"Lembaga PQR yang menyelenggarakan seleksi dan pengawasan perilaku pejabat negara saat ini sedang mengalami permasalahan menurunnya motivasi pada karyawannya yang terlihat dari persentase jumlah pegawai yang mengalami keterlambatan dalam satu tahun yang cukup tinggi serta terjadinya peningkatan jumlah pegawai yang mengajukan pindah dari instansi
PQR. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengakuan akan hasil kerja dan kesempatan pengembangan. Disamping itu sikap atasan langsung melalui kepemimpinannya menunjukkan penghargaan terhadap kontribusi pegawai masih perlu dikembangkan khususnya dalam pengelolaan kinerja. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat korelasi persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan work engagement. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan
yang menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 145 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di PQR. Persepsi dukungan organisasi diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang diadaptasi dari Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) 8 dari Hutchison (1997) yang terdiri dari 8 item (α = 0,91). Sementara work engagement diukur
menggunakan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9 (UWES-9) versi Bahasa Indonesia yang
dikembangkan dan divalidasi oleh Kristiana et al. (2018) yang terdiri dari 9 item (α = 0,96).
Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berhubungan signifikan
positif dengan work engagement (r = 0,40, p < 0,01). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan
bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi dukungan organisasi pegawai, maka work engagement pegawai
akan semakin meningkat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada PQR, selanjutnya peneliti
mengajukan rancangan intervensi Pelatihan Supportive Leadership kepada atasan langsung
untuk meningkatkan persepsi dukungan organisasi maupun work engagement. Intervensi
tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan atasan langsung dalam menerapkan
kepemimpinan yang suportif melalui pengelolaan kinerja tim yang objektif mulai dari
perencanaan hingga pemberian reward dan recognition, dan komunikasi efektif sehingga work
engagementnya meningkat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka pihak manajemen dapat
menentukan langkah-langkah lanjutan yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kualitas persepsi
dukungan organisasi yang dimiliki pegawai.

The PQR Institution that organize the selection and supervision of state official nowaday is
facing the employee’s demotivation problems which can be seen from the high percentage of
employee who experience lateness in a year and the increasing number of employee which
leave PQR. That problems are likely caused by lack of recognition to employees performance
and less development opportunities. Further, it is believed that better recognition and support
toward employees’ performance from supervisor is urgently required, especially through
performance management. This study aims to identify the correlation between perceived
organizational support with work engagement. This research is an applied research that uses
correlational research methods with a total of 145 State Civil Apparatus (SCA) participants in
PQR. Perceived organizational support is measured using a scale adapted from the Survey of
Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) 8 from Hutchison (1997) which consists of 8 items
(α = 0.91). Meanwhile, work engagement is measured using the Indonesian version of the
Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9 (UWES-9) developed and validated by Kristiana et al.
(2018) which consists of 9 items (α = 0.96). The findings of the study indicated that perceived
organizational support was significantly positive related to work engagement (r = 0.40, p
<0.01). Thus, it can be concluded that the higher perceived organizational support, the work
engagement will increase. Furthermore, the researcher proposed Supportive Leadership
Training intervention to supervisors to overcome the problems occur in PQR. The intervention
is expected to improve supervisor skill in applying supportive leadership behavior by managing
team performance objectively from planing to rewarding, and conducting effective
communication so that the work engagement increase. Based on this research, management
can determine appropriate advanced steps to improve the quality of employees’ perceived
organizational support.

"Tingkat work engagement(keterikatan kerja) karyawan dapat mempengaruhi ketahanan suatu organisasi di tengah persaingan bisnis. Namun karyawan perbankan kerap kali dihadapkan pada tingkat partisipasi konsumen, jam kerja yang kaku, dan cakupan target konsumen yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat keterikatan kerja dari karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dari emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, dan ethical leadership, terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan perbankan melalui mediasi dari psychological capital. Sampel yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian adalah 297 karyawan bank umum konvensional di Indonesia. Hasil analisis structural equation modeling (SEM) memperlihatkan bahwa emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, ethical leadership, dan psychological capital dapat mempengaruhi work engagement. Psychological capital menunjukkan peran mediasi secara parsial terhadap pengaruh dari emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support dan ethical leadership terhadap work engagement. Pemahaman yang lebih mendalam terhadap emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, ethical leadership, dan psychological capital sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan work engagement dapat membantu sektor perbankan untuk mempertahankan karyawan, meningkatkan kinerja karyawan serta organisasi, dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi di tengah ketatnya persaingan antar perbankan di Indonesia.

