"The rapid development of knowledge encourages universities to collaborate on their knowledge in specific expertise field to create an equitable distribution of knowledge. Program of computer science at Bogor Agriculture University (IPB) is a superior expertise in the field of agriculture while Pakuan University (UNPAK) is superior expertise in the field of electronics. The aim of this study was to design a prototype of knowledge management system as the knowledge sharing for learning of inter-universities using Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) method. The study result was Joomla one kind of Content Management System (CMS) can be used to share knowledge in the form of discussion forums and combining various info from IPB and UNPAK in one interface including news, announcements, agenda, and social media. This CMS also collaborate with applications Electronic Learning System (ELS) Moodle and Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). ELS Moodle serves as an application in learning of inter-university with the single sign concept which was run in a single interface, while HTML serves as a search engine knowledge by generating external link that combines 2 KMS from IPB and UNPAK into one interface. The conclusion was the knowledge sharing for learning of inter-university can be done with the design of knowledge management system through collaboration three different systems."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai perancangan prototipe sistem manajemen mutu Cara Pembuatan Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CPAKB) dan Cara Pembuatan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga yang Baik (CPPKRTB) untuk Industri Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan sistem System Development life cycle (SDLC) sampai tahap prototipe halaman antar muka (interface). Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara kepada responden di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT dan Perusahaan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT, ditemukan permasalahan dimana sistem manajemen mutu yang berjalan masih manual mengakibatkan proses dokumentasi berkas manajemen mutu belum dikelola dengan baik. Hal ini yang menjadi peluang peneliti untuk merancang sebuah prototipe sistem manajemen mutu CPAKB dan CPPKRTB berbasis web dengan harapan proses manajemen mutu dapat dilakukan secara real-time oleh Perusahaan dan dapat diawasi oleh Direktorta Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dirancang sebuah prototipe sistem manajemen mutu CPAKB dan CPPKRTB.

This thesis discusses the design of a quality management system prototype on how to make a good medical device (CPAKB) and how to make good household health supplies (CPPKRTB) for the medical device industry and PKRT. This research is a qualitative research with the system development method of the System Development life cycle (SDLC) until the prototype stage of the interface. Based on the results of data collection conducted by the interview method to respondents in the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Health Monitoring and Medical Device Companies and PKRT, problems were found where the quality management system that was still running manually resulted in the quality management file documentation process not being managed properly. This is the opportunity for researchers to design a prototype webbased CPAKB and CPPKRTB quality management system with the hope that the quality management process can be carried out in real-time by the Company and can be monitored by the Director of Medical Devices and PKRT. Based on this, a prototype of the CPAKB and CPPKRTB quality management systems was designed."

"In the prototype of this tool all the signal processing done by the minimum AT89s5 system. Minimum system will get the binary code to control the direction of motion of the ship . By controling the steering angle through the steering wheel of the ship so the ship can detected movement can be monitored by viewing the display, so if there is nomovement of ships in accordance with the input code will be detected early so that expected if this system is applied to the actual sustem will be able to reduce accidents caused by the fault direction of motion of the ship. By utilizing the technology acquired digital the 0.97% error rate, spo it is possible this system to be realized."

"Dewasa ini dengan banyaknya alat seperti sensor dan kendaraan yang bersumber daya listrik baterai, maka sistem pemantauan State of Charge (SoC) baterai khususnya yang berbahan dasar lithium semakin diperlukan. Salah satu tantangannya adalah bagaimana bisa mendesain sistem pemantau SoC yang mampu mengetahui isi baterai secara real time untuk aplikasi jarak jauh. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut maka skripsi ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk merancang purwarupa alat yang bisa memantau SoC baterai. Alat tersebut menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino dan LoRa SX1278 433MHz sebagai sarana komunikasinya. Akan tetapi, karena keterbatasan dari LoRa yang dipakai, maka purwarupa alat ini hanya mampu dalam kondisi Point-to-Point (PTP). Pengukuran SoC pada skripsi ini menggunakan metode pengukuran hambatan internal baterai. Pada proses karakterisasi baterai lithium ion awal diperoleh look-up table yang merupakan hubungan antara hambatan internal baterai pada proses charging dan discharging dengan nilai SoC. Look-up table ini yang selanjutnya selalu dijadikan acuan dalam penentuan SoC baterai yang terimplementasi pada sistem. Hasil percobaan membuktikan bahwa alat pemantau SoC yang diusulkan mampu melakukan pemantauan SoC baterai dengan tingkat keberhasilan pemantauan sebesar 98% pada delay 1ms.

