tinggi diukur menggunakan CSEI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif yang signifikan antara belas kasihan dan efikasi diri perguruan tinggi pada siswa tahun pertama (r (213) = .498, p <.001), sehingga dapat dikatakan semakin tinggi rasa kasih sayang yang dimiliki siswa tahun pertama semakin tinggi kemanjuran diri perguruan tinggi yang dimiliki.

Higher education self-efficacy is important to pay attention to in the early days of lectures because it determines the persistence and academic success of students going forward. College self-efficacy defined by Solberg et al. (1993) as the level of confidence students have the ability to do tasks related to lectures. This study looked at the relationship between college self-efficacy and involving compassion, which is a form of individual care in caring for himself when he is lacking, makes mistakes, fails, or experiences painful situations in life (Neff, 2003). The statistical analysis used was Pearson correlation. A total of 213 students aged 18-21 years of the first year (girls = 157 and boys = 56) participated in this study. Compassion was measured using the SCS-26 and college self-efficacy was measured
using CSEI. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between compassion and college self-efficacy in first-year students (r (213) = .498, p <.001), so it can be said that the higher the feeling of affection that year students have. first, the higher the self-efficacy of the university.
