"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas psikoedukasi untuk meningkatkan
pengetahuan ibu mengenai mediasi orang tua (parental mediation) dalam kegiatan
menonton televisi anak usia dini. Penyusunan psikoedukasi melalui 3 tahapan, yakni
(1) melakukan asesmen kebutuhan, (2) menyusun rancangan besar psikoedukasi, serta
(3) menyusun modul. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan pretest dan post-test
terhadap 16 ibu ibu dari anak usia prasekolah yang berasal dari kalangan sosial
ekonomi bawah. Hasil analisa dengan menggunakan wilcoxon signed rank test
menunjukkan psikoedukasi secara signifikan meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua
mengenai mediasi orang tua (parental mediation) dalam kegiatan menonton televisi
anak usia dini.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effectiveness of psychoeducation to improve maternal
knowledge about parental mediation in early childhood television viewing activity.
The preparation of psychoeducation are done through 3 stages, namely (1) conducting
needs assessment, (2) preparing the grand design of psychoeducation, and (3)
developing modules. The tests were conducted using pretest and post-test of 16
mothers of preschool-aged children from lower socioeconomic groups. The results of
the analysis using the wilcoxon signed rank test show that psychoeducation
significantly improves maternal knowledge about parental mediation in early
childhood television viewing."

"Penerimaan orang tua dapat memengaruhi perkembangan anak tunarungu. Berdasarkan hal ini, penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji efektivitas program intervensi “Menjadi Orang Tua Istimewa” dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang penerimaan orang tua terhadap anak tunarungu usia dini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain within subject yang diikuti oleh empat partisipan yang merupakan Ibu dari anak tunarungu usia dini. Terdapat tiga materi utama yang disampaikan, yakni kondisi anak tunarungu usia dini, peran orang tua dalam kehidupan anak tunarungu usia dini, dan penerimaan orang tua terhadap anak tunarungu usia dini. Respon partisipan didapatkan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan program intervensi tidak signifikan dalam meningkatkan penerimaan orang tua terhadap anak tunarungu usia dini. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui hasil perbedaan skor post-test dan pre-test (Z = -0,921, p > 0,05) dan perbedaan skor follow-up test dan post-test (Z = 0,000, p > 0,05). Namun hasil pendalaman respon partisipan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan penerapan materi intervensi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi ilmiah dalam pengembangan program intervensi terkait penerimaan orang tua terhadap anak tunarungu. 

Parental acceptance can affect development of early childhood children with Deaf. Based on this phenomenon, this study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the intervention program “Menjadi Orang Tua Istimewa” to increase understanding of parental acceptance towards early childhood children with Deaf. This study was conducted using within subject design with four participants who are mothers of early childhood children with Deaf. There were three main topics, which are condition of early childhood children with Deaf, parents’ role in early childhood children with Deaf, and parental acceptance towards early childhood children with Deaf. Participants’ response collected through questionnaire, and tested using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The result of statistical analysis showed that the intervention program was not significant in increasing parental acceptance towards early childhood children with Deaf. This is shown through the result of difference in post-test and pre-test scores (Z = -0.921, >0,05) and difference in follow-up test and post-test (Z = 0.000, >0.05). However, the result of participants’ responses showed that there was an increase in understanding and implementation of intervention topics in everyday life. The result of this study can be used as scientific reference in development of intervention programs related to parental acceptance of Deaf children. "

Abstrak

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penyelesaian konflik norma peraturan perundang-undangan memlalui jalur mediasi yang dilakukan oleh lembaga Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 2 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyelesaian Disharmoni Peraturan Perundang-Undangan Melalui Mediasi. Berlakunya Permenkumham No. 2 Tahun 2019 ini kemudian memunculkan permasalahan, yang itu berkaitan degan kewenangan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam menyelesaikan konflik norma peraturan perundang-undangan melalui mediasi dan mengenai mekanisme mediasi itu sendiri dan akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, sejarah, dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Kemenkumham tidak memiliki kewenangan dalam menyelesaikan konflik norma peraturan perundang-undangan melalui mediasi  dan penyelesaian konflik norma peraturan perundang-undangan melalui mediasi tidak termasuk dalam tugas dan fungsi Kemenkumham maupun Direktorat Jenderal Peraturan Perundang-Undangan. Kemudian dalam hal mekanisme mediasi yang digunakan merupakan suatu kekeliruan, karena mediasi merupakan mekanisme yang biasa diterapkan dalam perkara yang bersifat privat, dimana para pihak bertindak untuk dan atas namanya sendiri. sehingga menjadi aneh apabila mediasi digunakan dalam penyelesaian konflik norma peraturan perundang-undangan yang normanya mengatur secara umum. Adapun hasil dari mediasi tersebut tidak memiliki kekuatan hukum mengikat dan tidak memiberikan dampak hukum terhadap keberlakuan dari norma peraturan perundang-undangan yang telah disepakati.


