"Skripsi ini meneliti tentang aspek ergonomi pada masinis Kereta Rel Listrik Jabodetabek. Metode yang digunakan adalah Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) Dan Rapid Sound-Quality Assessment. Metode QEC digunakan untuk merndapatkan nilai paparan untuk resiko pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan gangguan otot. Sedangkan Rapid Sound-Quality Assessment mengukur tingkat kebisingan di dalam kabin masinis. Perhitungan metode yang dilakukan akan dibandingkan dengan standar-standar ergonomi. Hasil total pemaparan dan tabel petimbangan tindakan awal, mengevaluasi tingkat pemaparan pada masinis (seluruh jenis KRL) untuk dinas 2 rit dinyatakan - Investigasi dan Diubah Semakin Baik - . Paparan terbesar adalah pada bagian tubuh bahu / lengan. Kebisingan pada kabin masinis KRL Ekonomi adalah - Netral Tingkat Tinggi - dan kabin masinis KRL AC adalah - Mendesis Tingkat Tinggi - . Hasil-hasil perhitungan tersebut dijadikan parameter untuk desain kabin masinis yang ergonomis agar menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman, nyaman, sehat, dan efisien.

This research examines the aspects of ergonomics in the Jabodetabek Electric Rail train driver. The method used is the Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) and Sound-Quality Rapid Assessment. QEC method used to value exposure to the risk of work-related musculoskeletal disorders. While Rapid Sound-Quality Assessment measure the noise level in the cab driver. Calculation methods that do will be compared with the standards of ergonomics.

Results of total exposure and tables thought being given to early action, evaluate the level of exposure to the driver (all types of KRL) to service two trips a day declared "Investigate Further And Change Soon". The biggest exposure is on the body shoulder / arm . Noise in the Economic cab driver KRL is "Neutral High Level" and noise in the AC cab driver KRL is 'Hissing High Level'.

The results of these calculations are used as parameters to design an ergonomic cab driver to create a safer working environment, comfortable, healthy, and efficient."

"Laporan Magang ini dibuat dengan beberapa tujuan. Tujuan utama Laporan Magang ini adalah mengevaluasi prosedur atau perlakuan audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP Ralph khususnya pada prosedur pencarian liabilitas tidak tercatat (search for unrecorded liabilities) atau yang akan banyak disebut sebagai SURL pada PT MFG dan pendapatan pada PT ASY. Pencarian liabilitas tidak tercatat adalah bagian dari prosedur audit utang usaha dan merupakan prosedur audit wajib bagi perusahaan. Pencarian liabilitas tidak tercatat dibagi menjadi paid dan unpaid. Sementara untuk pendapatan, KAP Ralph menggunakan prosedur audit Three-Way Match dan Five-Steps Model. Setelah prosedur tersebut, evaluasi dilakukan dengan pencocokan dengan asersi, serta apakah prosedur audit secara umum yang dilakukan KAP Ralph sudah sesuai dengan pedoman dan regulasi yang sudah ditentukan, seperti sample, materialitas, dan lainnya. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang penulis lakukan, semua aasersi yang berlaku untuk masing-masing prosedur audit sudah tercapai dilakukan oleh KAP Ralph. Tujuan lain dari pembuatan Laporan Magang ini adalah membahas refleksi diri atas program magang yang sudah penulis ikuti selama tiga bulan. Hasil pembahasan refleksi diri tersebut bisa menjadi analisis penulis untuk mengetahui peningkatan nilai-nilai dalam diri serta bagaimana penulis menghadapi hal yang berjalan baik dan hal yang berjalan kurang baik. Analisi tersebut bisa menjadi langkah penulis untuk menentukan karir di masa depan.

This Internship Report was created with several objectives. The main objective of this Internship Report is to evaluate the audit procedures or treatment carried out by KAP Ralph, especially in search for unrecorded liabilities or what many would call SURL at PT MFG and income at PT ASY. Search for unrecorded liabilities is part of the accounts payable audit procedure and is a mandatory audit procedure for companies. Search for unrecorded liabilities is divided into paid and unpaid. Meanwhile, for revenue, KAP Ralph uses the Three-Way Match and Five-Steps Model audit procedures. Another aim of making this Internship Report is to discuss self-reflection on the internship program that the author has participated in for three months. The results of the self-reflection discussion can be used as an analysis by the author to determine the increase in personal values ​​and how the author deals with things that are going well and things that are not going well. This analysis can be a step for the author to determine his future career."

"Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pengungkapan imbal jasa audit dan besaran imbal jasa audit abnormal terhadap kualitas audit yang diproksikan oleh akrual diskresioner. Penelitian ini juga meneliti apakah ukuran KAP memoderasi pengaruh tersebut. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2012 - 2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengungkapan imbal jasa audit tidak terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit. Imbal jasa audit abnormal baik positif maupun negatif terbukti menurunkan kualitas audit yang berarti pembayaran jasa audit yang tidak wajar menyebabkan penurunan kualitas audit. Pengujian ukuran KAP sebagai variabel pemoderasi menunjukkan pengaruh negatif imbal jasa audit abnormal terhadap kualitas audit hanya terjadi pada KAP Non BIG 4. Pada KAP BIG 4, baik pengungkapan imbal jasa audit maupun imbal jasa audit abnormal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit.

This study investigates the effect of audit fee disclosure and abnormal audit fee on audit quality proxied by discretionary accruals. This study also investigates the effect of audit firm size as moderating variable. This study used sample of listed non financial companies in BEI using data from 2012 - 2014.

The results of this study shows that disclosure audit fee is not associated with audit quality. Abnormal audit fee whether it?s signed positive or negative, impair audit quality. Unusually audit fees can lead to decreased audit quality. Therefore, the effect of abnormal audit fee on audit quality only happened in Non BIG 4 audit firm. The effect of disclosure audit fee and abnormal audit fee isn?t associated in BIG 4 Audit Firm."

"Penyamakan yaitu mengubah kulit mentah menjadi kulit tersamak. Pewarnaan merupakan salah satu proses penymakan yang menggunakan bahan sintetis. Larutan kulit kayu mangrove sebagai alternatif pewarna alami. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi dan lama perendaman larutan kulit kayu mangrove terhadap kualitas kulit samak ikan nila. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kulit ikan nila (O. niloticus). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga kali pengulangan. Data analisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA). Parameter yang diuji yaitu uji organoleptik (keadaan kulit, sisik, serat daging, bentuk kulit, warna), uji ketahanan gosok cat basah dan kering, uji ketahanan tarik, uji kemuluran, uji kekuatan sobek dan jaringan kulit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan konsentrasi dan lama perendaman larutan kayu mengrove berpengaruh nyata (p<0,05) terhadap kualitas samak kult ikan nila yaitu uji prganoleptik, uji ketahanan gosok cat basah dan kering, uji kekuatan tarik, uji kemuluran dan uji kekuatan sobek. Hasil penelitian telah memenuhi syarat mutu SNI 06-4586-1998 Kulit Ular AIr Tawar Samak Krom."

"Tesis ini menganalis proses dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi collaborative governance dalam menyiapkan kawasan strategis pariwisata Kota Bandung sebagai destinasi pariwisata halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma post positivism dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan proses kolaborasi dalam menyiapkan kawasan strategis pariwisata Kota Bandung sebagai destinasi pariwisata halal berupa dialog tatap muka, membangun kepercayaan, komitmen terhadap proses, pemahaman bersama, dan outcomes jangka menengah. Proses kolaborasi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kondisi awal di mana ketidakseimbangan kekuasaan, sumberdaya, dan pengetahuan serta sejarah kerjasama dan konflik mempengaruhi dorongan untuk berpartisipasi. Desain kelembagaan dan kepemimpinan yang mendukung juga mempengaruhi proses kolaborasi. Hal tersebut menyebabkan empat kawasan strategis pariwisata Kota Bandung dinyatakan siap sebagai destinasi pariwisata halal, sementara dua kawasan strategis pariwisata Kota Bandung lainnya dinyatakan tidak siap sebagai destinasi pariwisata halal.

This thesis analyzes the process and the factors that influence collaborative governance in building the readiness of the Bandung City tourism strategic area as halal tourism destination. This research uses post positivism paradigm with qualitative-descriptive type of research. The findings of this research indicate the collaboration process in building the readiness of the Bandung City tourism strategic area as halal tourism destination consist of face-to-face dialogue, trust building, commitment to process, shared understanding, and intermediate outcomes. The starting conditions in which the power, resources, and knowledge asymetries as well as the prehistory of cooperation or conflict affect the incentives for and constraints on participation in the collaborative process. The institutional design and facilitative leadership also affects the collaboration process. These conditions have caused four tourism strategic areas of Bandung City are ready as halal tourism destination. While two tourism strategic area of Bandung City are not ready as halal tourism destination.
