"Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara tingginya tingkat stres kerja yang dialami pekerja white-collar kalangan Generasi Z dan Milenial dengan tingkat pembelian produk pakaian yang tinggi pada kedua generasi. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk membahas mengenai apakah terapi ritel melalui konsumsi balas dendam pada produk pakaian merupakan mekanisme penanggulangan yang digunakan untuk mengatasi emosi negatif akibat stres kerja dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis pekerja white-collar dari Generasi Z dan Milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain konklusif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei online terhadap 240 responden, dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa emosi negatif akibat stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi konsumsi untuk memperbaiki suasana hati dan mendapatkan pengakuan sosial. Motivasi ini mendorong perilaku konsumsi mencolok dan impulsif, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan harga diri dan kesejahteraan pekerja white-collar. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi bisnis ritel khususnya yang menjual produk pakaian, untuk menyesuaikan strategi pemasaran mereka agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan psikologis konsumen, khususnya yang mengalami stres karena pekerjaan.

This study examines the relationship between the high levels of work-related stress experienced by white-collar workers among Generation Z and Millennials and their high levels of clothing product purchases. The main objective is to discuss whether retail therapy through revenge consumption involving clothing products serves as a coping mechanism used to address negative emotions due to work-related stress and can enhance the psychological well-being of Generation Z and Millennials white-collar workers. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive conclusive design; data were collected through an online survey of 240 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that negative emotions due to work-related stress significantly influence the motivation to consume for mood alleviation and social recognition. This motivation drives conspicuous and impulsive consumption behavior, which in turn enhances the self-esteem and well-being of white-collar workers. This study provides important insights for retail businesses, particularly those selling clothing products, to adjust their marketing strategies to meet the psychological needs of consumers, especially those experiencing work-related stress."

"Seiring meningkatnya berbagai permasalahan lingkungan, kesadaran manusia terhadap isu lingkungan semakin meningkat, dan tren untuk menggunakan produk ramah lingkungan juga semakin tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian tumbler sebagai produk ramah lingkungan di kalangan generasi Z dan milenial muslim di daerah perkotaan, serta peran variabel moderasi nilai religiusitas dalam hubungan tersebut. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Theory of Reasoned Action. Penelitian ini melibatkan variabel Green Brand Knowledge, Environmental Concern, Environmental Knowledge, Green Perceived Value, Attitude toward Purchase of Green Products, Subjective Norms, Green Purchase Intention, Green Purchase Behaviour Intrapersonal Religious Values, dan Interpersonal Religious Values. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan mengajukan kuesioner kepada 416 responden di wilayah perkotaan. Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0 untuk menguji hipotesis-hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Attitude toward Purchase of Green Products dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh Green Brand Knowledge, Environmental Concern, dan Green Perceived Value. Environmental Knowledge tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude toward Purchase of Green Products. Attitude toward Purchase of Green Products dan Subjective Norms berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Purchase Intention, Green Purchase Intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Purchase Behavior. Intrapersonal Religious Values dapat memperkuat secara signifikan pengaruh positif dari Subjective Norms terhadap Green Purchase Intention, namun nilai religiusitas lainnya tidak memperkuat hubungan Attitude toward Purchase of Green Products ataupun Subjective Norms terhadap Green Purchase Intention. Temuan dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh produsen produk tumbler maupun pemangku kepentingan lainnya sebagai strategi pemasaran maupun kampanye pro-lingkungan.

Environmental concerns are increasing along with the rising trend of using green products as environmental issues continue to worsen. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing urban Generation Z and Millennial Muslims' purchasing decisions for tumbler as a green products. Furthermore, it explores at how religious values influence these relationships in a moderating way. The Theory of Reasoned Action forms the theoretical basis for this study.  Several variables are included in the study: Green Brand Knowledge, Environmental Concern, Environmental Knowledge, Green Perceived Value, Attitude toward Purchase Green Products, Subjective Norms, Green Purchase Intention, Green Purchase Behaviour, Interpersonal Religious Values, and Intrapersonal Religious Values. Surveys were conducted to gather primary data, with questionnaires distributed to 416 respondents in urban areas. To evaluate the proposed hypotheses, data was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Attitude toward Purchase Green Products is positively and significantly influenced by Green Brand Knowledge, Environmental Concern, and Green Perceived Value, according to research findings. Meanwhile, Attitude toward Purchase Green Products is not significantly influenced by Environmental Knowledge. Both Attitude toward Purchase Green Products and Subjective Norms had positive and significant effects on Green Purchase Intention. Green Purchase Intention had a positive and significant effect on Green Purchase Behaviour. The Intrapersonal Religious Values can significantly strengthen the positive influence of Subjective Norms on Green Purchase Intention, but other religious values neither reinforce the attitude’s relationship nor Subjective Norms on Green Purchase Intention. The findings of this research can be utilized by tumbler product manufacturers and other stakeholders as part of marketing strategies and green campaigns."

