"Di dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan Konstruksi, khususnya pekerjaan Konstruksi Bangunan Gedung, pelaksanaannya tidak selalu mulus seperti apa yang diharapkan sebelumnya, mengingat banyaknya kendala-kendala yang dihadapi untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan dimaksud. Salah satu kendala yang sering dihadapi oleh Pemimpin proyek adalah ketidaksempurnaan perencanaan yang justru ditemukan pada saat pelaksanaan berlangsung yang mengakibatkan terhambatnya pelaksanaan konstruksi oleh si kontraktor, karenanya bagi pihak nemberi tugas (Pimpro) merasa terbebani baik dari segi biaya, mutu dan waktu, karena di dalam surat perjanjian kontrak baik antara pimpro dengan pihak perencana maupun dengan pihak kontraktor sudah jelas aturan dan tanggung jawab masing-masing pihak. Namun kenyataan di lapangan pimpro tetap dituntut untuk mencari solusi dalam menyelesaikan problema yang ada selama pelaksanaan konstruksi berlangsung. Hal ini sangat penting mengingat tidak adanya hubungan kontrakt+ial antara pihak perencana dengan kontraktor.

In implementing the construction work, especially the Building Construction, its implementation not always as smooth as expected previously, because there are many constraints faced to perform such work. One of the constraints that often faced by the Project Officer (Project Manager) is the imperfection of the plan which is actually found during the implementation of the project which cause the delay of construction work by the contractor, therefore the work provider will shoulder the burden in terms of cost, quality and time, because in the contract agreement between the project officer and the designer and contractor there are provisions and responsibility of each party. However, the actual condition in the field the project officer is demanded to seek for solution in settling the existing problem, during the construction is underway. This is very important because there is no contractual agreement between the designer with the contractor."

Seiring dengan meningkatnya populasi umat Islam di Indonesia, semakin besar peluang untuk mengembangkan kewirausahaan sosial Islami. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha sosial Islami pada masyarakat muslim Indonesia, dengan melihat bagaimana empathy, moral obligation, self-efficacy, dan perceived social support mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha sosial berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Peneliti mengolah data dengan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) pada SmartPLS 4.0, di mana pengambilan datanya menggunakan teknik self-administrated questionnaire kepada responden dengan kriteria WNI beragama Islam, dan berusia 17 - 64 tahun. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa moral obligation, self-efficacy, dan perceived social support berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha sosial Islami pada masyarakat muslim Indonesia, sehingga hasil tersebut dapat dijadikan referensi bagi para pembuat kebijakan atau akademisi untuk meningkatkan aktivitas kewirausahaan Islam dan mempromosikan niat kewirausahaan Islam di masyarakat.

Along with the increasing Muslim population in Indonesia, the greater the opportunity to develop Islamic social entrepreneurship. This research was conducted to find out the factors that influence Islamic social entrepreneurship intentions in Indonesian Muslim communities, by looking at how empathy, moral obligation, self-efficacy, and perceived social support affect social entrepreneurial intentions based on Islamic principles. The researcher processed the data using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) method in Smart PLS 4.0 where the data was collected using a self-administrated questionnaire technique to respondents with criteria of Indonesian citizen, Muslim, and aged 17 - 64 years. The results showed that moral obligation, self-efficacy, and perceived social support had a significantly positive effect towards the intention of social Islamic entrepreneurial intentions in Indonesian Muslim communities so that these results can be used as a reference for policy makers or academics to increasing Islamic entrepreneurial activity and promote Islamic entrepreneurial intentions in society."

"ABSTRAKWakaf merupakan salah satu institusi keuangan Islam yang dalam sejarahnya mampu membuktikan memiliki peranan penting dan signifikan dalam pembangunan ekonomi pada sebuah Negara, namun permasalahan yang ada adalah dari besarnya potensi pengumpulan dana wakaf uang, perlu adanya realisasi yang mendukung akan keberadaan lembaga wakaf penerima dan pengelola wakaf uang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari variable Islamic Branding, variable religiusitas dan variable sikap terhadap minat masyarakat muslim dalam berwakaf uang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling sebagai metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat muslim dalam berwakaf uang. Responden merupakan masyarakat muslim yang telah memiliki penghasilan sebanyak 141 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable Islamic Branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap, selanjutnya variable religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap selanjutnya variable sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat dalam berwakaf uang.

ABSTRACTWaqf is one of the Islamic financial institutions that has historically been able to prove to have an important and significant role in economic development in a country, but the problem is the large potential for collecting endowment funds, the need for realization that supports the existence of endowment institutions and endowmentsmanagers money. This study intend to look at the influence of Islamic Branding variables, religiosity variables and attitude toward cash waqf variables on the interest of Muslim communities in representing money. This study use a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling. as a data analysis method used to analyze the factors that influence the interest of Muslim communities inrepresenting money. Respondents are Muslim communities who have had 141 respondents. The results showed that the Islamic branding variable had a positive and significant effect on attitudes, then the religiosity variable had a positive and significant effect on attitudes."
