"Tingginya tingkat voluntary turnover seringkali menjadi masalah bagi organisasi. Terlebih lagi apabila voluntary turnover terjadi di sebuah program percepatan dalam rangka mencari karyawan-karayawan terbaik yang diharapkan menjadi penerus organisasi pada masa yang akan datang. Penemuan mengenai lemahnya dukungan atasan merupakan prediktor yang menjadi penyebab masalah tersebut. Peneliti mengajukan sebuah bentuk dukungan atasan melalui intervensi teori kepemimpinan dengan menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership. Hal ini karena bahwa servant leadership memiliki karakteristik yang dapat menyumbang varian terhadap voluntary turnover lebih baik daripada persepsi dukungan atasan.
Penelitian merupakan penelitian cross- sectional dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif ini melibatkan karyawan program percepatan yang sudah mengundurkan diri dan yang masih bertahan.Data diambil dari karyawan dan mantan karyawan dari pogram percepatan karir untuk account executive di sebuah perusahaan di Jakarta, Indonesia N = 92 dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik dukungan atasan yang dirasakan maupun servant leadership berhubungan negatif dengan voluntary turnover. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership menyumbang lebih banyak varian pada voluntary turnover melampaui persepsi dukungan atasan.

The high level of voluntary turnover is often a problem for organization. Moreover, if voluntary turnover occurs in a development program which specifically conducted to find the best employee that is expected to be the next future leaders. From employees exit interview we found that lack of supervisor support is the main cause. Researcher propose a form of supervisor support through leadership theory intervention by using servant leadership. Researcher believe that servant leadership has characteristics that can contribute variants to voluntary turnover better than perceived supervisor support. It is because servant leadership has more complex characteristics than the perception of superior support.
This research is a cross sectional study using quantitative method and involving development program employees whom already resigned and those who are still working. Data were taken from employees and ex employees of 5 batches of development program in a company in Jakarta, Indonesia N 92 and were analyzed using multiple regression technique on SPSS software. Results showed that both perceived supervisor support and servant leadership were negatively related to voluntary turnover. Results also showed that servant leadership accounts for more variance on voluntary turnover over and above perceived supervisor support.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat efektivitas program pelatihan kepemimpinan LMX untuk meningkatkan keefektifan tim pada pelaut di PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian applied research dengan jumlah partisipan penelitian sebanyak 56 pelaut di PT. X. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adaptasi alat ukur five functional team 5FT Lencioni, 2005 dengan nilai koefisien alpha ? sebesar 0.838 dan alat ukur leader-member exchange multidimentionality measurement LMX-MDM Liden Maslyn, 1998 dengan nilai koefisien alpha ? sebesar 0.794. Peneliti menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut dan uji paired sample t-test untuk melihat perbedaan signifikansi dari skor pre test dan post test materi intervensi yang diberikan.
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara leader-member exchange dengan keefektifan tim r = 0.57, p < 0.05, signifikan . Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dengan semakin meningkatnya leader-member exchange para pelaut maka keefektifan tim mereka akan semakin tinggi. Selain itu juga terdapat perbedaan skor pre test dan post test materi intervensi yang signifikan t = -3.87, p < 0.05, signifikan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pelatihan kepemimpinan LMX. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kepemimpinan LMX dapat meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaut terhadap materi intervensi.

The study was conducted to see the effectiveness of LMX leadership training programs to enhance team effectiveness of seafarer in PT. X. This study used applied research studies with 56 seafarers as the participants. The research that was used five functional team measurement 5FT Lencioni, 2005 with coefficient alpha score 0.838 and leader member exchange multidimentional measurement LMX MDM Liden Maslyn, 1998 with coefficient alpha score 0.794. The Pearson correlation technique was used to determine the relationship between two variables and the paired sample t test was used to see the significance differences from pre and post test scores of the given intervention materials.
The results showed a significant and positive relationship between leader member exchange and team effectiveness r 0.57, p 0.05, significant. It showed that with increasing leader member exchange so seafarers team effectiveness will be increase. In addition, there were significant differences from pre and post test scores t 3.87, p 0.05, significant of interventions material before and after the intervention of LMX leadership training. The analysis results showed that LMX leadership training can enhance the understanding of the seafarers of the intervention materials.

