"Kondisi pasar tenaga kerja global yang dinamis memperlihatkan ketatnya persaingan untuk unggul dalam dunia kerja. Permasalahan mengenai link and match antara dunia pendidikan dan dunia usaha di Indonesia merupakan salah satu hal yang menjadi faktor utama rendahnya penyerapan tenaga kerja di Indonesia. Dengan demikian, menjadi suatu hal yang penting bagi mahasiswa sebagai calon lulusan perguruan tinggi memiliki kompetensi karir dan kepribadian proaktif dalam rangka menyukseskan transisi karir dengan kemampuan beradaptasi karir yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh career competencies terhadap career adaptability dengan proactive personality sebagai variabel moderasi pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 230 responden dengan teknik non probability sampling berupa purposive sampling. Dalam hal ini, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi sederhana, dan uji interaksi dengan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara career competencies terhadap career adaptability, dan terdapat pengaruh antara proactive personality terhadap career adaptability, serta proactive personality tidak memoderasi pengaruh antara career competencies terhadap career adaptability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir perguruan tinggi.

The dynamic global labor market conditions show intense competition to excel in the world of work. The problem of the link and match between the world of education and the business world in Indonesia is one of the main factors for the low absorption of labor in Indonesia. Thus, it is important for students as prospective college graduates to have career competencies and proactive personalities in order to make a successful career transition with the ability to adapt their careers. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of career competencies on career adaptability by using proactive personality as a moderating variable (Study on final year college students). This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 230 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. In this case, the data analysis used is descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis, and interaction test with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS. The results show that there is an influence between career competencies on career adaptability, and there is an influence between proactive personality on career adaptability, and proactive personality does not moderate the influence between career competencies on career adaptability in final year college students."

"Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh proactive personality dan career adaptability dalam memprediksi in-role performance melalui job crafting dan work engagement. Hipotesis yang diusulkan bahwa karyawan yang memiliki kepribadian proaktif dan kemampuan beradaptasi karir kemungkinan besar akan merancang pekerjaan mereka untuk tetap terlibat dan meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Temuan dari studi sebelumnya telah diintegrasikan ke dalam model keseluruhan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan keterlibatan kerja serta meningkatkan kinerja peran di tempat kerja saat ini. Data dikumpulkan dari 180 karyawan generasi milenial yang bekerja di berbagai industri. Hasil dari penelitian menemukan bahwa karyawan yang memiliki proactive personality dan career adaptability dapat merancang pekerjaan mereka sehingga sehingga meningkatkan work engagement dan in-role performance. Hasil dari penelitian mendukung hipotesis yang diusulkan. Namun, hubungan career adaptability dan work engagement dimediasi penuh oleh job crafting sehingga hubungan langsung antara career adaptability dan work engagement tidak signifikan.

This paper aims to investigate whether proactive personality and career adaptability could predict work engagement and in-role performance through job crafting behaviours and analyzed their effect using PLS SEM. The study hypothesised that employees who have a proactive personality and career adaptability would be most likely to design their jobs to stay engaged and improve their performance. Findings from previous studies have been integrated into an overall model that can be used to develop work engagement as well as advance the in-role performance in today’s workplace. Data were collected among 180 of employees belonging to the millennial generation working in various organisations. The results found that employees having proactive personality and adaptability in their career were most likely to craft their job, and in turn, was predictive of the work engagement and their performance as well. Most of the results indicated support for the hypotheses. Job crafting was found to be mediating the career adaptability and work engagement relationship fully. However, the direct relationship between career adaptability and work engagement is not significant.

