"Pemasangan infus dapat menimbulkan nyeri pada anak. Guided imagery merupakan strategi nonfarmakologi yang dapat menurunkan nyeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh guided imagery terhadap tingkat nyeri anak saat pemasangan infus. Jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan sampel 28 intervensi dan 28 kontrol di RSUD Kota Semarang.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan rata-rata tingkat nyeri anak pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Rata-rata nyeri pada intervensi 1,68 sedangkan kontrol sebesar 4,18. Guided Imagery dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi tingkat nyeri anak usia sekolah saat pemasangan infus.

Intravenous therapy may cause pain in children. Guided imagery is one of nonfarmachology stategy that can reduce pain. This study aim is to identify the effect of guided imagery to the pain level in children during intravenous therapy. The research design is quasi-experimental with 28 children in intervention and 28 children in control as a sample in RSUD Kota Semarang.
The results showed there is a differences mean of pain level between control and intervention group. The average of pain level in intervention group 1.68 while the pain level in control group 4.18. Guided imagery can be used to reduce the pain level in school age children during intravenous therapy.

"ABSTRAK
Kitosan merupakan polimer alam yang potensial untuk digunakan sebagai eksipien farmasi karena sifatnya yang biodegradabel dan tidak toksik. Penggunaan kitosan sebagai pembawa obat terbatas karena sifat kelarutannya yang hanya larut dalam asam. Untuk meningkatkan kelarutannya, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan modifikasi kimia terhadap kitosan menggunakan anhidrida suksinat. Kitosan suksinat yang diperoleh digunakan sebagai matriks pada sediaan tablet enterik dengan menggunakan natrium diklofenak sebagai model obat. Derajat substitusi kitosan suksinat yang diperoleh sebesar 3,65 mol/gram. Kitosan suksinat dapat larut dalam medium basa (pH ≥6,8) sehingga terbukti bahwa sintesis yang dilakukan memperluas kelarutan kitosan. Formulasi tablet natrium diklofenak dengan matriks kombinasi kitosan suksinat dan HPMCP (3,5 : 1) serta perbandingan jumlah zat aktif dengan polimer = 1:3, memenuhi persyaratan tablet enterik dan dapat digunakan untuk sediaan lepas lambat selama 32 jam.

ABSTRACT
Chitosan is a potential natural polymer for application as a pharmaceutical excipient due to its biodegradable and not toxic characteristics. However, the use of chitosan as drug carriers is limited due to its solubility properties. In this study, chitosan succinate (CS) was synthesized from chitosan using succinic anhydride to improve the solubility. Then, CS was used as matrix in enteric tablet using diclofenac sodium as a model drug. The degree of substitution of CS was 3,65 mol / gram. The solubility study showed that CS could be dissolved in alkaline medium (pH ≥ 6,8). So, these study revealed that CS could increase the solubility of chitosan. The in vitro release study showed that the enteric tablet of F5 formulation could retarded drug release up to 32 hours. The enteric tablet of F5 was formulated using CS: HPMCP (3,5:1) matrix, which was 3 fold amount of drug. The result suggested that the formula have the potential to be applied as enteric and sustained release tablet. "

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas laporan keuangan, kualitas
laporan akuntabilitas kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan publik dalam menunjang
keberhasilan reformasi birokrasi pada Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Tahun
2013. Metode penelitian deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan desain
penelitian studi kasus. Hasilnya, laporan keuangan Kementerian Hukum dan
HAM telah memenuhi karakteristik kualitatif laporan keuangan berdasarkan PP
Nomor 71 Tahun 2010; LAKIP disajikan sesuai SK LAN Nomor
239/IX/6/8/2003, kualitas pelayanan publik baik (survei IKM skor 73,57),
perolehan opini WTP dari BPK, kualitas laporan akuntabilitas kinerja (nilai
LAKIP “B”), dan kualitas pelayanan publik yang baik (survei IKM) telah
mendukung keberhasilan reformasi birokrasi di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM
Tahun 2013. Saran penelitian dalam mempertahankan opini WTP yang sudah
diperoleh harus terus melakukan pemantauan kinerja secara rutin, kendala harus
dijelaskan dan dicantumkan dalam laporan akuntabilitas kinerja, meningkatkan
kualitas SDM untuk mempercepat pelayanan dan membentuk tim pengawas
gratifikasi.

