"High performance work practices merupakan salah satu alat yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan output karyawan yang terbagi menjadi dimensi training, reward dan empowerment. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh high performance work practice terhadap job performance dan organizational citizenship behavior dengan work engagement sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 123 karyawan PT Pertamina Gas yang berstatus karyawan tetap. Hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Path Analysis pada LISREL menunjukan bahwa work engagement memediasi secara penuh pengaruh antara high performance work practices terhadapjobperformance dan organizational citizenship behavior.

High performance workpractices is one of the tools used by a company to increasing employees' output that is divided into dimensions training, rewards and empowerment. This study aims to identify the effects of high performance work practice to job performance and organizational citizenship behavior with work engagement as mediation. This research involved 123 permanent workers at PT Pertamina Gas. The results of data processing by path analysis on LISREL showed that work engagement acts as full mediator of the effect of high performance work practices onjobperformance and organizational citizenship behavior."

"Tesis ini menguji model yang berkaitan dengan burnout, counterproductive work behavior, job involvement, dan organizational identification terhadap work performance dalam konteks pengemudi ojek online. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitif yang menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi sejumlah pertanyaan tertutup terhadap 261 responden. Penulis menggunakan SPSS 23 untuk menganalisis data demografi responden dan menggunakan LISREL 8.7 untuk menguji model penelitian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan burnout berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap counterproductive work behavior, counterproductive work behavior berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap work performance, job involvement memiliki signifikansi positif terhadap organizational identification, dan organizational identification memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap work performance.

The objective of this research is to examine model that is related to burnout, counterproductive work behavior, job involvement, and organizational identification toward work performance in the context of online motorcycle taxi drivers. This research is quantitative study using a survey method by distributing questionnaires containing a number of enclosed questions to 261 respondents. The author utilize IBM SPSS 23 to analyze the demographic data of respondents and utilize LISREL 8.7 to examine the research model. This research shows that burnout has a significant positive influence on counterproductive work behavior, counterproductive work behavior has a non- significant negative influence on work performance, job involvement has a significant positive influence on organizational identification, and organizational identification has a significant positive influence on work performance."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh high performance work practices terhadap job performance dan extra-role customer service dengan dimediasi oleh work engagement. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 188 karyawan frontline beberapa hotel bintang 4 dan 5 di Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan metode pengolahan data Structural Equation Modelling SEM.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa high performance work practice memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work engagement. Kemudian work engagement ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance. Selain itu, work engagement ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap extra-role customer service. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa work engagement memediasi high performance work practice terhadap job performance dan extra-role customer service.

This study aims to determine the effect of high performance work practices on job performance and extra role customer service mediated by work engagement. Respondents in this study were 188 frontline hotel employees in Jakarta. By using the Structural Equation Modeling SEM.
The result showed that high performance work practices has positive and significant effect toward work engagement. Then work engagement is found to have positive and significant effect toward job performance. In addition, work engagement is found to have positive and significant effect toward extra role customer service. The result also discovers that work engagement was mediate the effect of high performance work practice on job performance and extra role customer service.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang akan digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan target responden penelitian sebanyak 250 karyawan.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job design dan work engagement terhadap performance pada karyawan kantor pusat di PT Federal International Finance, Jakarta Indonesia sebagai salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan terbesar di Indonesia. Teori yang digunakan untuk job design dalam penelitian ini adalah Hackman dan Oldham (1975), untuk performance menggunakan Aguninis (2009), dan work engagement dari Schaufeli (2006). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 132 orang karyawan PT. Federal International Finance yang diambil menggunakan teknik non-probability purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi, regresi berganda dan sobel test untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan mediasi diantara variabel. Hasil uji pengaruh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif dan dalam kategori sedang antara job design dan performance, korelasi yang positif antara job design dan work engagement, dan korelasi positif juga antara work engagement dan performance. Analisis regresi sederhana mengindikasi bahwa job design merupakan prediktor work engagement signifikan, serta job design dan work engagement masing-masing prediktor untuk performance yang signifikan. Hasil sobel test memberi bukti bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap performance melalui work engagement signifikan secara statistik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh job design secara signifikan terhadap performance secara langsung dan pengaruh yang signifikan juga dengan adanya work engagement sebagai variabel yang memediasi.
This study aims to analyze the effect of job design and work engagement on performance on employees at PT Federal International Finance, Jakarta Indonesia as one of the largest finance companies in Indonesia. Theories used for job design in this study are Hackman and Oldham (1975), for performance using Aguninis (2009), and work engagement from Schaufeli (2006). This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 132 employees of PT. Federal International Finance is taken using a non-probability purposive sampling technique. This study used correlation analysis, multiple regression and multiple tests to examine the direct effect and mediation between variables. Correlation test results showed that there was a positive correlation and in the medium category between job design and performance, a positive correlation between job design and work engagement, and a positive correlation also between work engagement and performance. Simple regression analysis indicated that job design is a significant predictor of work engagement, as well as job design and work engagement of each predictor for significant performance. The sobel test results provided evidence that the indirect effect on performance through work engagement is statistically significant. The results of this study showed that there is a significant influence of job design on performance directly and a significant effect also on the presence of work engagement as a mediating variable."