Nowadays, with so many devices such as sensors and vehicles that are powered by batteries, a battery of State of Charge (SoC) monitoring system, especially those based on lithium, is increasingly needed. One challenge is how to design a SoC monitoring system that is able to find out the battery contents in real time for remote applications. In connection with this, this thesis was prepared with the aim of designing prototypes of devices that could monitor battery SoC. The tool uses an Arduino microcontroller and LoRa SX1278 433MHz as a means of communication. However, due to the limitations of the LoRa used, the prototype of this tool is only able to acquire Point-to-Point (PTP) conditions. SoC measurement in this thesis uses the method of measuring the internal resistance of the battery. In the initial lithium ion battery characterization process a look-up table is obtained which is the relationship between the internal resistance of the battery in the charging and discharging process with the SoC value. This look-up table is then always used as a reference in determining the battery SoC implemented in the system. The experimental results prove that the proposed SoC monitoring tool is capable of monitoring battery SoC with a monitoring success rate of 98% at 1ms delay.

"Dewasa ini, semakin banyak perusahaan baru yang bergerak dalam bidang pengembangan aplikasi. Ketika perusahaan mulai berkembang, yang ditandai banyaknya proyek, bertambahnya jumlah pegawai baru, pembagian divisi perusahaan yang semakin kompleks, serta platform baru yang digunakan, maka manajemen pengetahuan yang semulanya dikesampingkan harus sudah mulai untuk dipikirkan. Pengetahuan yang diperoleh dapat menjadi tidak teroganisir atau bahkan hilang seiring berjalannya waktu. Padahal pengetahuan yang diperoleh bisa saja berguna untuk meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat solusi, model sistem, dan prototipe manajemen pengetahuan yang cocok dan dapat diterapkan pada perusahaan software house, di mana yang menjadi studi kasusnya adalah PT. Altrovis Tekno Global yang juga merupakan perusahaan startup. Solusi manajemen pengetahuan yang dihasilkan bertujuan untuk mengelola pengetahuan yang ada dan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaannya dalam kegiatan perusahaan sehari-hari.
Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa proses utama manajemen pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan oleh PT. Altrovis Tekno Global adalah sosialisasi, pertukaran, internalisasi, dan kombinasi. Berdasarkan penemuan tersebut kemudian dibuat model dari sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang terdiri dari lima fitur. Kemudian dibuat prototipe sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang menerapkan kelima fitur tersebut dengan menggunakan mockup desain tampilan sistemnya.

Nowadays, a lot of new companies are working on developing applications as their main business. When such companies grow larger, usually hinted by the increasement of projects, new employees, complex structure of division, and utilitzing new platforms, they would have to consider about managing their knowledge. Acquired knowledge could get unorganized, or gone without a trace. It would be unfortunate since that knowledge could have increased.
This research aims to develop knowledge management solution, model, and system, with its prototype as the output, that is suitable and applicable for a software house company. The case study is PT. Altrovis Tekno Global, a startup company and a software house. The goal of the resulting knowledge management solution is to manage existing knowledge and increase its utilization within the company's daily activities.
The result is that the required knowledge management process for PT. Altrovis Tekno Global are socialization, exchange, internalization, and combination. Based on those processes, a knowledge management system was developed which include five features. Finally, a prototype of the system was made by using mockup to show how it would have looked like.

