"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi dari problem-focused coping pada hubungan antara job insecurity dan manajemen impresi. Dengan menggunakan Transactional Stress Theory sebagai acuan, individu dengan job insecurity tinggi akan mempersepsikan bahwa dirinya masih bisa mengubah keadaan di tempat kerjanya menjadi lebih baik dengan cara mengaktifkan problem-focused coping yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan perilaku proaktif berupa manajemen impresi. Data diperoleh dari karyawan yang berasal dari berbagai organisasi di Jakarta N = 286, dan dianalisis dengan macro Hayes pada SPSS versi 20.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara job insecurity dan manajemen impresi, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara job insecurity dengan problem-focused coping, terdapat pengaruh positif antara problem-focused coping terhadap manajemen impresi. Secara lebih lanjut, problem focused coping secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara job insecurity dan manajemen impresi. Implikasi teoritis dan praktis akan dibahas selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini.

The study aims to investigate the mediating effect of problem focused coping on the relationship between job insecurity and impression management. Using Transactional Stress Theory to explain the relationship, it is suggested that a person with high job insecurity will perceive situation at work as something that can be modified, thus will lead them to perform impression management. Data were collected among employees from various organizations in Jakarta N 286, and were analyzed using the Hayes's PROCESS macro on SPSS version 20.
The results showed that there is no significant relationship between job insecurity and impression management, there is a negative and significant relationship between job insecurity and problem focused coping, and there is a significant positive relationship between problem focused coping and impression management. Furthermore, the indirect effect of job insecurity and impression management via problem focused coping was found significant. Theoretical and practical implications will be discussed later in this study.

"ABSTRAK
Mahasiswa menerima dukungan sosial yang berasal dari berbagai sumber, seperti lingkungan sosial maupun orang terdekat. Bentuk dukungan sosial yang diterima dapat berupa dukungan materi, bantuan, dan fasilitas yang disediakan oleh pihak universitas. Meskipun demikian, gejala distres psikologis pada mahasiswa masih kerap ditemukan dan bahkan menjadi suatu hal yang memiliki urgensi tinggi untuk diperhatikan. Berdasarkan studi yang sudah ada, ditemukan fakta adanya pengaruh strategi problem focused coping terhadap distres psikologis serta dukungan sosial pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh problem focused coping kepada hubungan antara dukungan sosial yang dipersepsikan dalam mengurangi resiko distres psikologis. Sebanyak 780 mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Multidimensional Scale of Social Support (MSPSS), Hopkins Symptom Checklist 25 (HSCL-25), dan Coping Strategy Inventory (CSI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived social support berkorelasi negatif dengan distres psikologis. Melalui analisis lebih lanjut, ditemukan bahwa strategi problem-focused coping memoderasi hubungan perceived social support dengan distres psikologis.

ABSTRACT
College students received social support from various sources, such as social environments or the people closest to them. Social support could be provided in the form of material, assistance, help, and facilities that were accommodated by the university. Nevertheless, the problem of psychological distress among students was still easily to be found and brought concern to students well being. Based on previous studies, it was found that there was a relation between problem focused coping strategy with psychological distress and social support in students. This study aimed to look at the impact of problem-focused coping strategy on the relationship between perceived social support and psychological distress. A total of 780 students from various universities in Indonesia participated in this study. Measuring instruments used in this research are Multidimensional Social Support Scale (MSPSS), Hopkins Symptom Checklist-25 (HSCL-25), and Coping Strategy Inventory (CSI). The results showed that perceived social support was negatively correlated with psychological distress. Through further analysis, problem focused coping strategy was found that focus on perceived social support with psychological distress."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi dari job insecurity terhadap hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan in-role performance. Menggunakan teori psychological safety sebagai pedoman, individu yang menilai positif perlakuan dari perusahaan akan merasa aman dan keberlangsungannya di perusahaan terjamin, sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerjanya di perusahaan. Data diperoleh dari karyawan di Jabodetabek N= 269, dan dianalisis menggunakan macro Hayes PROCESS, pada SPSS v20. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efek tidak langsung yang signifikan dari POS pada in-role performance melalui job insecurity. Implikasi secara teoretis dan praktis akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Drawing from psychological safety theory, perceived organizational support would affect individuals rsquo feeling that they could secure their job, and this would lead to high in role performance. Data were collected among employess from Jabodetabek N 269, and analyzed using the Hayes PROCESS macro on SPSS v20. The result showed that job insecurity mediated the relationship between POS and in role performance, as the indirect effect of POS on in role performance via job insecurity was found significant. Theoretical and pracyical implications were discussed.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek moderasi dari self-monitoring pada hubungan antara job insecurity dan impression management. Menggunakan teori job adaptation dan teori self-monitoring sebagai pedoman, individu dengan self-monitoring yang tinggi akan memperkuat hubungan antara job insecurity dan impression management, karena mereka akan berusaha untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan keinginan perusahaan sehingga meningkatkan kemungkinan untuk melakukan impression management sebagai respon dari job insecurity yang dimillikinya. Data diperoleh dari karyawan dari berbagai organisasi di Jakarta N=281 dan dianalisis menggunakan macro Hayes PROCESS pada SPSS v. 21. Hasil menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara job insecurity dengan impression management. Akan tetapi, tidak ditemukan adanya efek moderasi self-monitoring pada hubungan job insecurity dan impression management.