"Pemulihan ekonomi negara melalui peneriman perpajakan menjadi sangat penting untuk mencegah adanya krisis dan mengembalikan kondisi perekonomian. Kinerja Direktorat Jenderal Pajak mengalami peningkatan selama dua tahun terakhir dalam hal penerimaan negara, namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang mengakibatkan adanya disrupsi tatanan baru dalam bekerja, terdapat fenomena baru seperti faktor work-life balance, meningkatnya job stress, menurunnya job satisfaction, burnout dan dampaknya terhadap job performance pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak dari disrupsi yang ada pada masa transisi setelah pandemi Covid-19 kepada pegawai sektor publik, khususnya Direktorat Jenderal Pajak melalui kuesioner secara daring kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa work-life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap job performance, sedangkan job stress, dan job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif, sementara burnout memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap job performance. Selain itu, job satisfactiondan burnout mampu menjadi variabel mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan variabel penelitian job stress dan job performance, namun tidak memiliki efek yang signifikan pada hubungan antara work-life balance dan job performance.

The performance of the Directorate General of Taxes has increased over the last two years in terms of state revenues, but with the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in the disruption of the new work order, there are new phenomena such as increased stress, decreased job satisfaction, burnout, and its impact on the job performance of the Directorate General of Taxes employees. This study aims to see the impact of disruption during the transition period after the Covid-19 pandemic on public sector employees, especially the Directorate General of Taxes through online questionnaires which are then processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study provide an illustration that work-life balance, does not affect job performance, while job stress, job satisfaction and burnout have a significant influence, both positively and negatively on job performance. In addition, job satisfaction and burnout can become mediating variables that strengthen the relationship between job stress and job performance, while they have little to no effect in relationship between work-life balance and job performance."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dari transformational leadership terhadap task performance dan organizational citizenship behaviors serta melalui peran mediasi work engagement dan organizational identification. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling. Sejumlah 367 pegawai Setjen Kemenkeu berpartisipasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors melalui work engagement dan organizational identification, dan terhadap task performance melalui work engagement meskipun hanya mediasi pasial. Namun, transformational leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap task performance melalui organizational identification, sehingga organizational identification tidak memediasi pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap task performance. Studi ini juga menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap task performance dan organizational citizenship behaviors pegawai Setjen Kemenkeu, terutama terkait dengan kepedulian terhadap citra organisasi. Maka dari itu, organisasi perlu mendorong para pemimpin level teknis (eselon IV) agar senantiasa menunjukkan karakteristik seorang pemimpin transformasional sehingga para pegawai di bawahnya semakin terdorong untuk mempertahankan instansi ketika instansi lain mengkritiknya, menunjukkan kebanggaan saat mewakili instansi di depan umum, dan mengekspresikan loyalitas terhadap organisasi.

This study aims to determine the direct effect of transformational leadership on task performance and organizational citizenship behaviors as well as through the mediating role of work engagement and organizational identification. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. A total of 367 employees of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance participated as research samples. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has an indirect effect on organizational citizenship behaviors through work engagement and organizational identification, and on task performance through work engagement even though it is only partially mediated. However, transformational leadership does not have an indirect effect on task performance through organizational identification, so organizational identification does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership on task performance. This study also shows that transformational leadership has a direct influence on task performance and organizational citizenship behaviors of employees of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance, especially related to concern for organizational image. Therefore, organizations need to encourage technical level leaders (echelon IV) to always show the characteristics of a transformational leader so that employees under them are increasingly motivated to defend the agency when other agencies criticize it, show pride when representing the agency in public, and express loyalty to organization."