"Indonesia sebagai internasional telah tujuan pembangunan internasional. Agar dapat mewujudkan komitmen ini, kapasitas pembangunan internal Indonesia harus diperkuat terlebih dahulu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah organisasi negara untuk mengelola pengetahuan yang tersebar di banyak lokasi di Indonesia dan menyebarkannya ke lokasi lain untuk direplikasi. Pada gilirannya, pengetahuan yang telah direplikasi di banyak tempat dan menjadi center of excellence Indonesia dapat dibagikan ke lingkungan internasional. Organisasi semacam ini disebut oleh Bank Dunia sebagai Country- Led Knowledge Hubs (CLKH).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat solusi, model sistem, dan prototipe manajemen pengetahuan yang dapat membantu CLKH Indonesia dalam mengelola pengetahuan pembangunan demi memperkuat kapasitas pembangunan dalam negeri dan menyebarkannya ke lingkungan internasional. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa proses manajemen pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan oleh CLKH Indonesia adalah externalization, routines, internalization, dan exchange. Selanjutnya, proses manajemen pengetahuan ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk model sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang terdiri dari 14 fitur utama. Prototipe dari 14 fitur ini disajikan sebagai hasil penelitian dalam bentuk screen design sistem manajemen pengetahuan CLKH Indonesia.

Indonesia as one of the countries that have actively participated in international activities has stated its commitment to taking part in realizing international development goals. In order to realize this commitment, Indonesia has to increase its internal development capacity. Therefore, the existence of a state organization that governs the knowledge from every corner of the country and disseminates it to other location to be replicated is needed. In turn, knowledge that has been replicated in many locations and has become Indonesia?s center of excellence can be disseminated to international neighborhood. This kind of organization is called by World Bank as Country-Led Knowledge Hubs.
The goal of this research is to design the knowledge management solution, knowledge management system model, and knowledge management system prototype that help Indonesia?s CLKH govern the development knowledge in order to increase internal development capacity and help disseminate the knowledge to international neighborhood. In this research, it is found that knowledge management processes needed by Indonesia?s CLKH are externalization, routines, internalization, and exchange. These processes are realized as knowledge management system model in the form of 14 main features. Prototypes of these 14 features are presented as result of the research in the form of Indonesia?s CLKH knowledge management system?s screen design.

"Laporan praktik keinsinyuran ini mendokumentasikan langkah-langkah, tantangan, dan keputusan strategis dalam pengembangan prototipe AC untuk Kereta Ringan Hibrid dan Cerdas (KRHC) 35kW. Laporan ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran rinci terkait implementasi konsep keinsinyuran dalam pengembangan teknologi pendinginan inovatif untuk kendaraan kereta ringan. Manfaat laporan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman mendalam bagi pembaca, terkait aspek teknis dan pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan AC untuk KRHC 35kW. Selain itu, laporan ini dapat berkontribusi dalam memberikan pemahaman pada mahasiswa, peneliti, dan praktisi keinsinyuran yang tertarik dalam pengembangan teknologi transportasi ramah lingkungan. Aspek Dasar Keselamatan, Kesehatan, dan Kelestarian Lingkungan (K3LL) dan penerapan Kode Etik Insinyur (KEI) menjadi pondasi utama dalam pengembangan prototipe AC untuk KRHC 35kW. K3LL memastikan tidak hanya efektivitas pada teknis AC, akan tetapi juga pada kesejahteraan tim dan dampak lingkungan melalui standar keselamatan, dukungan kesehatan, kebijakan kelestarian lingkungan, dan evaluasi risiko. Sedangkan KEI menjamin keselamatan, kesehatan masyarakat, dan kerahasiaan informasi, sambil mendorong keberlanjutan lingkungan. Pada tahap pengembangan, fokus diberikan pada inovasi desain, efisiensi energi, dan keamanan operasional. Keberhasilan prototipe AC mencerminkan keterampilan teknis, manajemen proyek, dan komitmen terhadap inovasi. Prototipe ini membuka peluang untuk penerapan teknologi serupa pada pengembangan kendaraan kereta ringan hibrid dan cerdas di masa depan.

