"ABSTRAK
Dalam melakukan praktisi bisnis, akan adanya tujuan perusahaan untuk menambah profit dan meningkatkan angka pertumbuhan dari tahun ke tahun. Namun dalam menggapai tujuan perusahaan, segala aktivitas harus berbanding lurus dengan nilai-nilai etika dan kemanusiaan. Tesis ini dibuat untuk melihat dan menganalisa sudah tercapainya nilai-nilai etika dan kemanusiaan pada saat maskapai Qantas Australia berpoperasi di tahun 2019 ini.

ABSTRACT
In conducting business, the corporate goal of the company usually towards to the increase of profits and increase in growth rate from year to year. But in achieving company goals, all activities must be directly proportional to ethical and humanitarian values. This thesis was made to see and analyze the achievement of ethical and humanitarian values when the Qantas airline of Australia operates in 2019."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas tentang proses pengadaan barang dan jasa pada Institusi Pendidikan X. Penyediaan kebutuhan barang dan jasa secara cepat dan tepat waktu sebagai penunjang dalam kegiatan operasional dan pengajaran sangatlah penting. Sistem informasi pengadaan barang dan jasa diharapkan akan mempermudah dalam proses pengadaan barang dan jasa. Analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi pengadaan barang dan jasa Institusi Pendidikan X menggunakan metode FAST Framework for the Application of System Thinking . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis permasalahan dan kebutuhan yang diinginkan oleh stakeholder menghasilkan rancangan sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan proses bisnis dan stakeholder.

ABSTRACT
Focus of this study is the procurement of goods and services at an Educational Institution X. A timely procurement process to support operational and academic activity is very crucial. The procurement information system is expected to ease the process of procurement. The Analysis and design of procurement information system at Educational Institution X is employed using FAST Framework for the Application of System Thinking method. This study shows that the analysis of the problem and identification of users rsquo requirement of the expected system are necessary to produce system design that meets the requirement of business process and stakeholders."

CBA beberapa kali terungkap telah melanggar Kode Etiknya sendiri termasuk penipuan
keuangan dan pelanggaran privasi informasi pelanggan. Sebagai bank yang sangat
mengandalkan teknologi informasi, tata kelola internal CBA terkait sistem informasi belum
sepenuhnya efektif terbukti dengan pembobolan yang dilakukan oleh personelnya sendiri
beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Terlepas dari semua hal di atas, pandangan CBA tentang Corporate
Social Responsibility dapat dilihat melalui Code of Conduct CBA yang secara khusus
membahas pedoman tentang pengambilan keputusan yang akan memengaruhi consumer dan
masyarakat

ABSTRACT
Being one of Australia`s big four banks, The Commonwealth Bank of Australia
(CBA) is still not free from scandals in the past five years. Throughout the years, CBA was
exposed several times for having breached its own Code of Conduct including financial fraud
and breach of customer information privacy. As a bank that relies heavily on information
technology, CBA`s internal governance concerning information system is not entirely effective
proven by breaches done by its own personnel in the recent years. Despite all of the above,
CBA`s views on Corporate Social Responsibilities can be seen through its Code of Conduct
which specifically addresses guidelines about decision makings that would affect the
community."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai Pengaturan tentang Corporate Social Responsibility di Negara Indonesia, Australia, dan Inggris. Mencoba menelaah Corporate Social Responsibility di setiap negara Indonesia, Australia dan Inggris dari segi Regulasi yang mengatur, aparat yang melaksanakan, efektifitas dari peraturan tersebut, panduan pelaksana atas peraturan yang telah dibuat, peran masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan peraturan tersebut, serta yang terakhir sanksi yang diberikan bila para pelaku usaha tidak melaksanakan Corporate Social Responsibility.
Atas hasil penelitian ini terdapat kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu setelah menjabarkan dari masing-masing Negara, apakah peraturan yang telah di terapkan di Negara Australia dan Inggris dapat di terapkan di Indonesia. Ini bertujuan agar Indonesia dapat lebih baik lagi dalam menerapkan Corporate Social Responsibility di Indonesia, karena ini sangat penting bagi Negara Indonesia. Dan apakah penerapan nya efektif bagi Negara Indonesia, dengan melihat peraturan yang terdapat di Australia dan Inggris, Negara Indonesia dapat mencontoh hal-hal yang sudah berjalan dengan efektif di ke dua Negara tersebut, dengan mencocokan sistem yang di anut di Negara di Indonesia.

