"This book explains the philosophy of the polar encoding and decoding technique. Polar codes are one of the most recently discovered capacity-achieving channel codes. What sets them apart from other channel codes is the fact that polar codes are designed mathematically and their performance is mathematically proven.
The book develops related fundamental concepts from information theory, such as entropy, mutual information, and channel capacity. It then explains the successive cancellation decoding logic and provides the necessary formulas, moving on to demonstrate the successive cancellation decoding operation with a tree structure. It also demonstrates the calculation of split channel capacities when polar codes are employed for binary erasure channels, and explains the mathematical formulation of successive cancellation decoding for polar codes. In closing, the book presents and proves the channel polarization theorem, before mathematically analyzing the performance of polar codes."

"ABSTRACT
The paper presents a hybrid MPI+ OpenMP (Message Passing Interface/Open
Multi-Processor) algorithm used for parallel programs based on the high-order compact method.
The main tools used to implement parallelism in computations are OpenMP and MPI which
differ in terms of memory on which they are based. OpenMP works on shared-memory and
the MPI on distributed-memory whereas the hybrid model is based on a combination of
those methods. The tests performed and described in this paper present significant advantages
provided by a combination of the MPI/OpenMP approach. The test computations needed for
verifying possibilities of MPI, Open-MP and Hybrid of both tools were carried out using an
academic high-order SAILOR solver. The obtained results seem to be very promising to accelerate
simulations of fluid flows as well as for application using high order methods"

"Perdagangan efek berdasarkan informasi orang dalam merupakan kejahatan pasar modal yang apabila tidak diatasi dengan benar, dapat membahayakan kesehatan pasar modal, dan juga dapat menghilangkan kepercayaan investor maupun masyarakat umum terhadap pasar modal itu sendiri. Namun pada nyatanya, penegakan hukum pada perdagangan efek berdasarkan informasi orang dalam di Indonesia masih lemah dikarenakan Indonesia masih menerapkan person connected approach dalam peraturan mengenai perdagangan efek berdasarkan informasi orang dalam di pasar modal. Person-connected approach sendiri merupakan pendekatan yang berfokus pada hubungan antara pelaku perdagangan efek berdasarkan informasi material dengan perusahaan maupun pemilik informasi material non-publik, sehingga secara umum sulit untuk memperluas person-connected approach ke orang-orang yang tidak ada di perusahaan, dan dikarenakan hal tersebut, penting untuk menerapkan information-connected approach pada peraturan mengenai perdagangan efek berdasarkan informasi orang dalam. Skripsi ini membahas pentingnya penerapan information-connected approach pada kasus perdagangan efek berdasarkan informasi orang dalam di Pasar Modal Indonesia yang dapat memperkuat penegakan hukum mengenai perdagangan efek berdasarkan informasi orang dalam di pasar modal Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan terdapat kelemahan pengaturan perundang-undangan terkait perdagangan efek berdasarkan informasi orang dalam di pasar modal Indonesia, yaitu pada Pasal 97 ayat (2), dikarenakan pada pasal tersebut disebutkan bahwa yang termasuk kepada kategori penerima informasi adalah para pihak yang “berupaya” untuk mendapatkan informasi orang dalam tersebut, baik secara melawan hukum atau tidak. Penulis menggunakan metode perbandingan hukum, yaitu metode penelitian dimana hukum-hukum dan lembaga-lembaga hukum dari tiga negara dibandingkan, dengan mengacu pada penegakan hukum perdagangan efek berdasarkan informasi orang dalam yang ada pada Singapura dan Australia sebagai perbandingan.

Trading securities based on insider information is a capital market crime which, if not handled properly, can endanger the health of the capital market, and can also reduce the confidence of investors and the general public in the capital market itself. But in fact, law enforcement on trading securities based on insider information in Indonesia is still weak because Indonesia still applies the person connected approach in regulations regarding trading securities based on insider information in the capital market. The person-connected approach itself is an approach that focuses on the relationship between securities traders based on material information with companies and owners of material non-public information, so that in general it is difficult to extend the person-connected approach to people who are not in the company, and because In this regard, it is important to apply an information-connected approach to regulations regarding trading securities based on insider information. This thesis discusses the importance of implementing an information-connected approach in cases of trading securities based on insider information in the Indonesian Capital Market which can strengthen law enforcement regarding trading securities based on insider information in the Indonesian capital market. This is due to weaknesses in the laws and regulations related to trading securities based on insider information in the Indonesian capital market, namely in Article 97 paragraph (2), because in that article it is stated that those who are included in the category of recipients of information are parties who "try" to obtain information. insider information, whether unlawfully or not. The author uses the comparative law method, which is a research method in which the laws and legal institutions of the three countries are compared, with reference to insider information trading securities law enforcement in Singapore and Australia as a comparison."