success of the bureaucracy reforms at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights
2013. The methods used in this study are descriptive method and case study
analysis. The results are Ministry of Law and Human Rights financial report has
fulfilled the qualitative characteristics of financial statements under PP No. 71
2010, performance accountability report has been presented accordance with SK
LAN LAKIP No.239/IX/6/8/2003, quality of public services has been good with
Public Satisfaction Index 73.57, WTP opinion for financial report, value “B” for
LAKIP (presented good performance accountability), and Public Satisfaction
Index survey has supported the success of bureaucratic reform in the Ministry of
Law and Human Rights in 2013. Several recommendations resulted from this
research are to monitoring performance on regular basis to maintain WTP opinion
that already obtained, constraints should be described and included in the
performance accountability report, improve the quality of human resources by
speed up service and formed a team of supervisors gratification;This study aims to determine the quality of financial reporting, quality of

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari strategi pengajaran guru terhadap penerimaan teman sebaya siswa normal pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SD negeri inklusif dan SD swasta inklusif dengan n=73 unit analisis kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 10 SD negeri inklusif dan 8 SD swasta inklusif di Jakarta, Depok dan Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan Bender Classroom Structure Questions Versi Indonesia (BCSQ-VI) untuk mengukur strategi pengajaran dan Peer Acceptance Scale (PAS) untuk mengukur penerimaan teman sebaya.
Hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa strategi pengajaran mempunyai pengaruh terhadap penerimaan teman sebaya siswa normal pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SD negeri inklusif (R=0,342, p<0,05). Hasil yang berbeda ditemukan di SD swasta inklusif, strategi pengajaran di SD swasta inklusif tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penerimaan siswa normal pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus (R=0,337, p>005).
Hasil perbandingan strategi pengajaran di SD negeri inklusif dan SD swasta inklusif menunjukan hasil yang tidak signifikan. Tidak ada perbedaan strategi pengajaran di SD negeri inklusif dan SD swasta inklusif. Hasil yang sama terlihat pada perbandingan penerimaan teman sebaya siswa normal terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SD negeri inklusif dan SD swasta inklusif. Tidak ada perbedaan penerimaan teman sebaya siswa normal terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SD negeri inklusif dan SD swasta inklusif.

The purpose of this study was to determine effects of teacher’s strategy on students peer acceptance toward disability students in inclusive public and private elementary school with n=73 class unit class analysis. This study was conducted in 10 inclusive public elementary school and 8 inclusive private elementary school in Jakarta, Depok and Bogor. This study uses measuring instruments Bender Classroom Structure Question Version Indonesian (BCSQ) to measure teaching strategy and Peer Acceptance Scale to measure peer acceptance.
Results from regression analysis found that there is significant effect of teaching strategy on students peer acceptance in inclusive public elementary school (R=0,342, p<0,05). Different result found in inclusive private elementary school, there is no significant effect of teaching strategy on students peer acceptance in inclusive private elementary school (R=0,337, p>005).
The comparative of teaching strategy in inclusive public elementary school and inclusive private elementary school found the results no significant different. Further, the comparative of peer acceptance in inclusive public elementary school and inlusive private school found the results that no significant different.

"ABSTRAK
Pada daerah pedesaan, ketersediaan akses komunikasi nirkabel terbatas, karena masih banyak area yang belum terjangkau baik oleh jaringan seluler maupun oleh jaringan telepon seperti asymmetric digital subscriber line ADSL , dan serat optik. Karena infrastruktur jaringan listrik sudah menjangkau ke pelosok wilayah, teknologi Power Line Communication PLC sangat layak untuk dipertimbangkan pemanfaatannya sebagai alternatif komunikasi nirkabel. PLC merupakan suatu teknologi yang memungkinkan komunikasi data melalui jaringan listrik. Kanal listrik pada dasarnya didesain untuk mengirimkan energi listrik, bukan untuk komunikasi data, sehingga muncul banyak permasalahan seperti interferensi oleh noise, redaman dan banyaknya propagasi. Permasalahan utama dalam PLC adalah interferensi oleh noise. Noise yang dominan pada PLC adalah impulsive noise. Pada prakteknya impulsive noise yang muncul sering kali berupa bursty impulsive noise, dimana setiap impuls membentang dibeberapa sampel noise secara berturut-turut. Pada tesis ini dilakukan deteksi dan rekonstruksi bursty impulsive noise pada PLC menggunakan dua algoritma compressive sensing yaitu block sparse Bayesian learning - Expectation Maximization BSBL-EM dan block sparse Bayesian learning - Bound Optimization BSBL-BO . Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa kedua algoritma memiliki kinerja yang sebanding dalam parameter bit error rate BER , sebagai contoh pada simulasi dengan panjang blok =4, SNR= 46 dB, BSBL-EM menunjukkan nilai 2.1034x10-4 sedangkan BSBL-EM menunjukkan nilai 2.16026x10-4. Selain itu, means square errror MSE pada BSBL-EM sedikit lebih baik dari pada BSBL-BO, sebagai contoh pada jumlah blok yang bernilai non-zero=2, SNR=30 dB, MSE BSBL-EM menunjukkan nilai 3.478 x10-3 sedangkan BSBL-BO menunjukkan nilai 3.7468 x10-3. Akan tetapi, waktu yang diperlukan CPU untuk proses BSBL-BO 2x lebih cepat dari BSBL-EM.

