Hipotesis ini di olah menggunakan Spps 21. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa Extraversion berpengaruh postif terhadap Broadcasting dan berelasi positif terhadap Liking dan Commenting.. Gathering fans information using survey methode using Googgle Form based on non probability sampling sugmental . 157 fans Facebook fanspage PT. ADM living in Indonesia use to be research. In these research, there is 10 ten hipotesis. These Hipotesis process by SPSS 21. The research result states that Extraversion has positif effect to Broadcasting has postive relationship with Liking and Commenting. "Fleksibilitas kognitif merupakan kemampuan untuk mengalihkan set kognitif untuk beradaptasi terhadap stimulus lingkungan yang berubah. Penting bagi mahasiswa untuk memiliki fleksibilitas kognitif dalam menghadapi perkuliahan dan segala perubahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat seberapa besar peran extraversion, openness to experience dan kemampuan metakognisi terhadap fleksibilitas kognitif pada mahasiswa program sarjana (S1). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan alat ukur Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI), Metacognitive Skills Scale (MSS), dan IPIP-BFM-25 untuk mengukur variabel. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 249 mahasiswa program sarjana di Indonesia (83 laki-laki dan 166 perempuan) berusia 18––25 tahun (M=21, SD=1,4). Hasil penelitian dengan analisis regresi linear berganda adalah extraversion, openness to experience dan kemampuan metakognitif secara simultan dan signifikan berkontribusi secara positif terhadap fleksibilitas kognitif pada mahasiswa program sarjana, Extraversion tidak berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap fleksibilitas kognitif mahasiswa sedangkan kemampuan metakognitif memiliki peranan yang paling besar dalam memprediksi terjadinya fleksibilitas kognitif. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk memperhatikan proporsi demografi partisipan supaya lebih seimbang.

Cognitive flexibility is defined as the ability to adapt in changing environmental stimulus by switching cognitive sets. For college students, cognitive flexibility would be important to deal with academics in college studies as well as other changes. The purpose of this study is to see how significant are the roles of extraversion, openness to experience, and metacognitive skills towards the cognitive flexibility of undergraduate college students. The study used quantitative approach with Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI), Metacognitive Skills Scale (MSS), and IPIP-BFM-25 to measure the variables. The study was conducted to a group of 249 undergraduate college students in Indonesia (83 males and 166 females) between the ages of 18––25 years old (M=21, SD=1,4). The result of the multiple linear regression had showed that when extraversion, openness to experience, and metacognitive skills are simultaneously regressed, it significantly gives positive contributions towards cognitive flexibility of undergraduate students. However, extraversion by itself did not prove to contribute significantly towards cognitive flexibility of undergraduate college students and on the other hand, metacognitive skills the biggest role in predicting cognitive flexibility among all variables. For the future research, it is recommended to pay attention on the demographic proportion on the participants in order for the research participants to be more balance."

"Kepemimpinan inklusif merupakan gaya kepemimpinan yang dianggap efektif dalam memberdayakan karyawan di tengah perbedaan yang ditemukan di dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan prediktif faktor individu dari kepemimpinan inklusif, yaitu extraversion, openness to experience, dan perspective taking. Pengukuran dilakukan kepada manajer atau supervisor dari berbagai perusahaan di Indonesia (N=128) dengan menggunakan alat ukur Inclusive Leadership, Big Five Inventory, dan Interpersonal Reactivity Index. Hasil uji korelasi menemukan bahwa extraversion, openness to experience, dan perspective taking berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan kepemimpinan inklusif. Dari hasil analisis regresi linier hirarki didapatkan bahwa extraversion memprediksi kepemimpinan inklusif secara positif dan signifikan setelah mengontrol variabel demografis (jenis kelamin, usia, tingkat pendidikan, jumlah bawahan). Kemudian, Openness to experience memprediksi kepemimpinan inklusif secara positif dan signifikan setelah mengontrol variabel demografis dan extraversion. Terakhir, perspective taking tidak memprediksi kepemimpinan inklusif secara positif dan signifikan setelah mengontrol variabel demografis, extraversion, dan openness to experience. Sebagai implikasi praktis, organisasi dapat memberikan pelatihan kepada para manajer yang terkait dengan karakteristik extraversion agar para manajer dapat membuka diri dan memahami karyawannya.

