[ABSTRAK
Konflik antar saudara kandung merupakan hal yang sering terjadi pada rentang usia dini. Sebagai individu yang memiliki tanggung jawab dalam kepengasuhan anak, seorang ibu diharapkan dapat ikut membantu menyelesaikan konflik antar saudara kandung dengan strategi yang positif. Pada kenyataannya, strategi yang digunakan ibu masih bersifat negatif, sehingga tidak memberikan kesempatan pada anak untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dalam menyelesaikan sebuah konflik. Terdapat sebuah strategi yang lebih positif yang dapat digunakam oleh ibu untuk menangani konflik antar saudara kandung. Strategi ini dinamakan dengan mediasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pelatihan mediasi konflik yang diberikan kepada ibu dalam meningkatkan kemampuan (pengetahuan dan keterampilan) untuk menangani konflik antar saudara kandung pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain one group pretest ? posttest design. Alat ukur yang digunakan terdiri dari kuesioner untuk mengukur pengetahuan ibu mengenai konflik dan mediasi serta behavioral rating scale untuk mengukur keterampilan ibu dalam menangani konflik.

Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan teknik paired sample t-test menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan ibu dalam menangani konflik antar saudara kandung, dengan taraf signifikansi p < 0,05. Hasil follow up yang dilakukan setelah pelatihan menunjukkan perubahan strategi ibu dalam menangani konflik antar saudara kandung menjadi lebih positif.

As an individual who has responsibility in parenting process, a mother is expected to be able to help the child in resolving conflicts between siblings in s a positive strategy. However, the strategies used by mother are still negative,and this condition does not give children the chances to develop their skils in resolving conflicts. Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) sebagai lembaga penyelenggara manajemen kepegawaian negara harus siap memanfaatkan kekayaan pengetahuan yang dimiliki, termasuk pengalaman di masa lalu. Kenyataan yang dihadapi pengetahuan dan pengalaman sering kali tersebar, tidak terdokumentasi dan bahkan mungkin masih ada di dalam kepala masing-masing pegawai. Selain itu juga adanya kemungkinan pengetahuan yang hilang akibat frekuensi keluar, masuk dan mutasi pegawai yang cukup tinggi. Oleh karena itu, dipandang perlu adanya suatu Knowledge Management System (KMS) sebagai sarana untuk mendukung proses knowledge management (KM) di lingkungan BKN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah rancangan KMS yang mendukung proses KM yang dibutuhkan di BKN dengan menggunakan metodologi analisis faktor kontingensi. Selain itu untuk membantu analisis tipe budaya organisasi digunakan instrumen penilaian OCAI. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan KMS yang mendukung proses KM dengan prioritas pengembangan proses Internalization, Externalization, Exchange, Socialization for Knowledge Sharing, dan Routines. Untuk mendukung proses tersebut dikembangkan fitur-fitur KMS manajemen dokumen, manajemen pengetahuan/pengalaman, pencarian dokumen/pengetahuan, forum diskusi dan fitur chatting. ......National Civil Service Agency (BKN) as the state administering agency personnel management must be prepared to take advantage of the wealth of knowledge, including experience in the past. Reality faced by knowledge and experience are often scattered, undocumented, and may even still exist in the head of each employee. There was also the possibility of losses knowledge due to the quite high frequency of personnel transfers. Therefore, it is necessary the existence of a Knowledge Management System (KMS) as a means to support the knowledge management processes in the BKN. This research aims to develop a KMS design that supports KM processes required in BKN using contingency factor analysis methodology. In addition to helping analysis type of organizations culture used OCAI assessment instruments. This research resulted in the design of KMS that support KM processes with process development priorities Internalization, Externalization, Exchange, Socialization for Knowledge Sharing, and Routines. To support the process, developed KMS with features document management, knowledge/experience management, search features, discussion forums and chat features.

