"Pemerintah Indonesia telah menerapkan program Good Governance sejak periode Orde Baru. Dalam menjalankan program tersebut, pemerintah membuat pilihan strategis dengan meningkatkan kinerja di organisasi sektor publik atau layanan publik. Selama ini, Aparatur Sipil Negara hanya melakukan tugas pokok dan fungsi atau tupoksi secara standar tidak melebihi itu. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, perlu diterapkan organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) dalam layanan sektor publik agar program tata kelola yang baik dapat berjalan secara optimal. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, ada beberapa variabel pendukung dalam mewujudkan OCB yaitu job satisfaction, organizational justice, perceived organizational support (POS), dan perceived supervisor support (PSS). Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas efek organizational justice dan job satisfaction sebagai mediator pada hubungan antara POS, PSS dan OCB pada salah satu lembaga sektor publik di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan di Lemhannas RI, dimana di Instansi ini lengkap memiliki anggota dari ketiga unsur ASN yaitu TNI, POLRI dan PNS. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner baik secara online maupun hard copy. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 211 pegawai di Lemhannas RI, model penelitian dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa job satisfaction dan organizational justice mampu memediasi sepenuhnya hubungan positif antara POS dan PSS dengan OCB.

The Government of Indonesia has been implementing good governance programs since the post New Order period. In running the programs, the government makes strategic choices by improving the performances in public sector organizations or public services. In fact, the State Civil Apparatus merely perform the basic tasks in a standard manner, not above it. In line with that case, it needs to implement theOrganizationalNCitizenship Behaviour (OCB) in public sector services to make good governance programs run optimally. Based on the previous research, there are several supporting variables in realizing the OCB, namely the Job Satisfaction, the Organizational Justice, the Perceived OrganizationalMSupport (POS), and the Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS). Therefore, this study aims to discuss the effects ofthe organizational justice and the job satisfaction as mediators onsthesrelationshipsbetween the POS, the PSS and the OCB on a Public Institution in Indonesia. The research was conducted at Lemhannas RI, in which therein, the personnel consist of the three elements of State Civil Apparatus, namely the Indonesian Armed Forces, the Indonesian Police, and the Civil Servants. The method used was quantitative method by distributing questionnaires, both online and the printout ones. The samples were as many as 211 employees of Lemhannas RI while the research model was analysed using SEM-PLS. "Penelitian menguji peran konstruk tentang organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di industri kemasan. Melalui metode penelitian kuantitatif, kuesioner dipakai dan dibagikan kepada 369 responden di PT. Unipack Indosystems. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa organizational commitment dan knowledge sharing memberi efek mediasi terhadap POS dan OCB. Lebih daripada itu, tujuan penelitian ini menguji perceived organizational support untuk menumbuhkan organizational commitment dan memotivasi knowledge sharing dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keikutsertaan karyawan dalam knowledge sharing hanya akan terjadi ketika dirasa akan meningkatkan reputasi.

This research examined the role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) construct in a packaging industry. Using a quantitative research, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to 369 employees at PT. Unipack Indosystems. Results suggested that role of organizational commitment and knowledge sharing play as mediating effects in the relationships between perceived organizational support (POS) and OCB. Further, this paper also examined the role of POS in fostering organizational commitment and facilitating knowledge sharing in the organization. Findings showed that the employee contribute to their knowledge sharing only when they perceive that it would enhance their reputation."

"Hardiness adalah karaktersitik kepribadian yang membuat individu menjadi lebih kuat, stabil, dan optimis dalam menghadapi stress dan mengurangi efek negatif dari situasi sulit yang dihadapi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh moderasi hardiness sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara job insecurity, perceived organizational support dan organizational justice terhadap organizational commitment. Menggunakan total sampel dari 338 responden dari enam perusahaan percetakan, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi signifikan secara statistik antara job insecurity, dan perceived organizational support terhadap organizational commitment, akan tetapi organizational commitment tidak terpengaruh oleh organizational justice. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan hardiness secara signifikan bahwa hardiness melakukan peranan moderasi antara job insecurity, perceived organizational support dan organizational justice terhadap organizational commitment. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terkait pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang bagaimana peran hardiness pada komitmen organisasional karyawan yang perusahaannya sedang menghadapi tantangan penurunan skala bisnis serta untuk para manajer di industri percetakan menganai bagaimana caranya untuk menjaga organizational commitment karyawan mereka secara lebih baik ketika berada dalam kondisi bisnis yang sedang menurun. Saran praktis juga disediakan untuk para manajer atau organisasi yang ingin untuk meningkatkan organizational commitment karyawan mereka, dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yang berasal dari keterbatasan penelitian dan temuan penelitian.