Inclusive leadership is the leadership style that effectively empowers employees in the diversity workplace. This study aims to examine the effect of individual factors on inclusive leadership, i.e extraversion, openness to experience, and perspective taking. Measurements were conducted on managers or supervisors from any companies in Indonesia (N=128) using these instruments: Inclusive Leadership, Big Five Inventory, and Interpersonal Reactivity Index. The results showed that extraversion, openness to experience, and perspective taking were significantly correlated with inclusive leadership. The results of hierarchical linear regression analysis showed that extraversion significantly and positively predicted inclusive leadership above and beyond the effects of demographics (gender, age, educational level, number of subordinates). Openness to experience was significantly and positively predicted inclusive leadership above and beyond the effects of demographics and extraversion. In addition, perspective taking was not significantly and positively predicted inclusive leadership above and beyond the effects of demographics, extraversion, and openness to experience. As the practice implication from this study, organizations should provide training for managers about extraversion to open about themselves and understand their subordinates"

"Kecurangan akademik adalah fenomena yang terjadi di setiap jenjang pendidikan. Adaptasi teknologi, khususnya internet dalam pendidikan membuka peluang terjadinya kecurangan akademik menggunakan internet. Salah satu faktor yang berperan pada perilaku tersebut adalah trait kepribadian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji peran trait openness to experience dan extraversion terhadap kecurangan akademik menggunakan internet. Partisipan penelitian merupakan 118 mahasiswa aktif sarjana berusia 18-25 tahun (M=20,53). Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Internet-Triggered Academic Dishonesty (ITADS), dan HEXACO Personality Inventory. Hasil regresi linear berganda menunjukkan terdapat peran negatif-signifikan trait openness to experience (t= -7,159) dan extraversion (t= -8,659) terhadap kecurangan akademik menggunakan internet (Sig. <0,001< 0,05, F= 112.438). Artinya, semakin tinggi trait openness to experience dan extraversion pada diri mahasiswa, maka semakin rendah perilaku kecurangan akademik menggunakan internet mahasiswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan terkait peran trait kepribadian terhadap kecurangan akademik menggunakan internet.

Academic dishonesty is a phenomenon that occurs at every level of education. Adaptation of technology, especially the internet in education, opens up opportunities for academic dishonesty using the internet. One of the factors that plays a role in this behavior is personality traits. This research examines the role of openness to experience and extraversion in academic dishonesty using the internet. The research participants were 118 active undergraduate students aged 18-25 years (M=20,53). The measuring instruments used in this research were Internet-Triggered Academic Dishonesty (ITADS) and the HEXACO Personality Inventory. The results of multiple linear regression show that there is a significant-negative role of the trait openness to experience (t= -7,159) and extraversion (t= -8,659) on academic dishonesty using the internet (Sig. <0,001< 0,05, F= 112.438). This means that the higher the openness to experience and extraversion in undergraduate students, the lower the undergraduate student's academic dishonesty behavior using the internet. This research is expected to provide knowledge regarding the role of personality traits in academic dishonesty using the internet."

"ABSTRACT
Pengambilan keputusan karir tidak hanya penting bagi siswa, karena karyawan juga dihadapkan dengan berbagai keputusan karir. Berbagai keputusan karir dapat menyebabkan keragu-raguan karir, yang kemudian dapat mempengaruhi karyawan secara negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran neuroticism dan extraversion dalam memprediksi keragu-raguan karir pada karyawan. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah karyawan berusia 22-44 tahun yang telah bekerja untuk perusahaan setidaknya enam bulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa neuroticism memiliki efek positif yang signifikan (B = .19, SE B = .066, p <.01), sedangkan extraversion memiliki efek negatif yang signifikan (B = -.21, SE B = -. 229, p <.01) dalam memprediksi keragu-raguan karier. Temuan ini dapat berguna untuk memperkaya literatur yang ada di sekitar keragu-raguan karir, extraversion, dan neuroticism.

