"The objective of this paper is to redesign the Indonesian pension fund's business model and management system, and develop new strategies to balance profits, affordability, and sustainability. The authors consider the Malaysian pension system and adapt the INTERDAP application used by PT. Angkasa Pura II. Through this qualitative case study, we apply the foundations of the Triangle Syariah Justice Ecosystem (TSJE) to digitize the pension system and support green investment in the long run by modeling the business strategy, facilitating the business model and supplier relationship management, and creating mutually beneficial management among stakeholders. The study found that Malaysia's pension system has an investment purpose, while that of Indonesia only provides pension loans based on previously agreed cumulative contributions. Malaysia encourages people across the country to save on severance funds, and the pension system is still managed conventionally. Malaysia requires a pension contribution of 23 percent of the employee's base salary, while Indonesia requires a meagre 3 percent. This affects the contribution of pension funds to Gross Domestic Product (GDP), with Malaysia's pension fund accounting for 60 percent of GDP but Indonesia’s accounting for only 6 percent. The authors also consider that to become a developed country, pension funds need to reach 60 percent of GDP by 2045, because 42 percent of the total supply of funds in the infrastructure sector originates from pension funds. The practical implications of this study are on access to information, security, and transparency in the management of pension funds through a digital system supervised by the Syariah Regulator, alongside the Indonesian government's efforts to realize support for the green economy."

"Telkom sebagai leader company masih memiliki daya bisnis yang masih rendah dibuktikan dengan solusi IoT belum masuk kepada segmen enterprise dan revenue masih jauh dari target. Hal itu terjadi karena strategi bisnis dan keselarasan bisnisnya tidak berjalan dengan baik. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, perlu melakukan evaluasi untuk menilai bisnis model maupun strategi bisnis yang berjalan untuk menciptakan suatu inovasi perusahaan yang lebih baik dengan revenue yang lebih baik juga. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara model bisnis dan strategi bisnis yang masing-masing memiliki empat dimensi dan lima dimensi, dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi kanonik. Sedangakan untuk mengukur evaluasi factor perusahaan dapat menggunakan metode analisis factor yang dapat dijadikan sebagai factor pembentuk metode SWOT untuk memberikan rekomendasi strategi terbaik terhadap perusahaan. Maka didapatkan hasil dimensi yang paling dominan dalam membangun bisnis dan strategi bisnis perusahaan adalah X13, X24, X41, Y12, Y21,Y22,Y33,Y43,Y52. Kemudian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang postif dan signifikan antara model bisnis dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan dengan hasil akhir dari analisis matriks SWOT perusahaan PT Telkom berada pada kuadran 1 dimana dapat memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada.
Telkom as the company's leader still has low business power as evidenced by IoT solutions that have not yet entered the enterprise segment and revenue is still far from the target. This happened because the business strategy and business alignment did not work well. With these problems, it is necessary to evaluate to assess the business model and business strategy that is running to create a better company innovation with better revenue as well. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between business models and business strategies, each of which has four dimensions and five dimensions, can be analyzed using canonical correlation analysis. Meanwhile, to measure the evaluation of the company's factor, it can use the factor analysis method which can be used as a factor to form the SWOT method to provide recommendations for the best strategy for the company. So the results of the most dominant dimensions in building a business and company's business strategy are X13, X24, X41, Y12, Y21, Y22, Y33, Y43, Y52. Then it shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the business model and the company's business strategy with the final result of the SWOT matrix analysis of PT Telkom's company is in quadrant 1 which can take advantage of existing strengths and opportunities."

"Tesis ini mengevaluasi strategi bisnis dan sistem pengendalian di SBU Industri Pertambangan dan Energi PT Surveyor Indonesia dengan menggunakan analisis lingkungan industri, analisis SWOT, analisis IFAS dan EFAS, teori sistem pengendalian Simons dan sistem pengendalian Merchant. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ancaman terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan tinggi. Hasil analisis SWOT terangkum dalam matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Matriks tersebut menunjukkan saat ini perusahaan berada pada kuadran V matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Strategi yang sesuai bagi SBU IPE adalah hold and maintain strategy. Perusahaan telah memiliki sistem pengendalian seperti yang dijabarkan dalam teori Simons dan Merchant, tetapi diperlukan konsistensi dalam penerapan sistem pengendalian
The focus of this study is to evaluate business strategy and control system in SBU Energy and Mining Industry PT Surveyor Indonesia using industry environment analysis, SWOT analysis, IFAS and EFAS analysis, control system model Simons and Merchant. This research is qualitative. This research suggests that threats to the company profitability is high. The result of SWOT analysis summarized in IFAS and EFAS matrix. The matrix shows that the company currently is in quadrant V IFAS and EFAS matrix. Appropriate strategy for the SBU Energy and Mining Industry is hold and maintain strategy. The company has a control system as described in Simons and Merchant theory, however it is needed consistency in the application of control systems."

"Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia memiliki salah satu kontribusi terbesar terhadap kekuatan ekonomi negara, dimana 99 persen dari total pelaku usaha berasal dari kuadran ini dan jumlah daya serap tenaga kerja hampir mencapai 120 juta tenaga kerja. Jumlah kian terus bertambah, dengan bantuan pemanfaatan terobosan digital yang disebut media sosial. Terlepas dari momentum positif ini, banyak usaha kecil menengah berjuang untuk tumbuh karena mereka masih kekurangan pengetahuan tentang pemasaran digital untuk mempromosikan produk mereka secara efisien dan literasi keuangan terbatas yang menghabambat dalam membuat laporan keuangan mereka, sehingga hal ini membatasi pertumbuhan mereka. Penelitian kualitatif ini mengamati, mengkaji dan menganalisis salah satu usaha mikro yang bergerak di bidang detailing mobil, di mana kami mengidentifikasi masalah inti dari bisnis ini dan memberikan strategi spesifik yang komprehensif untuk memoles sisi pemasaran digital yang masih kurang dimanfaatkan dan sisi keuangan guna meningkatkan kemungkinan untuk berhasil dalam pengejaran mereka dalam memperluas bisnis. Kami menggunakan analisis internal dan eksternal seperti analisis SWOT, business model canvas (BMC), marketing mix dan porter’s five competitive forces.
Small medium enterprise businesses in Indonesia have one of the biggest contributions for its economic buoyancy, where 99 percent of the total business players are coming from this quadrant and the amount of working force absorption capacity is almost reaching 120 million workers. This amount keeps growing as well, with the help from unprecedented utilization of digital breakthroughs called social media. Despite this positive momentum, many small medium enterprise businesses struggled to grow due the fact they still lack the knowledge of digital marketing to promote their product efficiently and financial literacy for their financial report, which limits their growth This qualitative research observes, examines and analyzes one of the small medium enterprises that specialized in car detailing, where we identified the core problems of this business and provide the specific comprehensive strategy to polish the digital marketing side, which is still underutilized and financial side to enhance the possibilities to succeed in their pursuit to expand the business. We use internal and external analysis such as SWOT analysis, business model canvas, marketing mix and porter’s five competitive forces."

Penulis mengharapkan dari tesis ini penulis dapat melakukan penilaian objektif terhadap pencapaian hingga saat ini, mendapatkan banyak informasi yang baik tentang perencanaan bisnis dan teori seputar daya saing, melakukan penilaian terhadap portfolio dan sumber daya manusia beserta kapabilitasnya, dan memikirkan strategi yang tepat untuk bisnis ini beberapa tahun berikutnya.

This thesis discusses a business plan in developing a system integrator division in the information technology companies engaged in enterprise business solutions. The author expect from this research, author can conduct an objective assessment of achievements to date, get a lot of good information about business planning and theory surrounding competitiveness, make an assessment of the portfolio and human resources and its capabilities, and consider the appropriate strategy for this business some next year.The conclusion of this business plan turned out that their journey is so far was on the right path, but management still needs improvement. Running a business strategy with more focus portfolios election and its supporting tools, improvement and development of human resources, and plan for a gradual growth in harmony with the ability to sell and market absorption, becomes key to continuously grow and have a competitive advantage to remain a leading player in this IT field."