Hardiness is a personality trait that makes individuals stronger, more stable and optimistic in dealing with stress and reduces the negative effects of difficult situations. The purpose of this study is to examine the moderation effect of hardiness on the relationship between job insecurity, perceived organizational support, and organizational justice to organizational commitment. Using data from 338 respondents from six printing industry company, the results showed that job insecurity and perceived organizational support significantly affect organizational commitment, on other hand, organizational commitment was found not influenced by organizational justice. It also found that hardiness significantly moderating job insecurity, perceived organizational, and organizational justice on organizational commitment. This study contributes to further understanding of the role of hardiness in employee’s commitment whose companies are facing the challenge of reducing business scale and to managerial of printing industry in order to maintain their employee’s organizational commitment better in the business that experiencing a decline. Practical suggestions are provided for managers or organizations who wish to increase employee commitment, and avenues for future research derived from the study’s limitations, findings and focus are proposed."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh career adaptability, perceived organizational support, dan career satisfaction terhadap turnover intention pada tenaga kerja generasi milenial Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cross-sectional design dan metode purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari 424 tenaga kerja generasi milenial Indonesia (lahir antara 1980-2000) dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa career satisfaction memiliki peran penting dalam mencegah turnover intention serta memediasi hubungan di antara career adaptability dan perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention. Pemberdayaan berupa peningkatan adaptabilitas dan dukungan organisasi perlu diikuti dengan adanya kepuasan karier dalam rangka mencegah keinginan untuk keluar dari organisasi. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi kepada manajemen dan literatur sumber daya manusia mengenai pentingnya peran mediasi career satisfaction terhadap career adaptability dan perceived organizational support dalam rangka menurunkan turnover intention tenaga kerja generasi milenial di Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of career adaptability, perceived organizational support, and career satisfaction on turnover intention on the Indonesian millennial generation. This research is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design and purposive sampling method to collect primary data. The sample in this study was obtained from 424 Indonesian millennial generation workers (born between 1980-2000), and data processing was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that career satisfaction has an important role in preventing turnover intention and mediating the relationship between career adaptability and perceived organizational support for turnover intention. Empowerment, in the form of improving individual adaptability and organizational support, needs to be followed by career satisfaction to prevent the desire to leave the organization. This study contributes to the management and human resource literature regarding the important role of career satisfaction mediation on career adaptability and perceived organizational support to reduce the turnover intention of the millennial generation in Indonesia.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisory support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan peran participation in decision making dan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator dalam hubungan tersebut. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 255 karyawan PT XYZ. Dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa supervisory support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Participation in decision making sebagai mediator ditemukan berhubungan negatif dengan supervisory support dan organizational citizenship behavior. Ditemukan pula bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi hubungan antara supervisory support dan organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of supervisory support towards organizational citizenship behavior and the role of participation in decision making and job satisfaction as mediators in this relationship. Respondents in this study were 255 employees of PT XYZ. By using Structural Equation Model (SEM), the results of this study indicate that supervisory support has positive and significant effect towards organizational citizenship behavior. Participation in decision making as a mediator was found negatively related to supervisory support and organizational citizenship behavior. The result also discovers that job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between supervisory support and organizational citizenship behavior.

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran perceived insider statusdalam memediasi pengaruh antara participative decision making serta perceived organizational support dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 179 orang karyawan dari PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri kimia yang berlokasi di Banten, Indonesia. Setelah mengkonfirmasikan reliabilitas dan validitas alat ukur, pemodelan persamaan struktural dilakukan untuk memeriksa pengaruh yang dihipotesiskan. Temuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah: perceived organizational support memediasi parsial pengaruh participative decision makingterhadap perceived insider status, perceived insider status memediasi parsial pengaruh participative decision making serta memediasi penuh pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, danparticipative decision making memiliki pengaruh positif serta perceived organizational support tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Studi ini memperkuat pada literatur yang sudah ada tentang bagaimana mekanisme internalisasi partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan terhadap perilaku kerja.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to examine the roles of perceived insider status in mediating the relationship between participative decision making, perceived organizational support, and organizational citizenship behavior. Data were collected with survey questionnaires that were self administered to a sample of 179 employees from chemical industry company in Banten, Indonesia. After confirming the reliability and validity of the measurements, we conducted structural equation modeling to examine the hypothesized relationships. The main finding were perceived organizational support partially mediate the positive relationship between participative decision making and perceived insider status, perceived insider status partially mediate the relationship between participative decision making and organizational citizenship behavior, and perceived insider status fully mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. This study adds to the existing literature by showing the mechanism of how participative decision making will relate to discretionary behavior."

"Selama masa pandemi terdapat banyak perubahan dalam bekerja. Situasi ini juga ternyata berdampak pada work engagement karyawan secara global. Terdapat fenomena terkait work engagement di Indonesia dimana tingkat work engagement berhasil mencapai titik tertingginya pada tahun 2020 namun kemudian mengalami penurunan pada tahun berikutnya. Work engagement sendiri berdasarkan model JD-R (Job Demands-Resources) dipengaruhi oleh 2 faktor yaitu personal resources dan job resources. Dalam penelitian ini akan dianalisa apakah work engagement dapat dipengaruhi oleh psychological capital, perceived organizational support dan job satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2022 dengan objek karyawan startup yang kerap kali mengalami permasalahan terkait topik. Jumlah startup di Indonesia adalah ke-5 terbanyak di dunia dan berkontribusi cukup besar bagi perekonomian melalui PDB. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah work engagement karyawan startup di Indonesia dapat dipengaruhi secara positif oleh psychological capital, perceived organizational support, dan job satisfaction. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan mengolah data hasil survei menggunakan teknik SEM melalui aplikasi Lisrel 8.5. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa psychological capital mampu berpengaruh positif secara langsung maupun dengan mediasi parsial oleh job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support juga diketahui mampu berpengaruh positif melalui mediasi penuh oleh job satisfaction. Selain itu, job satisfaction sendiri mampu berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement.

