"ABSTRAK Archival matters have been the most important part in almost all activities in The Center of Plant Conservation Botanical Garden Indonesia Institute of Science (Pusat Konservasi Tumbuhan Kebun Raya - LIPI. With times, various documents in the form of official letters and reports has been increasing in numbers in accordance with high intense official activities, when space is limited or even no longer available this create a storage problem. Establishment of more efficient dynamic archival database system is needed to replace manual system currently used. Application of electronic or digital system is expected to improve archives management and service quality in terms of information loss, delay or any other obstruction."

"ABSTRACTPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan arsip wilayah perbatasan negara dalam menghadapi dinamika geopolitik Laut C ina Selatan (studi kasus Kepulauan Natuna) agar dapat mendukung kedaulatan dan keutuhan wilayah NKRI. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membaca dan mempelajari beberapa dokumen/referens; yang tepat, relevan, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Data primer yang digunakan berupa arsip sebagai bagian dari bukti masa lampau. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh pemahaman bahwa kelengkapan dan ketersediaan arsip wilayah perbatasan negara merupakan kekuatan dalam mewujudkan kepentingan nasional dalam rangka menjaga kedaulatan wilayah NKRI. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan arsip dapat didorong sebagai bagian dari sistem pertahanan nonmiliter."

"ABSTRACTThere is a long history of marine research in Indonesia, starting from mid December 1905 when Dr. J. C. Koningsbergena terrestrial zoologist,established the Visscherii Laboratorium te Batavia (Jakarta F ishery Laboratory) at Jalan Akuarium Pasar Ikan, Jakarta. During its development this institution, which was the forerunner of the Research Center for Oceanography LIPI, underwent a series of name changes, the development of its tasks and fimctions, and improvements in its institutional status font branch to national level. There were also changes in how the institution was administered, and it finally came under the auspices of the Indonesian Institute of Sciences, which was established under the Decree of the President of Republic of Indonesia Number 128/1967, 23 August 1967. To support research activities, this marine research institution has had several research vessels since it first began and, to cover Indonesian waters more widely, it also established Marine Research Stations or Technical Implementation Units in several other parts of Indonesia. Historical events happen only once and are never repeated exactly the same again, yet they can determine people Is lives, and still be remembered for all time. As the oldest institution for marine research in Indonesia, at 110 years (mid December 1905 mid December 2015), it is valuable to have an archive of facts and information about significant historical milestones, about its founder; its development, and the history of marine research in Indonesia. In addition, this is essential information for leaders and employees of the Research Center for Oceanography LIPI, both now and in the future, and may also benefit the academic community in general."

"Preservasi atau pelestarian arsip adalah proses dan kerja dalam rangka perlindungan fisik arsip terhadap kerusakan atau unsur perusak dan restorasi/resvarasi bagian arsip yang rusak, yang disebabkan oleh faktor dari dalam (intrinsik) arsip itu sendiri maupun faktor luar fisik arsip itu sendiri. Pentingnya preservasi arsip disetiap institusi adalah untuk kepentinga jangka panjang institusi tersebut. Karena dengan program preservasi arsip akan dapat dihindari kerusakan yang akan lebih parah, kehilangan material sekaligus informasinya.Tujuan diadakan preservasi pada arsip yaitu untuk menjaga kelestariannya dan memperpanjang usia penggunaannya sehingga dapat bertahan dan bermanfaat lebih luas. Untuk itu ada upaya mengalihmediakan arsip seperti upaya mendigitalisasi arsip agar tetap tersimpan dalam bentuk elektronik untuk menghemat ruang dan memudahkan dalam pemeliharaannya, karena banyak kondisi arsip yang sudah tidak layak kondisinya namun, memiliki nilai yang sangat penting."