ABSTRACT
Career decision making is not only important for students or students, because employees are also faced with various career decisions. These career decisions can trigger career doubts or career indecision, which can then have a negative impact on employees. This study aims to look at the role of neuroticism and extraversion in predicting career indecision of employees. The participants of this research are employees aged 22-44 years and have worked at the company at least six months. The results of this study indicate that neuroticism has a significant positive effect (B = .19, SE B = .066, p <.01), while extraversion has a significant negative effect (B = -.21, SE B = -.229, p <.01) in predicting career indecision. These findings can be useful to enrich the existing literature around career indecision, extraversion, and neuroticism."

The drastic advancements of technology and social media have modified how individuals socialise. Facebook is one of the most widely used social media platforms at present. Different personality traits of individuals have influenced the way people manage their Facebook use. The present study examined the correlation between The Big Five Personality: extraversion, neuroticism, conscientiousness, and Facebook usage. Eight hundred and fifty-two participants were recruited through an online convenience sampling. Participants completed an online survey assessing the levels of extraversion, neuroticism, conscientiousness, and Facebook use. Pearson’s correlation analyses revealed that both extraversion and conscientiousness were positively correlated with Facebook use, while neuroticism yielded no significant result. Results suggest that extroverted individuals use Facebook due to their preference for social interaction, while conscientious individuals utilise Facebook to maintain personal relationships. The findings suggest the influence of COVID-19 pandemic in changing the relationship between Facebook use and the Big Five Personality traits, implying a higher need of social contact"

"Bencana alam akan lebih sering terjadi dengan perkembangan pemanasan global. Peristiwa ini memiliki hasil yang menghancurkan bagi individu dan komunitas yang bergantung pada bantuan orang lain untuk pulih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan korelasional antara ekstraversi dan neurotisme dengan bantuan bencana alam melalui survei online yang disebarkan melalui media sosial, email, dan personal messaging. Sebanyak 327 peserta terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari survei, terdapat korelasi positif signifikan antara ekstraversi sedangkan neurotisisme tidak ditemukan berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan bantuan bencana alam. Hasil ini memberikan informasi tentang perihal bagaimana mempromosikan bantuan bencana alam dengan membangkitkan perasaan bersalah dan menargetkan individu ekstrovert akan menghasilkan peluang yang lebih tinggi untuk berpartisipasi dalam membantu selama bencana alam.

Natural disasters are becoming a more frequent occurrence with the progression of global warming. These events have devastating outcomes to individuals and communities alike who depend on the assistance of others to recover. The aim of this study was to identify the correlational relationship between extraversion and neuroticism with natural disaster helping through an online survey disseminated via social media, email, and personal messaging. A total of 327 participants were involved in this study. Based on the data collected from the survey, there exists a significant positive correlation between extraversion while neuroticism was not found to be significantly correlated with natural disaster helping. These findings provide information on how to promote natural disaster helping such that evoking feelings of guilt and targeting extraverted individuals will yield higher chances of participating in helping during natural disaster."