"PENDAHULUAN : Stres kerja merupakan hal yang berisiko bagi keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja. Salah satu yang merupakan penyebab stres kerja adalah perundungan di tempat kerja. Pertama kali dijelaskan oleh Leymann pada tahun 1984, perundungan di tempat kerja terus dilaporkan di berbagai negara.Perundungan merupakan suatu media penghubung yang kuat antara stres dengan kesehatan fisik pekerja, pada kerah biru maupun kerah putih. Di Indonesia, belum terdapat prevalensi maupun studi maupun penelitian lebih lanjut terhadap faktor perundungan sebagai faktor signifikan yang menyebabkan stres di tempat kerja.
TUJUAN : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perundungan di tempat kerja terhadap stres kerja pada pekerja kerah putih dan kerah biru di perusahaan, sebagai strategi peningkatan produktivitas dengan optimalisasi manajemen stres pada pekerja.
METODE : Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik potong lintang dengan menggunakan kuesioner perundungan Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R) dan Perceived Stres Scale – 10 (PSS-10) sebagai pengukur tingkat stres pekerja. Tingkat perundungan juga dihubungkan dengan faktor risiko stres lainnya seperti, jenis pekerja (kerah biru dan kerah putih), jenis kelamin, usia, status pernikahan, gaji, komunikasi, dan beban kerja.
HASIL PENELITIAN : Sebanyak 409 pekerja pabrik garmen di Indonesia menjadi responden, dengan rerata tingkat stress 12,3 (±6,17) berdasar skala PSS-10 dan 23,3 (±2,39) angka perundungan menurut NAQ-R. Intimidation bullying merupakan jenis perundungan yang paling sering ditemukan. Perundungan berhubungan kuat dengan tingkat stres, gaji, dan faktor komunikasi pekerja. Persepsi Stress memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kategori komunikasi dan gaji.
KESIMPULAN  Perundungan di tempat kerja memiliki hubungan terhadap stres kerja pada pekerja, baik kelompok pekerja kerah putih dan kerah biru. Komunikasi yang kurang baik dan gaji yang lebih rendah juga memiliki hubungan dengan perundungan di tempat kerja.

INTRODUCTION: Work stress is a risk to worker’s safety and health. One of the causes of work stress is bullying in the workplace. First described by Leymann in 1984, workplace bullying continues to be reported in various countries.Bullying has a strong correlation between stress and the physical health of workers, both "blue collar" and “white collar” workers. In Indonesia, there has been no prevalence or further studies or research on bullying as a significant factor that causes stress in the workplace.
AIM: This research aims to analyze the relationship between workplace bullying and work stress in white-collar and blue-collar workers in companies, as a strategy to increase productivity by optimizing stress management in workers.
METHODS: This research is an analytic cross-sectional study using the Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R) bullying questionnaire and Perceived Stress Scale – 10 (PSS-10) as a measure of workers' stress levels. The level of bullying is compared to other stress risk factors such as type of worker (blue collar and white collar), gender, age, marital status, salary, communication and workload.
RESULTS: A total of 409 garment factory workers in Indonesia were respondents, with an average stress level of 12.3 (±6.17) based on the PSS-10 scale and 23.3 (±2.39) level of bullying according to NAQ-R. Intimidation bullying is the most common type of bullying. Bullying is strongly related to workers' stress levels, wages, and communication factors. Perceived Stress had a significant relationship with communication categories and wages.
CONCLUSION: Bullying in the workplace is related to work stress in workers, both white collar and blue collar workers. Poor communication and lower pay are also linked to workplace bullying.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi penjelasan hasil analisis pengaruh modal psikologis terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja melalui flow experience sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan data primer didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring kepada responden. Sampel yang diambil adalah pekerja kantoran/white-collar workers di wilayah Jakarta dan Depok yang telah bekerja minimal selama satu tahun sehingga pekerja lebih mengetahui kondisi tempat kerjanya dan mampu menjawab pertanyaan kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling, lalu didapatkan responden sebanyak 119 orang. Mengambil banyak teori utama dari psikologi positif terkait variabel yang diambil, didapatkan hasil temuan bahwa terdapat pengaruh modal psikologis terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja dengan flow experience yang memediasi secara parsial. Selain melalui variabel mediasi, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh simultan dan parsial dari modal psikologis dan flow experience terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja. Perlu diperhatikan bahwa penelitian ini mengasumsikan kedua wilayah tersebut memiliki karakteristik yang sama sehingga tidak dilihat perbedaannya