"Berbagai perubahan terjadi akibat dampak dari pandemi COVID-19 yang menuntut mahasiswa agar dapat lebih adaptif dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk bisa melakukan transisi karier yang baik dengan mengikuti program magang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan melibatkan sebanyak 189 mahasiswa usia 18-25 (M = 21,49, SD = 0,835) yang berasal dari perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang mengikuti program magang. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) oleh Savickas dan Porfeli (2012) dan Vocational Identity Scale Assessment (VISA) oleh Porfeli et al. (2011). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa identitas vokasional memiliki peran secara signifikan pada adaptabilitas karier (F(6,189)= 20,402, p = 0,000, R2= 0,402). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa untuk memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik, perlu bagi mahasiswa untuk memiliki identitas vokasional yang baik pula. Meski demikian, jika dilihat dari setiap dimensi identitas vokasional, hanya terdapat tiga sub-dimensi yang berperan pada adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa yaitu exploration in-depth, career commitment making, dan commitment flexibility. Limitasi serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Various changes have occurred as a result of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which demands that students be more adaptive in preparing themselves for a successful career transition by participating in internship programs. This research is a quantitative study that uses multiple regression analysis involving 189 final-year students aged 18-25 (M = 21.49, SD = 0.835) from universities in Indonesia who participated in an internship program. The data collection process was carried out using the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) from Savickas and Porfeli (2012) and Vocational Identity Scale Assessment (VISA) from Porfeli et al. (2011). The results of the study revealed that vocational identity had a significant role in career adaptability among undergraduate students who have or have been participating in internship programs (F(6,189) = 20.402, p = 0.000 , R2 = 0.402). These results show that in order to have good career adaptability, it is necessary for students to have a good vocational identity as well. However, if we look at each vocational identity dimension, there are only three sub dimensions that play a role in student career adaptability, namely in-depth exploration, making career commitments, and commitment flexibility. Limitations and suggestions for further research are described in this study."

"Dari banyaknya faktor yang memepengaruhi adaptabilitas karier, kepribadian proaktif memiliki peran yang cukup penting. Hal ini dikarenakan ciri kepribadian individu yang berkaitan khusus dengan karier adalah perilaku proaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Asumsi yang ditegakkan adalah ketika individu memiliki kepribadian proaktif yang tinggi, maka adaptabilitas kariernya baik. Kepribadian proaktif adalah perilaku yang mempunyai sifat secara langsung mempengaruhi lingkungan. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 206 mahasiswa tingkat akhir, berusia 18-25 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimantal dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini ialah incidental sampling menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring dengan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale untuk mengukur adaptabilitas karier dan Proactive Personality Scale untuk mengukur kepribadian proaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tedapat pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap adaptabilitas karier (r2 = .078, p = .000). Hasil penelitian ini berguna untuk pengembangan ilmu psikologi pendidikan dan memberikan masukan kepada konselor karier maupun pembimbing akademik untuk mempertimbangkan aspek kepribadian proaktif dalam perkembangan karier mahasiswa.

Of the many factors that influence career adaptability, proactive personality has an important role. This is because individual personality traits that are specifically related to career are proactive behavior.This study aims to examine the effect of proactive personality on final-year student career adaptability. The assumption made is when an individual have high proactive personality, then their career adaptability is good. The proactive personality is behavior that directly affects the environment. The study participants were 206 final year students, aged 18-25 years. This research is non-experimental quantitative research with a correlational research design. The data collection technique in this study was incidental sampling distributed online using Career Adapt-Abilities Scale to measure career adaptability and Proactive Personality Scale to measure proactive personality. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of proactive personality on career adaptability (r2 = .078, p = .000). The results of this study are useful for educational psychology’s development and provide input for career counselors and academic counselors to consider proactive personality aspects in college students career development"

"Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universidade Nacional Timor Lorosa’e (UNTL) dengan indikasi tidak ada perkembangan pada kelulusan tes promosi karir pegawai administrasi dari tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2023. Kurangnya kelulusan pada tes promosi karir mengakibatkan stagnansi kemajuan karir pegawai administrasi yang berada ditingkatan tersebut. Rata-rata lamanya berada disetiap tingkatan paling lama enambelas tahunan lebih yaitu ditingkatan paling rendah, Golongan Tenaga Asisten, Tingkat Professional G. Stagnansi kemajuan karir pada pegawai administrasi diperburuk dari jumlah pegawai yang mayoritas masih berada di golongan menengah ke bawah (D, E, F, dan G) masih menduduki persentase yang paling tinggi yaitu 70% dengan masing-masing 33% pada golongan D, 20% pada golongan E, 11% pada golongan F, dan 6% pada golongan G. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Career Advancement di UNTL. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai administrasi UNTL, dengan total sampel 359 responden. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan teknik moderated regression analisys (MRA), melalui software IBM SPSS. Dari hasil pengujiannya opportunity for promotion berpengaruh positif terhadap career advancement, organization training and development berpengaruh positif terhadap career advancement, opportunity for promotion dan organization training and development berpengaruh positif terhadap career advancement, education dan work experience tidak memoderasi pengaruh opportunity for promotion terhadap career advancement, namun education dan work experience memoderasi pengaruh organization training and development terhadap career advancement.