ABSTRACT
In rural areas, the availability of wireless communication access is limited, as there are still many unreacheable areas by cellular networks or by technology through telephone networks such as asymmetric digital subscriber line ADSL and fiber optics. Since the infrastructure of the power grid has been available widely, the Power Line Communication PLC technology is highly feasible to consider its utilization as an alternative to wireless communications. PLC is a technology that enables data communications over power lines. The power line channel was basically designed to transmit electrical energy, not to transmit data communications, which results in many problems such as channel interference attenuation and multipath propagation. The main problem in PLC is interference of noise. The dominant noise on the PLC channel is impulsive noise. In practice, impulsive noise is often occcurs in the form of bursty impulsive noise, where each impulse extends across multiple noise samples in a row. In this thesis, detection and reconstruction of bursty impulsive noise in PLC using two compressive sensing algorithms i.e. block sparse Bayesian learning Expectation Maximization BSBL EM and block sparse Bayesian learning Bound Optimization BSBL BO are analyzed. The simulation results show that both algorithms have comparable performance in the bit error rate BER parameter, for example in the simulation with block length 4, SNR 46 dB, BSBL EM shows the value 2.1034x10 4 while BSBL EM shows the value 2.16026x10 4. In addition, the means square errror MSE in BSBL EM is slightly better than BSBL BO, for example in the number of non zero blocks 2, SNR 30 dB, MSE BSBL EM shows value 3.478 x10 3. while BSBL EM shows the value 3.7468 x10 3. However, CPU time required for BSBL BO process is twice faster than BSBL EM."

"Penerimaan teman sebaya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Inklusif merupakan hal paling dasar yang perlu untuk dikembangkan karena akan menumbuhkan interaksi sosial yang positif antara siswa reguler terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus sehingga tujuan pendidikan inklusif untuk menghilangkan diskriminasi dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini akan menguji faktor-faktor yang dapat menumbuhkan penerimaan teman sebaya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Inklusif. Ada 3 faktor yang diuji yaitu strategi pengajaran, teacher self-efficacy dan persepsi guru terhadap dukungan sekolah. Partisipan adalah 41 guru dan 930 siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Inklusif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur TEIP, strategi interaksi sosial, PSSIE, dan PAS. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa teacher self-efficacy dan strategi pengajaran memediasi secara serial pada hubungan persepsi guru terhadap dukungan sekolah dan penerimaan teman sebaya (a1d21b2=0.0079, LLCI=0,004, ULCI=0.0117). Meskipun demikian efek langsung dan efek tidak langsung yang terjadi tidak berbeda jauh (C=0.0782, C’=0.0778).

Peer acceptance in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Inclusive is the most basic thing that needs to be developed because it will foster positive social interaction between regular students and students with special needs so that the goal of inclusive education to eliminate discrimination can be achieved. This study will examine the factors that can foster peer acceptance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Inclusive. There are 3 factors tested, namely teaching strategies, teacher self-efficacy and teacher perceptions of school support. The participants were 41 teachers and 930 students of Inclusive Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Indonesia. This study uses the TEIP, social interaction strategy, PSSIE, and PAS measurement tools. The results of the regression analysis showed that teacher self-efficacy and teaching strategies mediated serially the relationship between teachers' perceptions of school support and peer acceptance (a1d21b2=0.0079, LLCI=0.004, ULCI=0.0117). However, the direct and indirect effects were not much different (C=0.0782, C'=0.0778)."
