"Skripsi ini membahas kekuatan persaingan di dalam industri bioskop sinepleks di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan desain analisis deskriptif, dengan mengaplikasikan teori dan model Five Porter Forces. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rendahnya ancaman pemain baru, kekuatan pembeli, ancaman barang substitusi, dan persaingan antarperusahaan dalam industri bioskop. Kekuatan pemasok dalam industri ini juga cenderung rendah. Struktur industri bioskop seperti yang digambarkan dalam lima kekuatan model Porter Five Forces ini menunjukkan rendahnya kekuatan persaingan dalam industri bioskop.

This thesis discusses the forces of competition in the cinema industry in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative method and descriptive analysis design, by applying the theory and model of Five Porter Forces. The results show the low threat of new entrants, buyer power, threats of substitutes, and rivalry among existing competitors in the cinema industry. The power of suppliers in this industry is relatively low too. The cinema industry structure as illustrated in the Porter Five Forces shows the low level of competition in the cinema industry."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel need for uniqueness terhadap attitude toward product, variabel attitude toward product terhadap perceived quality dan emotional value serta hubungan kedua variabel tersebut terhadap intensi menonton (purchase intention) pada film Indonesia dan film asing di bioskop. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksploratif dan deskriptif yang dilakukan satu kali dalam satu periode. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 290 orang penonton film Indonesia dan asing dengan kunjungan terakhir ke bioskop adalah 6 bulan Model penelitian dengan lima hipotesis diuji menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa need for uniqueness berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap attitude toward product pada film Indonesia dan asing. Attitude toward product juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap perceived quality dan emotional value pada film Indonesia dan film asing. Tetapi ketika perceived quality dan emotional value keduanya memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada purchase intention film Indonesia, film asing berbeda dengan hasil perceived quality nya yang tidak signifikan.

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact and relation from some need for uniqueness to attitude toward product, then attitude toward product to perceived quality and emotional value, and both of them toward purchase intention Indonesian and foreign movie in cinema. This research uses exploratory and descriptive design research conducted in one time period (cross sectional design). Respondents of this study are 290 people who watch Indonesian or foreign movie for minimum six months. The five-hypotheses research model in this study are tested with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results finds that almost all variables have a significant and positive relationship for both Indonesian and foreign movie. Only one variable in foreign movie that have unsignificant result that is perceived quality toward purchase intention of foreign movie in cinema.

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang dugaan praktik kartel pada garam industri aneka pangan di Indonesia. Dugaan tersebut muncul dikarenakan terdapat ketidakberesan dalam proses pengajuan impor oleh ketujuh importir yang mengarah kepada dugaan bahwa ketujuh importir telah mengadakan rapat swasembada garam yang menghasilkan kesepakatan untuk mengimpor 397.208 ton garam. Rapat tersebut diduga turut menghasilkan surat melalui Asosiasi Industri Perusahaan Garam Indonesia (AIPGI) pada 8 Juni 2015 yang meminta agar Kementerian Perdagangan menerbitkan rekomendasi dan izin impor garam. Kesepakatan tersebut diduga dilakukan untuk mempermainkan harga garam industri aneka pangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan tipe penelitian yuridis-normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikasi awal kartel membuktikan bahwa ketujuh importir terbukti melakukan pelanggaran pada Pasal 11 UU No. 5 Tahun 1999, namun dibutuhkan bukti lebih yang cukup untuk memperkuat indikasi tersebut.

This thesis discusses the alleged cartel practices in the various food industries salt in Indonesia. The allegation arose because there were irregularities in the process of submitting imports by the seventh reported parties which led to the allegation that the seven reported parties had held a salt self-sufficiency meeting which resulted in an agreement to import 397,208 tons of salt. The meeting allegedly helped produce a letter through the Indonesian Salt Company Industry Association on June 8, 2015 which requested that the Ministry of Trade issue recommendations and import permits for salt. The agreement was allegedly carried out to play with the price of salt for various food industries. The research method used is library research with juridical-normative research types. The results of the study indicate that the initial indication of the cartel proved that the seven reported parties were proven to have violated Article 11 of Law No. 5 of 1999, but more evidence is needed to strengthen these indications."

