Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran merek, ritual dan tradisi dan tanggung jawab moral kolektif anggota perempuan dari komunitas pengguna dalam proses pengkultusan merek Iphone. Dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini terutama menggunakan konsep pengkultusan merek Muniz dan O'Guinn (2001) dan perilaku perempuan terhadap ponsel seperti yang dijelaskan oleh Wilska (2003). Kesimpulan utama dari penelitian ini adalah proses pengkultusan merek oleh anggota perempuan dari komunitas Iphone terjadi dalam pembentukan kesadaran merek, ritual dan tradisi dan tanggung jawab moral kolektif. Gender dan bagaimana wanita berinteraksi turut membangun bagaimana proses pengkultusan merek ini. ...... This study aims to determine the awareness of the brand, rituals and traditions and the collective moral responsibility of in the cult of Iphone among women member community. Using the case study, this research drawing the concept of the cult of brand Muniz and O'Guinn (2001) and women's behavior towards mobile phones by Wilska (2003). The main conclusion is the cult of Iphone by female members of Iphone community occurred in the formation of brand consciousness, rituals and traditions and the collective moral responsibility. Gender and how the women interact construct how the process of this cult of the brand.

Abstrak :
Pandemi COVID-19 mendorong industri food and beverages untuk mengambil langkah strategis dengan menyediakan layanan pemesanan makanan secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh online menu dan perception of risk terhadap purchase intention melalui desire for food dan perceived of convenience pada cloud kitchen Hangry. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik non- probability sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 136 responden yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner secara daring. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan adanya pengaruh antara online menu terhadap desire for food, perception of risk terhadap desire for food, dan desire for food terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa perception of risk tidak berpengaruh terhadap perceived of convenience dan perceived of convenience tidak berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention. Selanjutnya, ditemukan juga bahwa desire for food mampu memediasi online menu dan perception of risk terhadap purchase intention. Sedangkan perceived of convenience tidak memediasi perception of risk terhadap purchase intention. ......The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the food and beverage industry to take strategic steps by providing online food ordering services. This study aims to analyze the effect of online menu and perception of risk on purchase intention through desire for food and perceived of convenience on Hangry cloud kitchen. This study uses a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 136 respondents obtained through an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an effect between the online menu on the desire for food, the perception of risk on desire for food, and desire for food on purchase intention. In addition, it was also found that the perception of risk had no effect on the perceived of convenience and the perceived of convenience had no effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, it was also found that desire for food is able to mediate online menu and perception of risk on purchase intention. Meanwhile, perceived of convenience does not mediate the perception of risk on purchase intention.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh pelibatan dan keterlibatan konsumen dalam penciptaan nilai produk perusahaan value co-creation practice terhadap customer loyalty pada forum komunitas pengguna Mobile Legends di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu 100 anggota forum di website Mobile Legends yang aktif terlibat dalam pengembangan game Mobile Legends di forum tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan survey dengan penyebaran kuesioner, kemudian data yan terkumpul dianalisis mengunakan regresi linear. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara value co-creation terhadap customer loyalty para pengguna game Mobile Legends.
ABSTRACT This research investigate the influence of customer involvement on value co creation practice with customer loyalty at Mobile Legends users of forum community in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample that used in this research is 100 members of the forum at Mobile Legends website which she he actively involved in the development of Mobile Legends game in the forum. Data collection was done by survey with questionnaires spread, then the collected data were analyzed using linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the value co creation on Customer Loyalty of Mobile Legends game users.

Sponsorship acara olahraga merupakan salah satu bentuk komunikasi pemasaran yang memiliki pertumbuhan tercepat yang digunakan untuk mencapai target konsumen. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perceived event-sponsor fit, attitude towards the sponsoring brand, attitude towards the sponsorship, perceived brand quality of the sponsoring brand, dan sponsor brand purchase intention dalam konteks sponsorship acara olahraga tontonan. Penelitian mengumpulkan data sampel dari 170 responden yang aktif berpartisipasi menonton BRI Liga 1 Indonesia 2021-2022 dan bukan merupakan pengguna produk sponsor utama. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived event-sponsor fit mempengaruhi attitude towards the sponsorship dan attitude towards the sponsoring brand, yang selanjutnya mempengaruhi perceived brand quality of the sponsoring brand. Kemudian, attitude towards the sponsorship dan perceived brand quality of the sponsoring brand mempengaruhi sponsor brand purchase intention. ......Sponsorship of sport events is one of the fastest growing forms of marketing communication used to reach target consumers. This quantitative study aims to analyze the relationship between perceived event-sponsor fit, attitude towards the sponsoring brand, attitude towards the sponsorship, perceived brand quality of the sponsoring brand, and sponsor brand purchase intention in the context of sponsorship of spectator sport event. The study collects sample data from 170 respondents who actively participated in watching BRI Liga 1 Indonesia 2021-2022 and were not users of the main sponsor of the event. Data is then processed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The results show that the perceived event-sponsor fit affects the attitude towards the sponsorship and the attitude towards the sponsoring brand, which in turn affects the perceived brand quality of the sponsoring brand. Then, attitude towards the sponsorship and perceived brand quality of the sponsoring brand affect the sponsor's brand purchase intention.

