"Dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan di e-marketplace C2C, penyedia platform harus mencari dan menemukan cara untuk menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan pada e-commerce. Objek penelitian ini yaitu tiga perusahaan penyedia e-marketplace C2C di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode SEM Structural Equation Modeling dengan indikator yang ditentukan berdasarkan literatur dan pendapat ahli dan melibatkan 350 responden untuk setiap perusahaan.
Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa faktor kepuasan pelanggan selalu mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Berdasarkan efek totalnya, faktor kepercayaan paling berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan TK. Faktor ekspektasi pelangganpaling mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan BL. Faktor kepuasan pelanggan paling mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan EV.

The escalation of e commerce competition nowadays force platform providers seek and find ways to maintain relationships with their customers. The research discusses the factors that affect customer loyalty in e commerce. The object of this study is three providers of C2C e marketplace in Indonesia. In this study SEM Structural Equation Modeling was used by involving 350 respondents for each company and expert opinion to determine the indicators.
This study proves that the customer satisfaction factor always affects customer loyalty. Based on the total effect, trust affect customer loyalty significantly in TK. Meanwhile, customer expectation affect customer loyalty significantly in BL. Customer satisfaction proved to be factors that significanttly effect customer loyalty in EV.

"Perdagangan online atau e-commerce menjadi semakin penting dalam bisnis, tetapi masih ada keraguan konsumen untuk membeli menjadi penghalang dalam berkembangnya e-commerce. Penelitian ini membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli pelanggan pada tiga perusahaan e-commerce berjenis consumer-to-consumer di Indonesia. Pendapat 5 ahli digunakan untuk menentukan indikator setiap variabel dan metode SEM Structural Equation Modelling digunakan untuk menganalisis data empiris dari 400 responden untuk masing-masing perusahaan. Kepercayaan dan risiko ditemukan sebagai faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan pada minat beli pelanggan di perusahaan TK. Sedangkan, pada dua perusahaan lain, kegunaan yang dirasakan merupakan faktor yang signifikan di perusahaan BL dan faktor manfaat secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pelanggan di perusahaan EV.Kata Kunci:E-commerce, Consumer-to-Consumer, Minat Beli, Structural Equation Modelling SEM.

Electronic commerce is becoming increasingly important for business, but consumer rsquo s hesistation to purchase has become a main barrier to the development of e commerce. This study explores factors that influence consumer rsquo s purchase intention at three consumer to consumer C2C e commerce in Indonesia. 5 Expert opinions are used to determine the indicators of each variable and the Structural Equation Modelling SEM method is used to analyze the empirical data of 400 respondents from each company. Trust and risk are found to be significantly effect purchase intention in TK. Meanwhile, the other two companies, perceived usefulness proved to be significant in BL and benefit is significantly effect consumer purchase intention in EV."

"E-niaga atau E-commerce telah menjadi suatu hal yang esensial dan fenomena yang berkembang pesat saat ini. Kenyamanan dan kemudahan belanja online menjadikan hal ini tren yang juga berkembang di kalangan konsumen. Kebiasaan ini telah meningkatkan minat perusahaan-perusahaan e-commerce untuk fokus pada bidang ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan antara perceived risk, attributes of online shopping, dan subjective norms dengan online shopping behavior dan dengan variabel mediator purchase intention. Subjek analisis adalah masyarakat Jabodetabek yang pernah bertransaksi di e commerce B2C di Indonesia. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dan SmartPLS. Structural Equation Modelling digunakan untuk menguji kesesuaian model dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa perceived risk berpengaruh positif namun kecil, attributes of online shopping sangat berpengaruh, dan subjective norms hanya memiliki pengaruh kecil, serta purchase intention juga terbukti menjadi variabel mediator yang berfungsi dengan baik.

