"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh workplace flexibility terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh affective commitment dan employee engagement pada karyawan generasi milenial Indonesia. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode convenience sampling dan cross-sectional design dengan jumlah sampel 510 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workplace flexibility tidak memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Sedangkan workplace flexibility memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment dan employee engagement. Selanjutnya, affective commitment dan employee engagement memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Kontribusi teoritis dari penelitian ini adalah dapat menemukan pengaruh negatif workplace flexibility terhadap turnover intention ketika dimediasi oleh affective commitment dan emplyoee engagement. Selain itu, kontribusi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk dapat menurunkan turnover intention karyawan generasi milenial Indonesia.

This study aims to understand the effect of workplace flexibility on turnover intention which is mediated by affective commitment and employee engagement on Indonesia millennial employees. This quantitative study approach with convenience sampling and cross-sectional design with a sample of 510 respondents. Data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
The result of the study show that workplace flexibility does not have a negative influence on turnover intention. While workplace flexibility has a positive influence on affective commitment and employee engagement. Furthermore, affective commitment and employee engagement have a negative influence on turnover intention. The theoretical contribution of this study is to be able to find the negative effect of workplace flexibility on turnover intention when mediated by affective commitment and employee engagement. In addition, the practical contribution of this research is as a provision of considerable factors in minimizing the turnover intention of Indonesian millennial employees.

"Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job resources, public service motivation sebagai faktor pendorong affective commitment melalui mediasi work engagement pada pegawai negeri sipil di Lingkungan Kanwil DJP Jakarta Selatan II. Responden penelitian ini adalah pegawai dengan jabatan Pelaksana Lainnya dan Account Representative. Total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 226 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job resources dan public service motivation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada affective commitment. Work engagement memediasi pengaruh job resources dan public service motivation terhadap affective commitment.

This study aims to determine the effect of job resources and public service motivation as a driving factor for affective commitment and the mediating role of work engagement among civil servants in Jakarta Selatan II Regional Tax Office. Respondents of this research are employees by the position "Pelaksana Lainnya" and "Account Representatives". The total respondents in this study were 226 people. The results showed that job resources and public service motivation positively and significantly affected affective commitment. This study finds that work engagement mediates the impact of job resources and public service motivation toward affective commitment."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik terhadap kinerja karyawan serta menguji peran mediasi work engagement dan komitmen afektif dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan mengumpulkan data dari 358 responden karyawan di PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua melalui kuesioner yang telah disesuaikan dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan autentik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi work engagement dan komitmen afektif ditemukan memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Peran mediasi ini menjadi sangat penting karena tanpa adanya mediasi work engagement dan komitmen afektif, kepemimpinan autentik tidak akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil pengaruh total, work engagement mentransmisikan pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik terhadap kinerja karyawan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan komitmen afektif.

This study aimed to examine the effect of authentic leadership on employee performance and to examine the mediating role of work engagement and affective commitment in this relationship. This study used a survey method by collecting data from 358 employee respondents at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua through customized questionnaires and analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that authentic leadership had no significant effect on employee performance, but work engagement and affective commitment were found to mediate the effect of authentic leadership on employee performance. This mediation role is very important because without the mediation of work engagement and affective commitment, authentic leadership will not improve employee performance. Based on the total effect, work engagement transmitted the effect of authentic leadership on employee performance to a greater extent than affective commitment.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, competency development, dan affective commitment terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan generasi milenial Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cross-sectional design dan metode convenience sampling untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari 540 karyawan generasi milenial Indonesia (lahir antara 1981-2000) dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap competency development dan affective commitment, competency development memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment, serta affective commitment memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Kontribusi teoritis dari penelitian ini adalah dapat menemukan pengaruh knowledge sharing, competency development, dan affective commitment terhadap turnover intention, serta kontribusi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk menurunkan turnover intention karyawan generasi milenial Indonesia.

This study aims to discover the effects of knowledge sharing, competency development, and affective commitment on turnover intention of Indonesian millennial employees. Sample was obtained from 540 Indonesian Millennial employees (born between 1981 and 2000) while data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
Results indicate that knowledge sharing has a positive effect on competency development and affective commitment, competency development has a positive effect on affective commitment, and affective commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention. The theoretical contribution of this study is the discovery of effects of knowledge sharing, competency development, and affective commitment on turnover intention, and the practical contribution is provision of considerable factors in minimizing the turnover intention of Indonesian millennial employees.

"Proses onboarding telah ditemukan memberikan manfaat bagi produktivitas karyawan dalam jangka panjang di sebuah organisasi. Metode onboarding lambat laun telah bergeser dengan menggunakan daring, luring, atau blended. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis lebih jauh mengenai pengaruh onboarding terhadap job performance melalui peran mediasi affective commitment, work engagement, dan employee creativity dengan Metode Onboarding sebagai Moderator. Data dari 204 karyawan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan onboarding yang efektif dapat meningkatkan affective commitment, work engagement, dan employee creativity. Selain itu, variabel-variabel tersebut juga ditemukan memediasi pengaruh onboarding terhadap job performance, kecuali affective commitment. Metode onboarding juga ditemukan signifikan memoderasi pengaruh onboarding terhadap job performance.