The level of employee work engagement can affect an organization's resilience amid business competition. However, banking employees are often faced with the level of consumer participation, rigid working hours, and the range of target consumers that can affect the level of work engagement of employees. This study aims to determine the role of emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, and ethical leadership on banking employee engagement through mediation from psychological capital. The samples involved in the study were 297 employees of conventional commercial banks in Indonesia. The structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis shows that emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, ethical leadership, and psychological capital can affect work engagement. Psychological capital shows a mediating role partially in the effect of emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support and ethical leadership on work engagement. A deeper understanding of emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, and psychological capital to increase work engagement can help the banking sector retain employees, improve employee and organizational performance, and maintain an organizational competitive advantage amid intense competition between banks in Indonesia."

"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh persepsi keadilan organisasi dan keterikatan kerja (work engagement) terhadap komitmen afektif untuk perubahan pada Puskesmas Kecamatan X Propinsi DKI Jakarta. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 145 orang pegawai PNS maupun Non PNS yang mengikuti penelitian secara sukarela. Data penelitian diambil melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan data organisasi. Partisipan mengisi kuesioner dalam bentuk booklet yang terdiri dari tiga bagian yaitu; kuesioner komitmen afektif untuk perubahan, kuesioner persepsi keadilan organisasi dan, kuesioner work engagement.
Hasil analisis regressi menunjukkan persepsi keadilan organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif untuk perubahan. Sedangkan tidak seperti diduga sebelumnya, work engagement ternyata tidak memiliki peran signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif untuk perubahan. Intervensi pelatihan terhadap manajemen diberikan dengan tujuan agar terjadi peningkatan persepsi keadilan organisasi yang selanjutnya berdampak pada peningkatan komitmen afektif terhadap perubahan pada pegawai Puskesmas Kecamatan X Propinsi DKI Jakarta.

This study aims to examine the influence of perceive organizational justice and work engagement on affective commitment to change at the District X Public Health Center of DKI Jakarta Province. The participants of this study were 145 civil servant and non civil servant employees who participated in the study voluntarily. The research data was taken by questionnaires, interviews and organizational data. Participants filled out the questionnaire in the form of a booklet consisting of three parts, namely; questionnaire on affective commitment to change, questionnaire on perceive organizational justice and work engagement questionnaire.
The results of the regression analysis show that perceive organizational justice have a significant effect on affective commitment to change. Whereas unlike previously expected, work engagement did not have a significant role on affective commitment to change. Training interventions for management were provided with the aim that there was an increase in perceive organizational justice which subsequently had an impact on increasing affective commitment to change in the District X Community Health Center employees of DKI Jakarta Province.

"ABSTRAK
Program Keluarga Berencana yang merupakan tugas Dinas XYZ dinilai belum berhasil di DKI Jakarta karena salah satu tujuan programnya belum tercapai sejak tahun 2012. Penyebabnya antara lain adalah menurunnya kinerja Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana PKB karena jumlah PKB yang berkurang dan belum bisa ditambah. Reorganisasi di Dinas XYZ di Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2017 berdampak pada pergantian pimpinan dan tugas pokok fungsi organisasi dan para pegawainya termasuk juga bagaimana organisasi kemudian memperlakukan pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan kinerja dan persepsi dukungan organisasi pada PKB di Dinas XYZ. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner Survey of Perceived Organization Support versi singkat, pada 180 orang PKB dan penilaian kinerja diberikan oleh atasannya dengan In Role Performance Rating. Hasil yang diperoleh membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Program intervensi dibuat untuk meningkatkan kinerja PKB melalui persepsinya terhadap dukungan yang diterima dari tempat kerjanya. Pelatihan terhadap pimpinan dirancang berdasarkan strategi yang dikembangkan Eisenberger dkk 2016 untuk meningkatkan persepsi dukungan organisasi. Workshop dilaksanakan sebagai proyek uji coba pada 16 orang yang terdiri dari 9 PKB dan 7 atasannya untuk memantapkan persiapan pelatihan pada pimpinan di Dinas XYZ.