E commerce has become an essential and rapidly growing phenomenon today. The convenience and ease of online shopping make this a trend that is also growing among consumers. This practice has increased the interest of e commerce companies to focus on this field. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between perceived risk, attributes of online shopping, and subjective norms with online shopping behavior and with purchase intention as mediator variable. The subject of analysis is the Jabodetabek people who have transacted in B2C e commerce in Indonesia. The data collected is then analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS applications. Stuctural Equation Modeling is used to test the suitability of models and hypothesis testing. The result of the research is that perceived risk has positive but small effect, attributes of online shopping is very influential, and subjective norms only have small influence, and purchase intention also proved to be a mediator variable that works well."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagimanakah pengaruh perceived user interface quality, perceived information quality, perceived security, perceived privacy dan contact interactivity terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer trust, serta bagaimana pengaruh customer satisfaction dan customer trust terhadap customer loyalty pada konsumen e-commerce di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapat dari kuesioner.
Dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa variabel perceived user interface quality, perceived security dan perceived privacy secara signifikan mempengaruhi customer satisfaction dan customer trust. Sedangkan perceived information quality dan contact interactivity tidak signifikan mempengaruhi customer satisfaction dan customer trust. Selain itu ditemukan juga bahwa customer satisfaction dan customer trust mempengaruhi loyalty

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine how the effect of perceived user interface quality, perceived information quality, perceived security, perceived privacy and contact interactivity to customer satisfaction and customer trust. Also how the effect of customer satisfaction and customer trust to customer loyalty in Indonesia e-commerce industry. The data which has been used in this study is the primary data obtained from questionnaires.
From the result of analysis which has been tested in the end we obtained finding perceived user interface quality, perceived security and perceived privacy have impact to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Meanwhile perceived information quality dan contact interactivity have no significant impact to customer satisfaction and customer trust. Also found that customer satisfaction and customer trust have positive influence to customer loyalty in Indonesia e-commerce industry. "

"E-commerce adalah industri yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, dengan jumlah toko online yang melampaui jutaan pengunjung didorong oleh infrastruktur yang berkembang di sekitar e-channel ini. Namun, data menunjukkan bahwa konsumen Indonesia hanya menggunakan sebagian kecil waktu online mereka untuk berbelanja, terutama karena kasus penipuan, pelanggaran data, dan risiko lain yang masih ada seputar penggunaan e-commerce. Studi ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis bagaimana perilaku konsumen dengan menggunakan trust Enhanced Technology Acceptance Model dan empat dimensi risiko-financial, privacy, convenience, performance-untuk mengidentifikasi pendorong dan penghambat penggunaan e-commerce. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel Trust Enhanced TAM dan masing-masing dimensi risiko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap berbagai tolok ukur perilaku konsumen terhadap e-commerce.

E-commerce is a rapidly growing industry in Indonesia, with numerous online stores surpassing millions of visitors prompted by the developing infrastructure surrounding this e-channel. However, data suggests that Indonesian consumers only use a small portion of their time online for shopping purposes, mainly due to the cases of fraud, data breaches, and other risks that persist around e-commerce usage. This study intends to analyze how businesses can understand consumer behavior by using the Trust Enhanced Technology Acceptance Model and the four risk dimensions- financial, privacy, convenience, performance-to identify the drivers and deterrents of e-commerce usage. The results indicate that each variable of Trust Enhanced TAM and each dimension of risk is significant in affecting various benchmarks of consumer behavior towards e-commerce."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah compatibility, smartphone affinity, convenience, utilitarian value, perceived risk, dan privacy concern,< merupakan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi pelanggan restoran terhadap penggunaan mobile payment berbasis QR Code di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Struktural Equation Model (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis dan data dari responden penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik judgmental sampling atas 1040 responden.
Temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa compatibility, smartphone affinity, convenience, utilitarian value, dan privacy concern berpengaruh terhadap intensi pelanggan restoran untuk menggunakan tekonologi mobile payment berbasis QR Code, sementara perceived risk tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi pelanggan restoran untuk menggunakan tekonologi mobile payment berbasis QR Code. Penemuan penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi implikasi manajerial baik untuk penyedia layanan mobile payment berbasis QR Code, maupun untuk manajer atau pemilik merchant dalam industri food and beverages.

