"Safety performance can be increased if cabin crew management understands the real situation in the operation area. The exposure on the operational area gives the cabin crew valuable insight that can be used to enhance the safety management system, policy and mitigation. Therefore, management must be able to encourage the cabin crew to communicate safety-related information. Therefore, the cabin crew management must find the factor to enhance cabin crew prosocial voice behavior and upward safety communication. The objective of this study is to examine the influence of benevolent and morality leadership on upward safety communication and prosocial voice behavior in Indonesian cabin crew. The aim of this study is also to investigate the role of perceived organizational support (POS) in the relationship between benevolent and morality leadership with upward safety communication and prosocial voice behavior. Using the Structure Equation Model (SEM) and 356 cabin crew respondents, the result showed benevolent and morality leadership has a positive influence on upward safety communication. Another result is benevolent leadership has a positive influence on prosocial voice while morality leadership has not a significant influence on prosocial voice behavior. The last finding is POS mediates the influence of benevolent and morality leadership to prosocial voice behavior and upward safety communication.

Kinerja keselamatan dapat ditingkatkan jika manajemen mempunyai pemahaman tentang apa yang sebenarnya terjadi di area operasi. Paparan yang diterima dari area operasi membuat awak kabin mempunyai wawasan yang berharga untuk meningkatkan safety management system, kebijakan dan mitigasi. Manajemen harus dapat mendorong awak kabin untuk menyampaikan informasi terkait keselamatan yang mereka punya. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi manajemen untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan prosocial voice behavior dan upward safety communication awak kabin. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh benevolent dan morality leadersihp pada upward safety communication dan prosocial voice behavior awak kabin Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran mediasi perceived organizational support (POS) dalam pengaruh benevolent leadership dan morality leadership terhadap upward safety communication dan prosocial voice behavior. Menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan responden sebanyak 356 awak kabin, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan benevolent leadership dan morality leadership memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap upward safety communication. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan benevolent leadership memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap prosocial voice behavior, tetapi morality leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap prosocial voice behavior. Hasil lain penelitian ini adalah POS memediasi pengaruh benevolent dan morality leadership terhadap prosocial voice behavior dan upward safety communication."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui peran persepsi dukungan organisasi sebagai mediator pada hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan di PT ABC, dan intervensi yang akan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keadilan organisasi.  Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT ABC sebanyak 95 orang. Keadilan organisasi diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang diadaptasi dari alat ukur organizational justice questionnaire Colquitt (2001) dengan jumlah 20 item (α=0,891). Persepsi dukungan organisasi diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang diadaptasi dari survey perceived organizational support Eisenberger dkk (1986) dengan jumlah 36 item (α=0,893). Kepuasan kerja diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang diadaptasi dari job satisfaction survey dari Spector (1997) dengan jumlah 36 item (α=0,858). Penelitian ini menggunakan disain penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis teknik regresi Hayes pada program PROCESS SPSS versi 24. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berperan sebagai mediator antara keadilan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dengan efek mediasi parsial dengan nilai BootLLCI 0,194 dan BootULCI 0,4406 Rangkaian intervensi pengembangan komunikasi efektif dirancang dalam usaha meningkatkan keadilan organisasi pada karyawan, terdiri dari pelatihan komunikasi efektif dalam organisasi, sosialisasi kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan, penyusunan penilaian kinerja karyawan, serta sharing dan evaluasi antara atasan-bawahan. Salah satu intervensi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan komunikasi efektif dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keadilan organisasi, yang selanjutnya dapat meningkatkan persepsi dukungan organisasi serta kepuasan kerja karyawan.

This study aims to investigate perceived organizational support as mediator on the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction of the employee at ABC Company, and the intervention to increase organizational justice. The number of participants are 95 employees at ABC company. Organizational justice is measured by using measurement equipment from Colquitt (2001), organizational justice questionnaire, consist of 20 item (±=0,891). Perceived organizational support is measured by using measurement equipment from Eisenberger et al (1986), survey of perceived organizational support, consist of 36 item (±=0,893). Job satisfaction is measured by using measurement equipment from Spector (1997), job satisfaction survey, consist of 36 item (α=0,858). This study use a quantitive research design with regression technique from Hayes in PROCESS SPSS version 24 programme. Data were collected and indicated that perceived organizational support partial mediates the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. A series of effective communication development interventions designed in an effort to improve organizational justice for employees, consists of effective communication training in organizations, socialization of company policies and procedures, preparation of employee performance appraisal, and evaluation between superiors-subordinates. One of the intervention in this study has used effective communication training, the purpose of effective communication training is to improve organizational justice, which can impact perceived organizational support and job satisfaction of the employees."

"Dalam era bisnis yang kompetitif saat ini perusahaan perlu menyadari pentingnya perilaku karyawan dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Upaya untuk mencapai keberhasilan perusahaan tercermin melalui berbagai inisiatif yang bertujuan menginspirasi perilaku kerja inovatif pada karyawan karena keberhasilan perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan mereka dalam berinovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour melalui mediator Psychological Well-Being dan dengan moderator Perceived Organizational Support di perusahaan industri IT di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penarikan sampel non-probability sampling. Kualifikasi responden penelitian ini yaitu karyawan tetap generasi Z non-manajerial yang sudah bekerja minimal 1 tahun di perusahaan industri IT di Jakarta dengan total 217 responden. Hasil analisis regresi, uji mediasi, sobel test, dan uji moderasi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan dari Psychological Well-Being sebagai mediator dari pengaruh antara Ethical Leadership terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour dan Perceived Organizational Support sebagai moderator dari pengaruh antara Ethical Leadership terhadap Psychological Well-Being di penelitian ini.