The onboarding process has been found to provide long-term benefits to employee productivity. The method has gradually shifted to online, offline, or blended. This study will further analyze the effect of onboarding on job performance through the mediating role of affective commitment, work engagement, and employee creativity using onboarding method as moderator. Data from 204 employees were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that effective onboarding could increase work engagement, affective commitment, and employee creativity. In addition, these variables mediate onboarding on job performance, except for affective commitment. The onboarding method was also found significantly moderate the effect of onboarding on job performance."

"Generasi Z merupakan generasi termuda yang saat ini mulai memasuki dunia kerja dan diperkirakan jumlahnya akan terus bertambah. Namun, karyawan Generasi Z diketahui memiliki intensi turnover yang tinggi. Dengan menggunakan kerangka teori Conservation of Resources (COR) penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran komitmen afektif dalam memediasi pengaruh meaningful work terhadap intensi turnover pada karyawan Generasi Z. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan Generasi Z (usia 18-28 tahun) dengan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun (N = 203). Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain: Turnover Intention Scale, Work and Meaning Inventory, dan Affective Commitment Scale. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program PROCESS versi 4.2 Model 4 pada SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa komitmen afektif memediasi penuh pengaruh meaningful work terhadap intensi turnover. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah organisasi dapat mengurangi intensi turnover dengan menerapkan strategi yang dapat memunculkan meaningful work dan komitmen afektif pada karyawan Generasi Z.

Generation Z is the youngest generation starting to enter the working world, and the number of Generation Z in the working world will continue to grow. However, Generation Z employees are known to have high turnover intentions. Using the Conservation of Resources (COR) theoretical framework, this study examines the mediating role of affective commitment in the effect of meaningful work towards turnover intentions in Generation Z employees. Participants in this study were Generation Z employees (age 18-28 years) with years of service at least one year (N = 203). Data was collected using a convenience sampling technique by distributing questionnaires online. The instruments used in this study include Turnover Intention Scale, Work and Meaning Inventory, and Affective Commitment Scale. Data were analyzed using the PROCESS program version 4.2 Model 4 in SPSS version 23. The results of the data analysis showed that affective commitment fully mediates the effect of meaningful work towards turnover intention. Based on these results, the practical implication is that organizations can reduce turnover intention by implementing strategies that generate meaningful work and affective commitment in Generation Z employees."

"Tingginya pertumbuhan tenaga kerja di perusahaan e-commerce diakui oleh Asosiasi E-commerce Indonesia, seiring dengan tingginya pengunduran diri karyawan. Oleh karena itu, komitmen karyawan merupakan masalah yang harus dihadapi oleh perusahaan e-commerce. Affective organizational commitment dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan work engagement, yang dapat meningkat jika perusahaan memiliki tempat kerja yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesenangan di tempat kerja terhadap affective organizational commitment yang dimediasi oleh psychological capital dan work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui model persamaan struktural terhadap 260 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workplace fun tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi affective organizational commitment. Selain itu psychological capital berpengaruh negatif signifikan sementara work engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung antara workplace fun dan affective organizational commitment. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru bagi perusahaan e-commerce dan praktisi pada umumnya tentang bagaimana meningkatkan affective organizational commitment karyawan dengan menyediakan workplace fun.

The high growth of the workforce in e-commerce companies is admitted by the Indonesian E-commerce Association, along with high employee turnover. Therefore, employees’ affective organizational commitment is an issue that e-commerce companies must face. Affective organizational commitment can be improved by increasing work engagement, which can increase if the company has workplace fun. This study aims to determine the effect of workplace fun on affective organizational commitment mediated by psychological capital and work engagement. This study used a quantitative approach through the structural equation model to 260 respondents. The results showed that workplace fun has not directly affected affective organizational commitment. Psychological capital was negatively significant meanwhile work engagement was positively significant in providing an indirect effect between workplace fun and affective organizational commitment. This study is expected to provide new insight for e-commerce companies and practitioners in general about how to improve employees’ affective organizational commitment by providing workplace fun.

"Untuk membangun hubungan yang positif dengan karyawan, perusahaan perlu memberikan dukungan dan menyediakan sumber informasi kepada karyawan. Karyawan dengan engagement yang tinggi memiliki keterikatan yang lebih besar terhadap perusahaan dan kecenderungan yang lebih rendah untuk meninggalkan perusahaan. Penelian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari information flow, information adequacy, dan interaction supportiveness sebagai dimensi dari employee communication terhadap affective commitment dengan job engagement sebagai mediasi menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data penelitian diperoleh dari 204 karyawan milenial di seluruh Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa information flow dan interaction supportiveness memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job engagement dan affective commitment, serta job engagement memediasi secara complementary pengaruh information flow dan interaction supportiveness terhadap affective commitment.

To develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, organizations need to provide support and resources to employees. When employees are engaged in their work, their commitment to the organization is strengthened and the likelihood of them leaving the organization decreases. This study aims to analyze the effect of dimension of employee communication that are information flow, information adequacy, and interaction supportiveness toward affective commitment and job engagement as mediator using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Research data were collected from 204 millennials employees in Indonesia. The study result showed that information flow and interaction supportiveness has a positive effect toward job engagement and affective commitment, also job engagement complementary mediating the effect of information flow and interaction supportiveness toward affective commitment.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh job involvement terhadap turnover intention dengan organizational commitment sebagai variabel mediasi. Job involvement diukur menggunakan konsep multidimensi job involvement yaitu emotional job involvement, cognitive job involvement, dan behavioral job involvement (Yoshimura, 1996), organizational commitment diukur dengan organizational commitment questionnaire (Mowday, Steers, dan Porter, 1979) dan turnover intention diukur dengan indikator turnover intention (Mobley, Horner, dan Hollingsworth, 1978). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei yang dilakukan pada 120 karyawan tetap PT. South Pacific Viscose dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dan Sobel Test untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh mediasi di antara variabel-variabel kunci.
Hasil analisis jalur mengindikasikan bahwa job involvement mempengaruhi organizational commitment secara signifikan. Hasil analisis jalur juga mengindikasikan bahwa job involvement dan organizational commitment mempengaruhi turnover intention secara signifikan. Hasil Sobel Test membuktikan pengaruh tidak langsung job involvement terhadap turnover intention melalui organizational commitment secara signifikan. Sejalan dengan penelitian terdahulu Blau dan Boal (1989), hasil analisis jalur dan Sobel Test mengkonfirmasi bahwa organizational commitment memediasi hubungan job involvement dan turnover intention.

This study aims to examine the effect of job involvement on employee turnover intention through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Multidimensional job involvement, namely emotional job involvement, cognitive job involvement, and behavioral job involvement (Yoshimura, 1996), organizational commitment questionnaire (Mowday, Steers, and Porter, 1979) and turnover intention’s indicators (Mobley, Horner, and Hollingsworth, 1978) were using to measure job involvement, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. This research used a quantitative approach. Data was collected through survey which conducted on 120 permanent employees at PT. South Pacific Viscose by non-probability (convenience) sampling method. Path analysis and Sobel Test were used to test the direct and mediating relationship between key variables.
Path analysis shows that job involvement affects organizational commitment significantly. It also shows that job involvement and organizational commitment affect turnover intention significantly. Sobel Test reveals a statistical support for the indirect effect of job involvement on turnover intention through organizational commitment. In line with the previous research of Blau and Boal (1989), the result of path analysis and Sobel Test confirm that organizational commitment significantly mediated the relationship between job involvement and turnover intention.

"Generasi Milenial, yang mendominasi populasi dunia saat ini, dapat menjadi peluang sekaligus tantangan karena karakteristiknya yang tidak bisa bertahan lama di sebuah Perusahaan seperti generasi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh career growth dan perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention karyawan Milenial, yang dimediasi oleh organizational commitment. Data empiris dikumpulkan dari 316 responden menggunakan survei online, kemudian data sebanyak 316 responden yang dapat dianalisis lebih lanjut. Responden adalah karyawan tetap kategori Milenial (lahir antara tahun 1980 dan 1996) di Indonesia yang saat ini bekerja di sebuah perusahaan dengan masa kerja minimum 2 tahun.
Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak Lisrel 8.8. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa career growth dan perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment dan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa organizational commitment secara signifikan berfungsi sebagai faktor mediasi dalam hubungan antara career growth dan perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention.
Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, yaitu terbatas pada karyawan tetap generasi Milenial, menggunakan variabel yang unidimensional dengan item terbatas, metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner online yang bersifat self-assessment, dan skala Likert tujuh poin, sehingga hasilnya tidak dapat digeneralisasi dan tidak mencerminkan keragaman perspektif responden secara mendalam. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi organisasi ataupun manajemen perusahaan dalam mengembangkan kebijakan yang efektif untuk mengelola karyawan dalam kaitannya dengan fenomena turnover intention.

The Millennial generation, which dominates the world’s current population, can be both an opportunity and a challenge due to its characteristic of being unable to stay in a company for a long period of time like previous generations. This research aims to measure the influence of career growth and perceived organizational support on turnover intention among millennial employees, mediated by organizational commitment. Empirical data were collected from 316 respondents using an online survei, then data from 316 respondents were further analyzed. The respondents are millennial permanent employees (born between 1980 and 1996) in Indonesia who are currently working in a company with a minimum tenure of 2 years.
The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8 software. The results indicate that career growth and perceived organizational support have a positive influence on organizational commitment and a negative influence on turnover intention. Furthermore, it was found that organizational commitment significantly mediates the relationship between career growth and perceived organizational support on turnover intention.
This research has several limitations, namely being restricted to millennial permanent employees, using unidimensional variables with limited items, employing a quantitative method through a self-assessment online questionnaire with a seven point Likert scale. Consequently, the results cannot be generalized and do not deeply reflect the diversity of respondents’ perspectives. Through this study, it is hoped to provide insights for organizations or company management in developing effective policies for managing employees in relation to turnover intention.