This research was conducted at Universidade Nacional Timor Lorosa'e (UNTL) with an indication that there was no development in the passing of career promotion tests for administrative staff from 2019 to 2023. The lack of passing the career promotion test results in stagnation in the career progress of administrative employees who are at that level. The average length of time at each level is more than sixteen years, namely at the lowest level, Assistant Power Class, Professional Level G. The stagnation of career advancement in administrative employees is exacerbated by the number of employees who are still in the lower middle class (D, E, F, and G) still occupying the highest percentage of 70% with 33% each in group D, 20% in group E, 11% in group F, and 6% in group G. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect Career Advancement at UNTL. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection used a survey method of distributing questionnaires to all UNTL administrative employees, with a total sample of 359 respondents. Data processing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with moderated regression analysis (MRA) techniques, through IBM SPSS software. From the test results, opportunity for promotion has a positive effect on career advancement, organization training and development has a positive effect on career advancement, an opportunity for promotion, and organization training and development have a positive effect on career advancement, education, and work experience do not moderate the effect of opportunity for promotion on career advancement, but education and work experience moderate the effect of organizational training and development on career advancement.

"Daya saing antar manusia dan teknologi digital menyebabkan pasar tenaga kerja menjadi lebih kompetitif dan ambigu, khususnya bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang akan memasuki dunia kerja sehingga diperlukan Career Adaptability (CA). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji peran Career Decision Self Efficacy (CDSE) dalam memediasi proactive personality dan CA pada 175 mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang telah mengikuti program magang Kampus Merdeka. Hasil mediation analysis menunjukkan tidak terdapat direct effect proactive personality terhadap CA (c’ = -0,1082; p > 0,05). Namun, terdapat indirect effect melalui mediasi CDSE (ab = 0,8939; p < 0,001). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa program magang Kampus Merdeka membantu mahasiswa menghadapi dinamika industri yang terus berubah dengan memfasilitasi peningkatan proactive personality, CDSE, CA serta mengurangi kesenjangan antara perguruan tinggi dan dunia kerja.

Competitiveness between humans and digital technology causes the labor market to become more competitive and ambiguous, especially for final year students that will enter the workforce, necessitating Career Adaptability (CA). This research was conducted to examine the role of Career Decision Self Efficacy (CDSE) in mediating between proactive personality and CA in 175 final year students who had participated in the Kampus Merdeka internship program. The mediation analysis showed no direct role of proactive personality on CA (c’ = -0.1082; p > 0.05). However, there was an indirect role through mediation by CDSE (ab = 0.8939; p < 0.001). These findings suggest that the Kampus Merdeka internship program aids students in dealing with the evolving dynamics of the industry by facilitating improvements in proactive personality, CDSE, and CA, thus reducing the gap between university and the workforce."

"Penelitian ini menguji peran career adaptability sebagai antesenden career engagement dengan dimediasi oleh career satisfaction dan promotability. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK RI) dengan total responden sebanyak 298 orang. Keseluruhan responden merupakan pegawai BPK RI dengan Jabatan Administrasi Umum dan Pemeriksa dengan masa kerja di atas lima tahun. Untuk memperoleh respon dari para responden, kuesioner disebarkan secara online melalui google-form dan link yang telah disediakan.
Alat ukur yang digunakan, antara lain Career Adaptability Scales (CAAS) yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas & Porfeli (2012), Career Satisfaction Scales (CSS) yang dikembangkan oleh Greenhaus et al., (1990), four-item scale yang dikembangkan oleh Shore, Barksdale, dan Shore (1995), serta Career Engagement Scale  (CES) yang dikembangkan Hirschi, Freund, dan Herrmann (2014). Untuk analisis data, metode yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modelling).
Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualifikasi, kompetensi, dan kinerja PNS sesuai dengan sistem merit yang berlaku di era reformasi birokrasi, khususnya di BPK RI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa career adaptability memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap career satisfaction, promotability, dan career engagement. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membuktikan career satisfaction dan promotability memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara career adaptability dengan career engagement.

