dalam menentukan pentingnya keberadaan teknik klinis di bidang manajemen

peralatan medis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan bahwa ada

pengaruh antara peran kepemimpinan, motivasi dan komitmen terhadap kesesuaian

mutu akreditasi pada MFK 8 dan keberadaan ahli teknik klinis di dua rumah sakit

yang berbeda yang dalam hal ini adalah rumah sakit umum negeri dan rumah sakit

umum swasta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan

kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan-pernyataan untuk diisi sesuai dengan tingkat

persetujuan dari responden yang kemudian dihitung korelasinya menggunakan

korelasi bivariat Spearman dan dilakukan uji beda dengan metode Mann-Whitney.

Hasil yang didapat adalah ada perbedaan antara kedua rumah sakit. Perspektif

Kepemimpinan Antara Rumah Sakit Umum Negeri dan Swasta berbeda dalam hal

pengaruhnya terhadap keberadaan ahli teknik klinis di rumah sakit, di rumah sakit

negeri yang diteliti, kepemimpinan tidak berperan dalam peningkatan mutu dan

keberadaan ahli teknik klinis, namun di rumah sakit swasta cukup menunjukkan

pengaruh yang cukup baik.

ABSTRACT

Leadership role leverage becomes a main issue in this study to determine the

importance of the clinical engineers existence in the medical equipment management

field. The purpose of this study is to prove that there are differences between

leadership role, motivation and commitment against the conformity of MFK 8

accreditation quality and the existence of clinical engineers in two different hospitals,

which in these cases are a public general hospital and private general hospital. The

research method that has been used is by using a questionnaire containing statements

to be filled in accordance with the level of respondent?s agreement, the correlation are

calculated using Spearman bivariate correlation and Mann-Whitney method for

difference test. The result was there was difference between the two hospitals.

Leadership Leverage between Public and Private General Hospital turned out

different in its impact against the existence of clinical engineers in hospital, in

government hospital, leadership doesn?t have the role in quality enhancement and the

existence of clinical engineer existence, however in private hospital shows good

leverage between variables."

Pengaruh peningkatan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi intrinsik dengan pemberian pelatihan "lead an effective team" pada supervisor di PT XYZ = The effect of improving transformational leadership on intrinsic motivation by providing "lead an effective team" training for supervisor at PT XYZ

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi intrinsik karyawan PT XYZ serta program intervensi yang dapat dilakukan. Peneliti melakukan penelitian secara kuantitatif untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut melalui survei dan melakukan training sebagai program intervensi. Partisipan penelitian pada pengambilan data awal (studi 1) adalah 73 karyawan PT XYZ yang berada di empat lokasi di Jakarta. Berdasarkan analisis data dari survei yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap motivasi intrinsik secara signifikan (F (1, 71) = 69.23, p < .05, R2 = .494). Berdasarkan data tersebut, peneliti menentukan target pelatihan yaitu supervisor yang dinilai bawahannya memiliki kepemimpinan transformasional yang rendah. Adapun supervisor dengan kepemimpinan transformasional rendah yang mengikuti pelatihan berjumlah delapan orang. Setelah program pelatihan dilaksanakan, peneliti melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran. Berdasarkan evaluasi pembelajaran tersebut diketahui bahwa training â€œlead an effective teamâ€ meningkatkan pengetahuan supervisor PT XYZ mengenai kepemimpinan transformasional. Namun setelah satu bulan pelaksanaan pelatihan diperoleh hasil bahwa pelatihan tersebut tidak meningkatkan kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi intrinsik secara signifikan. Penelitian ini masih memiliki keterbatasan-keterbatasan yang harus diperbaiki untuk kedepannya. Oleh sebab itu diskusi mengenai keterbatasan dan saran perbaikannya akan dibahas selanjutnya.

This research aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on employeesâ€™ intrinsic motivation at PT XYZ and an intervention program that can be done to improve them. In order to achieve these goals, the researcher utilizes the quantitative research method using survey and use training as the intervention program. Participants of the first research are 73 PT XYZ employeesâ€™ who are stationed in four locations in Jakarta. Based on the data analysis, the researcher finds that transformational leadership significantly predicts intrinsic motivation of PT XYZ employeesâ€™ (F (1, 71) = 69.23, p < .05, R2 = .494). Then, the researcher chooses the supervisors who are perceived having low transformational leadership that attend the training program is eight people. At the end of the training session, the researcher underwent a knowledge evaluation. Based on the evaluation, â€œlead an effective teamâ€ training is found to improve supervisorsâ€™ knowledge regarding transformational leadership. Meanwhile, a month post training program, a behavioural evaluation shows that there is no significant improvement on transformational leadership and intrinsic motivation. This research still has some limitations that need to be improved for future research. Thus, discussion regarding those limitations and future recommendations will be discussed later."