ABSTRACT


Abstract

This research discusses the conflict completion of legislative norm through mediation path which is held by Ministry of Justice and Human Rights based on Justice and Human Rights Ministry Regulation No. 2/2019 about Completion Disharmony of Regulation by Mediation. The validity of Justice and Human Rights Ministry Regulation No. 2/2019 brings some problems up which related to authority of Ministry of Justice and Human Right on completing conflict of legislative norm by mediation, the mediation mechanism, and legal consequences. This study is normative which used statute, historical, and conceptual approach. The result showed Ministry of Justice and Human Rights did not has any authority for completing legislative norm by mediation and conflict compelation of legislative norm through mediation is not include in duties and function of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights or Directorate General of Legislation. Moreover, mediation mechanism used by Justice and Human Rights Ministry is a mistake. Mediation is a mechanism which is used on private cases, in which the parties act and to their name self. As a result, mediation is a weird feature if it used for completing legislative norm conflict which was created for general norm. Its outcomes have no binding legal force and no legal consequence on the validity of legislative norm which was agreed.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas program psikoedukasi Ceria Bersama Anak Tunarungu dengan Membaca (Cermat Baca) untuk meningkatkan keyakinan membaca orang tua dengan anak tunarungu usia dini (4-8 tahun). Desain penelitian ini adalah one group pretest posttest design. Partisipan dari penelitian ini adalah orang tua mendengar (n=15) dengan anak tunarungu usia 4-8 tahun yang bersekolah di TKLB P di Jakarta. Program psikoedukasi Cermat Baca berlangsung 1 hari selama 4 jam. Keyakinan membaca orang tua diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Parent Reading Beliefs Inventory (PRBI) oleh DeBaryshe dan Binder (1994) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Utomo et al. (2021). Hasil olah data pretest dan posttest 1 dengan metode Wilcoxon signed-rank test menunjukkan signifikansi nilai p sebesar 0,012 (p<0,05). Setelah jeda 2 minggu, hasil posttest 2 menunjukkan sedikit penurunan rata-rata skor partisipan dibandingkan posttest 1 namun hasil uji signifikansi tidak menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Dari hasil studi ini menekankan perlunya program intervensi yang berkesinambungan, materi program yang sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan orang tua yang beragam, serta pemberian umpan balik kepada partisipan selama sesi program untuk meningkatkan keyakinan membaca orang tua dengan lebih baik dan dampak yang lebih lama. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi ilmiah dalam pengembangan program intervensi serupa untuk orang tua dalam rangka mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa anak tunarungu usia dini.

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the Ceria Bersama Anak Tunarungu Dengan Membaca (Cermat Baca) psychoeducation to increase the parental reading beliefs of early childhood deaf children (4-8 years). The design of this research is a one group pretest posttest design. Participants in this study are hearing parents (n=15) with deaf children aged 4-8 years who attended TKLB P in Jakarta. The Cermat Baca workshop was held in 1 day for a duration of 4 hours. Parental reading beliefs were measured using the Parent Reading Beliefs Inventory (PRBI) measuring tool by DeBaryshe and Binder (1994) which was adapted by Utomo et al. (2021). The results of pretest and posttest 1 data processing using the Wilcoxon sign-rank test method showed a significance value of p of 0.012 (p<0.05). After a 2-week break, the results of posttest 2 showed a slight decrease in the average participant score compared to protest 1 but the results of the significance test did not show significant results. Based on these results, Cermat Baca psychoeducation is effective in increasing parental reading beliefs of parents with early childhood deaf chidlren, although the cause of increasing score after a 2-week gap needs to be looked at more carefully. The results of this study emphasize the need for a sustainable intervention program, program materials that are suitable for parents from diverse educational backgroud, as well as feedback provision to participants during program sessions to increase parents' reading beliefs better and have a longer lasting impact. The results of this research can be used as a scientific reference in developing similar intervention programs for parents in regards to early childhood deaf children’s language skills development."

