"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis adanya hubungan peran dan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan dengan faktor keberhasilan kegiatan pengendalian infeksi nosokomial (IN). Metoda yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik yang dilakukan secara cross sectional.
Uji regresi logistik binary digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara peran dan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan dengan faktor keberhasilan kegiatan pengendalian IN. Uji regresi logistik digunakan untuk melihat variabel independen mana yang paling berhubungan dengan keberhasilan kegiatan pengendalian IN dan melihat variabel karakteristik mana yang menjadi variabel confounding.
Responden penelitian adalah total populasi kepala ruang rawat inap berjurnlah 43 orang. Instrumen peneliti kembangkan dari teori manajemen keperawatan dan pengendalian IN untuk mengukur keberhasilan pelaksanaan pengendalian IN dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Sedangkan untuk mengukur pengetahuan tentang IN digunakan pertanyaan dengan pilihan ganda, Instrumen telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya di RSP Persahabatan Jakarta.
Hasil penelitian setelah diuji dengan program komputer menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara peran dan fungsi manajemen karu dengan faktor keberhasilan kegiatan pengendalian IN. Peran dan fungsi tersebut dinilai secara komposit dengan force model karena tidak ada variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan keberhasilan kegiatan pengendalian IN. Sedangkan karakteristik karu yang menjadi variabel confounding adalah usia dan lama kerja sebagai kepala ruangan. Dari analisis multivariat tanpa force milel didapatkan bahwa karu yang melakukan fungsi perencanaan yang baik berpeluang meningkatkan keberhasilan pengendalian IN sebesar 8,997 kali dibandingkan dengan karu yang melakukan fungsi perencanaan kurang baik setelah dikontrol oleh usia dan masa kerja sebagai karu. Karu yang melaksanakan fungsi pengarahan dengan baik berpeluang meningkatkan keberhasilan pengendalian IN sebesar 2I,411 kali dibandingkan dengan karu yang berfungsi pengarahan kurang baik setelah dikontrol oleh usia dan masa kerja sebagai karu.
Rekomendasi untuk pihak manajer keperawatan rumah sakit agar meningkatkan peran dan fungsi kepala ruangan sebagai manajer terdepan di ruang rawat melalui dukungan kebijakan dan fasilitas yang mendukung upaya tersebut.

This study was aimed to proof the hypothesis and analyzing the correlation between the role and function of management head nurse and the achievement of nosocomial infection control activities. The descriptive analytical method with cross sectional approach was used in this study. The binary regression logistic test was used to analyze the correlation between the variables. To further analyze the most correlated variables, particularly to identify the confounding variables, the regression logistic test was utilized. The respondents of this study were the total population of 43 nurse managers in in-patient department of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital.
The instrument of this study was a Likert Scale questionnaire to identify the achievement of the nosocomial infection control activities and a multiple-choice questionnaire to identified the knowledge of head nurse. The instrument was developed from the theories of nursing management and nosocomial infection control and was tested for reliability and validity in Persahabatan Hospital Jakarta.
The findings of this study if used force model showed that there was a significant correlation between the role and function of management head nurse and the achievement of nosocomial infection control activities. The confounding variable of the characteristics of head nurse was the age and working experience of head nurse. After the confounding variables of age and the working experience were controlled, Multivariate analysis without force model showed that the head nurse who performed their planning function effectively could increase the achievement of nosocomial infection control 8,977 times more than the head nurse who did not perform their planning function effectively. Furthermore, the head nurse who performed their directing function effectively could increase the achievement of nosocomial infection control 21,411 times more than the head nurse who did not perform their directing function effectively.
Based on the results, it is recommended that the head nurse as the front line of managers in the hospital to improve their role and function in controlling nosocomial infection.

"Kepala ruangan mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk mengontrol kegiatan keperawatan di ruangan. Oleh karena itu kepala ruangan seharusnya memiliki kompetensi yang baik Studi ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan cross sectional dimana tuiuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali dan mengidentifikasi faktor - faktor yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan kepala ruangan termasuk karakteristik individu dan organisasi.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan di 7 rumah sakit di wilayah Tangerang dengan responden 74 kepala ruangan. Setelah mendapat izin dari rumah sakit, responden diberikan kuesioner untuk diisi.
Analisa Chi Square digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan kepala ruangan. Uji regresi logistik digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kemampuan kepala ruangan dan analisa multivariat dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji regresi logistik.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan antara karakteristik organisasi dengan kemampuan kepala ruangan. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara uraian tugas, struktur organisasi dan kebijakan organisasi dengan kemampuan kepala ruangan dengan P < 0,05. Sementara karakteristik individual tidak berhubungan dengan kemampuan kepala ruangan dengan P > 0,05. Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan kemampuan kepala ruangan adalah jenis kelamin dan struktur organisasi.

Factors that Associated with the Competency of Nursing Unit Managers in Hospitals in Tangerang Nursing unit manager as lower managers have responsibility to control nursing activities in the ward. Therefore lower managers should have a good competency. This study is quantitative study with cross sectional design that has been cultivated, to explore and to identify factors associated with competency of nursing unit managers including individuals and organizational characteristics.
Analysis of this study consisted of univariat, bivariat and multivariat. This research use categorical data in independent and dependent variables. Therefore bivariat analysis was Chi - Square and logistic regression as multivariate analysis.
Some of variables has been tested, included of individual `s factors, such as: age, sex, leng of work, formal education, marital status; and organization's characteristic, such as: job description; organization structure, organizational roles and resources. The results have shown the relationship between organization's characteristic with competency of nursing unit managers. From independent variables that have tested by Chi-Square, its just 3 variables have associated with the competency of nursing unit managers; they are job description, organization structure and organizational policy with P-Value - less than 0,05. Meanwhile individual's characteristic has not associated with the competency of nursing unit managers. The factors that have dominant associated with the competency of nursing unit managers were sex and organizational structure. Hopefully this result could use in chosen nursing unit managers.

