"ABSTRAK
Citra perawat dimata sebagaian besar masyarakat Indonesia saat ini masih rendah,
keadaan ini juga disebabkan oleh nilai-nilai profesionalisme perawat yang belum
terinternalisasi dan diaplikasikan dalam kegiatan pelayanan keperawatan, termasuk
perilaku caring sebagai inti keperawatan, sehingga perlu dilakukan studi penelitian
yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang perilaku caring perawat pelaksana
di Rumah Sakit Immanuel Bandung. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 perawat
pelalcsana dari 6 ruangan rawat inap prima I Rumah Sakit Immanuel Bandung. Disain
penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded
theory, pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam menggunakan
pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara mendalam. Data yang diperoleh dianalitis
secara kualitatif dengan melakukan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menemukan
fenomena baru dalam perilaku caring perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit immanuel
Bandung Indonesia, ada tujuh tema yaitu : 1) sikap peduli terhadap pemenuhan
kebutuhan klien , 2) Bertanggungjawab memenuhi kebutuhan klien, 3) ramah dalam
melayani, 4) sikap tenang dan sabar dalam melayani klien, 5) selalu siap sedia
memenuhi kebutuhan klien 6)memberikan motivasi kepada klien, 7) sikap empati
dengan klien dan keluarganya. Disamping itu penelitian ini juga menemukan tiga tema
perilaku yang tidak caring yaitu : 1). Komunikasi yang dilakukan tidak terapeutik, 2)
sikap kurang tulus dalam melayani klien yang membutuhkan, 3) Kurang
terampil.Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya membudayakan perilaku
caring dengan melakukan continung,supervisi dan pengarahan yang intensif."

"Perkembangan teknologi memberikan dampak positif terutama dalam industri keuangan, terbukti transaksi
keuangan semakin bergeser ke arah digital. Banyak perusahaan menciptakan dompet digital atau bank digital
sebagai solusi keuangan. Dengan kondisi 48% masyarakat Indonesia tidak memiliki rekening bank padahal tingkat
penetrasi pengguna smartphone sudah di angka 67,88% menjadi peluang kolaborasi bagi Bank Jago dan Gojek
untuk meningkatkan inklusi keuangan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengalaman
pengguna terhadap intensi penggunaan dari fitur hasil kolaborasi Bank Jago dan Gojek yang ditinjau dengan
diffusion of innovation theory dan brand alliances. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan mixed-method, pendekatan
kualitatif dengan grounded theory dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan PLS-SEM pada 431 responden. Pengalaman
pengguna yang berhasil diidentifikasi pada tahap kualitatif adalah integration, design, flexibility, efficiency, dan
financial benefit. Pada tahap kuantitatif diperoleh intention to use dipengaruhi perceived compatibility, perceived
relative advantages, attitude toward alliances, dan brand trust. Adapun perceived compatibility dipengaruhi
efficiency dan financial benefit, sedangkan perceived relative advantages dipengaruhi integration, flexibility,
efficiency, dan financial benefit. Penelitian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan terkait inovasi kolaborasi produk
digital dan dapat dikembangkan pada penelitian selanjutnya. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi pengembang produk
digital terutama yang bergerak di bidang financial technology, masyarakat, dan pemerintah Indonesia dalam
menciptakan ekosistem keuangan yang lebih baik.

increasing shift towards digital financial transactions. Many companies are racing to create digital wallets or digital
banks as financial solutions. With 48% of the Indonesian population not having a bank account, despite a
smartphone user penetration rate of 67.88%, this situation presents a collaboration opportunity for Bank Jago and
Gojek to enhance financial inclusion in Indonesia. This research was conducted to understand user experiences
and intentions regarding the collaborative features of Bank Jago and Gojek, using the diffusion of innovation
theory and brand alliances as frameworks. The study employed a mixed-method approach, with qualitative analysis
using grounded theory and quantitative analysis using PLS-SEM on 431 respondents. User experiences identified
in the qualitative phase included integration, design, flexibility, efficiency, and financial benefits. In the
quantitative phase, it was found that intention to use is influenced by perceived compatibility, perceived relative
advantages, attitude toward alliances, and brand trust. Perceived compatibility is influenced by efficiency and
financial benefits, while perceived relative advantages are influenced by integration, flexibility, efficiency, and
financial benefits. This research contributes to the understanding of collaborative innovation in digital product
development and can be further expanded in future studies. Moreover, it provides valuable insights for digital
product developers, Indonesian society and government in creating a better financial ecosystem."