Bank dalam menjalankan pengelolaan likuiditasnya mempunyai potensi keuntungan dan kerugian yang selalu mengikuti. Untuk mengendalikan risiko tersebut perlu suatu proses manajemen risiko yang memadai, mulai dari identifikasi risiko, pengukuran risiko hingga implementasi mitigasi risiko. Pengukuran risiko likuiditas pada BNI yaitu menggunakan Liquidity Coverage Ratio. Penyediaan likuiditas sangat penting untuk mengantisipasi adanya kebutuhan likuiditas sehingga dapat mengcover kewajiban Bank baik dalam kondisi normal maupun krisis. Namun demikian, penyediaan likuiditas tidak boleh tersedia secara berlebihan karena timbul biaya likuiditas yang harus ditanggung oleh Bank. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penetapan limit biaya pengelolaan likuiditas yang bersedia di tanggung oleh Bank berdasarkan risk appetite dari management serta batas limit maksimum Liquidity Coverage Ratio harus ditetapkan oleh Bank. Penetapan limit tersebut merupakan hal penting dalam proses mitigasi risiko agar pendapatan yang hilang karena adanya penyediaan likuiditas dapat diminimalkan sehingga dapat tercipta peningkatan laba bagi Bank. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini merupakan komponen dari Liquidity Coverage Ratio BNI selama 2 Tahun 2015-2016 . Metode dalam penelitian ini secara kuantitatif. Pada kondisi saat ini BNI belum melakukan pengelolaan likuiditas jangka pendeknya secara efektif. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil perhitungan rata-rata Liquidity Coverage Ratio yang masih tinggi yaitu 267 . Bahkan pernah tertinggi sebesar 389 pada Q4 2015. Regulator menetapkan batas Liquidity Coverage Ratio minimum sebesar 100 . Dengan adanya, penetapan pengelolaan biaya pemeliharaan likuiditas maksimum dan penetapan limit maksimum Liquidity Coverage Ratio diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan oleh BNI sehingga dapat tercipta peningkatan laba bagi Bank.
Bank in carrying out liquidity management always followed with potential gains and losses. There should be an adequate risk management process to manage these risks, starting from risk identification, risk measurement to risk mitigation implementation. Liquidity risk measurement in BNI using Liquidity Coverage Ratio. The providing of liquidity is very important to anticipate liquidity needs so as to cover the liabilities of the Bank both in normal and crisis conditions. However, the providing of liquidity should not be available to excess liquidity because there will be costs to be borne by the Bank. Therefore, it is necessary to establish limit liquidity management fee paid by the Bank prepared based on the risk appetite by management as well as the maximum limit of the Liquidity Coverage Ratio must be determined by the Bank. The limit setting process is important in order to mitigate the risk of lost revenue due to the providing of liquidity could be minimized so as to create an increase in profits for the Bank. Data obtained in this study is a component of the Liquidity Coverage Ratio BNI for 2 years 2015 2016 . The method in this research is quantitative. In the current conditions the BNI not do short term liquidity management effectively. This is evident from the results of the calculation of average Liquidity Coverage Ratio are still high at 267 . The highest ever amounted to 389 in Q4 2015. Regulator set a minimum limit of the Liquidity Coverage Ratio at 100 . With the, determination of maximum liquidity management of maintenance costs and maximum limits Liquidity Coverage Ratio is expected to be implemented by the BNI so as to create an increased Bank profitability.

Manajemen Portofolio Proyek (Project Portfolio Management/PPM) terbukti mampu meningkatkan keunggulan melalui mekanisme yang secara dinamis mendukung organisasi untuk mengatur basis sumber daya mereka untuk menghadapi perubahan lingkungan. PPM Maturity Model adalah alat untuk menilai tingkat kemampuan dalam proses, alat, dan orang-orang yang terlibat dalam mengelola proses portofolio proyek. Mengelola kematangan portofolio adalah proses penting untuk memastikan bahwa organisasi mengembangkan proses yang tepat berdasarkan kebutuhan organisasi. Penelitian ini akan membuat PPM Maturity Model dan menentukan PPM Maturity Level untuk perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi BUMN. Diawali dengan menganalisis parameter PPM apa saja yang berpengaruh pada PPM Maturity Model, lalu memetakan PPM maturity level dan terakhir menentukan parameter yang paling berpengaruh dalam PPM Maturity Level pada Perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi BUMN di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan 5 variabel dan 40 indikator pada PPM Maturity Model yang dapat untuk mengukur PPM Maturity Level. Indikator paling berpengaruh adalah kemampuan beradaptasi dan ketahanan perusahaan. ......Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is proven to be able to increase excellence through mechanisms that dynamically support organizations to manage their resource base to deal with environmental changes. The PPM Maturity Model is a tool for assessing the level of proficiency in the processes, tools, and people involved in managing the project portfolio process. Managing portfolio maturity is an important process to ensure that the organization develops the right processes based on the needs of the organization. This research will create a PPM Maturity Model and determine the PPM Maturity Level for BUMN Construction Services companies. It begins with analyzing which PPM parameters affect the PPM Maturity Model, then maps the PPM maturity level and finally determines the most influential parameters in the PPM Maturity Level in BUMN Construction Service Companies in Indonesia. The results of this study were found to be 5 variables and 40 indicators in the PPM Maturity Model which can be used to measure the PPM Maturity Level. The most influential indicators are the company's adaptability and resilience.

