"ABSTRAKManajemen proses bisnis merupakan salah satu contoh yang baik untuk mengelola suatu alur kerja yang ada dalam suatu UKM. Perancangan aplikasi manajemenproses bisnis yang dilakukan pada skripsi ini diharapkan mampu membantu UKM meningkatkan kinerja sebagai salah satu pengembang ekonomi terbesar di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Software Design Life Cycle dimana terdapat system requirement, system and software design, implementationdan testing. Penerapan metode ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat perancang manajemen proses bisnis yaitu Oracle BPM Studio 10.3. Pengujian dilakukan disalah satu Usaha Kecil dan Menengah yang ada di Jakarta dengan 2 tahap yaitu usability testing dan load testing. Dari usability testing didapatkan hasil untukpengguna rata-rata sebesar 4,66 dimana skala 5 berarti Sangat Baik untuk keseluruhan fungsi serta GUI. Sedangkan pengujian load testing menunjukkanbahwa aplikasi ini dapat diakses dengan baik, dengan menghasilkan rata-rata pengujian di bawah 10 s yaitu 7,48 ms.

AbstractBusiness process management is one good example to manage an existingworkflow within an SME. The design of business process managementapplications made in this research are expected to help SMEs improveperformance as one of the largest economic development in Indonesia. Themethod used is the Software Design Life Cycle where there is a systemrequirement, system and software design, implementation and testing. Applicationof this method is performed using the designer tools which is Oracle BPM Studio10.3. Tests carried out on one of the Small and Medium Enterprises in Jakartawith two stages, usability testing and load testing. Usability testing of the resultsobtained for the average user of 4.66 where the scale of 5 means Very Good foroverall functionality and GUI. Whereas testing of load testing indicate that thisapplication can be accessed well, with generating average of testing at the below10 s which is 7,48 ms."

"Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dan mengidentifikasi tingkat ketangkasan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak pada sistem Perizinan Online Kementerian ESDM yang terdampak oleh Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja, di mana terjadi banyak perubahan proses bisnis layanan dan kewajiban integrasi dengan sistem Kementerian Investasi yang belum terdefinisi dengan baik. Evaluasi dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja transisi dan adopsi agile yang mengolaborasikan kerangka kerja 4-DAT dan SAMI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan pengisian kuesioner dengan responden yang terdiri dari manajer proyek, pimpinan tim, penilai, pengembang dan pemilik bisnis proses layanan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan perangkat lunak belum mencapai tingkat ketangkasan kolaboratif level 1 (SAMI) dan tingkat ketangkasan 0.7 skala 1 (4-DAT). Sebagai rekomendasi, dibutuhkan transisi proses pengembangan perangkat lunak menuju agile dengan mengoptimalkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak pada kondisi bisnis dan regulasi yang dinamis, demi peningkatan standar layanan berdasarkan metodologi SAMI. Rekomendasi proses adopsi menggunakan Kanban dapat mendukung proses manajemen perubahan, peningkatan visibilitas proyek dan efisiensi penyelesaian sistem. Penyusunan rekomendasi kerangka kerja transisi dan adopsi agiledidasarkan kondisi pengembangan aplikasi saat ini dengan memperhatikan pemetaan dengan praktik agile, prinsip-prinsip agile, dan alur proses Kanban. Transisi dan adopsi agile menggunakan framework Kanban pada organisasi diharapkan mampu mengoptimalkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak pada kondisi bisnis dan regulasi yang dinamis dalam rangka peningkatan standar layanan.

This study evaluates and identifies the agility level of the software development process in the Online Licensing System of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), which has been impacted by the Job Creation Law. This law led to significant changes in business processes and the need for integration with the well-not-defined systems of the Ministry of Investment. The evaluation was carried out using an agile transition and adoption framework, combining the 4-DAT and SAMI frameworks. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and questionnaires with respondents including project managers, team leaders, evaluators, developers, and business owners of the service process. The results showed that the software development process has not yet reached collaborative agility level 1 (SAMI) and an agility level of 0.7 on a scale of 1 (4-DAT). As a recommendation, a transition of the software development process towards agile is needed, optimizing the software development process in dynamic business and regulatory conditions, to improve service standards based on the SAMI methodology. The recommended adoption process using Kanban can support change management, increase project visibility, and enhance system completion efficiency. The formulation of the agile transition and adoption framework recommendations is based on the current application development conditions, considering mapping with agile practices, agile principles, and Kanban process flows. The transition and adoption of agile using the Kanban framework in the organization are expected to optimize the software development process under dynamic business and regulatory conditions to improve service standards."

