"Saat ini teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah menjadi bagian yang tidak dapat terpisahkan dalam organisasi bisnis. Walaupun demikian, dampak TIK terhadap produktivitas perusahaan di negara-negara berkembang masih menghadirkan ketimpangan produktivitas yang dikenal dengan istilah paradoks produktivitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memperoleh kejelasan mengenai hubungan antara penerapan TIK dengan produktivitas perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia. Variabel inovasi dan modal sosial dipilih sebagai variabel mediasi untuk menjelaskan dugaan paradoks produktivitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah model persamaan struktural (SEM) berbasis varian atau komponen yaitu PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa berdasarkan uji F variabel penerapan TIK, inovasi dan modal sosial secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas perusahaan dengan persentase keberpengaruhan (R Square) sebesar 49%. Berdasarkan uji-t, secara parsial inovasi dan modal sosial masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas perusahaan, sedangkan penerapan TIK tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas perusahaan. Berdasarkan uji Sobel diperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan TIK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas perusahaan secara tidak langsung melalui inovasi dan modal sosial.

Currently, information and communication technologies have become inseparable part of the business organization. Nevertheless, the impact of ICT on firm productivity in developing countries is still present productivity inequality known as the productivity paradox. This research was conducted in order to obtain clarity on the relationship between the ICT adoptions to productivity firms in Indonesia. Innovation and social capital variables selected as a mediating variable to explain the alleged paradox of productivity. The analysis technique used in this research was structural equation model (SEM) based on a variant or a component of the PLS (Partial Least Square). Results of this study found that the test based on the F variable application of ICTs, innovation and social capital simultaneously have significant effect on the productivity of thecompany by the percentage of the effect (R Square) by 49%. Based on t-test, each innovation and social capital partially have significant effect on the productivity of the company, while the ICT application had no effect on the productivity of the company. Based on Sobel test result, the ICT adoption impacts on productivity of the firms indirectly through innovation and social capital."

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan dilakukan melalui survei terhadap karyawan PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan organisasi pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap cost leadership, differentiation dan focus strategy. This thesis describes the influence analysis of organizational culture and learning organization to business strategies and its perception to the corporate performance in the context of PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. This research is a quantitative study and conducted through a survey of employees of PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. The results showed that organizational culture and learning organization have positive significant effect on cost leadership, differentiation and focus strategies. Further found that the cost leadership strategy does not have positive effect on company performance, while differentiation and focus strategies have positive and significant effect on the performance of the company."

"Saat ini banyak perusahaan yang sangat bergantung pada teknologi informasi (TI) dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya. TI menjadi semakin penting lagi bagi perusahaan multinasional untuk dapat berkoordinasi dengan baik. Chevron merupakan salah satu perusahaan multinasional yang memiliki unit bisnis di Indonesia dengan nama perusahaan Chevron Indonesia Company (CICO). Skripsi ini akan membahas hasil mapping atas tujuan bisnis dengan tujuan TI perusahaan serta membahas tata kelola TI CICO menggunakan 2 domain pada CobiT 4.1, yaitu domain plan and organize dan acquire and implement. Terdapat penilaian atas tata kelola TI menggunakan maturity level dalam kerangka CobiT. Hasil penilaian dari kedua domain tersebut, tata kelola TI pada CICO memperoleh level 4,38 (Managed and Measurable). Tingkat kematangan TI CICO pada kedua domain tersebut sudah baik. Meskipun begitu masih terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi agar TI dapat mendukung kegiatan operasional CICO dengan sempurna.

Nowadays, there are many companies that rely heavily on information technology (IT) in operating their activities. IT becomes more important for multinational companies to enable good coordination. Chevron is one of multinational company that has a business unit in Indonesia with the name of Chevron Indonesia Company (CICO). This paper presents the result of mapping business goals to IT goals and the result of analyzing CICO?s IT governance using 2 domains on CobiT 4.1, which are plan and organize with acquire and implement. There is an assessment of IT governance maturity level using CobiT framework. The result shows that CICO?s IT governance in domain PO and AI gain level 4,38 (Managed and Measurable). This level is good. However, there are still some things that need to be enhanced in CICO?s IT to support CICO?s activities perfectly."

PT Isra menghasilkan produk berupa cetakan dies dan komponennya precision parts yang digunakan untuk mencetak atau memproduksi suku cadang kendaraan bermotor. Saat ini, PT Isra merupakan UMKM Pra Mandiri YDBA dan target PT Isra adalah menjadi UMKM Mandiri serta memperluas bisnis dengan produk stamping mass production. PT Isra berkembang dengan cepat sehingga perlu dipersiapkan untuk kebutuhan bisnis di masa mendatang. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah pembuatan struktur organisasi dan uraian kerja baru yang sesuai dengan kondisi bisnis PT Isra pada sepuluh tahun mendatang untuk menjawab tantangan perkembangan bisnis pada masa itu. This Small and Medium Enterprise SME is a manufacture company specifically in automotive industry and is one of Yayasan Darma Bakti Astra YDBA member. PT Isra produces dies and precision parts used to make vehicles spare parts. As a pre independent SME category, PT Isra wants to enlarge their business into stamping mass production product. This SME rsquo s growth is tremendous that they have to prepare for the future business requirements. The recommendation for the preparation is to make a new organization structure and job descriptions which are conform to the business condition ten years from now in order to overcome the challenge from the business development at that time. The adjustment of the new organization structure and job descriptions with PT Isra rsquo s future business condition can be the foundation to make other human resources policies such as the making of a good career path to improve the workers rsquo performance and retention."

This thesis is to show that symbolic interactionism explains about resistance and accommodation by actors in social interaction focusing on symbols. Its methodology is focused on social action by actors and on groups and passes back and forth between two as unit of analysis within their social setting. Actor behavior including their reflection of organization is a positioning of actors as the product of interpretation by each of them about themselves and symbols within their social settings. By focusing on actor symbolic action in its interplay with social settings, which includes past and present, this thesis shows that resistance and accommodation is reflected variedly from one actor to another, and from one group and social organization to another. The case presented is that of librarians and library staff in Nagari Library. The librarians and library staff is variedly resistant but remain accommodative live side by side. In my opinion program of development is not merely well-planned process to be a set of activities applied generally to everyone. Development requires necessarily a synergy between program and project."

"Teknologi mengubah perilaku masyarakat dunia hari ini. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan relasi positif antar laten variabel brand orientation, brand knowledge, brand involvement dan brand commitment terhadap brand equity suatu organisasi, dengan kebaharuan variabel di moderasi organization change readiness untuk perusahaan business to business (B2B), khususnya Internet Service Provider (ISP) di negara berkembang. Survei online mengikuti metode purposive sampling kepada 68 responden perusahaan dan dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya relasi brand commitment terhadap internal brand equity dengan moderasi organization change readiness namun tidak terbukti adanya hubungan langsung dari internal brand equity dan brand equity.

Technology changes people behavior in today society globally. Reseach objective is to explain positive relationship between latent variables of brand orientation, brand knowledge, brand involvement, brand commitment to brand equity in organization, by novelty in moderation organization change readiness at business to business (B2B), especially to internet service provider (ISP) in developing country. Online survey uses purposive sampling at 68 company respondents and analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). Result shows relationship between brand orientation, brand commitment to internal brand equity with moderation organization change readiness, however there is no proof established relationship between internal brand equity and brand equity."