This study aims to provide an analysis of the effect of psychological capital on happiness at workplace through flow experience as a mediating variable. Quantitative methods were used in this study and primary data was obtained through online questionnaires. The samples taken are white-collar workers in Jakarta and Depok who have worked for at least one year so that workers know more about the conditions of their workplaces and are able to answer the questions. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling, and then obtained 119 respondents. Taking many of the main theories from positive psychology related to the variables taken, it is found that there is an effect of psychological capital on happiness at workplace with flow experience that mediates it partially. Apart from mediating variables, the results of the study also show a simultaneous and partial effect of psychological capital and flow experience on happiness at workplace. It should be noted that this study assumes that the two regions have the same characteristics so that there are no differences"

"Background: cardiovascular diseases (CVD) is the most common cause of death in Indonesia. We aimed to examine risks of CVD in workers aged 40 to 69 year related to their occupational status. Methods: a cross-sectional study in all provinces of Indonesia. Data from a large-scale national health survey called RISKESDAS were used to analyze factors associated with CVD. Analysis was restricted to the working population aged 40 to 69 year. There were 137,378 subjects included in the analysis. Coxs regression analysis was modified to calculate prevalence ratio for the association of CVD with diabetes mellitus (DM), hypertension, stress, body mass index (BMI), smoking, and particular demographic factors. Results:CVD was associated with occupation; white collar workers were about 1.6 times as likely to be diagnosed with CVD as to blue collar workers. However, blue collar workers were more likely to report symptoms of CVD than white collar workers. Prevalence of CVD was higher in women than men, increasing by age and education attainment. Hypertension, DM, stress, and increased BMI added the prediction of CVD: prevalence ratio (PR) was 1.72 (95% CI 1.59-1.86), 3.89 (95% CI 3.43-4.44), 3.02 (95% CI 2.77-3.29) and 1.42 (95% CI 1.28-1.57) for BMI 27 relative to <25 kg/m2, respectively. The study could not explain the association with smoking. Conclusion: this study added evidence of major risk factors which could be modified to reduce CVD. Some associations were likely to reflect access to health care."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perilaku konsumsi di kalangan generasi Z melalui live shopping Shopee pada pembelian skincare, saat ini masyarakat melakukan konsumsi barang karena keinginan (desire) alih-alih kebutuhan (needs). Studi-studi terdahulu menemukan bahwa hadirnya Shopee sebagai platform belanja online meningkatkan minat beli konsumen dan terjebak dalam gaya hidup konsumtif. Studi terdahulu membahas bagaimana konsumen Shopee membeli produk yang sedang tren atau viral, termasuk skincare. Namun, studi-studi terdahulu belum membahas peran live shopping Shopee sebagai media belanja online mendorong perilaku konsumsi barang karena keinginan (desire) alih-alih kebutuhan (needs). Melalui konsep needs vs desire mengenai perilaku konsumsi masyarakat dari Zygmunt Bauman, studi ini berargumen bahwa hadirnya fitur live shopping di e-commerce Shopee mengkondisikan pergeseran pola perilaku konsumsi masyarakat yang sebelumnya untuk memenuhi keinginan, kini berganti menjadi memenuhi hasrat, emosional, bahkan untuk identitas diri. Untuk melakukan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan melakukan pengumpulan data dengan metode in-depth interview terhadap generasi Z dengan rentang usia 19 - 23 tahun. Pengumpulan data juga dilakukan dengan metode observasi digital dan studi literatur. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menyatakan terdapat pergeseran aktivitas konsumsi masyarakat yang sebelumnya dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan, kini menjadi untuk memuaskan emosionalnya. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang terdapat dalam live shopping Shopee yaitu tergiur dengan produk viral, terdapat harga murah, bundling produk, voucher, hingga praktisnya pembayaran, membuat keinginan informan untuk berbelanja meningkat. Masyarakat juga merasa tidak puas dan ingin mencoba produk skincare dengan jenis dan brand yang berbeda. Pembelian skincare dengan fitur live shopping kemudian membuat konsumen merasa seperti melakukan berbelanja langsung ke Offline Store. Hal ini menunjukkan pembelian produk skincare untuk memenuhi keinginan (desire), bukan kebutuhan (needs) dan akhirnya terjerat dalam gaya hidup yang konsumtif.