"Saat ini, krisis iklim menjadi salah satu fenomena yang memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap kehidupan manusia. Hal ini dapat digambarkan sebagai eco-anxiety. Eco-anxiety adalah pengalaman akan kecemasan yang dirasakan terkait krisis iklim dan kerusakan lingkungan. Salah satu yang dapat memengaruhi eco-anxiety adalah kepribadian. Terdapat tiga kepribadian yang dapat memengaruhi eco-anxiety, yaitu neuroticism, openness, dan conscientiousness. Individu dengan tipe kepribadian neuroticism cenderung memiliki kecemasan akan lingkungan. Untuk individu dengan tipe kepribadian openness digambarkan memiliki rasa ingin tahu terhadap lingkungan, dan pada tipe kepribadian conscientiousness digambarkan sebagai individu yang berhati-hati, memiliki tujuan, dan mengikuti norma terkait lingkungan. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran ketiga kepribadian tersebut terhadap eco-anxiety dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan desain korelasional dengan multiple analysis regression. Eco-anxiety diukur dengan menggunakan Hogg Eco-Anxiety Scale (HEAS- 13) (Hogg et al., 2021) dan kepribadian diukur dengan menggunakan Ten Item Personality Inventory (TIPI Indonesia) (Akhtar, 2018). Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 552 dengan rentang usia 19-65 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peran pada ketiga tipe kepribadian neuroticism, openness, dan conscientiousness terhadap eco-anxiety dengan F = 2.93, p = 0.033 < 0.05, R2 = 0.016. Dalam hal ini ditemukan jika neuroticism (B= -0.545, t = -2.686, p = 0.007) dan conscientiousness (B = 0.520, t = 2.076, p = 0.038) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan, sedangkan openness tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap eco-anxiety. Temuan ini dapat digunakan untuk melihat kebutuhan pasar pada perusahaan industri, aktivis lingkungan, dan psikolog agar dapat mengurangi eco-anxiety yang disesuaikan dengan kepribadian individu.

Currently, the climate crisis is a phenomenon that has a major impact on human life. This can be described as eco-anxiety. Eco-anxiety is the experience of anxiety related to the climate crisis and environmental damage. One thing that can affect eco-anxiety is personality. There are three personalities that can affect eco-anxiety, such as neuroticism, openness, and conscientiousness. Individuals with neuroticism tends to have environmental anxiety. Individuals with openness are described as having a curiosity about the environment, and the conscientiousness personality type is described as an individual who is careful, has goals, and follows environmental norms. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of these three personalities on eco-anxiety by using quantitative method and correlational multiple analysis regression. Eco-anxiety was measured using the Hogg Eco-Anxiety Scale (HEAS-13) (Hogg et al., 2021) and personality was measured using the Ten Item Personality Inventory (TIPI Indonesia) (Akhtar, 2018). The number of participants in this study was 552 with an age range of 19-65 years. The results showed that there was an role on the three personality types of neuroticism, openness, and conscientiousness on eco-anxiety with F = 2.93, p = 0.033 < 0.05, R2 = 0.016. In this case, it was found that neuroticism (B= -0.545, t = -2.686, p = 0.007) and conscientiousness (B = 0.520, t = 2.076, p = 0.038) had a significant relationship, while openness had no significant relationship to eco -anxiety. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi motivasi intrinsik pada hubungan antara kepemimpinan partisipatif dengan kreativitas karyawan, peran moderasi openness to experience pada hubungan antara motivasi intrinsik dengan kreativitas karyawan, dan peran moderasi openness to experience pada hubungan tidak langsung antara kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kreativitas karyawan melalui motivasi intrinsik. Penelitian dilakukan secara cross-sectional melalui survei daring pada karyawan perusahaan BUMN (N = 169). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan moderated-mediation model (Model 14) dari Hayes’ PROCESS Macro pada program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kreativitas karyawan. Namun demikian openness to experience ditemukan tidak signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara motivasi intrinsik dengan kreativitas karyawan, dan openness to experience juga tidak signifikan memoderasi hubungan tidak langsung antara kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kreativitas karyawan melalui motivasi intrinsik.

This current study aims to investigate the mediating role of intrinsic motivation in the relationship between participative leadership and employee creativity, the moderating role of openness to experience in the intrinsic motivation and employee creativity, and the moderating role of openness to experience in the indirect relationship between participative leadership and employee creativity through intrinsic motivation. This study was conducted using a cross-sectional design through an online survey directed at BUMN employees (N = 169). Data analysis was performed using moderated-mediation model (Model 14) of Hayes PROCESS Macro on SPSS software. Results showed that intrinsic motivation mediated the relationship between openness to experiences and employee creativity. However, results showed that openness to experience failed to moderate the relationship between intrinsic motivation and employee creativity, resulting in the nonsignificant findings in the moderating effect of openness to experience in indirect relationship between participative leadership and employee relationship through intrinsic motivation."