This study examined the role of career adaptability as antecedents of career engagement mediated by career satisfaction and promotability. This research was conducted at The Supreme Audit Board in Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI) with a total of 298 respondents. All respondents were BPK RI employees in General Administration and Auditor position with a tenure of more than five years. In order to get responses from respondents, questionnaires were distributed online through google-form and links provided.
The measuring instruments used for this study were Career Adaptability Scales (CAAS) developed by Savickas & Porfeli (2012), Career Satisfaction Scales developed by Greenhaus et al., (1990), four-item scales developed by Shore, Barksdale, and Shore (1995), and also Career Engagement Scale (CES) developed by Hirschi, Freund, and Herrmann (2014). A Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyse data.
This research was expected to contribute in improving the qualifications, competencies, and performance of civil servants in accordance with the merit system prevailing in the era of bureaucratic reform, especially at BPK RI. The results indicated that career adaptability related positively and significantly with career satisfaction, promotability, dan career engagement. In addition, this study also showed that career satisfaction and promotability partially mediated the relationship between career adaptability and career engagement."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh career adaptability, perceived organizational support, dan career satisfaction terhadap turnover intention pada tenaga kerja generasi milenial Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cross-sectional design dan metode purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari 424 tenaga kerja generasi milenial Indonesia (lahir antara 1980-2000) dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa career satisfaction memiliki peran penting dalam mencegah turnover intention serta memediasi hubungan di antara career adaptability dan perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention. Pemberdayaan berupa peningkatan adaptabilitas dan dukungan organisasi perlu diikuti dengan adanya kepuasan karier dalam rangka mencegah keinginan untuk keluar dari organisasi.
Studi ini memberikan kontribusi kepada manajemen dan literatur sumber daya manusia mengenai pentingnya peran mediasi career satisfaction terhadap career adaptability dan perceived organizational support dalam rangka menurunkan turnover intention tenaga kerja generasi milenial di Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of career adaptability, perceived organizational support, and career satisfaction on turnover intention on the Indonesian millennial generation. This research is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design and purposive sampling method to collect primary data. The sample in this study was obtained from 424 Indonesian millennial generation workers (born between 1980-2000), and data processing was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method.
The results showed that career satisfaction has an important role in preventing turnover intention and mediating the relationship between career adaptability and perceived organizational support for turnover intention. Empowerment, in the form of improving individual adaptability and organizational support, needs to be followed by career satisfaction to prevent the desire to leave the organization.
This study contributes to the management and human resource literature regarding the important role of career satisfaction mediation on career adaptability and perceived organizational support to reduce the turnover intention of the millennial generation in Indonesia.

"Pengangguran di Indonesia semakin meningkat di era globalisasi ini yang dimana dari pengangguran tersebut terdapat lulusan dari universitas. Padahal lulusan dari universitas diharapkan dapat membangun karir mereka sendiri dengan berbagai kompetensi yang telah ditanamkan di masa perkuliahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-perceived competency terhadap self-perceived employability dengan career adaptability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam pengambilan sampel, teknik yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan snow-ball sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 152 orang. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online yaitu Google-Form dan analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square)  dengan pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics for Mac dan SmartPLS for Mac. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa self-perceived competency memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap self-perceived employability, self-perceived competency memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap career adaptability, self-perceived employability memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap career adaptability, serta career adaptability memiliki peran mediasi antara self-perceived competency dan self-perceived employability.