Penelitian mengenai penggunaan media cerita dalam dunia pemasaran FMCG sudah cukup banyak dilakukan. Meski demikian, penelitian spesifik yang membahas penggunaan short brand story di kemasan fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) belum banyak dilakukan dan bahkan belum ada di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh dari short brand story terhadap purchase intention dengan perceived brand quality sebagai mediator. Short brand story (SBS) dibedakan menjadi self-transcendence dan self- enhancement. Penelitian ini diikuti oleh 432 partisipan yang berusia minimal 18 tahun secara daring. Alat ukur dari Schiffman dan Wisenblit (2015) digunakan untuk mengukur purchase intention dan perceived brand quality dari Boulding dan Kirmani (1993). Analisis Process dari Hayes menemukan bahwa SBS memengaruhi perceived brand quality secara positif. Di saat yang bersamaan, perceived brand quality juga memengaruhi purchase intention secara positif, sehingga efek mediasi dinyatakan hadir dalam penelitian ini. Selain itu, perhitungan statistik juga menemukan bahwa short brand story tipe self-transcendence memiliki perceived brand quality dan purchase intention yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan tipe self - enhancement. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan masukan kepada produsen fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) untuk menghadirkan inovasi terbaru terkait pemasaran produknya. ......A lot of studies on the use of story media in FMCG marketing have been done quite a lot previously. However, a study that discusses the use of short brand stories in FMCG packaging has not been widely carried out and is not even available yet in Indonesia. Therefore, this study was conducted to see the effect of short brand stories on purchase intentions with the perceived brand quality acts as a mediator. Short brand stories are differentiated into self-transcendence and self-enhancement. This study was conducted online and attended by 432 participants who are at least 18 years old minimum of age. Purchase intention is measured using measurement scale adapted from Schiffman and Wisenblit (2015) and perceived brand quality is measured using measurement scare adapted from Boulding and Kirmani (1993). Process analysis from Hayes found that SBS positively influenced perceived brand quality, and at the same time, perceived brand quality positively influenced purchase intention. Therefore, the mediation effect is presented in this study. In addition, the statistics measurement also found that the self-transcendence type short brand story has a higher perceived brand quality and purchase intention than the self-enhancement type. The results of this study provide input to fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) producers in presenting the latest innovations related to product marketing.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh microfilm marketing terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan produk Wall’s Kopi Negeri dengan microfilmnya, yaitu Filosofi Kopi Negeri sebagai objek penelitian. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya yang berdomisili di Pulau Jawa, berusia 17 tahun, dan pernah menonton minfilm Filosofi Kopi Negeri. Data yang didapatkan akan diolah menggunakan metode analisis regresi menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa microfilm marketing memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap purchase intention. Microfilm marketing mempengaruhi purchase intention konsumen melalui cognitive response dan juga affective response. Pada penelitian ini cognitive response akan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh variabel story plot. Sedangkan pada affective response variabel yang berpengaruh positif secara signifikan adalah story plot dan juga microfilm popularity. ......This study aims to determine the effect of microfilm marketing on purchase intention. This study uses the product Wall's Kopi Negeri with its microfilm, namely Filosofi Kopi Negeri as the object of research. The sample used in this study is the Indonesian people, especially those who live in Java, are 17 years old, and have watched the film Filosofi Kopi Negeri. The data obtained will be processed using the regression analysis method using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that microfilm marketing has a positive influence on purchase intention. Microfilm marketing influences consumer purchase intention through cognitive response and also affective response. In this study, cognitive response will be positively influenced by the story plot variable. While the affective response will be positively influenced by story plot and also microfilm popularity.