In today's competitive business era, companies must recognize the importance of employee behavior in determining overall organizational success. Efforts to achieve this success are reflected in various initiatives aimed at inspiring innovative work behavior among employees, as a company's success is heavily influenced by its ability to innovate. This study aims to analyze the influence of Ethical Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior through the mediator of Psychological Well-Being and the moderator of Perceived Organizational Support within IT industry companies in Jakarta. The study employs a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique. The respondents qualified for this study are permanent, non-managerial Generation Z employees who have been working for at least one year in IT companies based in Jakarta, with a total of 217 respondents. The results of regression analysis, mediation testing, Sobel tests, and moderation testing reveal a partial and significant influence of Psychological Well-Being as a mediator in the relationship between Ethical Leadership and Innovative Work Behavior, as well as Perceived Organizational Support as a moderator in the relationship between Ethical Leadership and Psychological Well-Being."

"Penelitian menguji peran konstruk tentang organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di industri kemasan. Melalui metode penelitian kuantitatif, kuesioner dipakai dan dibagikan kepada 369 responden di PT. Unipack Indosystems. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa organizational commitment dan knowledge sharing memberi efek mediasi terhadap POS dan OCB. Lebih daripada itu, tujuan penelitian ini menguji perceived organizational support untuk menumbuhkan organizational commitment dan memotivasi knowledge sharing dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keikutsertaan karyawan dalam knowledge sharing hanya akan terjadi ketika dirasa akan meningkatkan reputasi.

This research examined the role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) construct in a packaging industry. Using a quantitative research, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to 369 employees at PT. Unipack Indosystems. Results suggested that role of organizational commitment and knowledge sharing play as mediating effects in the relationships between perceived organizational support (POS) and OCB. Further, this paper also examined the role of POS in fostering organizational commitment and facilitating knowledge sharing in the organization. Findings showed that the employee contribute to their knowledge sharing only when they perceive that it would enhance their reputation."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Leader
Member Exchange (LMX) dan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan bidang industri
manufaktur yang mengolah serta memproduksi besi dan baja. LMX didefinisikan
sebagai hubungan dua arah yang dinamis antara pemimpin dan karyawan dimana
pemimpin akan memperlakukan karyawan secara berbeda sesuai dengan waktu
dan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh atasan tersebut (Graen dan Cashman, 1975).
LMX merupakan variabel multidimensional, memiliki empat dimensi yaitu
kontribusi, loyalitas, afeksi dan respek terhadap profesi (Liden dan Maslyn, 1998)
yang diukur melalui LMX-MDM dalam the Indonesian Quality of Work Life
Questionnaire (IQWiQ) (Radikun, 2010). Kinerja adalah nilai total yang
diharapkan oleh perusahaan dari pekerjaan yang dilakukan seseorang selama
periode waktu tertentu yang diukur melalui alat ukur kinerja dari Casimir et al
(2006) dan telah diadaptasi dalam the Indonesian Quality of Work Life
Questionnaire (IQWQ) (Radikun, 2010). Sampel dalam penelitian ini mencakup
113 karyawan dari 13 divisi PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk yang terdiri dari 7
divisi lapangan dan 6 divisi back office. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak
ada hubungan antara LMX dengan kinerja karyawan PT Krakatau Steel (Persero)
Tbk. (r=+0.179, p>0.05, two tailed). Tetapi, hasil analisis menunjukan terdapat
korelasi yang signifikan antara dimensi kontribusi dari LMX dan kinerja
karyawan divisi lapangan PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. (r=+0.277, p<0.05).

Abstract
This research is to analyze the relationship between Leader Member
Exchange (LMX) and employees? performance in iron and steel manufacturing
industry. LMX is defined as the dynamic two-way relationship between the
leaders and the employees in which the leaders will treat the employees diferently
according to the time and competence of the respective leaders (Graen and
Cashman, 1975). LMX is multi-dimentional variable with four dimensions which
are contribution, loyalty, affection, and respect to their profession (Liedn and
Maslyn, 1998) measured through LMX-MDM in Indonesian Quality of Work Life
Questionnaire (IQWiQ) (Radikun, 2010). Performance is defined as the total
expected value to the organization of the discrete behavioral episodes that an
individual carries out over a standard period of time measured with work
performance measuring tool from Casimir et.al (2006) which has been adapted to
the Indonesian Quality of Work Life Questionnaire (IQWQ) (Radikun, 2010). The
samples in this research are 113 employees from 13 divisions in PT Krakatau
Steel (Persero) Tbk, consis of 7 field divisions and 6 back office divisions. The
results of the analysis show that there is no relationship between LMX and
employees? performance in PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. (r=+0.179, p>0.05,
two tailed). But, The results of analysis show that there was significant
relationship between contribution dimension of LMX and employees?
performance in field division of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. (r=+0.277,
p<0.05)."