"Tren sistem registrasi rekening online semakin meningkat terutama saat pandemi Covid-19 pada bank konvensional/syariah. Perkembangan tersebut menandakan semakin tinggi intensi adopsi sistem registrasi rekening online sehingga perlu diketahui faktor-faktor yang dapat berpengaruh. Teori yang digunakan adalah Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM). Push factor terdiri dari perceived severity (PS), perceived vulnerability (PV), serta perceived inefficiency (PI). Pull factor terdiri dari perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU), serta perceived privacy and security (PPS). Mooring factor terdiri dari institution-based trust (IBT), perceived innovativeness (PIO), serta social influence (SI). Usia dan tingkat pendidikan diteliti sebagai faktor moderasi. Pendekatan menggunakan explanatory sequential mixed methods dengan kuantitatif covariance-based structural equation modelling (CB-SEM) yang dilanjutkan kualitatif. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner daring 404 responden valid dan wawancara 9 responden. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa faktor PS dan PV mendorong adopsi, faktor PEOU dan PU menarik adopsi, serta semua mooring factor berpengaruh terhadap adopsi. Namun, PI dan PPS tidak memengaruhi adopsi. Usia terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara PV, PU, PPS, dan IBT dengan adopsi, sedangkan tingkat pendidikan dapat moderasi antara PV, PEOU, dan SI dengan adopsi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya penelitian terdahulu dan bank sebagai penyedia sistem registrasi rekening online dapat mengatur strategi bisnis yang tepat.
The trend of online account registration at conventional/sharia banks is increasing yearly, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. It indicates the intention to adopt an online account registration system is increasing, so it’s necessary to know the factors that influence it. This research uses Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM) theory. Push factors are perceived severity (PS), perceived vulnerability (PV), perceived inefficiency (PI). Pull factors are perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU), perceived privacy and security (PPS). Mooring factors are institution-based trust (IBT), perceived innovativeness (PIO), social influence (SI). Age and education level were investigated as moderating factors. This research was conducted using an explanatory sequential mixed methods approach with Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) for quantitative and followed by qualitative. The results of online questionnaires were 404 valid respondents and interviews with 9 respondents. The analysis result is prove that PS and PV push the adoption, PEOU and PU pull the adoption, and all mooring factors affect the adoption. However, PI and PPS do not affect the adoption. Age is proven to moderate the relationship between PV, PU, PPS, and IBT with the adoption, while education level moderate between PV, PEOU, and SI with the adoption. This research is expected to enrich previous research and help banks to organize the proper business strategy."

Oleh karena itu, untuk dapat bersaing, PT. Indointernet memerlukan layanan tambahan yang dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pendapatannya. Salah satu layanan tambahan tersebut adalah SecureNET yang menyediakan layanan keamanan akses internet ke pelanggan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan strategi bisnis layanan SecureNET. SecureNET diimplementasikan sebagai value added service layanan akses internet dibidang keamanan internet. Layanan tersebut ditujukan untuk meminimalisir ancaman-ancaman dari internet yang semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan konsep Porter?s 5 Forces untuk analisa tingkat kompetitif dan perencanaan strategi Balanced Scorecard (BSC), yang diawali dengan identifikasi SWOT pada masing-masing perspektif BSC. Hasil identifikasi tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam analisa penentuan arah strategi untuk mencapai tujuan dan target layanan.
High level of competition in internet service provider followed by decreasing trends of internet access cost, have become factors that caused PT. Indointernet revenue decrease. In order to stay competitive, PT. Indointernet require additional services that can contributes to its revenue. One of those value added services is SecureNET that provides internet security service to customers. This research discussed SecureNET business strategic planning. SecureNET implemented as a value added service for internet access service in the field of internet security. Purpose of this service is to minimize the increasing internet threats. This research conducted using Porter?s 5 Forces and Balance Scorecard (BSC) strategic planning concept, that began with SWOT identification in each BSC perspectives. The result of this phase will become the foundation in strategy direction analysis to fulfill the service?s goals and targets."

"Perusahaan tech startup mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan dalam era digital, sehingga dibutuhkan strategi, modal, dan model bisnis yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi faktor penentu kesuksesan IPO dari perusahaan tech startup melalui metode PLS-SEM. Metode PLS-SEM bertujuan memprediksi korelasi dan keterkaitan antar variabel, melalui tahap validasi expert, kemudian pilot testing dari 131 responden, dan kuesioner akhir terhadap 300 orang. Hasil PLS-SEM didapatkan bahwa kesuksesan IPO berkaitan dengan variable Others (0.257), Financial (0.255), Technical (0.198), Social (0.168), dan Political (0.144) dengan koefisien prediktif Project Feasibility (0.98). Penelitian menghasilkan rekomendasi standarisasi kerja yang baik, strategi bisnis yang terstruktur, dan inovasi Business Model Canvas (BMC) perusahaan untuk berhasil melaksanakan IPO dan menarik bagi investor.
Tech startup companies are experiencing significant developments in the digital era, so they need a competitive strategy, capital, and innovative business model. This focus to provide strategic recommendation for IPO success of tech startup companies through the Partial Least Square of SEM method with the initial hypothesis from the research model that IPO project success can be achieved through Technical, Financial, Social, Political, and Others variable that represent the company image, prospectus and business performance. The PLS-SEM method aims to predict correlations and interrelationships between variables, through the expert validation stage, then pilot testing of 131 respondents, and a final questionnaire of 300 people. The results of the PLS-SEM show that the success of the IPO is related to the variables Others (0.257), Financial (0.255), Technical (0.198), Social (0.168), and Political (0.144) with a predictive coefficient of Project Feasibility (0.98) which means the initial hypothesis was accepted and proven by statistical parameters. The research resulted in recommendations for good standardization of work, structured business strategies, and innovation of the company's Business Model Canvas (BMC) to successfully carry out an IPO and attract investors."