"PT P, merupakan perusahaan startup dalam bidang teknologi. Saat ini perusahaan tersebut sedang mengalami permasalahan yaitu tinggi nya persentase turnover setiap bulannya, terutama di divisi Teknologi dan Customer Service. Secara umum, Turnover pada karyawan dapat disebabkan oleh faktor individual dan faktor di luar karyawan. Salah satu faktor di luar karyawan yang mempengaruhi turnover adalah Kepemimpinan Hamstra et al., 2011 . Berdasarkan survei Organizational Blockage Inventory dan structured interview terhadap karyawan PT P, peneliti mengidentifikasi adanya kaitan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional pada supervisor dengan intensi turnover karyawan di divisi Teknologi dan Customer Service di PT P. Kepemimpinan supervisor diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire MLQ dan Turnover Intention Scale digunakan untuk mengukur intensi turnover para karyawan pada divisi tersebut.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional pada supervisor dengan intensi turnover bawahan yang artinya semakin supervisor menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, maka intensi turnover pada karyawan pada divisi Teknologi dan Customer Service akan semakin rendah, dan semakin supervisor tidak menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, maka intensi turnover pada karyawan pada divisi Teknologi dan Customer Service akan semakin tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti kemudian merancang program intervensi berupa pelatihan kepemimpinan transformasional pada supervisor di divisi Teknologi dan Customer Service, dengan tujuan memperbaiki gaya kepemimpinan mereka yang kelak berdampak menurunkan intensi turnover karyawan di divisi tersebut.

PT P is a startup technology company. Currently, the company has a high rate of turnover every month, especially in Technology and Customer Service division. In general, turnover can be caused by individual factor and external factor. One of the external factor is leadership Hamstra et al., 2011 . Based on Organizational Blockage Inventory survey and structured interview to PT P employees, researcher identified a correlation between transformational leadership style on supervisor with turnover intention employee in Technology and Customer Service division. Supervisor rsquo s transformational leadership style is measured by Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire MLQ , and staff rsquo s turnover intention is measured by Turnover Intention Scale.
The result of this study indicated a significant negative correlation between supervisor rsquo s transformational leadership style and staff rsquo s turnover intention, which means if the supervisor do not apply transformational leadership style staff rsquo s turnover intention will be increased, and if the supervisor apply transformational leadership style staff rsquo s turnover intention will be decreased. Based on this result, researcher create a transformational leadership training intervention program for supervisor to fix their leadership style in order to reduce staff rsquo s turnover intention in Technology and Customer Service division.

"[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara Servant Leadership dan Team Effectiveness pada Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan di Rumah Sakit X Penelitian tersebut didasari pertimbangan bahwa masih ada kesenjangan Kompetensi Kepemimpinan Kelompok pada Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan di Rumah Sakit X serta belum tercapainya target kinerja pada semua unit kerja . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Servant Leadership dan Team Effectiveness ( r = 0,64 dan p lebih kecil dari 0,05). Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak tujuh puluh orang, mereka merupakan bawahan dari Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Servant Leadership Questionnare (SLQ) yang diadaptasi dari Barbuto & Wheeler (2006) dan Team Effectiveness Questionnare (TEQ) dari Larson & LaFasto (1989). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti mengusulkan program intervensi untuk meningkatkan Servant Leadership melalui Pelatihan Coaching dan Servant Leadership kepada manajer sebagai atasan dari Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan di Rumah Sakit X. Hasil pelatihan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Coaching dan perilaku Servant Leadership atau kepemimpinan yang melayani bagi para manajer. Selanjutnya para manajer diharapkan mampu melakukan Coaching kepada Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan, terutama dalam menerapkan kepemimpinan yang melayani sehingga efektivitas tim akan meningkat.;The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between Servant Leadership and Team Effectiveness on Section Heads and Heads of Nurses in Hospital X. "Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan penyebab utama masalah meningkatnya voluntary turnoverpada Talent Engineerdi PT. XXX dan merancang sebuah program intervensi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Tipe penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk pengukuran penyebab utama. Tipe penelitian kualitatif melalui metode wawancara dan analisis data sekunder digunakan untuk mengenali masalah dan mencari faktor-faktor penyebab mengapa masalah tersebut terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan merupakan penyebab utama meningkatnya voluntary turnover intentionpada Talent Engineerdi PT. XXX. Berdasarkan kajian terhadap hasil pengukuran menggunakan alat ukur Withdrawal Cognition, Work Design Questionnaire, dan Leadership Behaviour Analysis, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penilaian Engineermengenai gaya kepemimpinan atasannya tidak sesuai dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang dimiliki oleh atasannya tersebut, baik untuk directive behaviour maupun supportive behaviour. Oleh karena itu, intervensi yang diberikan fokus untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para Engineering Managersebagai mentormelalui pelatihan agar dapat menurunkan voluntary turnover intentionpada Talent Engineerdi PT. XXX.