This study aims to investigate the moderating effect of self monitoring on the relationship between job insecurity and impression management. Drawing on the job adaptation and self monitoring theories, individuals with a high level of self monitoring will strengthen the relationship between job insecurity and impression management, in which they are more likely to adjust themselves according to what the organization expects, thus they are more likely to use impression management in response to job insecurity. Data were collected among employees from various organizations in Jakarta N 281 and were analysed using the Hayes Process macro on SPSS v. 21. Results indicated that there were a significant positive effects of job insecurity and impression management. However, there were no moderating effect of self monitoring on the relationship between job insecurity and impression management.

"ABSTRACT
Mindfulness telah diketahui memiliki banyak manfaat, seperti salah satunya pada hubungannya yang negatif dengan counterproductive work behavior (CWB). Kondisi perekonomian saat ini yang penuh dengan ketidakpastian membuat peneliti melihat pentingnya meneliti job insecurity, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan melihat job insecurity sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara mindfulness dan CWB. Penelitian ini bersifat korelasional
dengan sampel karyawan penuh waktu berusia 20 sampai 39 tahun yang bertempat tinggal di Jabodetabek (N = 323). Ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan pada mindfulness dan CWB (r = -.38, p < .01) serta pada mindfulness dan job insecurity (r = -.19, p < .01). Namun, tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara job insecurity dan CWB (r = .08, p > .05). Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa job insecurity tidak memediasi hubungan antara mindfulness dan CWB. Peneliti melihat kemungkinan hal ini disebabkan oleh pemaknaan sebagian responden bahwa job insecurity merupakan stres yang membuat karyawan menampilkan lebih sedikit perilaku CWB agar mereka dapat mempertahankan pekerjaannya.

ABSTRACT
Mindfulness have been known to have many benefit; the negative relationship with counterproductive work behavior (CWB) as one of them. The uncertainty of economic condition nowadays made job insecurity important for further research, so that this research
aim to study job insecurity as a mediator in the relationship of mindfulness and CWB. This research is a correlational study with sample of full-time employee ranging from 20 to 39 years
old living in Jabodetabek (N = 323). The study shows a significant correlation between mindfulness and CWB (r = -.38, p < .01) and between mindfulness and job insecurity (r = -.19, p < .01). "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat ada tidaknya hubungan antara efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier dengan problem-focused coping style yang terdiri dari approach dan avoidance problem-focused coping style pada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 516 mahasiswa S1 semester empat Universitas Indonesia dari semua fakultas. Efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier diukur menggunakan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short Form (Taylor dan Betz, 1983), dan Problem-Focused Coping Style diukur menggunakan Problem-Focused Styles of Coping (Heppner, Cook, Wright, dan Johnson, 1995) yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi oleh peneliti.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan korelasi positif antara efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier dengan approach problem-focused coping style (r= 0.282, p<0.01). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi negatif antara efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier dengan avoidance problem-focused coping style (r= -0.107, p<0.01). Disarankan agar mahasiswa menerapkan approach problem-focused coping style untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier, serta menghindari penerapan avoidance problem-focused coping style.

This research was conducted to examine the relationship between career decision self-efficacy with problem-focused coping style, consists of approach and avoidance problem-focused coping style on undergraduate students of Universitas Indonesia. Samples of this research are 516 4th semester undergraduate students from 13 faculties of Universitas Indonesia. Career decision self-efficacy was measured by Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short Form from Taylor and Betz (1983), and Problem-Focused Coping Style was measured by Problem- Focused Style of Coping (Heppner, Cook, Wright, and Johnson, 1955) which has been adapted and modified by the researcher.
The results are, there is a significant positive relationship between career decision self-efficacy and approach problem-focused coping style (r= 0.282, p<0.01), also there is a significant negative relationship between career decision selfefficacy and avoidance problem-focused coping style (r= -0.107, p<0.01). Based on the results, suggest that undergraduate student to enhance career decision self-efficacy by using approach problem-focused coping style."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity pada job involvement dengan mempertimbangkan peran moderasi grit pada karyawan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Responden penelitian adalah 762 karyawan organisasi publik dan swasta di Indonesia yang menerapkan perubahan kebijakan karena Covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Job Involvement Scale, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), dan Short Grit Scale (Grit-S). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner secara daring serta dianalisis dengan analisis regresi menggunakan model 1 SPSS PROCESS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa grit terbukti tidak memoderasi hubungan job insecurity dan job involvement. Sebagai implikasinya, temuan dari penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh organisasi sebagai acuan dalam mengantisipasi peningkatan job insecurity karyawan akibat adanya perubahan.