"Bank Digital XYZ sebagai salah satu inisiator bank digital di Indonesia mengembangkan aplikasi ABC untuk nasabah usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM). Aplikasi ABC dikembangkan oleh beberapa tim dengan mengadopsi metode Scrum. Hipotesis awal menunjukkan beberapa praktik Scrum tidak terlaksana secara baik sehingga Sprint Goal sering tidak tercapai dan berdampak langsung pada keterlambatan rilis yang sering terjadi. Persentase ketercapaian Sprint Goal tidak lebih dari 47% dan keberhasilan rilis tepat waktu hanya 31,82%. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan rancangan Scaled Agile untuk meningkatkan efisiensi rilis aplikasi ABC. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Scrum dan menghasilkan sebuah rancangan Scaled Agile. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang berlandaskan Scrum Maturity Model untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan implementasi Scrum. Data kuesioner dihitung menggunakan Key Process Area (KPA) Rating dari Agile Maturity Model. Rekomendasi praktik disusun berdasarkan Scrum Guide 2020 dan beberapa praktik Scaled Agile. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat domain Scaled Agile, yaitu produk, arsitektur, koordinasi, dan peran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tim Scrum ABC memiliki tingkat kematangan 2 dengan 44 praktik perlu diperbaiki yang menghasilkan 17 masalah umum yang perlu rekomendasi. Rekomendasi dan situasi tim Scrum ABC diidentifikasi berdasarkan domain untuk menemukan komponen rancangan Scaled Agile. Komponen disusun untuk menghasilkan rancangan Scaled Agile yang secara umum menggambarkan proses koordinasi antar peran yang meliputi produk hasil koordinasi dalam skala kecil dan besar. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa rancangan Scaled Agile yang telah tervalidasi oleh beberapa anggota tim Scrum ABC dan telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan tim. Proses validasi terkait dengan redundansi koordinasi, penambahan peran, dan proses koordinasi kumulatif. Implementasi secara bertahap dan konsisten diharapkan dapat memperbaiki efisiensi rilis produk ABC.

XYZ Digital Bank as one of the initiators of digital banks in Indonesia has developed an ABC application for micro, small and medium enterprise (MSMEs) customers. The ABC application was developed by several teams by adopting the Scrum method. The initial hypothesis shows that some Scrum practices are not implemented properly so that the Sprint Goal is often not achieved and has a direct impact on release delays that often occur. The percentage of achieving the Sprint Goal is not more than 47% and the success of the release on time is only 31.82%. This study aims to provide a Scaled Agile design to improve the efficiency of ABC application releases. This study uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate Scrum implementation and produce a Scaled Agile design. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires based on the Scrum Maturity Model to measure the maturity level of Scrum implementation. Questionnaire data is calculated using the Key Process Area (KPA) Rating from the Agile Maturity Model. Practice recommendations are based on the 2020 Scrum Guide and several Scaled Agile practices. This study uses four domains of Scaled Agile, namely product, architecture, coordination, and roles. The results showed that the ABC Scrum team had a maturity level of 2 with 44 practices that needed improvement which resulted in 17 general problems that needed recommendations. The ABC Scrum team's recommendations and situations were identified by domain to find the components of the Scaled Agile design. Components are structured to produce a Scaled Agile design which generally describes the process of coordination between roles which includes the results of coordination on a small and large scale. The result of this research is a Scaled Agile design that has been validated by several members of the ABC Scrum team and has been adapted to the team needs. The validation process is related to coordination redundancy, adding roles, and cumulative coordination processes. Gradual and consistent implementation is expected to improve the efficiency of ABC product releases."