The purpose of this study is to determine the cause of Talent Engineer?s voluntary turnover problem at PT. XXX and design an intervention program to overcome it. This study used quantitative and qualitative research type. Quantitative research type were used to measure major cause. Qualitative research type were used to determine the problem and the factor that cause the problem. The results show that leadership is the cause of voluntary turnover problem. Based on measurement with Withdrawal Cognition, Work Design Questionnaire, dan Leadership Behaviour Analysis tools, the results show that Engineer judgement about leadership style did not match with their superordinate?s leadership style for directive and supportive behaviour. Therefore, the intervention is focused on improving Engineering Manager competency as a mentor through training in order to reduce Talent Engineer?s voluntary turnover problem at PT. XXX.

"Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi bawahan terhadap leadership practices atasan dengan team effectiveness. Berdasarkan pre-eliminary test berupa kuesioner hambatan organisasi, menunjukkan bahwa secara umum terdapat kondisi team yang kurang baik pada PT. XYZ Syariah. Kondisi ini tidak selaras dengan budaya kerja PT. XYZ Syariah yaitu Jamaah (bekerja bersama-sama). Kondisi team yang kurang baik dipengaruhi antara lain karena kapasitas leader yang kurang mumpuni dalam mengelola bawahan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan mengukur hubungan antara persepsi bawahan terhadap leadership practices atasan dengan team effectiveness. Leadership practices di ukur dengan menggunakan Leadership Practices Inventory yang terdiri dari 30 item (=0,967) dan Team Effectiveness dengan menggunakan Five Function Team yang terdiri dari 15 item ( = 0,924).
Hasil penelitian pada 41 orang pegawai dari 8 divisi menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi bawahan terhadap leadership practices atasan dan team effectiveness (r = 0,627**,p<.0,01). Berarti semakin tinggi leadership practices maka akan semakin tinggi pula team effectiveness. Peneliti kemudian merancang intervensi yang dapat meningkatkan persepsi bawahan terhadap leadership practices atasan berupa pelatihan kepemimpinan kepada para atasan, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan team effectiveness pada bawahannya.