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor dari pelaksanaan knowledge sharing yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan untuk menentukan strategi knowledge sharing di salah satu perusahaan kimia. Faktor-faktor tersebut diantaranya pengalaman kerja, materi training, trainer training, Standart Operational Procedure (SOP), dukungan top management, dan budaya perusahaan. Responden sebanyak 262 orang yaitu para karyawan dari lini operational sampai middle management. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dijalankan melalui AMOS 20 sebagai alat analisa. Hasil penelitian membuktikan faktor-faktor tersebut mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga, menjadi acuan dalam penentuan strategi knowledge sharing perusahaan. ......This research analyzes the factors the implementation of knowledge sharing that affects of employees performance to determine the knowledge sharing strategy in one of the company's manufacturing industry. Such factors include work experience, training, training trainers, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), top management support, and corporate culture. The respondents of this research are 262 employees from the operational to middle management. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which run through the AMOS 20 as a tool of analysis. Research shows that the factors has a significant and positive impact on employees performance. Based on the results of this study a reference in determining the company's knowledge sharing strategy with a K-SWOT analysis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi yang paling lemah pada Asisten Redaktur PT. XYZ dan menentukan intervensi yang paling tepat dalam mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan Direktur dan seluruh Kepala Derpartemen di PT. XYZ, pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan alat ukur kompetensi yang telah dimiliki oleh perusahaan itu sendiri, yang dikembangkan berdasarkan pada teori kompetensi Palan (2008). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi koordinasi adalah yang paling lemah, sehingga perlu untuk diintervensi. Hal ini sesuai dengan analisa hasil wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisa terhadap data penelitian dan wawancara lanjutan dengan Pemimpin Redaksi, maka untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tersebut direkomendasikan intervensi melalui pelatihan berbasis Knowledge Management menggunakan teori Knowledge Engine (Handerson & Baird, 2001) dan Value Creation (Sveiby, 2001) ......The purpose of this study was to reveal the weakest competence of Editor?s Assistant at PT XYZ and to determine the best intervention to manage it. This study used qualitative approach through interview with the Directors and Head of Departments in PT XYZ, also quantitative approach by using competency measuring instrument from the company which was developed based on Pallan's Theory of Competence. The result of this study shows that Coordination Competence is the weakest competence, which needs an intervention. This result is also consistent with the interview result. Based on data analysis and additional interview with Chief Editor, to enhance Coordination Competence, it is recommended to give intervention through Knowledge Management competency-based training by using Knowledge Engine Theory (Handerson & Baird, 2001) and Value Creation (Sveiby, 2001)

Penelitian ini membahas penyebab utama PT. ABC memiliki piutang dan kredit macet yang tinggi sehingga mengganggu performa dan likuiditas keuangannya. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif melalui metode focus group discussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya masalah intergroups relations, yaitu koordinasi kerja antar divisi. Intervensi penelitiaan ini dilakukan melalui program-program implementasi intergroups relations dengan pendekatan knowledge engine. ......This study addresses the main causes PT. ABC has a high accounts receivable and bad debts that it interferes the performance and the financial liquidity. Analysis of this study used qualitative methodology through focus group discussion (FGD) methods. The results showed the existence of an intergroups relations problems, which is the coordination of work between divisions. The intervention research by the implementation of intergroups relations programs through knowledge engine approach.

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan industri otomotif sebagai salah satu industri andalan ekonomi nasional. Hal ini memacu para pelaku industri untuk terus bersaing dan meningkatkan performa bisnis mereka agar dapat menguasai pasar penjualan. Tidak terkecuali PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) sebagai salah satu perusahaan otomotif terbesar di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan PT. ADM dalam meningkatkan performa bisnis mereka adalah dengan melakukan relokasi pabrik utama yang sudah beroperasi selama lebih dari 25 tahun ke pabrik baru di daerah Karawang. Pabrik ini nantinya akan mengedepankan penggunaan teknologi modern, salah satunya adalah penggunaan teknologi Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) pada assembly line mereka. AGV sebagai teknologi baru yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas lini perakitan tentu memiliki sejumlah tantangan dalam penggunaannya, terutama dalam hal adaptasi perusahaan dalam menggunakan teknologi baru ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi manajemen risiko yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam perencanaan otomasi assembly line pabrik. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah House of Risk (HOR) yang terbagi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu tahap 1 yang berfokus terhadap identifikasi agen risiko prioritas serta tahap 2 yang berfokus terhadap identifikasi aski preventif sebagai bentuk strategi mitigasi risiko. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan 12 agen risiko prioritas dari 26 agen risiko yang berhasil diidentifikasi, serta 5 aksi preventif terpilih dari 13 aksi preventif teridentifikasi yang menjadi prioritas untuk diusulkan sebagai bentuk strategi manajemen risiko bagi perusahaan. ......Indonesia is a country that relies significantly on the automotive industry to support its economy. This encourages industry players to continue to compete and improve their business performance in order to dominate the sales market, including PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) as one of the largest automotive companies in Indonesia. As a way to improve their business performance, PT. ADM aims to relocate their main factory which has been operating for more than 25 years to a new factory in the Karawang area. This factory will prioritize the use of modern technology, including the use of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) on their assembly line. Despite its potential to enhance assembly line efficiency, AGV technology introduces several challenges, particularly regarding company adaptation. This study aims to design a risk management strategy for companies planning to automate their plant’s assembly lines. The methodology used is House of Risk (HOR), divided into two stages: stage 1 focuses on identifying priority risk agents, and stage 2 concentrates on identifying preventive actions as part of the risk mitigation strategy. The research identified 12 priority risk agents from 26 total risk agents and proposed 5 preventive actions from 13 identified actions as priorities for the company's risk management strategy.