"Tata kelola teknologi informasi merupakan perwujudan dari struktur dan peran, proses, serta mekanisme hubungan yang menjamin teknologi informasi selaras dengan organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Untuk itu, diperlukan tata kelola teknologi informasi yang baik untuk dapat mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi Bank ABC setelah melakukan merger. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi tata kelola teknologi informasi Bank ABC berdasarkan kerangka COBIT 5. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait terutama di tingkat eksekutif perusahaan. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang menekankan pada sumber data dan fakta yang diperoleh dari pihak terkait dilapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari evaluasi tata kelola teknologi informasi yang dijalankan Bank ABC, masih berada pada level 1: performed process, yaitu proses yang diimplementasikan mencapai tujuan proses. Karena nilai hasil pengukuran tersebut belum mencapai Fully Achieved, maka untuk pengukuran ke level selanjutnya belum dapat dilaksanakan.

IT governance is the embodiment of the structure and roles, processes, and relationship mechanisms that ensure that information technology is aligned with the organization to achieve organizational goals. For this reason, good information technology governance is needed to support the achievement of Bank ABC's vision and mission after the merger. This study evaluates Bank ABC's IT governance based on the COBIT 5 framework. Data collection methods in this study used questionnaires and interviews with related parties, especially at the company executive level. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative which emphasizes the data sources and facts obtained from related parties in the field. The result obtained from the evaluation of IT governance carried out by Bank ABC, is still at level 1: performed process, namely the process implemented to achieve the process objectives. Because the value of the measurement results has not yet reached Fully Achieved, then the measurement to the next level cannot be carried out.

"Balai Besar Pengujian Perangkat Telekomunikasi (BBPPT) sebagai salah satu institusi pemerintah memiliki tugas untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat terkait pengujian perangkat TIK. Hasil survei layanan publik Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika (SDPPI) 2022, menunjukan layanan konsultasi dari pengguna layanan di BBPPT dinilai masih dibawah ekspektasi masyarakat. Akar dari permasalahan tersebut adalah penyebaran pengetahuan yang tidak merata di BBPPT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat rancangan knowledge management system (KMS), untuk menjadi acuan bagi BBPPT dalam membangun sistem informasi knowledge management system, yang akan membantu proses manajemen pengetahuan di lingkungan BBPPT agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan sesuai harapan BBPPT. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori analisis faktor kontingensi KMS Fernandez untuk menentukan solusi manajemen pengetahuan serta metodologi prototyping dalam analisis dan rancangan sistem. Penelitian ini adalah mixed method research dengan penelitian secara kualitatif melalui wawancara dan FGD serta secara kuantitatif dilakukan dengan melakukan survei. Hasil dari rancangan dengan metode Fernandez menghasilkan beberapa proses KM diantaranya socialization, combination, direction, dan routine. Hasil dari rancangan diwujudkan dalam bentuk pemodelan dengan diagram UML dan prototyping. Evaluasi dari rancangan dilakukan dengan metode SUS. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi rencana implementasi dari rancangan sistem KMS untuk BBPPT.

Balai Besar Pengujian Perangkat Telekomunikasi (BBPPT) as one of the government institutions has the task of providing services to the public regarding the testing of ICT devices. Based on the results of a public service survey of the Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika (SDPPI) 2022, consulting services from service users at BBPPT are still below public expectations. The root of the problem is the uneven distribution of distribution in BBPPT. The purpose of this research is to design a knowledge management system (KMS) model, to be a reference for BBPPT in developing a knowledge management system, which will assist the knowledge management process in the BBPPT environment to improve service quality as expected by BBPPT. This study uses the KMS Fernandez contingency factor analysis theory to determine knowledge management solutions also using prototyping for system analysis and design. This research is a mixed method research with qualitative research through interviews and FGDs and quantitatively conducted by conducting surveys. The results of the design using the Fernandez method produce several KM processes including socialization, combination, direction, and routine. The results of the design are realized in the form of modeling with UML diagrams and prototyping. Evaluation of the design was carried out using the SUS method. This study also provides recommendations for the implementation plan of the KMS system design for BBPPT."

"ABSTRAK
E-budgeting merupakan sistem informasi penyusunan penganggaran yang dikembangkan oleh Biro PAKLN Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat PUPR yang dibuat untuk mematuhi Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang keterbukaan informasi publik. e-budgeting saat ini sudah digunakan pada seluruh satuan kerja di lingkungan pusat Kementerian PUPR, tetapi belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap penerimaan e-budgeting apakah sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dalam melakukan penyusunan anggaran dan penelitian serta review RKA-K/L. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi niat pengguna untuk menggunakan e-budgeting di Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat PUPR . Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan kerangka kerja Technology Acceptance Model dengan Task-Technology Fit dan IS Success Model Delone Mclean sebagai variabel eksternalnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring kepada pengguna e-budgeting di lingkungan pusat Kementerian PUPR. Metode pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square PLS-SEM dan smartPLS. Terdapat 9 variabel yang diuji dengan melibatkan 221 responden yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah karakteristik tugas dan karakteristik teknologi memengaruhi kesesuaian tugas dan teknologi, kesesuaian tugas dan teknologi memengaruhi persepsi manfaat penggunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan, kemudian persepsi manfaat penggunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan memengaruhi niat pengguna untuk menggunakan e-budgeting.