"The book is addressed to investigators with some knowledge of and familiarity with research methodswho are keen to learn more about the grounded theory method [GTM]. The method is located against general research issues, such as the nature of doctoral and other research, discussions on epistemology and ontology, and the initial motivations for undertaking a specific research project. The key features of GTM are discussed and exemplified using numerous examples taken from several of the authors many successful PhD students. The focus is on distinguishing the core and essential features of the method, from those that can be regarded as accidental. The authors concept of Methodological Sensitivity is introduced to explain how insightful research is often dependent on researchers adapting one or more methods to their specific project and context. The grounded theory method is illustrated through several examples taken from PhD theses supervised by the author; also the derivation of a grounded theory is drawn from more than 100 published GTM papers. The book includes chapters devoted to discussions of the concept of abduction and abductive logic, now seen as central to GTM, set against an overview of different forms of reasoning-i.e. induction and deduction. Other chapters include personal accounts of GTM-in-use by four successful PhD candidates and a guide that summarizes ways in which issues around GTM can be taken into account and addressed both by researchers (not only PhD students) and by assessors and evaluators (PhD examiners, journal editors, reviewers, and those refereeing research proposals)."

"Penyebaran platform media sosial berbasis video pendek sangat meningkat saat ini, khususnya di kalangan Generasi Z di Indonesia. Media sosial yang dulunya memiliki ciri khas masing-masing kini telah terdapat kesamaan, yaitu segmentasi khusus untuk menikmati konten video pendek. TikTok, Instagram Reels, dan Youtube Shorts adalah contoh dari platform konten video pendek. Banyaknya variasi platform media sosial berbasis video pendek menimbulkan pertanyaan terkait mengapa orang-orang menggunakan platform yang berbeda-beda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana karakteristik kepribadian seseorang yang diukur dengan model HEXACO yang merupakan model kepribadian yang mencakup enam dimensi: Honesty-Humility; Emotionality; Extraversion; Agreeableness; Conscientiousness; Openness, dan Narcissism, motif untuk menggunakan media sosial, dan affordance yang disediakan oleh platform-platform tersebut berhubungan satu sama lain dan mempengaruhi hal tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method dengan 12 narasumber wawancara dan 655 responden kuesioner. Subjek penelitian adalah Generasi Z pengguna media sosial berbasis video pendek. Lalu, didapatkan empat konstruk motif penggunaan media sosial, yaitu entertainment, pass time & relaxation, information seeking & sharing, dan surveillance. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua kepribadian yang dibahas pada penelitian memiliki hubungan minimal ke satu motif penggunaan media sosial berbasis video pendek. Selain itu, semua motif penggunaan media sosial juga didukung dengan beberapa social media affordance yang dibahas pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu mempercepat pengembangan platform media sosial berbasis video pendek dan menghasilkan fitur yang dapat dipersonalisasi sesuai dengan kepribadian pengguna. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat untuk mengembangkan platform media sosial yang lebih baik yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna serta meningkatkan pengalaman penggunaan media sosial secara keseluruhan.
......The spread of short video-based social media platforms has increased significantly, especially among Generation Z in Indonesia. Social media platforms, which once had distinct characteristics, now share a common feature: a dedicated segment for enjoying short video content. TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts are examples of short video content platforms. The variety of short video-based social media platforms raises questions about why people use different platforms. The aim of this study is to investigate how personality traits, measured by the HEXACO model (which includes six dimensions: Honesty-Humility, Emotionality, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness), plus narcissism, motives for using social media, and the affordances provided by these platforms are related and influence this usage. This study uses a mixed-method approach with 12 interview participants and 655 questionnaire respondents. The research subjects are Generation Z users of short video-based social media. The study identified four constructs of social media use motives: entertainment, pass time & relaxation, information seeking & sharing, and surveillance. Data processing was conducted using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) method. The analysis results show that all personality traits discussed in the study are related to at least one motive for using short video-based social media. Additionally, all social media use motives are supported by several social media affordances discussed in this study. The findings of this research can help accelerate the development of short video-based social media platforms and produce features that can be personalized according to users' personalities. Therefore, this study can provide benefits for developing better social media platforms that meet users' needs and preferences and enhance the overall social media experience."