This research aims to determine the relationship between subordinate perceptions of supervisor leadership practices with team effectiveness. Based on a eliminary pre-test questionnaire organizational blockages, suggesting that in general there is a lack of teamwork condition at PT. XYZ Sharia. These condition not in line with the PT. XYZ Sharia culture which is jamaah (working together). Unfavorable conditions affected team partly because of the capacity of leader who not qualified enough to manage subordinates. This hypothesis is verified by measuring the relationship between subordinate perceptions of supervisor leadership practices with team effectiveness. Leadership practices was measured with Leadership Practices Inventory which consists of 30 items ( = 0,967) and Team Effectiveness was measured Five Function Team consisting of 15 items ( = 0,924).
Results of the study on 41 employees from eight divisions showed there is a positive significant relationship between subordinate perceptions of supervisor leadership practices and team effectiveness (r = 0,627 **, p <0,01), which means the higher leadership practices the higher team effectiveness. Researchers then design interventions that can improve the perception of subordinates to superiors leadership practices provide leadership training to their superiors, and with these intervention should improving team effectiveness at their subordinat.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah intervensi pelatihan servant leadership dan peningkatan awareness pada pimpinan dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai di Balai Besar POM Propinsi X. Intervensi didasarkan pada penelitian motivasi kerja 46 pegawai. Servant leadership pada pimpinan BBPOM Propinsi X diukur melalui Servant Leadership Scale (Barbuto dan Wheeler, 2006). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai ditentukan oleh 88,6% servant leadership dan 90% kepuasan atas gaji. Peneliti merancang pelatihan servant leadership pada pimpinan dengan fokus pada dimensi organizational stewardship dan persuasive mapping yang rendah agar semua dimensi servant leadership yang dimiliki pimpinan lengkap, dan dapat berfungsi optimal. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk meninjau besaran gaji pegawai secara periodik. Dengan adanya intervensi pelatihan servant leadership akan dapat meningkatkan semangat dan motivasi kerja selama memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan optimal kepada masyarakat. Pimpinan juga perlu menyadari bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai dipengaruhi juga oleh kepuasan atas gaji.

The research aimed determine the effect of servant leadership's training and increasing awareness for leaders as intervention program will increase the employee's work motivation in Balai Besar POM Propinsi X. The intervention based on work motivation's research of 46 employees. Servant leadership for leaders in BBPOM Propinsi X measured by Servant Leadership Scale's instrument (Barbuto and Wheeler, 2006). The result of analysis regression shows that employee's work motivation determined by 88,6% servant leadership and 90% pay satisfaction. Researcher designs servant leadership's training for leaders focusing on lower result of organizational stewardship and persuasive mapping dimension, in order to servant leadership's dimensions that owns by the leaders is comprehensive and can be functioned optimally. With the servant leadership's training intervention, it will be able to improve encouragement and work motivation during giving good and optimal service to the public. Leaders also have to aware that employee's work motivation affected by pay satisfaction. Thus, the suggestion is to look deeper on how much the employee's salary and review it periodically."

"Industri manufaktur merupakan industri padat karya yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja besar. Industri ini membutuhkan pekerja yang memiliki perilaku kewargaan-organisasi, seperti mampu bekerja secara ekstra untuk mencapai produktivitas. Untuk dapat membangun perilaku kewargaan-organisasi dapat ditentukan dari beberapa faktor seperti kepemimpinan, & kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh para pekerja. Dari segi kepribadian, para pekerja sebaiknya dapat ramah dan mampu mengontrol emosinya. Pekerja yang tidak ramah dan memiliki emosi negatif dapat masuk dalam kategori machiavellianism. Disisi lain dalam faktor kepemimpinan, pekerja membutuhkan sosok seorang yang rendah hati, adil, bijaksana, dapat memotivasi mereka dalam bekerja, dapat memimpin mereka tanpa memikirkan kekuasaan, hingga dapat melayani kebutuhan para pekerja. Sosok ini dikenal sebagai kepemimpinan melayani. Penelitian ini akan meneliti peran kepemimpinan melayani sebagai moderasi dalam hubungan negatif antara machiavellianism dan perilaku kewargaan-organisasi pada pekerja industri manufaktur. Sebanyak 175 partisipan direkrut secara online untuk mengikuti penelitian ini. Adapun desain penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori non-eksperimen dan sebuah studi korelasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yakni convenience sampling. Untuk mengukur machiavellianism digunakan skala Machiavellianism Personality Scale, kemudian untuk mengukur perilaku kewargaan-organisasi digunakan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, dan untuk mengukur kepemimpinan melayani digunakan skala Servant Leadership Scale. Data diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 dan dianalisis dengan analisis moderasi process macro hayes model 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kepemimpinan melayani tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan negatif antara machiavellianism dan perilaku kewargaan-organisasi pada pekerja industri manufaktur. Apabila pekerja mempersepsikan dirinya untuk memiliki seorang pemimpin yang melayani, maka hal tersebut tidak dapat memiliki efek moderasi terhadap machiavellianism dan perilaku kewargaan-organisasi (p = 0.38 > -0.05).