ABSTRACT
The family planning program which is one of the objectives XYZ Agency task, has yet to achieve one of its goals since 2012. Amongst the causes were the declining number of family planning fieldworkers and the inability to recruit more workers due to national policies. The reorganization of XYZ agency as part of the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta in 2017 affect changes in leaders and the functions of the organization and how the organization eventually treated the employees. The purpose of this research was to find out the relationship between the performance and the perception of organizational support in the family planning fieldworkers in the XYZ agency. The data was gathered using the short version of Survey of Perceived Organization Support obtained from 180 family planning fieldworkers and their performance was rated by their supervisors using the In Role Performance Rating. The result proved the significant relationship between performance and perceived organization support. An intervention program was conceived to improve the performance of the fieldworkers through perceived organization support. A training program was developed based on the strategies by Eisenberger et al 2016 to improve perceived organization support. A workshop was delivered as a pilot project to a group consisting of 16 people made up of 9 fieldworkers and 7 supervisors before implementing the training program to the leaders in the XYZ agency. "

"Perubahan besar yang dipicu oleh globalisasi dan pandemi COVID-19 telah menuntut adaptasi dan kreativitas dalam dunia kerja, khususnya di era digital. Generasi milenial dan gen Z, yang mendominasi tenaga kerja saat ini memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif dan menjaga keberlanjutan organisasi khususnya startup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh perceived authentic leadership, organizational identification, dan terhadap employee creativity yang dimediasi oleh work engagement pada pekerja startup di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi berbasis survey menggunakan kuesioner online dengan penilaian menggunakan Skala Likert. Data 243 orang responden dianalisis menggunakan teknik partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLSSEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived authentic leadership dan organizational identification berpengaruh positif terhadap employee creativity, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi work engagement.

Significant changes triggered by globalization and the COVID-19 pandemic have required adaptation and creativity in the world of work, especially in the digital era. The millennial and Z generation, which dominate the workforce today, have an essential role in creating competitive advantages and maintaining the sustainability of organizations, especially startups. This research aims to measure and analyze the influence of Perceived Authentic Leadership, Organizational Identification, and Employee Creativity mediated by Work Engagement in millennial employees who work in startups (Jabodetabek). This research uses a survey-based methodology using an online questionnaire with assessments using a Likert Scale. Data from 243 respondents was analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The research results show that perceived authentic leadership and organizational identification positively affect employee creativity, both directly and through the mediation of work engagement."

"Penelitian ini berfokus pada hubungan antara Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dan Work Engagement Antar Generasi X Dan Y di LKN B. Penelitian ini juga ingin membuktikan apakah POS merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi Work Engagement individu (Saks, 2006; Fabian dan Chinelo 2013). Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian aplikatif dan korelasional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 193 pegawai. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah adaptasi dari Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli dan Baker, 2003) dengan nilai koefisien alpha (α) sebesar 0.946 dan alat ukur POS (Rhoades dan Eisenberger 2002) dengan nilai koefisien alpha (α) sebesar 0.927. Analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif, korelasi pearson product moment, regresi linear, t-test, dan anova.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara POS dengan Work Engagement pegawai Antar generasi X dan Y di LKN B; 2) secara umum responden penelitian memiliki POS yang sedang dan Work Engagement yang sedang pula; 3) dimensi POS yang memiliki nilai rata-rata paling rendah adalah dimensi job condition and reward; 4) semua dimensi POS berpengaruh terhadap Work Engagement diantaranya dimensi fairness, supervisory support, dan job condition and reward; 5) intervensi dilakukan pada dimensi job condition and reward yakni dengan memberikan pelatihan 3R (Respect, Recognition and Reward), mengenai bagaimana membangun job condition and reward organisasi diantara Gen X dan Y; 6) Hasil evaluasi intervensi menunjukkan bahwa intervensi efektif dan aplikatif untuk diterapkan dalam organisasi. Terlihat dari hasil evaluasi level pengetahuan dengan rata-rata nilai pretest 8,3 dan posttest 13,2 dengan signifikansi 0,007, sehingga terlihat terdapat peningkatan skor dengan perbedaan skor yang signifikan; 7) Hasil evaluasi level reaksi, dengan skor rata-rata lebih dari 4 dengan skala 1 ? 5 yang ditinjau dari aspek ruangan dan suasana, alat bantu, materi dan program, fasilitator dan peserta pelatihan.