"Penelitian ini meneliti hubungan antara budaya kinerja tinggi, kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan di Pertamina. Informasi dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dari sampel 180 karyawan Pertamina. Budaya kinerja tinggi dan kepemimpinan transformasional diidentifikasi sebagai variabel independen, motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Data yang diperoleh dari instrumen penelitian kemudian dianalisis secara statistik. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji model penelitian atau untuk menguji hipotesis adalah SEM dengan program LISREL.
Melalui analisis SEM dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara budaya kinerja tinggi dan motivasi kerja (H1), hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja (H3), dan hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan (H5). Namun, tidak ada hubungan linier yang signifikan ditemukan antara budaya kinerja tinggi dan kinerja karyawan (H2) dan tidak ada hubungan linier yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan (H4).
Penelitian ini menambahkan dimensi baru terhadap budaya kinerja tinggi, kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan karena tidak ada studi serupa telah dilakukan. Karena penelitian ini berlangsung di industri minyak dan gas, hal ini memberikan kontribusi hasil temuan yang berkaitan dengan konsep-konsep.

This research investigates the relationship between high performance culture, transformational leadership, work motivation and employee performance in Pertamina. Information was gathered using questionnaire instruments from a sample of 180 employees of Pertamina. High performance culture and transformational leadership were identified as the independent variables, work motivation as the intervening variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data obtained from the research instruments was then statistically analyzed. The analysis technique was used to test the research model or to test the hypothesis are SEM with LISREL program.
Through SEM analysis it was concluded that there are a significant relationship between high performance culture and work motivation (H1), significant relationship between transformational leadership and work motivation (H3), and significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance (H5). However, no significant linear relationship was found between high performance culture and employee performance (H2) and no significant linear relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance (H4).
This research therefore adds a new dimension to high performance culture, transformational leadership, work motivation and employee performance since no similar study has been conducted. As this research takes place in oil and gas industry, it contributes to the bank of findings relating to the concepts.

"ABSTRAK
Etika kerja Islam hadir menjadi panduan pekerja untuk berbuat dan bertindak berdasarkan keimanan mereka dalam melihat sisi pandang apa yang akan didapat baik di dunia maupun di akhirat. Terkadang, perusahaan memiliki kecenderungan untuk mendahulukan sebuah kepentingan, menghalalkan segala cara, untuk meraih keuntungan. Kompetisi industri khususnya perbankan yang semakin ketat dan konsumen yang makin menuntut sering menjadi faktor utama perusahaan mengabaikan etika dalam berbisnis. Dengan meningkatkan etika kerja Islam didalam diri tiap individu akan baik pulalah komitmen organisasi yang dimilikinya. Penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode path analysis pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari etika kerja Islam terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan mediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 197 pekerja PT.Bank XYZSyariah cabang Jawa Tengah. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa etika kerja Islam dari tiap individu dapat mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi dan komitmen organisasi tersebut terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi etika kerja Islam terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.Kata kunci: etika kerja islam, komitmen organisasi, komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif, komitmen kontinuans, organizational citizenship behavior.

ABSTRACT
Islamic work ethics is present as a guide for workers to act based on their faith in seeing the perspective of what they would receive on the world and the afterlife. Sometimes, the Company has a tendency to prioritize an advance interests, justifies any means, do all for profit. Competition in banking industry, particularly in the consumers are increasingly demanding often is a major factor that companies ignore ethics in business By increasing Islamic work ethics for every individual will be good at the organization commitment to do more in a scope of work. This This qualitative research using path analysis in this study to look at the impact of Islamic work ethics towards organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment. The study involved 197 workers PT.Bank XYZSyariah Central Java. The results of these studies show that the Islamic work ethic of each individual can affect organizational commitment, where the organizational commitment can mediate Islamic work ethics toward organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah work engagement memediasi hubungan antara ketidakamanan kerja dengan kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh karyawan perusahaan Start-Up di Jakarta. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 124 partisipan dari perusahaan Start-Up di Jakarta. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini di antaranya adalah Job Insecurity Scale (2017, Task Performance Scale (2017), dan Utrecth Work Engagement Scale (2004). Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS dan PROCESS MICRO Hayes. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa work engagement memediasi hubungan antara ketidakamanan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan.

 


This research aims to test whether work engagement mediates the relationship between work insecurity and the performance produced by employees at Start-Up company. The participant of this research comsisted of 124 from Start-Up company in Jakarta. Measuring instruments used in this study include Job Insecurity Scale (2017, Task Performance Scale (2017), and Utrecth Work Engagement Scale (2004). Data processing in this study was conducted using SPSS and PROCESS MICRO Hayes. Results of the study were found that work engagement mediates the relationship between work insecurity and employee performance.
