"Ketahanan Sekolah yang baik ditandai adanya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang kuat dan etos kerja guru yang tinggi. Sebuah arah pemikiran yang menjadi langkah awal dalam penyusunan tesis ini. Untuk menghasilkan pemahaman yang akurat berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan Etos Kerja Guru dalam upaya meningkatkan ketahanan sekolah di SMA Negeri kota Bekasi, dilaksanakan penelitian dengan metode campuran pada 3 sekolah SMA Negeri di kota Bekasi. Informasi yang diperoleh dengan mengadakan kuesioner tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap guru dan siswa, wawancara mendalam tentang etos kerja guru dan upaya peningkatan etos kerja guru, observasi lapangan, serta dokumentasi. Dalam diri kepala sekolah, kemampuan kependidikan, personal, relasional, intelektual dan keorganisasian menjadi indicator utama kepemimpinan agar sekolah dapat berkembang sesuai dengan visi-misi, tujuan sekolah serta dapat meningkatkan ketahanan sekolah. Etos kerja guru sebagai faktor lainnya ditandai melalui pemaknaan bahwa kerja adalah rahmat, amanah, panggilan, aktualisasi, ibadah, seni, kehormatan serta bentuk pelayanan. Secara umum, dapat disimpulkan bahwa SMA Negeri kota Bekasi sudah berupaya untuk menciptakan kondisi untuk menjaga tingkat ketahanan sekolah bahkan upaya untuk meningkatkannya. Adapaun tahapan-tahapan yang sudah dilakukan yaitu peningkatan kualitas manajemen sekolah, kedisiplinan, rasa kebersamaan-kepemilikan atas sekolah, saling menghormati, bekerja sesuai tugasnya dengan sungguh-sungguh dan tanggungjawab, berkomunikasi secara efektif-efisien, serta bertingkah laku sopan dan baik kepada setiap elemen sekolah.

Good schools resilience marked by strong principal?s leadership and high teacher?s work ethic, was the foundation concept for forming this thesis. To produce an accurate understanding related to school leadership and teacher Work Ethics in order to increase the resilience of schools in SMA Bekasi, research conducted by the mix method at 3 state high school in Bekasi city. Information obtained by conducting a questionnaire on school leadership to teachers and students, interview about teachers work ethic and how to increase it, observation, and documentation. Within the principal, the ability of educational, personal, relational, intellectual and organizational be a major indicator of leadership so that schools can develop in accordance with the vision, mission, goals, and can improve the schools resilience. Teacher?s work ethic as other factors characterized by the meaning that work is mercy, trust, calls, actualization, worship, art, honor and form of service. In general, it can be concluded that SMA Bekasi has sought to create the conditions to maintain the degree of schools resilience and even attempt to increase it. The steps that have been done is improving the quality of school management, discipline, a sense of community-ownership of the school, mutual respect, to work in accordance duties earnestly and responsibility, communicate effectively and efficiently, and behave polite and kind to each element of the school."

"Para peneliti telah mencoba mengidentifikasi 'jalur' praktik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang berdampak paling signifikan pada peningkatan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Di sisi lain, terdapat bukti bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan sekolah terhadap pemelajaran siswa bersifat tidak langsung melalui pemelajaran profesional guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki kepemimpinan dalam organisasi sekolah menggunakan pendekatan analisis jejaring sosial (SNA) dalam konteks budaya di satuan pendidikan kerjasama (SPK) Indonesia. Desain survei daring cross-sectional digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari SPK yang menjadi subyek multiple case study ini. SNA diterapkan untuk mengeksplorasi pola relasi kepemimpinan formal dan informal serta pengaruhnya terhadap pemelajaran profesional guru. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kepala sekolah masih memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan, terdapat individu-individu yang menjadi pemimpin informal yang berpengaruh terhadap pemelajaran profesional guru. Kehadiran dan identifikasi pemimpin informal ini adalah bukti penerapan kepemimpinan terdistribusi (distributed leadership), sebagai praktik kepemimpinan paling efektif berdasarkan konteks budaya dan organisasi sekolah subyek.

Researchers have attempted to identify the 'pathways' of school leadership practices that have the most significant impact on improving the quality of teaching and learning. On the other hand, there is evidence that the influence of school leadership on student learning is indirect through teachers' professional learning. This study aims to investigate leadership practice in school organizations using a social network analysis (SNA) approach within the cultural context of Indonesian international schools. A cross-sectional online survey design was used to collect data from the subject schools of this multiple case study. SNA was applied to explore the patterns of formal and informal leadership relations and their influence on teachers' professional learning. The research findings indicate that although school principals still have the most significant influence, there are individuals who serve as informal leaders that have an impact on teachers' professional learning. The presence and identification of these informal leaders provide evidence of the practice of distributed leadership, as the most effective leadership practice based on the cultural context and the subject school organization."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja Rintisan SMA Bertaraf Internasional di Kabupaten Cirebon. Subyek penelitian adalah guru pengajar. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 68 orang dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan tehnik analisis korelasi. Instrumen disusun dalam bentuk angket dengan menggunakan skala Likers.
Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: Pertama, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional sebesar 0.731. Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan kinerja Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional sebesar 0.731.

The objective of this research were to examine the contribution of the influence leadership and climate school to the performance of Pioneering International Standard Senior High School (RSBI) in Cirebon Distric. The subject consist of class teachers. The total sampel was taken 68 by using saturation sampling technique. Research method which is used is quantitative by using correlation analisys. The instrument was arranged in the form of Likert Scale.
The research implied the influence that: first, there was a positive and significant correlation between leadersheep and performance Pioneering International Standard Senior High School of 0.583. Second, there was a positive and significant correlation between school climate and performance Pioneering International Standard Senior High School of 0.534.