"ABSTRAKDokumentasi keperawatan merupakan bukti pencatatan dan pelaporan yang dimiliki perawat dalam melakukan catatan keperawatan yang berguna untuk kepentingan klien, perawat dan tim kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan. Desain penelitian adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 173 perawat dari 14 ruang rawat dan lembar observasi kelengkapan dokumentasi berjumlah 80 dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan dokumentasi keperawatan dalam kriteria baik sebesar 47,4% dan perawat yang melengkapi dokumentasi keperawatan sebesar 57,2%. Sedangkan faktor yang paling berkontribusi secara bermakna dengan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan adalah Ruang Dinas (p= 0,002; α= 0,05) setelah dikontrol oleh umur, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, dan tipe kelas ruangan. Diharapkan bidang perawatan dapat melengkapi dokumentasi keperawatan dengan format yang sama, memberi kesempatan perawat untuk melanjutkan kuliah dan mengikuti pelatihan askep serta bertukar informasi atau gagasan antar ruang rawat.ABSTRAKFactors Related to the Documentation Completeness of Nursing. Nursing documentation is proof of recording and reporting is owned nurses in nursing notes were useful to the interests of clients, nurses and health team in providing health services. The study design was an analytical survey with cross sectional approach. Amount of 173 samples taken in a total nurse of 14 ward and 80 observation sheets about completeness of documentation in nursing process. The results showed that the implementation of nursing documentation in good criterion of 47,4% and nurses who complete the documentation of nursing at 57,2%. The factors most significantly associated with completeness of nursing documentation is the ward (p= 0,002; α= 0,05) after controlled by age, sex, educational level, and class room type. Advice can be given to the field of nursing in hospital to complete the documentation nursing with the same format, allowing nurses to pursue graduate studies and follow nursing process training and exchange information or ideas between the ward."

"ABSTRACTThis article discusses the role of archives of transitional justice and dealing with the past (DWP) mechanisms when determining the fate of missing persons. The concept of dealing with the past, the terms enforced disappearance and missing person, and the specific role of archives in periods of transition are examined. Subsequently, specific questions and challenges related to access and use of archives by DWP mechanisms, including those mechanisms with a mandate to determine the fate of missing persons, are described. Many questions related to access to archives, information management and preservation of records are similarly applicable to DWP mechanisms in general and to specific mechanisms mandated to search for missing persons. The article provides some examples of Statesobligations related to maintaining and providing access to archives that could assist in the search for missing persons under international law and policy. The article concludes by emphasizing the importance of the preservation and protection of archives relevant for dealing with the past. It further highlights the need to grant DWP mechanisms, especially those aimed at determining the fate of missing persons, access to those archives."

"Filing is a system that includes various subsystems interrelated, interdependent and organized into a single unit to achieve a purpose. The problem is how to improve the capability of the electronic archive resource so as to improve the efficiency of administering research at the Center for Plant Conservation Botanic Gardens - LIPI. Archival information is needed by structural and functionbal authorities, and others, to support and improve the quality and efficiency of activities in the administrative framework. The activities include the electronic filing of information, capacity building in the archival system, documentation, and supporting procedures, and also the implementation of quality information technology."

"Proses pengelolaan data dan informasi di Instansi XYZ memiliki ancaman risiko insiden keamanan informasi dan belum fokus terhadap aspek penanganan insiden keamanan informasi. Hal ini dikarenakan pemetaan ancaman, dampak dan potensi risiko insiden keamanan informasi yang ada di Instansi XYZ belum memadai dan belum tersedianya strategi dalam meningkatkan manajemen insiden keamanan informasi agar dapat membantu Instansi XYZ dalam menghadapi ancaman insiden keamanan informasi dan menjamin keamanan pelayanan data informasi instansi kepada masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pejabat dilingkungan Instansi XYZ dan hasil analisis risiko didapatkan jumlah total 271 risiko yang dimiliki Instansi XYZ, dengan jumlah risiko inheren  terdapat 4 risiko dengan level tinggi, 184 risiko dengan level sedang dan 79 risiko dengan level rendah. Dalam melakukan penyusunan rekomendasi, digunakan pendekatan kesesuaian dari insiden manajemen keamanan informasi menurut SNI ISO/IEC 27035 dengan proses bisnis. Penelitian menghasilkan bahan evaluasi dan rekomendasi dalam aspek kerangka kerja yang digunakan bagi peningkatan kinerja Instansi XYZ dalam penanganan ancaman insiden keamanan informasi.

The process of managing data and information at the XYZ Agency has a risk of information security incidents and has not focused on aspects of handling information security incidents. This is due to the inadequate mapping of threats, impacts and potential risks of information security incidents at the XYZ Agency and the unavailability of strategies to improve information security incident management so that they can assist XYZ Agencies in dealing with the threat of information security incidents and guarantee the security of agency information data services to the public. Data collection was carried out through interviews with officials within the XYZ Agency and the results of the risk analysis obtained a total of 271 risks owned by the XYZ Agency, with the total inherent risk being 4 risks with a high level, 184 risks with a moderate level and 79 risks with a low level. In preparing the recommendations, the conformity approach of information security incident management according to SNI ISO/IEC 27035 with business processes is used. The research produced evaluation materials and recommendations in terms of the framework used to improve the performance of the XYZ Agency in handling information security incident threats."