This study focused on the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Work Engagement among Gen X?s and Gen Y?s at LKN B. This study was held to approve that POS give influence to Work Engagement (Saks, 2006, Fabian dan Chinelo 2013). This study used a type of applied research and correlation research with the number of respondents is 193 respondents. Measurement instruments used in this research are the adaptation of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli dan Baker, 2003) with coefficient alpha (α) of 0.946 and Work Engagement questionnaire (Schaufeli dan Baker, 2003) with coefficient alpha (α) of 0.927. Descriptive statistics, Pearson product moment correlation formula, linear regression, t-test, and ANOVA will be used to analyze the infomation gathered.
Result of this research, it was concluded that: 1) there is a significant relationship POS with Work Engagement among Gen X?s And Gen Y?s at LKN B; 2) majority of respondents have a moderate level of POS and Work Engagement; 3) job condition and reward is the dimensions of POS which has the lowest mean score; 4) all dimensions of POS that give influence to Work Engagement such as fairness, job condition and reward and supervisory support; 5) intervention held to improving, job condition and reward dimension is with giving the training 3R (Respect, Recognition and Reward) to building job condition and reward in organization among Gen X's And Gen Y's; 6) the intervention is acknowledged as quite effective and applicable for implementation in the organization; 6) Evaluation of intervention showed that intervention was efective and aplicative to implement in LKN, which is score of knowledge level of evaluation has mean of score in pretest 8,3 and posttest 13,2 with significance 0,007, it showed increasing the score and significance of the score difference; 7) Score of reaction level evaluation, with mean of score more than 4 for range scale 1-5, that reviewed from layout and condition aspect, tools, lesson and program, facilitator and participant of training.

"Tingginya tingkat voluntary turnover seringkali menjadi masalah bagi organisasi. Terlebih lagi apabila voluntary turnover terjadi di sebuah program percepatan dalam rangka mencari karyawan-karayawan terbaik yang diharapkan menjadi penerus organisasi pada masa yang akan datang. Penemuan mengenai lemahnya dukungan atasan merupakan prediktor yang menjadi penyebab masalah tersebut. Peneliti mengajukan sebuah bentuk dukungan atasan melalui intervensi teori kepemimpinan dengan menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership. Hal ini karena bahwa servant leadership memiliki karakteristik yang dapat menyumbang varian terhadap voluntary turnover lebih baik daripada persepsi dukungan atasan.
Penelitian merupakan penelitian cross- sectional dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif ini melibatkan karyawan program percepatan yang sudah mengundurkan diri dan yang masih bertahan.Data diambil dari karyawan dan mantan karyawan dari pogram percepatan karir untuk account executive di sebuah perusahaan di Jakarta, Indonesia N = 92 dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik dukungan atasan yang dirasakan maupun servant leadership berhubungan negatif dengan voluntary turnover. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership menyumbang lebih banyak varian pada voluntary turnover melampaui persepsi dukungan atasan.

The high level of voluntary turnover is often a problem for organization. Moreover, if voluntary turnover occurs in a development program which specifically conducted to find the best employee that is expected to be the next future leaders. From employees exit interview we found that lack of supervisor support is the main cause. Researcher propose a form of supervisor support through leadership theory intervention by using servant leadership. Researcher believe that servant leadership has characteristics that can contribute variants to voluntary turnover better than perceived supervisor support. It is because servant leadership has more complex characteristics than the perception of superior support.
This research is a cross sectional study using quantitative method and involving development program employees whom already resigned and those who are still working. Data were taken from employees and ex employees of 5 batches of development program in a company in Jakarta, Indonesia N 92 and were analyzed using multiple regression technique on SPSS software. Results showed that both perceived supervisor support and servant leadership were negatively related to voluntary turnover. Results also showed that servant leadership accounts for more variance on voluntary turnover over and above perceived supervisor support.

"Perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis dan disruptif memaksa manajemen untuk memiliki strategi dalam melakukan pengelolan SDM secara memadai. SDM memiliki peran kritikal dalam mencapai kinerja organisasi melalui dukungan job resources yang berasal dari lingkungan bekerja. Perubahan paradigma pada sektor publik terhadap pengelolaan SDM semakin menuju ke arah yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perceived organizational support (POS) dan servant leadership terhadap employee performance melalui peran mediasi work engagement pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Organisasi Keuangan Pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan cross-sectional study melalui survei kuesioner google form dengan sampel sebanyak 305 responden ASN yang berkedudukan di Kantor Pusat Organisasi Keuangan Pemerintah. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Covariance Based – Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POS dan servant leadership memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work engagement. Selanjutnya, work engagement mampu memediasi secara penuh dan signifikan hubungan POS dan servant leadership terhadap employee performance, serta work engagement memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance. Penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi terhadap implikasi manajerial untuk dapat diterapkan bagi organisasi, pimpinan, dan individu pada sektor publik terkait konsep yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti.