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara kepemimpinan
transformasional kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru. Pengukuran kinerja
mengunakan alat ukur yang diadaptasi dari dimensi Campbell (2012) yang
dikembangkan oleh Ratdityas (2013) dan pengukuran kepemimpinan
transformasional menggunakan alat ukur Multi Level Questionere Form 5x (MLQ
5x) yang dikembangkan oleh Bass dan Riggio (2005). Partisipan penelitian ini
adalah guru-guru yang mengajar di sekolah negeri di beberapa kota di Indonesia.
Total partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 172 orang guru. Hasil penelitian
ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan
transformasional kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru.

"Penelitian ini mengenai Kepemimpinan Sekolah Pada Sekolah Dasar Reguler Menjadi Sekolah Unggulan pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 11 Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat. Pada saat ini, SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk masih melaksanakan transformasi dari Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional (RSBI) menjadi sekolah reguler biasa untuk tetap menjadi sekolah unggulan. Soft systems methodology (SSM) digunakan sebagai metoda dalam penelitian ini karena SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk dilihat sebagai human activity systems. Sementara peneliti mengambil beberapa ?core values? dari praktek successful school leadership yang tepat bagi kondisi transisi dari SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk saat ini.
Penelitian ini pada hasilnya menyimpulkan empat (4) hal sebagai pembelajaran yang dapat membuat SDN 11 kebon Jeruk tetap menjadi Sekolah Dasar Negeri unggulan di Wilayah Jakarta Barat, diantaranya adalah: 1. Untuk praktek setting direction, SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk harus menyusun prosedur manajemen berbasis sekolah, dengan membentuk character building, membuat berbagai pedomannya, lalu membuat standar prosedur, membuat tahapan Job Description, SOP untuk guru- guru. 2. Untuk praktek developing people, SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk perlu memberikan dana tambahan untuk kesejahteraan (dana dari orang tua murid) yang bertujuan agar guru honorer yang belum PNS memiliki tingkat kesejahteraan yang semakin baik. 3. Untuk praktek redesigning organization Komite SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk perlu meningkatkan pengelolaan persepsi publik dalam membangun relasi dunia luar dari sekolah menjadi terbangunnya relasi semakin baik. Dampaknya kepada para peserta didik, seperti lebih berani tampil, percaya diri, memiliki tambahan wawasan karena banyak pihak luar yang datang berbagi informasi dan pengetahuan. 4. Untuk praktek managing instructional (teaching and learning) programme, Kepala SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk harus merealisasikan, mengontrol pelaksanaan rekomendasi dan masukan terhadap peningkatan mutu kegiatan pembelajaran.

This research is about School Leadership on Regular Elementary School become Elementary Leading School on Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 11 Kebun Jeruk in West Jakarta. At this time, SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk still carry out the transformation of the RSBI (Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional) into the regular school to remain a Leading School. Soft systems methodology (SSM) is used as a method in this study because of SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk seen as human activity systems. While researchers took several 'core values' of successful school leadership practices appropriate for the conditions of the transition from SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk today.
This study concludes on the results of four (4) things as learning to make SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk remains a leading public elementary school in West Jakarta region, including: 1. To practice setting direction, SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk should develop school-based management procedures , by forming character building, making a variety of guidelines, then made a standard procedure, making the stages Job Description, SOP for teachers. 2. To practice developing people, SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk need to provide additional funds for welfare (funds from parents) that aims to part time teachers who have not had the welfare of civil servants are getting better. 3. To practice redesigning organization, the Committee of SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk need to improve the management of public perception in building relationships outside of the school world becomes more good relations. The impact to the students, such as more daring, confident, have additional insight because many outsiders who come to share information and knowledge. 4. To practice managing instructional (teaching and learning) program, the principal of SDN 11 Kebon Jeruk must realize, control the implementation of the recommendations and input to improve the quality of learning activities.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara teacher autonomy dan teacher engagement pada guru sekolah dasar. Teacher autonomy yang diukur meliputi pemilihan aktivitas dan kelengkapan pengajaran, peraturan atau standar-standar dalam kelas, perencanaan (termasuk urutan/rangkaian) instruksional, dan pengambilan keputusan atau pembuatan kebijakan melalui 18 item Teaching Autonomy Scale (TAS). Teacher engagement yang diukur meliputi dimensi kognitif, dimensi emosional, dimensi sosial kepada siswa, dan dan dimensi sosial kepada rekan guru menggunakan 16 item Engaged Teacher Scale (ETS). Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 84 orang guru sekolah dasar negeri di Jakarta. Berdasarkan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment, tidak ditemukan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara teacher autonomy dan teacher engagement

This study conducted to investigate the correlation between teacher autonomy and teacher engagement in elementary school teachers. Teacher autonomy consists of the selection of activities and teaching materials, regulations or standards in the classroom, instructional planning (including order/sequence), and decision-making or policy-making which measured by 18 items of Teaching Autonomy Scale (TAS). Teacher engagement was measured by 16 items Engaged Teacher Scale (ETS) which consist of four dimensions, that is cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, social engagement: students, and social engagement: colleagues. Participants of this study were 84 public elementary schools teachers in Jakarta. Based on Pearson Product Moment analysis, no significant positive correlation was found between teacher autonomy and teacher engagement"