"Indonesia merupakan negara terbesar kedua pengekspor kopi instan di dunia setelah Brazil. Integrasi ekonomi merupakan langkah yang penting bagi pencapaian ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) yang berdaya saing dan dapat berperan aktif dalam ekonomi global. Kopi instan adalah salah satu makanan olahan kopi yang merupakan produk ekspor unggulan Indonesia serta termasuk dalam perdagangan barang dari 12 Priority Integrated Sector (PIS) untuk AEC.
Tesis ini meneliti hal apa yang dapat dilakukan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani kopi Indonesia dan strategi Market Intelligence seperti apa yang harus dilakukan untuk memperkuat posisi Indonesia di AEC dan mempertahankan posisi Indonesia sebagai negara pengekspor kopi instan kedua di dunia.
Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan cara menganalisis faktor lingkungan eksternal dan internal. Data kuantitatif digunakan untuk memperkuat hasil analisis. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis PESTEL, analisis Teori Berlian dari Porter, analisis Rantai Nilai dan Pemetaan Kompetitif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan dan wawancara.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kopi instan Indonesia sudah berdaya saing saat ini, namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian terkait kebijakan dan strategi yang digunakan karena akan mempengaruhi daya saing kopi instan Indonesia kedepannya. Strategi Market Intelligence dapat dilakukan dengan peningkatan teknologi desain kemasan, pengembangan jaringan ekspor dan penguatan promosi untuk kopi ins.

Indonesia is the second largest exporter of instant coffee in the world after Brazil. Economic integration is an important step to achieve competitiveness of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) so that, it could take an active role in the global economy. Instant coffee is a processed food from Indonesian export commodities of superior products which are included in the trade in goods of 12 Priority Integrated Sector (PIS) for the AEC.
The focuses of this study are to examine what the government do can to improve the welfare of Indonesian coffee farmers and what kind of Market Intelligence strategy should be implemented to strengthen the position of Indonesia in the AEC and to maintain Indonesia's position as the second instant coffee exporting country in the world.
This research uses qualitative approach by analyzing internal and external environment. Quantitative data is used to support the result of analysis. Analysis were performed using PESTEL analysis, Porter?s Diamond Theory analysis, Value Chains analysis and Competitive mapping. Data collection techniques are done by doing literature study and interviews.
The result shows that the instant coffee of Indonesia is already competitive, still there are somethings that need more attention related to the policies and strategies used because it will affect the competitiveness of Indonesia?s instant coffee in the future. Market Intelligence strategy can be done by improving the technology for packaging design, developing the network of export and strengthening promotion for instant coffee.

The target of this thesis is to know sketch of PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia competition profile among national television in Indonesia, how to indicate power of compete from television industry in Indonesia, and what PT Rajawali Citra Televisi indonesia strategy to face competition of television industry in indonesia. The approaching method used is descriptive analysis method. Meaning that this method describing and interpret the pass and present condition with qualitative approach. The analysis technique used is extemal environment analysis (macro and Eve forcess Ported and intemal environment analyis value chain, and also analysis with BCG Matrix.
The result from BCG analysis indicate that PT Rajawali Citra Televisi indonesia be in Cash Cow position, that is company who has market segment pretty high with low market growth, then altemative strategy recommended is product development and concentric diversification. The analysis five forces in industry considering output from external environment analysis has result that generic strategy which can be implemented is strategy cost leadership.
In the end of this thesis, writer conclude that the power and weakness in internal of PT Rajawali Citra Televisi indonesia, and opportunity from environment and also alternative and generic strategy which can be implemented. Writer suggest to PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia for more selective to chose trade fields for diversification trade, need to prepare human resources, technology, investment and how important to make a good relationship with regulation television business maker."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang persaingan usaha dalam industri pelabuhan. Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2008 tentang Pelayaran ini membuka peluang bagi sektor swasta untuk turut serta dalam pengusahaan kegiatan kepelabuhan yang sebelumnya industri ini berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 1992 tentang Pelayaran dimonopoli oleh PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia. Persaingan usaha dalam industri pelabuhan, antara lain: persaingan antar pelabuhan, persaingan antar operator terminal dalam satu pelabuhan dan persaingan antar operator dalam satu terminal. Namun demikian, industri ini sering kali menjadi subjek dari Undang-Undang No. 5 Tahun 1999 oleh Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa industri pelabuhan memiliki karakterisik monopoli alamiah yang mana didalamnya terdapat natural barrier to entry untuk dapat masuk dalam industri ini sehingga seharusnya mendapat pengecualian dari hukum persaingan usaha di Indonesia. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif di mana data penelitian ini sebagian besar dari studi kepustakaan.

This thesis foccused on business competition of port industry. Law Republic of Indonesia Number 17 Year 2008 concerning Shipping allows private sector to take part in port industry, in which prior to this law such practice is prohibitted and port building is monopolized by PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia which was legitimized through Law Republic of Indonesia Number 21 Year 1992 concerning Shipping. Business competition in port industry includes competition between ports, operators terminal in the same port and operators on those terminal. Yet, the issue in regards to port industry is subjected to Law Republic of Indonesia Number 5 Year 1999 by Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU). This thesis will provide analysis that proves port industry has natural monopoly character that should be given exemption from such law, due to its natural barrier to entry. This thesis used a normative juridical study in which data are mostly taken from the literature.