"ABSTRAK
Jumlah pasien stroke meningkat setiap tahunnya.Dampak dari penyakit stroke yang dirawat dirumah sakit umum akan berpengaruh kepada keluarga (Caregiver) yang menimbulkan masalah psikososial seperti beban karena proses pengobatan yang lama dan ansietas karena takut pasien meninggal. Umumnya pasien hanya mendapat pengobatan medis dan keluarga mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan secara umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap masalah psikososial ansietas dan beban keluarga (caregiver) dalam merawat pasien stroke di RSUP Dr Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan ”Quasi experimental pre-post test with kontrol group”. Cara pengambilan dengan cara random permutasi dengan jumlah sampel 45 orang dengan 22 keluarga (caregiver) kelompok intervensi dan 23 keluarga (caregiver) kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dan lembar observasi yang dikembangkan sendiri untuk ansietas ansietas dan beban. Psikoedukasi keluarga dilakukan sebanyak 5 sesi yang terdiri dari pengalaman keluarga (caregiver) selama merawat pasien stroke, perawatan pasien dengan penyakit stroke, manajemen ansietas yang dialami oleh keluarga (caregiver), manajemen beban serta mengatasi hambatan dan pemberdayaan keluarga. Hasil menunjukan ansietas hasil self evaluasi mengalami penurunan bermakna (p-value<0,05) dan ansietas hasil observasi mengalami penurunan bermakna (p-value<0,05), sedangkan beban mengalami penurunan tetapi tidak bermakna(p -value>0,05). Katakteristik keluarga tidak menjadi faktor konfonding terhadap ansietas dan beban. Rekomendasi penelitian ini psikoedukasi keluarga dapat digunakan di rumah sakit umum untuk mengatasi masalah psikososial keluarga, khususnya ansietas. Program Psychiatric Consultan-Liasison Nursing (PLCN) merupakan program yang dapat dilakuan untuk menangani menangani masalah psikososial yang terjadi pada pasien dan keluarga akibat penyakit fisik yang dialami di rumah sakit umum.

ABSTRACT
Amount of patient of stroke mount every year. The Stroke effect will influence psychosocial problem for family member like responsibility to care patient with the long term therapy and anxiety to die. The patient received medical therapy and the family received generally health education in the health care facility. This research was aimed to study the effect of the family psycho education for psychosocial problem : anxiety and family (caregiver) burden to care patient with stroke at RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta. The design used in this research was quasi experiment pre and post test control group design. The sampling method used in this research was permutation random. Fourty-five (45) caregiver were used in this research, and they were assigned into 2 groups. First group (23 caregiver) was the control group without any treatment, while the second group (22 caregiver) was treated with the family psycho education. Instruments used in this research were questionnaire which developed by researcher and observational guidance for anxiety and burden. The family psycho education was done in five session that consist of : family experience (caregiver) during care the patient with stroke, caring patient with stroke, family experience in anxiety management, burden management and overcome obstacle. Result of showed that the self evaluation was decrease significantly (p-value<0.05) and observation for anxiety was decrease significantly (p-value, 0.05), while family burden was decrease insignificantly (p-value>0.05). Family characteristic was not become confounding factor. The recommendation of this research was that the family (caregiver) psycho education can be used in general hospital to solved caregiver psychosocial problem especially anxiety. Psychiatric Consultant-Liasison Program (PLCN) is a program for caring psychosocial problem which occurred to patient and family member due to the diseases that happened in general hospital."