This study aims to determine whether compatibility, affinity smartphone, convenience, utilitarian value, perceived risk, and privacy concern are factors that influence restaurant customers intention to use QR Code-based mobile payments in Indonesia. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method to test hypotheses and data from research respondents are obtained using judgmental sampling techniques for 1040 respondents.
The findings of this study reveal that compatibility, affinity smartphones, convenience, utilitarian value, and privacy concern influence restaurant customers' intention to use QR Code-based mobile payment technology, while perceived risk does not affect restaurant customer intention to use QR Code-based mobile payment technology. The research findings are expected to be managerial implications for both QR Code-based mobile payment service providers, and for merchant managers or owners in food and beverages industries.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor ? faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen khususnya di Jakarta melalui situs c ? to ? c e ? commerce. Pengambilan keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah consumer trust, perceived risk, perceived benefit, dan intention of purchase. Lebih lanjut penelitian ini juga melihat faktor anteseden dari consumer trust dan perceived risk. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), yang menemukan bahwa perceived benefit memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Information quality, perceived privacy protection, perceived security protection, dan reputation berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan konsumen. Sementara hanya perceived security protection yang ditemukan berpengaruh terhadap perceived risk.

This study aimed to determine the factors that influence consumer purchase decisions, especially in Jakarta through the site c - to ? ce - commerce. Purchase decision is influenced by several factors. These factors are consumer trust, perceived risk, perceived benefits, and the intention of purchase. Furthermore, this study also look at factors antecedents of consumer trust and perceived risk. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which found that the perceived benefits has a strong influence in making purchasing decisions. Information quality, perceived privacy protection, perceived security protection, and reputation effect on consumer trust. While only perceived security protection found effect on perceived risk."

"Penelitian ini berfokus pada intensi pembelian konsumen generasi X yang sebagian besar memiliki daya beli yang kuat. Berdasarkan sampel 190 responden generasi X di Indonesia, peneliti menguji pengaruh variabel personal awareness of security, personal innovativeness, perceived ease of purchasing, dan perceived usefulness terhadap online purchase intention dengan menjadikan variabel attitude towards online purchase dan habitual online usage sebagai variabel mediasi dan menggunakan metode analisis data berbasis structural equation modelling SEM. Hasilnya, nilai personal awareness of security yang rendah menunjukkan kekhawatiran konsumen generasi X terhadap situs e-commerce, lalu personal innovativeness dan perceived usefulness menjadi faktor penting yang menentukan intensi pembelian online, sedangkan perceived ease of purchasinghanya berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap intensi pembelian online tanpa dimediasi oleh kedua variabel mediasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan memiliki implikasi bagi para peneliti, pelaku bisnis e-commerce dan pihak ritel dengan target di segmen generasi X, di mana harapannya adalah mereka mampu memahami secara lebih baik karakteristik target konsumennya dan dapat merumuskan strategi online yang lebih baik.

This study focuses on the intention of purchasing of consumer generation X which mostly have a strong purchasing power. Based on a sample of 190 respondents of generation X consumers in Indonesia, the researcher examined the effect of personal awareness of security, personal innovativeness, perceived ease of purchasing, and perceived usefulness toward online purchase intention by making the attitude towards online purchase and habitual online usage as mediator variables and using SEM based data analysis method. As a result, the low personal awareness of security pointed to the worries of generation X consumers on e commerce, on the other hand personal innovativeness and perceived usefulness became important factors in determining online purchasing intention, while perceived ease of purchasing affects directly the intention of online purchase without any mediation on both mediator variables. The findings in this study are expected to have implications for researchers, e commerce and retailers with a target in the generation X consumers, with expectations that they get better understanding of the characteristics of their target customers thus they can formulate better online strategies."