"Terbukanya pangsa pasar yang sangat luas dalam persaingan usaha bidang perbankan, akan memperkuat fundamental rnikro perekonomian Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis concentration ratio CR2 dan herfndahl and hirscmahn index HHI, struktur industri perbankan syariah cenderung bersifat oligopolistic. adanya pengaruh konsentrasi pangsa pasar relevan deposito dan pembiayaan terhadap variabel kinerja RDA dan ROE.
Perlu adanya strategi dalam sindikasi pembiyaan untuk mengurangi tingkat konsentrasi pada bank tertentu dan juga untuk penguatan permodalan rinaksimasi fungsi kestabilah sekaligus menekan dampak negatif terhadap ildim kompetisi atau memaksimalkan fungsi persaingan antar bank sehingga dapat meniinimalkan dampak negatif terhadap kestabilan dan kesehatan perbankan

Market of segment is opening widely in competition business of banking. It gives support for micro fundamental of economic in Indonesia. Syariah banking have to get balance position for manage assets society. Mastering segment of market in competition business that concentrate in several group of bank make polemic. It uses two analysis approaches, they are concentration ratio (CR2), herfindahl and hirscmahn index (11111). Industry structures of banking syariah have oligopolistic characteristic. There are concentration influences in market of segment that relevant in deposit and cost RDA and ROE variable.
It needs strategy in costing syndicate to decrease concentrate in several banks and also to maximal of fund in stable function. It presses down the negative effect at competition or function of competition maximally among banking, recently can make minimize negative effect for stability and banking.

"Pada tahun 2002 pemerintah membuat target swasembada gula yang pada awalnya ingin dicapai pada tahun 2009. Meskipun nilai produksi gula Indonesia terus meningkat, hingga pada tahun 2009 target swasembada gula belum juga tercapai, sehingga target tersebut diundur menjadi tahun 2014. Penelitian ini ingin menganalisis produktivitas individu perusahaan gula melalui efisiensi teknis perusahaan. Dengan pendekatan stochastic frontier analysis(SFA penelitian ini juga menganalisis determinan dari efisiensi teknis pada industri gula.
Rentang waktu penelitian ini dimulai pada tahun 2002 sampai 2010 dengan menggunakan data panel perusahaan sebanyak 15 perusahaan gula di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi teknis industri gula di Indonesia terus mengalami penurunan. Skor efisiensi pada Industri gula ini pada tahun 2002 berkisar 50%, dan terus menurun hingga pada tahun 2010 mencapai sekitar 29%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa produksi industri gula di Indonesia seharusnya masih bisa ditingkatkan untuk mencapai target swasembada pada Industri gula di Indonesia.

In 2002 the government made a target of self-sufficiency that was originally to be achieved by 2009. Though the value of Indonesian sugar production continued to increase, until in 2009 target of self-sufficiency has not been achieved, so that the target is postponed to 2014. The Research wants to analyze the productivity of individual sugar company through the company's technical efficiency. With the approach of stochastic frontier analysis (SFA study also analyzes the determinants of technical efficiency in the sugar industry.
Timeframe of this study began in 2002 to 2010 by using panel data companies as much as 15 sugar companies in Indonesia. Results showed that technical efficiency in the sugar industry Indonesia continued to decline. Scores efficiency in the sugar industry in 2002 is about 50%, and continued to decline until the year 2010 reached approximately 29%. This suggests that the production of the sugar industry in Indonesia should still be improved in order to achieve the target of self-sufficiency in sugar industry in Indonesia.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi data pada level makroekonomi untuk mengetahui arah pergerakan dari sektor perbankan di Indonesia melalui seri acuan pertumbuhan kredit, pertumbuhan pembiayaan, non performing loan serta non performing finance yang diharapkan mampu menjadi sinyal awal perkembangan sektor perbankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan OECD dalam pembentukan composite leading indicator. Penentuan titik balik diukur dengan bulan dan dilakukan dengan mengikuti kriteria Bry-Boschan dengan periode penelitian dari Januari 2012 ndash; September 2017.Dari data yang digunakan masing-masing seri acuan memiliki kombinasi variabel pembentuk leading indicatornya. Pertumbuhan kredit memiiki 10 variabel pembentuk composite leading indeksnya, pertumbuhan pembiyaan memiliki 4 variabel yang membentuk komposit indeksnya, CLI non perfoming loan dibentuk dari 13 variabel serta non performing loan ditentukan CLInya dengan 9 variabel.

This research focuses on growth of credit and financing in banking sector to enhance decision making process. This paper present composite leading indicator for banking sector using four reference series which are credit growth, islamic financing growth, non performing loan, and . Adopting OECD methodology to construct these indicator and using Bry Boschan criteria to predict turning points of these reference series.The result show that during January 2012 until September 2017, each composite constructed differently. Credit growth composite index constructed from 10 individual leading indicator,financing growth consist 4 individual leading indikator, non performing loan compostie index constructed by 13 leading indicator, and contsructed by 9 individual variabels."