Adapun yang menjadi Pokok Permasalahan adalah Bagaimana pengaturan mengenai pemberhentian anggota dan pengurus koperasi di Indonesia dan Bagaimana penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance dalam pemberhentian anggota dan pengurus koperasi dalam putusan Nomor 190/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Mdn. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaturan mengenai pemberhentian anggota koperasi di Indonesia, serta penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance dalam pemberhentian anggota dan pengurus koperasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis-normatif, dengan menggunakan tipe penelitian Deskriptif. Simpulan dari skripsi ini yaitu bahwa Pengaturan mengenai pemberhentian anggota dan pengurus Koperasi di Indonesia belum dapat ditemukan dan penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance dalam pemberhentian anggota dan pengurus koperasi dalam putusan Nomor 190/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Mdn belum dilaksanakan dengan tegas. Adapun salah satu saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu agar pemerintah segera membuat undang-undang perkoperasian baru yang memuat tentang pemberhentian anggota dan pengurus koperasi.

ABSTRACT
This thesis is written with Background The application of good corporate principles in cooperatives will not lead to differences of opinion between fellow members of cooperatives and between members of cooperatives with administrators so that they can avoid the dismissal of members and administrators. The main issue is how to regulate the dismissal of cooperative members and administrators in Indonesia and how the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance in dismissal of cooperative members and managers in the decision No. 190/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Mdn. This study aims to determine the regulation regarding the dismissal of cooperative members in Indonesia, as well as the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance in the dismissal of cooperative members and managers. This study uses juridical-normative research, using descriptive type of research. The conclusion of this thesis is that the regulation regarding the dismissal of members and managers of Cooperatives in Indonesia has not been found and the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance in dismissal of cooperative members and managers in decision No. 190/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Mdn has not been firmly implemented. One of the suggestions that can be given is that the government immediately makes a new cooperative law which contains the dismissal of cooperative members and managers."

"Regional autonomy is intended to improve public services and local government's performance including the managerial performance in public sector budgeting. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the effects of antecedent variable in public sector budgeting in local government within organizational commitment and public sector managerial performance. This study employs positivist paradigm with quantitative approach. This is an explanatory study with the population of public sector managers scattered in 343 regional work units (SKPD) of South Kalimantan district and municipal government. This study uses samples of 217 public sector managers with analysis unit of public sector manager and technique of multistage random sampling. Decentralization and participation in budgeting significantly affect organizational commitment and managerial performance directly. Distributive justice in budgeting significantly affects organizational commitment yet has no significant effect on managerial performance, while organizational commitment significantly affects managerial performance. Furthermore, indirectly, organizational commitment can partially mediate the effects of decentralization on managerial performance as well as the effects of participation on managerial performance. While organizational commitment can fully mediate the effects of distributive justice on managerial performance. The results of overall study showed that participation in budgeting is the central variable in shaping organizational commitment, while the organizational commitment turns out to be the most dominant variable affecting managerial performance and becomes the bridge of managerial performance achievement when distributive justice has no significant effect on managerial performance.
Otonomi daerah dimaksudkan untuk lebih meningkatkan pelayanan publik sekaligus kinerja pemerintah daerah dan termasuk pula kinerja manajerial dalam penganggaran sektor publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empirik atas pengaruh variabel anteseden dalam penganggaran sektor publik pada pemerintah daerah terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja manajerial sektor publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma positivistik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian bersifat eksplanatori dengan populasi para manajer sektor publik yang tersebar pada 343 Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) pemerintah kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 217 manajer sektor publik dengan unit analisis manajer sektor publik dan teknik pengambilan sampel multistage random sampling. Secara langsung desentralisasi dan partisipasi dalam penganggaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja manajerial. Keadilan distributif dalam penganggaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, sedangkan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Selanjutnya secara tidak langsung komitmen organisasional dapat memediasi secara tidak penuh (partial mediating) pengaruh antara desentralisasi terhadap kinerja manajerial dan demikian pula pengaruh antara partisipasi terhadap kinerja manajerial. Adapun komitmen organisasional dapat memediasi secara penuh (fully mediating) pada pengaruh antara keadilan distributif terhadap kinerja manajerial.Hasil secara keseluruhan menunjukkan partisipasi dalam penganggaran merupakan variabel sentral dalam pembentukan komitmen organisasional, sedangkan komitmen organisasional menjadi variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial dan menjadi jembatan pencapaian kinerja manajerial ketika keadilan distributif tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja manajerial."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas komite manajemen risiko terhadap kinerja perusahaan di Indonesia. Efektivitas komite manajemen risiko dinilai dari indenpendensi, kompetensi, dan aktivitas rapat yang dilakukan oleh komite manajemen risiko. Kinerja perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan rasio return on asset ROA perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan mengambil 30 perusahaan yang memiliki komite manajemen risiko dan terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2013 ndash; 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efektivitas komite manajemen risiko terhadap kinerja perusahaan di Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of risk management effectiveness on firm performance in Indonesia. Risk management committee effectiveness is assessed from independency, competency, and meeting activities conducted by risk management committee. Firm performance is measured by company rsquo s return on asset ratio ROA. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression by taking 30 companies that have risk management committee and listed on BEI in year 2013 2016. The result of this research shows that there is no significant influence between risk management committee effectiveness and firm performance in Indonesia.