"ABSTRACT
Integrating mediation into the process of civil procedure in court can be one of effective instruments to overcome cases backlog problems in the court and to strengthen and maximise the function of the court in setting disputes in addition to the court process which is of adjudicatory nature. However, the implementation of the Supreme Court Regulation Number 02 of the year 2003 and also under the Supreme Court Regulation Number 01 of the year 2008 is still far behind expectation. The percentage of success mediate cases on this regulation in district court pilot project of the Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia is below 2,5 %, in spite of the contradiction between the amicable tradition of Indonesian people. The constraints which have been hampering the implementation of court-annexed mediation in district court pilot project are categorized into three factor, such as structure, substance and legal culture. Although court-annexed mediation is still far behind expectation, there are still so many things to be optimal in the effort to make court-annexed mediation success in Indonesia. There is a need to improve the procedures of court-annexed mediation by involving all stakeholders. The big hope comes from judges, mediator, advocates and the nature of Indonesian people?s way resolving conflict or disputes through amicable settlemen."

"Rancangan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan petugas pengamanan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) dalam menangani konflik antar narapidana dengan menggunakan teknik mediasi. Teknik mediasi memposisikan petugas sebagai orang yang netral dalam mendamaikan pihak yang berkonflik. Konflik antar narapidana yang sering terjadi di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan berakibat langsung terhadap terciptanya stabilitas keamanan sehingga setiap permasalahan harus cepat diselesaikan. Kondisi keamanan yang kondusif menjadi salah satu tolok ukur keberhasilan Lapas karena hal tersebut dapat mendukung terselenggaranya proses pembinaan narapidana.
Kenyataan dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan petugas saat ini dalam menangani masalah antar narapidana belum maksimal Pendekatan keamanan masih menjadi prioritas dalam mengambil tindakan. Data dilapangan juga menunjukkan sering terjadinya masalah-masalah pemerasan, perkelahian, dan penyalahgunaan obat terlarang.
Program ini berbentuk pelatihan yang akan diselenggarakan selama 6 hari dengan beberapa materi ketrampilan dasar yang harus dikuasai petugas pengamanan sebagai mediator. Dengan kegiatan tersebut diharapkan petugas pengamanan mampu untuk menangani konflik antar narapidana dan menyelesaikan secara damai tanpa ada pihak yang dirugikan. Hasil dari pelatihan dapat dilihat dari efektifitas petugas pengamanan yang telah mengikuti pelatihan ketika mengaplikasikan kemampuannya dalam menangani permasalahan di lapangan."

Data dikumpulkan dari sampel 150 UMKM di Jabodetabek. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan praktik CSR kontribusi untuk meningkatkan kinerja kompetitif baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, melalui kemampuan organisasi-organisasi ini untuk mengelola peningkatan hubungan dengan stakeholder;In a financial economic and non financial scenario in which the organization survival of micro, small and medium enterprises (SME) are more conditioned than ever by competitive performance. To accomplish this task, data were collected from a sample of 150 Jabodetabek SME?s. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran ekspektasi orang tua dalam memediasi hubungan antara tingkat stres orang tua dan hasil terapi pada anak. Desain penelitian ini adalah correlational study dengan melibatkan 92 partisipan, yang merupakan orang tua dari anak yang sedang mengikuti terapi psikologi dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan mengadministrasikan beberapa alat ukur kepada orang tua yaitu Parent Stress Index – Short Form untuk mengukur tingkat stres orang tua, The Parent Expectancies of Treatment Scale untuk mengukur tingkat ekspektasi orang tua, dan Outcome Rating Scale untuk mengukur hasil terapi pada anak. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa hubungan tingkat stres orang tua terhadap hasil terapi tidak dimediasi oleh ekspektasi orang tua. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan bahwa tingkat stres orang tua memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap hasil terapi.

This study was aimed to examine the role of parental expectation as mediator of the relationship between parenting stress and therapy outcome in children. The research design was correlational study, which involved 92 participants. These participants are parents of children that have been taking psychological therapy in Jabodetabek. Data were collected by administering three instruments to participants: Parent Stress Index - Short Form to measure parenting stress levels, The Parent Expectancies of Treatment Scale to measure parental expectation levels, and the Outcome Rating Scale to measure the therapy outcome in children. The results showed that parenting stress on therapy outcome is not mediated by parental expectations. However, parenting stress was shown to have a significant effect on therapy outcome."