The manufacturing industry is a labor-intensive sector that requires a substantial workforce. This industry demands workers with citizenship-organization behavior, such as the ability to work extra to achieve productivity. The development of citizenship-organization behavior can be influenced by factors such as leadership and the personalities of the workers. Regarding personality, workers should be friendly and capable of controlling their emotions. Unfriendly and negatively emotional workers may fall into the category of Machiavellianism. On the other hand, concerning leadership, workers require someone who is humble, fair, wise, and capable of motivating them at work, leading without a focus on power, and catering to the needs of the workers. This figure is known as servant leadership. This study aims to examine the role of servant leadership as a moderator in the negative relationship between Machiavellianism and citizenship-organization behavior among manufacturing industry workers. A total of 175 participants were recruited online for this study. The research design falls into the non-experimental category and is a correlational study. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Machiavellianism was measured using the Machiavellianism Personality Scale, citizenship-organization behavior was measured using the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, and servant leadership was measured using the Servant Leadership Scale. Data were processed using SPSS version 25 software and analyzed with moderation analysis using the Hayes Process Macro Model 1. The study results indicate that servant leadership cannot moderate the negative relationship between Machiavellianism and citizenship-organization behavior in manufacturing industry workers. When workers perceive themselves to have a servant leader, it does not have a moderating effect on Machiavellianism and citizenship-organization behavior (p = 0.38 > -0.05)."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan servant leadership
pada Kantor Imigrasi dan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan di DKI Jakarta berdasarkan
faktor demografi pegawai. Data penelitian ini diambil dari 277 responden dengan
menggunakan kuesioner Ehrhart (2004). Analisis data menggunakan metode
statistik deskriptif serta t-test dan one way ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa penerapan servant leadership pada Kantor Imigrasi dan Lembaga
Pemasyarakatan dalam kategori sedang. Faktor gender tidak memberikan
perbedaan yang signifikan dalam penerapan servant leadership. Faktor golongan
pangkat dan tingkat pendidikan memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap
penerapan servant leadership secara keseluruhan.

ABSTRACT
This study aim to analyze implementation of servant leadership at Immigration
and Correcction Bodies in DKI Jakarta based on demographic factor. Data for this
study was taken from 277 respondent by using Erhart’s questionnaire(2004). Data
is analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test and one way ANOVA. The result
show that implementation of servant leadership at Immigration and Correction
Bodies in the medium category. Gender didn’t make any significant difference in
implementation of servant leadership. Job rank and education level make a
significant differences in implementation of servant leadership."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara servant leadership dengan Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) pada komunitas berdasarkan kesamaan minat di Indonesia, dalam hal ini komunitas mobil retro JRF, dan seberapa besar sumbangan masing-masing dimensi servant leadership terhadap LMX. Pengukuran servant leadership menggunakan alat ukur Servant Leadership Scale (SLS) (Barbuto & Wheleer, 2006) dan pengukuran LMX menggunakan alat ukur Indonesian Quality of Work Life Questionnaire (Radikun, 2010). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 anggota komunitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara servant leadership dan LMX pada komunitas “JRF” (r = 0,798, p < 0.01). Selain itu, dimensi servant leadership yang memberikan kontribusi besar dan signifikan terhadap LMX adalah panggilan altruistis dan pemulihan emosional.

This research was conducted to find the relationship between servant leadership and leader-member exchange (LMX) among interest based community on Indonesia, in this case on “JRF” retro car community, and how much quality of each servant leadership dimension contributes to quality of LMX. Servant leadership was measured using a modification instrument named Servant Leadership Scale (SLS) (Barbuto & Wheeler, 2006) and LMX was measured using a modification instrument named Indonesian Quality of Work Life Questionnaire (Radikun, 2010). The participants of this research are 35 community members. The main results of this research showed that servant leadership positively and correlated significantly with LMX among “JRF” community (r = 0,798, p < 0,01). Furthermore, the big contribution from dimensions of servant leadership toward LMX was altruistic calling and emotional healing."