The dynamic and disruptive business environment necessitates management to adopt adequate human resource management strategies. Human resource management plays a critical role in achieving organizational performance through job resources support from the work environment. Paradigm shifts in the public sector toward more effective and efficient human resource management have been observed. This study aims to analyze the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and servant leadership on employee performance, mediated by work engagement, among Civil Servants (ASN) in Government Financial Organizations. A cross-sectional study using a survey questionnaire through Google Form was conducted, with a sample of 305 respondents comprising ASN at the Central Office of Government Financial Organizations. The data analysis was performed using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). The research findings reveal that both POS and servant leadership have a significant positive impact on work engagement. Furthermore, work engagement fully mediates the relationship between POS, servant leadership, and employee performance, with work engagement also significantly influencing employee performance. This research offers managerial implications that can be applied to organizations, leaders, and individuals in the public sector concerning the concepts related to the variables under study."

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara keadilan organisasidan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan di PT A. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasional dengan responden penelitian sebanyak 52 karyawan. Keadilan organisasidiukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur yang diadaptasi dari alat ukur organizational justice dari Neihoof Moorman 1993 yang terdiri dari 20 item a= 0,911. Alat ukur persepsi dukungan organisasi diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang diadaptasi dari alat ukur perceived organizational supportdari Eisenberger 2002 yang terdiri dari 8 item a=0,892. Sementara alat ukur komitmen afektif diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang diadaptasi dari alat ukur affective commitmentdari Meyer Allen 1991 yang terdiri dari 8 item a=714.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keadilan organisasimaupun persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen afektif R = 0,410, p < 0,001. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi lebih memengaruhi komitmen afektif jikadibandingkan dengankeadilan organisasi b= 0,418, p < 0,05. Hal ini dapat diartikan semakin tinggi persepsi dukungan organisasi maka akan tinggi pula komitmen afektif. Peneliti selanjutnya merancang intervensi yang dapat meningkatkan persepsi dukungan organisasi melalui pelatihan coaching for performanceuntuk karyawan PT A yang memiliki bawahan. Tujuannya dengan dilakukannya coachingadalah untuk meningkatkan persepsi dukungan organisasi yang selanjutnya dapat meningkatnya komitmen afektif.Hasil evaluasi pemahaman peserta menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara skor pre-testdan post-test t = -5,745, p < 0,001. Hal ini dapat diartikan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman mengenai coaching pada peserta pelatihan setelah pelaksanaan intervensi.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of organizational justice and perceived organizational support to affective commitment of the employee at A Company. The type of this study is correlational study and the number of participants are 52 employees. Organizational justice is measured by using measurement instrument adapted from organizational justice questionnaire developed by Neihoof Moorman 1993, consist of 20 item a 0,911. Perceived organizational support is measured by using measurement instrument adapted from Perceived organizational support questionnaire developed by Eisenberger 2002, consist of 8 item a 0,892. Whereas affective commitment is measured by using measurement instrument adapted questionnaire affective commitment developed by Meyer Allen 1991, consist of 8 item a 714.
The result a positive and significant relationship among organizational justice and perceived organizational support with affective commitment R 0,410 , p 0,001. The result also showed that only perceived organizational support indicating a positive and significant relationship on affective commitment than organizational justice b 0,418, p 0,05. It can be conclude that the higher perceived organizational support then the higher of affective commitment level. Researcher then designing intreventions that can improve perceived organizational support through coaching for performance training for employee of A company who has the subordinates. The purpose of the intervention is to improve perceived organizational support which can impact on improve affective commitment level. Evaluation at learning criteria show significant differences between pre test dan post test t 5,745, p 0,001. It can be concluded that there has been an increase in knowledge about coaching on the trainee after the intervention session."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat efektifitas program pelatihan penilaian kinerja untuk meningkatkan perceived organizational support dan employee engagement pada karyawan di lembaga pendidikan YPTK. Alat ukur perceived organizational support merupakan adaptasi dari Survey of perceived organizational support (Eisenberger, 1986) sedangkan alat ukur employee engagement merupakan adaptasi dari Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli dan Bakker 2003).
Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap employee engagement sebesar 0.168 (p=0.016 signifikan pada l.o.s 0.05). Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan skor perceived organizational support dan employee engagement yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pelatihan dan sosialisasi penilaian kinerja.

The aim of this research is to see the effectiveness of performance appraisal training to improve perceived organizational support and employee engagement in educational institution, YPTK. The measurement tools of perceived organizational support was adapted from Survey of perceived organizational support (Eisenberger, 1986) while the measurement of employee engagement adapted from Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, known as UWES (Schaufeli and Bakker 2003).
Result of regression analysis showed that employee engagement significantly influenced by perceived organizational support (0.168, P=0.016 significant at l.o.s. 0.05) and the result of paired sample t-test showed significant difference of POS and Employee Engagement score of respondent, pre and post performance appraisal training and socialization of it.