ABSTRACT
E-budgeting is a budgeting information system developed by the Bureau of Budget Planning and Foreign Cooperation of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing which was created to fulfill the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2008 about public information disclosure. Nowadays organizational unit in central environment of Ministry Public Works and Housing is using e-budgeting, unfortunately e-budgeting utilization for fulfill users need hasn rsquo;t been evaluated . The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence users intention to use e-budgeting at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. This study combine Technology Acceptance Model with Task-Technology Fit and IS Success Model Delone Mclean as external variables. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaire to e-budgeting users. Partial Least Square PLS-SEM and smartPLS is used to process data. There are 9 variables used with 221 respondents who meet the study criteria. The results of this study are task characterstic and technology characteristic influence task technology fit, task technology fit influences perceived of usefulness and perceived ease of use, then perceived of usefulness and perceived ease of use influence users intention to use e-budgeting."

"The present
study investigated the mechanical properties and microstructure of ultrafine
grained (UFG) brass processed by four passes of equal channel angular pressing
(ECAP) and annealed at elevated temperatures. The mechanical properties of all
samples were assessed using tensile and micro-hardness tests. Microstructure
analysis was performed using optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron
microscopy (SEM). Ultimate tensile strengths (UTS) and yield strengths (YS) of
878 and 804 MPa, respectively, ductility of 15%, and hardness of 248 HV were
obtained for samples processed by four passes of ECAP with equivalent true
strain of 4.20. Annealing at 300°C caused UTS and YS to decrease significantly,
to 510 and 408 MPa, respectively, ductility to increase to 28%, and hardness to
decrease to 165 HV. Fractography analysis of un-annealed samples after four
ECAP passes showed small brittle fractures with shallow dimpling. Ductile
failures were found on annealed samples. After four ECAP passes, the
microstructure of un-annealed samples was UFG and dominated by lamellar grain
with shear band. In contrast, after annealing, the microstructure changed due
to recrystallization, showing nucleation and grain growth."

"This paper describes the
case study of Semanggi intersection in Jakarta, a dynamic model of emission
reduction in the land transportation sector. The urban transportation system is
a complex system with multiple variables, feedback loops, and is influenced by
social, economic and environmental factors. The proposed model consists of two
submodels: Vehicle Fleet and Emission Calculation. The model runs in
Powersim Studio software using data from the Indonesia Japan Economic
Partnership Agreement, and the Traffic
Management Centre of the Indonesian National Police. The test was conducted by developing two scenarios:
Business As Usual and Intention. The estimated results to be
obtained using the first scenario in 2021 should be 1,113,398 units, while the
second scenario is estimated to produce 850,733 units. We hypothesize that the
Intentional Approach will have a more significant impact than the Technical
Approach, which requires more investment. The Intentional Approach is designed to improve the intention of
private car users to switch to public transportation. The Technical Approach to the emission measurement of every
vehicle in a certain area is the data of vehicle emission which are usually
taken to determine the current condition. This research will no doubt
have a positive impact on emission reduction in Jakarta."

"The main objective of this paper is to review and examine the effects of the selected collision parameter values on the characteristics of collision energy in several ship collision scenarios. The benchmarking particulars were taken from the ship-to-ship collision case on Sunda Strait in 2014, while the collision process was modeled with non-linear simulations using the finite element (FE) method to determine the predicted damage and internal energy in the collision process. In the first phase, the verified model for the numerical simulation was built based on the benchmarks and other previous findings by researchers. The study of parameters during the collision process was performed in a later stage. The location of the target point in the vertical axis and the effect of the collision angle were the primary main focuses. The characteristics of damage and energy tendencies will be presented. One remarkable findings was that the structure of the car deck showed a better resistance and was more difficult to destroy than the other proposed locations. The angle position between the two objects during the impact process significantly contributed to the damage pattern on the side hull. The final results also indicated that the cross-section of the target point?s location influenced the observed parameters."

"FinFET (Fin Field-Effect
Transistor) technology has recently seen a major increase in adoption
for use in integrated circuits because of its high immunity to short channel
effects and its further ability to scale
down. Previously, a major research contribution was made to reduce the leakage current in the
conventional bulk devices. So many different alternatives like bulk isolation and oxide isolation are all having some pros and
cons. Here in this paper, we present a novel pile gate FinFET structure to
reduce the leakage current, as compared with Bulk FinFET without using any pstop implant or
isolation oxide as in the
Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI). The major advantage of this type of
structure is that there is no need of high substrate doping, a 100% reduction in the
random dopant fluctuation (RDF) and an increase in the ION/IOFF
value. It can be very useful to improve the drain-induced barrier lowering (DIBL) at smaller
technological nodes. All the work is supported by 3D TCAD simulations, using Cogenda TCAD."