This thesis discusses about regulations on Corporate Social Responsibility in Indonesia, Australia and United Kingdom. The discusses focused on some problems, such as the regulations, the officials who have duty to carrying out, the effectiveness of the regulations, the implementation guide, the role of the community and the sanction if Corporate Social Responsibility the businesses do not implemented. This study focused on comparative study method. The data retrieval methods focus on the study of literature.
The results concluded that Australia and United Kingdom have better Corporate Social Responsibility system, either the regulations and the implementations. Indonesia can use the Australia and United Kingdom Corporate Social Responsibility system as the pattern for a better Corporate Social Responsibility system.

Sistem Informasi (SI) diakui sebagai komponen kunci bagi keberhasilan organisasi, dengan manajemen strategis SI/TI yang sangat penting guna menjamin efektivitas dan efisiensi pemanfaatannya. Penelitian ini terfokus pada perencanaan strategis SI/TI dalam konteks PT XYZ, mengatasi beberapa tantangan seperti kurangnya analisis pada strategi SI/TI dan kurangnya fokus pada perencanaan strategi arsitektur enterprise sistem informasi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara, penelitian ini menganalisis situasi SI/TI saat ini dan mengusulkan rekomendasi strategis yang sejalan dengan visi dan misi perusahaan. Analisis tematik, Business Model Canvas, Value Chain, PESTEL, SWOT, Critical Success Factors, dan McFarlan Strategic Grid diterapkan untuk memahami berbagai perspektif strategis. Keselarasan antara bisnis dan sistem informasi diidentifikasi sebagai kunci untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis secara efektif dan efisien. Hasil penelitian menyajikan rencana strategis SI/TI implementatif untuk PT XYZ, yang terdiri atas rekomendasi strategi SI, strategi TI, dan strategi manajemen SI/TI.

In an era of continuously evolving industries, the growth of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) market urges organizations to integrate systems to effectively visualize data and support smarter decision-making. Information Systems (IS) are acknowledged as a key component for organizational success, with strategic IS/IT management being crucial to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency. This research focuses on the strategic planning of IS/IT within the context of PT XYZ, addressing challenges such as the lack of analysis on IS/IT strategies and insufficient focus on the strategic planning of enterprise information system architecture. Through a qualitative approach and primary data collection via interviews, the study analyzes the current situation of IS/IT and proposes strategic recommendations aligned with the company's vision and mission. Thematic analysis, Business Model Canvas, Value Chain, PESTEL, SWOT, Critical Success Factors, and McFarlan Strategic Grid are applied to understand various strategic perspectives. The alignment between business and information systems is identified as key to achieving business goals effectively and efficiently. The research results present an implementable strategic plan for IS/IT at PT XYZ, comprising recommendations for IS strategy, IT strategy, and IS/IT management strategy."

Program ini merupakan program tahunan yang dijalankan Telkomsel sebagai bentuk loyalitas perusahaan dan apresiasi kepada para stakeholders khususnya para pelanggan dan mitra outlet yang ingin mudik ke kampung halamannya. Sebuah program corporate social responsibility selain dapat membentuk citra, juga dapat meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan. dalam hal ini Telkomsel telah memiliki reputasi yang baik, terbukti pada tahun 2014 Telkomsel memiliki jumlah pelanggan terbanyak di Indonesia yaitu 143 juta pelanggan.

Telkomsel is one of companies that implement the program corporate social responsibility which became part of public relations activities. One of the corporate social responsibility program that is run by Telkomsel is Mudik Bareng Telkomsel 2015 which is part of the Telkomsel Siaga. This program is an annual program that is run Telkomsel as a form of corporate loyality and apreciation to all the stakeholders, especially customers and partners who want to going to the hometown. A program of corporate social responsibility in addition to forming the image, can also enchance the company's reputation. In this case Telkomsel had a good reputation, proved in 2014 Telkomsel has the largest number of customers in Indonesia, namely 143 million subscribes."