This study aims to determine the relationship between job insecurity and job involvement by considering the role of grit as the moderator in employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research respondents are 762 public and private sectors employees who work in organization which implemented policy changes due to Covid-19. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The research measuring instruments consists of Job Involvement Scale, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), and Short Grit Scale (Grit-S). Data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis, utilizing SPSS PROCESS Model 1. It was found that grit did not moderate the relationship between job insecurity and job involvement. As the implication, the findings of this research can be used by organizations as reference to anticipate the increase of employee job insecurity due to changes."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran burnout sebagai mediator pada hubungan antara job insecurity (ketidakamanan pekerjaan) dan task performance (kinerja tugas). Partisipan penelitian ini adalah pekerja perusahaan swasta yang berjumlah 106 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner Job Insecurity Scale dan Task Performance Scale yang diadaptasi oleh Piccoli et al., (2017), serta Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Maslach et al., (1996). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa burnout dapat memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara ketidakamanan pekerjaan dan kinerja tugas.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of burnout as a mediator between job insecurity and task performance. The sample for this study is collected from 106 private company employees. This study is conducted by using Job Insecurity Scale and Task Performance Scale which was adapted by Piccoli et al., (2017), and Maslach Burnout Inventory - General Scale which was developed by Maslach et al., (1996). The result shows that burnout partially mediate the relationship between job insecurity and task performance."

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara strategi coping stres
dan compassion satisfaction, serta menguji coping fokus masalah dan emosi
sebagai mediator antara coping fokus spiritual dan compassion satisfaction.
Menggunakan Purposive sampling, Kuesioner Proqol R-IV (Stamm, 2010) Brief
COPE (Carver dkk, 1989), WCC (Dahlan, 2005) dan Brief RCOPE (Pargament
dkk, 1998) diisi oleh 102 perawat UGD, ICU dan Bedah Umum di Makassar.
Analisa regresi berganda signifikan untuk hubungan coping fokus masalah dan
coping fokus emosi dengan compassion satisfaction (F = 3.459, p = .002<.05),
coping fokus masalah dan coping fokus spiritual dengan compassion satisfaction
(F = 4.016, p = .000<.05), dan ketiga coping stres dan compassion satisfaction
(F = 3.656, p = .001<.05). Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan hubungan antara coping
fokus spiritual dan compassion satisfaction tidak dimediasi oleh coping fokus
masalah (jalur a, β = .012, p = .906>.05) dan coping fokus emosi (jalur d, β =
-.037, p = .708>.05 dan jalur e, β = .161, p = .093>.05). Penemuan menunjukkan
coping fokus spiritual berhubungan langsung dengan compassion satisfaction.

"Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak besar pada meningkatnya jumlah PHK pada karyawan dan kebijakan rasionalisasi lainnya, hal tersebut mungkin dapat memengaruhi tingkat ketidakaman kerja (job insecurity), kegigihan (grit), dan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan (work engagement). Karyawan milenial menjadi generasi yang paling terdampak dari adanya situasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peran dari grit dalam memoderasi hubungan antara job insecurity dan work engagement pada karyawan milenial di Indonesia. Grit dinilai dapat menjadi kunci kesuksesan seseorang dan merupakan faktor internal yang memengaruhi job insecurity dan work engagement karyawan. Partisipan direkrut secara daring dan melibatkan 222 karyawan yang memenuhi karakteristik penelitian, yaitu; karyawan milenial berusia 20-38 tahun, memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimal 1 tahun di tempat kerjanya saat ini, dan sedang mengalami kebijakan rasionalisasi. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur ketiga variabel ini adalah Utrecht Work Engagement Scale 9 Item (Schaufeli, dkk, 2006), Job Insecurity Scale (Pienaar, 2013), dan Short Grit Scale (Duckworth & Quinn, 2009). Hasil utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa grit tidak memoderasi hubungan antara job insecurity dan work engagement. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh faktor lain selain grit. Kemudian, mayoritas partisipan ini memiliki nilai job insecurity yang rendah, work engagement yang tinggi, dan grit yang tinggi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan job insecurity berkorelasi secara negatif dan signifikan dengan work engagement, dan grit berkorelasi secara positif dan signifikan dengan work engagement. Sementara job insecurity tidak berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan grit.

The COVID-19 pandemic has a major impact on increasing the number of employee layoffs and other rationalization policies, this may affect the level of job insecurity, grit, and work engagement on employees. Millennial employees are the most affected generation that affected by this situation. This research was conducted to find out whether there is a role of grit in moderating the relationship between job insecurity and work engagement among millennial employees in Indonesia. Grit is considered to be the key to a person's success and is an internal factor that affects job insecurity and employee work engagement. Participants were recruited online and involved 222 employees who met the research characteristics, that is; millennial employees at aged 20-38 years, having at least 1 year of work experience at their current job, and undergoing a rationalization policy. The measuring instrument that are used to measure these variables are Utrecht Work Engagement Scale 9 Item (Schaufeli, et al, 2006), Job Insecurity Scale (Pienaar, 2013), and Short Grit Scale (Duckworth & Quinn, 2009). The main results of this research showed that grit did not moderate the relationship between job insecurity and work engagement. This could be due to other factors besides of grit. Furthermore, the majority of these participants had low job insecurity, high work engagement, and high grit of scores. This study also showed that job insecurity was significantly negatively correlated with work engagement, and grit was significantly positively correlated with work engagement. Meanwhile, job insecurity was not significantly correlated with grit."