During the pandemic there were many changes at work. This situation also has an impact on employee work engagement globally. There is a phenomenon related to work engagement in Indonesia where the level of work engagement managed to reach its highest point in 2020 but then decreased the following year. Work engagement itself based on the JD-R (Job Demands-Resources) model is influenced by 2 factors, namely personal resources and job resources. In this study will be analyzed whether work engagement can be influenced by psychological capital, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction. This research was conducted in 2022 with the object of startup employees who often experience problems related to the topic. The number of startups in Indonesia is the 5th largest in the world and contributes quite a lot to the economy through GDP. This quantitative study aims to determine whether the work engagement of startup employees in Indonesia can be positively influenced by psychological capital, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction. Hypothesis testing is done by processing survey data using SEM techniques through the Lisrel 8.5 application. The results of this study indicate that psychological capital can have a positive effect directly or partially mediated by job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support is found to have positive effect through full mediation by job satisfaction. Job satisfaction itself can directly have positive effect on work engagement."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan pada The Indonesian Capital Market Institue TICMI . Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran dengan jenis metode campuran sekuensial eksplanatori. Pendekatan penelitian ini melibatkan dua fase, fase kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan fase kualitatif dengan wawancara. Sampel yang diambil adalah total sampel, yaitu karyawan The Indonesian Capital Market Institute yang berjumlah 30 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan The Indonesian Capital Market Institute.

The research aims to analyse the effect of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance in The Indonesian Capital Market Institute TICMI . This research approach used mixed method approach with type explanatory sequential mixed method. This research approach involves two phases, the first phase quantitative with survey using questionnaires and the second phase qualitative with interview method. The survey with total sampling, all employee in The Indonesia Capital Market Institute which amounts to 30 respondent. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linier regression.
The results showed that job satisfaction don rsquo t have significant effect to employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior have effect is significant to employee performance, and job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously and significant in improving the employee performance at The Indonesian Capital Market Institute.

"Penelitian ini mengusulkan bahwa karyawan membentuk persepsi dukungan organisasi yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan intensi keluar melalui kepercayaan organisasi dan kepuasan organisasi. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan data yang didapatkan dari 126 karyawan sebuah perusahaan swasta melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dengan structural equation modeling menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepercayaan organisasi dan kepuasan organisasi, kepercayaan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan organisasi, dan kepuasan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap intensi keluar. Namun berbeda dengan penelitian terdahulu, persepsi dukungan organisasi tidak ditemukan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap intensi keluar dan pengaruh positif terhadap OCB, dan OCB tidak ditemukan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap intensi keluar.

This study suggests that employees develop perceived organizational support which affects organizational citizenship behavior and intention to leave through organizational trust and organizational satisfaction. Hypotheses were tested with data collected from 126 employees in a privately held company by survey. The results obtained using structural equation modeling show that perceived organizational support significantly and positively affects organizational trust and organizational satisfaction, organizational trust significantly and positively affects organizational satisfaction, and organizational satisfaction positively affects OCB and negatively affects intention to leave. Contrast to previous studies, the results show that perceived organizational support doesn`t have a negative effect on intention to leave and doesn`t have a positive effect on OCB, and OCB doesn`t have a negative effect on intention to leave."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh environmental reputation terhadap job pursuit intention yang dimediasi oleh organizational attractiveness dan organizational prestige pada generasi Z Indonesia. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode convenience sampling dan cross-sectional design dengan jumlah sampel 612 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa environmental reputation tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job pursuit intention. Sedangkan environmental reputation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational attractiveness dan organizational prestige. Selanjutnya, organizational attractiveness dan organizational prestige memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job pursuit intention. Kontribusi teoritis dari penelitian ini adalah dapat menemukan pengaruh positif environmental reputation terhadap job pursuit intention ketika dimediasi oleh organizational attractiveness dan organizational prestige. Selain itu, kontribusi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk dapat meningkatkan job pursuit intention generasi Z Indonesia

This study aims to understand the effect of environmental reputation on job pursuit intention which is mediated by organizational attractiveness and organizational prestige on Indonesia generation Z. This quantitative study approach with convenience sampling and cross-sectional design with a sample of 612 respondents. Data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of the study show that environmental reputation does not have a positive influence on job pursuit intention. While environmental reputation has a positive influence on organizational attractiveness and organizational prestige. Furthermore, organizational attractiveness and organizational prestige have a positive influence on job pursuit intention. The theoretical contribution of this study is to be able to find the positive effect of environmental reputation on job pursuit intention when mediated by organizational attractiveness and organizational prestige. In addition, the practical contribution of this research is as a provision of considerable factors in maximazing the job pursuit intention of Indonesian Z generation."