This research aims to explain consumption behavior among generation Z through live shopping Shopee when purchasing skincare. Currently, people consume goods because they want rather than need. Previous studies have found that the presence of Shopee as an online shopping platform increases consumers' buying interest and makes them trapped in a consumerist lifestyle. Previous studies discussed how Shopee consumers buy products that are trending or viral, including skincare. However, previous studies have not discussed the role of Shopee live shopping as an online shopping medium that encourages goods consumption behavior out of desire rather than need. Using the need vs desire concept regarding people's consumption behavior from Zygmunt Bauman, this study argues that the presence of the live shopping feature in Shopee e-commerce has conditioned a shift in people's consumption behavior patterns which were previously to fulfill desires, now have changed to fulfilling desires, emotions, even for self-identity. To conduct this research, researchers used qualitative research methods and collected data using in-depth interviews with generation Z with an age range of 19 - 23 years. Data collection was also carried out using digital observation methods and literature studies. The findings of this research state that there is a shift in people's consumption activities, which were previously carried out to fulfill their needs, now to satisfy their emotions. This is caused by several factors in Shopee live shopping, namely being tempted by viral products, low prices, product bundling, vouchers, and the convenience of payments, making the informant's desire to shop increase. People also feel dissatisfied and want to try skincare products with different types and brands. Purchasing skincare with the live shopping feature then makes consumers feel like they are shopping directly at an offline store. This shows that purchasing skincare products is to fulfill desires, not needs and ultimately becomes entangled in a consumptive lifestyle."

"Konsumsi fast fashion yang berlebihan merusak lingkungan, mengakibatkan pengingkatan limbah. Mendorong konsumsi pakaian berkelanjutan, seperti membeli pakaian bekas, dapat membantu mengurangi dampak-dampak tersebut. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Generasi Z dan mengkaji efek dari electronic word of mouth (eWOM) terhadap perilaku konsumsi sadar (MCB) mereka terkait pakaian bekas. Penelitian ini juga menjelajahi peran mediasi dari keterlibatan lonsumen dan sikap terhadap pakaian bekas. Penelitian ini melibatkan 201 partisipan dan menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) untuk analisis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa eWOM beerpengaruh positif terhadap sikap Generazi Z terhadap pakaian bekas dan keterlibatan konsumen. Selain itu, keterlibattan konsumen dan sikap terhadap pakaian bekas memediasi hubungan antara eWOM dan MCB. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam mempromosikan perilaku yang sadar dalam pembelian pakaian bekas.

Excessive fast fashion consumption harms the environment, leading to increased waste. Encouraging sustainable clothing consumption, such as buying second-hand clothes, can help mitigate these impacts. This study focuses on Generation Z and examines the effects of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on their mindful consumption behavior (MCB) regarding second-hand clothes. It also explores the mediating role of consumer engagement and attitude towards second-hand clothing (SHC). The study involved 201 participants and utilized Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) for analysis. Findings indicate that eWOM positively influences Gen Z’s attitude towards SHC and consumer engagement. Additionally, consumer engagement and attitude towards SHC mediate the relationship between eWOM and MCB. This research contributes to promoting mindful behavior in second-hand clothes purchasing."

"Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk menggali studi sebelumnya yang berkaitan dengan strategi koping yang digunakan oleh pekerja white collar dalam menghadapi stres kerja. Pendekatan sistematik dipakai dalam telaah literatur ini. Terdapat empat Database yang dipakai meliputi PubMed, Google Scholar, EBSCO, and Wiley Online Library, melibatkan penggunaan istilah pencarian seperti koping, strategi koping, white collar, pekerja kantor, dan stres. Pencarian dilakukan pada Juni 2020 hingga Juli 2020. Total terdapat 11 artikel yang dimasukkan dalam ulasan dan kemudian dinilai kualitasnya. Hasil penelitian menemukan enam dari penelitian yang dikaji adalah kuantitatif, empat adalah kualitatif, dan 1 dicampur. Tiga strategi koping utama yang digunakan oleh pekerja kerah putih adalah: (1) fokus emosi, (2) fokus masalah, dan (3) penghindaran. Kesimpulan studi yang dikaji menunjukkan bahwa pekerja white collar yang menggunakan strategi koping lebih dari satu dapat menghadapi stres kerja dengan lebih baik.

The aim of this literature study was to discover prior studies relating to coping strategies used by white collar worker in order to encounter work stress. A systematic approach was adopted for the literature review. The databases searched included PubMed, Google Scholar, EBSCO, and Wiley Online Library, involving the use of search terms such as coping, strategies coping, white collar, office worker, and stress. The search was conducted in June 2020-July 2020. In total, 11 published papers were included in the review and were subsequently assessed for quality. The result of the study shows six of the reviewed studies were quantitative, four were qualitative, and 1 was mixed. Three major coping strategies used by white collar worker were: (1) emotion-focused, (2) problem-focused, and (3) avoidance. The conclusion of the studies reviewed shows that white collar workers who use more than one coping strategiesare better to encounter their work stress."

"Pandemi covid-19 yang melanda Dunia, khususnya Indonesia membuat ekonomi terkontraksi menjadi -2,07% pada tahun 2020. Hal ini berdampak pada kondisi ketenagakerjaan, salah satunya pada upah pekerja. Terjadi penurunan upah pada seluruh sektor ekonomi dan jenis pekerjaan baik pekerja laki-laki maupun perempuan. Dari tahun ke tahun upah pekerja laki-laki selalu lebih tinggi dari perempuan dan perbedaan upahnya cenderung meningkat, namun perbedaan upah ini menurun pada saat pandemi melanda Indonesia. Perbedaan upah tertinggi terjadi pada pekerja kerah putih, padahal proporsi pekerja antar jenis kelamin cenderung seimbang. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kesenjangan upah antar gender pekerja kerah putih pada saat pandemi covid-19 (tahun 2020) dibanding sebelum pandemi (tahun 2019), kemudian menganalisisnya secara upah rata-rata maupun level distribusi upah. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari Sakernas Agustus tahun 2019 dan 2020 menggunakan dekomposisi Oaxaca-Blinder dan Recentered Influence Functions (RIF). Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi penurunan kesenjangan upah pekerja kerah putih pada tahun pandemi melanda Indonesia dibanding sebelum pandemi yang disebabkan oleh penurunan pekerja kerah putih dan penurunan upah yang lebih tinggi pada pekerja laki-laki serta disebabkan oleh perbedaan karakteristik individu dan pekerjaan antara pekerja kerah putih laki-laki dan perempuan. Terjadi fenomena sticky floor namun berkurang pada saat pandemi.

The covid-19 pandemic that hit the world, especially in Indonesia, caused the economy to contract to -2.07% in 2020. This had an impact on labor conditions, one of which was the wages of workers. There was a decrease in wages in all economic sectors and types of work for both male and female workers. From year to year the wages of male workers are always higher than women's and the difference in wages tends to increase, but this difference in wages decreased when the pandemic hit Indonesia. The highest wage difference occurs in white-collar workers, even though the proportion of workers between the sexes tends to be balanced. Therefore, this study aims to compare the gender wage gap of white-collar workers during the covid-19 pandemic (in 2020) compared to before the pandemic (in 2019), then analyze it in terms of average wages and the level of wage distribution. The data used is sourced from Sakernas August 2019 and 2020 using the Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition and Recentered Influence Functions (RIF). This study shows that there was a decrease in the wage gap for white-collar workers in the year the pandemic hit Indonesia compared to before the pandemic, which was caused by a decrease in white-collar workers and a higher decline in wages for male workers and caused by differences in individual and occupational characteristics between male and female white-collar workers. There was a sticky floor phenomenon but it decreased during the pandemic."