Unemployment in Indonesia is increasing in this era of globalization and from all unemployment, there are graduates from universities. Whereas graduates from universities are expected to be able to build their own careers with various competencies that have been built in the universities. This study aims to analyze the effect of self-perceived competency on self-perceived employability with career adaptability in final year students at the University of Indonesia. This study used explanatory research with a quantitative approach. In sampling, the technique used is non-probability sampling with a snowball sampling approach. The sample in this study was 152 people. The research method used an online questionnaire with Google-Form and data analysis using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) with data processing using IBM SPSS Statistics for Mac and SmartPLS for Mac software. The results showed that self-perceived competency had a significant effect on self-perceived employability, self-perceived competency had a significant effect on career adaptability, self-perceived employability had a significant effect on career adaptability, and career adaptability had a mediating role between self-perceived competency and self-perceived employability."

"Tersedianya pelayanan kesehatan primer yang berkualitas dan memadai adalah elemenpenting dalam menyukseskan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional untuk mewujudkankeberhasilan pembangunan nasional. Kurangnya minat dari mahasiswa kedokteran dalammemilih karier sebagai dokter yang bekerja di layanan kesehatan primer akan berdampakterhadap kesinambungan pelaksanaan sistem kesehatan nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahdiperolehnya informasi mendalam tentang motivasi kesediaan Mahasiswa Program StudiProfesi Dokter PSPD Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Padjadjaran FK Unpad dalamberkarier di layanan kesehatan primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatifdengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan diskusikelompok terarah. Informan adalah Mahasiswa PSPD FK Unpad periode Februari 2016-Juli 2017 yang telah melewati stase/rotasi klinik Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat maupun IlmuKedokteran Keluarga. Untuk meningkatkan validitas data dilakukan triangulasi sumber,metode, data, dan analisis. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan thematic analysis.
Hasilpenelitian yang didapatkan melalui 13 wawancara mendalam dan 1 diskusi kelompok terarah menunjukkan bahwa motivasi yang hanya ditemukan pada Mahasiswa PSPD FK Unpad yangtertarik dalam berkarier di layanan kesehatan primer adalah berkaitan dengan beban kerja danwaktu kerja intrinsic process motivation ; nilai orientasi sosial, tanggung jawab, dankepedulian goal internalization ; konsep diri supel internal self concept-based motivation ;dan penerimaan masyarakat external self concept-based motivation. Dari hasil ini, FK Unpad diharapkan dapat memberikan motivasi kepada mahasiswa melalui kurikulum danlingkungan akademis yang mendukung tumbuhnya minat untuk berkarier di layanankesehatan primer. FK Unpad perlu memperkuat proses pendidikan yang memastikan konsepnilai dapat tumbuh dan berkembang. Proses pendidikan juga wajib memperhatikan role modelyang berinteraksi sebagai lingkungan terdekat mahasiswa selama pendidikan berlangsung. FKUnpad bersama Ikatan Alumni dan Organisasi Kemahasiswaan juga perlu menyusun programpengenalan profesi kepada mahasiswa sejak Program Studi Sarjana Kedokteran PSSK secara berkala, efektif, dan menarik.

The availability of high quality primary healthcare service is an important factor to improvethe National Health Insurance program in Indonesia. Decreasing interest of medical studentsto work in primary healthcare service would give an impact to the continuity of healthcaresystem. The aim of this study was to explore the motivation and willingness to work inprimary healthcare service among interns in Faculty of Medicine Padjadjaran University. Aqualitative approach with in depth interview and focused group discussion was used in thisstudy. The participants were interns that already finished their rotation in Public Health andFamily Medicine course during February 2016 July 2017. Data validity is examined bytriangulation of informant, method, data, and analysis. Data were analyzed by thematicanalysis. Thirteen individual in depth interview and one focused group discussion sessionswere conducted.
The results showed that participants motivation was related to workload andworking time intrinsic process motivation social orientation value, responsibility, andconcern goal internalization sociable self concept internal self concept based motivation and community acceptance external self concept based motivation. Based on these results, itis important to promote medical students motivation to work in primary healthcare servicethrough regular curriculum and academic environment. The medical faculty should promotegrowth and developmental value in learning process with good role model as the closestlearning experience for students. Together with association of alumni and studentsorganization, Faculty of Medicine Padjadjaran University also need to introduce the careeroptions early in effective ways and a regular period.