"PT XYZ adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri keamanan identitas. Penelitian ini mengangkat tema permasalahan pengelolaan pengetahuan yang kurang efektif di Unit Bisnis MO PT XYZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan Knowledge Management System (KMS) di Unit Bisnis MO PT XYZ serta merancang sistemnya. Analisis kebutuhan knowledge management system menggunakan metodologi Becerra-Fernandez dan analisis Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed method) dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, focus group discussion, dan survei kuesioner. Analisis OCAI pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organisasi memiliki budaya pasar. Selain itu, analisis metodologi Becerra-Fernandez menghasilkan prioritas proses manajemen pengetahuan di organisasi penelitian, yaitu sosialisasi baik itu knowledge discovery maupun knowledge sharing, pertukaran, arahan, dan kombinasi. Fitur KMS yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini adalah grup chat, manajemen dokumen, dan case-based reasoning. Perancangan KMS menggunakan metode prototyping, diagram UML, dan arsitektur sistem Tiwana. Diagram UML yang digunakan meliputi use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, dan behavioral state machine diagram. Rancangan sistem menghasilkan 12 use-case dan 4 aktor. Arsitektur sistem yang dirancang meliputi interface layer, access and authentication layer, collobarative intellignce and filtering, application layer, transport layer, middleware and legacy integration layer, dan repository layer. Prototipe sistem divalidasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan user acceptance test.

.XYZ is a company engaged in the identity security industry. This study raises the theme of less effective knowledge management problems in MO Business Unit. This study aims to analyze the needs of Knowledge Management System (KMS) in MO Business Unit XYZ and design the system. The analysis of the knowledge management system used the Becerra-Fernandez methodology and analysis of the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). This study used a mixed method in data collection and analysis. The data collection instruments used included interviews, focus group discussions, and questionnaire surveys. The OCAI analysis in this study shows that organizations have a market culture. In addition, the analysis of the Becerra-Fernandez methodology resulted in a priority of knowledge management processes in research organizations, namely socialization for both knowledge discovery and knowledge sharing, exchange, direction, and combination. The KMS features developed in this study are chat group, document management, and case-based reasoning. KMS design used prototyping methods, UML diagrams, and Tiwana system architecture. UML diagrams used include use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, and behavioral state machine diagram. The system design produced 12 use cases and 4 actors. System architecture are designed include interface layer interface, access and authentication layer, collobarative intelligence and filtering, application layer, transport layer, middleware and legacy integration layer, and repository layer. The system prototype is validated using the user acceptance test approach."

"Indonesia adalah salah satu negara dengan jumlah penduduk yang besar, seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk maka kebutuhan energi di Indonesia akan terus meningkat. Namun, saat ini kebutuhan energi di Indonesia masih banyak mengandalkan bahan bakar fosil yang terbatas. Indonesia juga negara kepulauan yang memiliki hasil pertanian yang besar sehingga potensi biomassanya sangat besar. Mobile Biomass Gasifier Purwarupa 3 merupakan tahap selanjutnya dari generasi sebelumnya yang memiliki tujuan untuk memanfaatkan biomassa berupa padi menjadi gas mampu bakar yang dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi listrik melalui engine. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi gas producer dari Mobile Gasifier Purwarupa 3 (P3) dalam proses gasifikasi berkelanjutan dengan reaktor bertipe downdraft fixed bed. Pada eksperimen ini LHV optimal dihasilkan pada Equivalence Ratio 0,24 dengan primary flow 29,69 m3/h, suction flow 30,7 m3/h, dan Feed rate 25 kg/h, yaitu sebesar 2,53 MJ/kg dengan nilai Cold Gas Efficiency sebesar 47,63%.

Indonesia is one of the countries with a large population, along with population growth, the energy needs in Indonesia will continue to increase. However, currently Indonesia's energy needs still rely heavily on limited fossil fuels. Indonesia is also an archipelagic country that has large agricultural products so that the potential for biomass is very large. Mobile Biomass Gasifier Prototype 3 is the next stage of the previous generation which has the aim of utilizing biomass in the form of rice into combustible gas that can be used as electricity through an engine. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the producer gas of the Mobile Gasifier Prototype 3 (P3) in a continuous gasification process with a downdraft fixed bed type reactor. In this experiment, the optimal LHV was generated at the Equivalence Ratio of 0.24 with a primary flow of 29.69 m3/h, a suction flow of 30.7 m3/h, and a feed rate of 25 kg/h, which was 2.53 MJ/kg with a Cold Gas Efficiency value is 47.63%."
