Abstrak :
Masalah hasil kegiatan program Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah yang masih belum optimal yang dikelola oleh lintas program dan lintas sektoral terkait, dikarenakan masih lemahnya koordinasi mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Program UKS yang dibina oleh Tim Pembina UKS secara berjenjang TP UKS Pusat, TP UKS Propinsi, TP UKS Kabupaten dan Kota dan TP UKS Kecamatan, merupakan kegiatan lintas program dan lintas sektor yang harus dikoordinasikan secara baik. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan program UKS agar tercapai tujuannya secara optimal, perlu perencanaan yang matang dan terpadu baik dengan lintas program maupun dengan lintas sektoral terkait. Pada kenyataannya TP UKS Kota Bandung dalam pencapaian target cakupan masih rendah dan masih terdapat masalah dalam melaksanakan koordinasi. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui penelusurarn data yang terdokurnentasi, observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 12 informan TP UKS Kota dan Sekretariat TP UKS Kota Bandung . Informan adalah orang-orang yang tertera dalam SK Walikota Bandung Nomor : 441.51SK 390-Bag.Sos/1996 tentang Tim Pembina UKS Kota dan memahami serta mengetahui TP UKS dan Sekretariat. Hasil penetitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kegiatan grogram UKS melalui peranan TP UKS Kota belum efektif, karena koordinasi lintas sektoral masih lemah. Maka untuk meningkatkan koordinasi perencanaan TP UKS secara maksimal, disarankan untuk melakukan penyempumaan SK TP UKS dan Sekretariatnya serta mengajak para ketua untuk selalu ikut berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan program UKS Kota, karena ketua yang sekaligus pemimpin instansi terkait merupakan kunci keberhasilan baik koordinasi maupun kegiatan program UKS. Melalui pelaksanaan otonomi daerah, kemungkinan mernudahkan pelaksannaan koordinasi karena satu komando dari gimpinan daerah. Dengan koordinasi yang baik, maka pengelolaan kegiatan program UKS mulai perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi akan berjalan lancar. ......Analysis on School Health Program (SHP) Activities Planning Through the Role of School Health Program Developing Team in Bandung in 2000The low result of School Health Program activities managed by the related cross-programs and cross-sectors is due to weak coordination in the planning, implementation and evaluation. School Health Program which is developed by School Health Program Developing Team in the levels of Central School Health Program Developing Team, Provincial School Health Program Developing Team, City and Regency School Health Program Developing Team and Sub district School Health Program Developing Team is a cross-programs and cross-sectors activity which should be well coordinated. In implementing School Health Program in order to achieve its goal optimally, an integrated and well prepared planning is necessary either by the related cross-programs and cross-sectors. As a matter of fact School Health Program Developing Team in Bandung still has low achievement of the target range and has problem in the coordination. This research is a case study on qualitative approach. The Data are obtained through documented data exploration, direct observation and intense interviews with 12 informants from City School Health Program Developing Team and the Secretariat of School Health Program Developing Team of Bandung City. The informants are those who are listed in the Mayor Decree of Bandung Number: 441.51SK 390-Bag-Sos/1996 on Developing Team of City School Health Program and understand as well as get acquainted with the School Health Program Developing Team and Secretariat. The research shows that the planning of School Health Program through the role of City School Health Program Developing Team is not effective yet, it is due to weak coordination of the cross-sectors. Thus in order to improve the planning coordination of School Health Program Developing Team maximally, it is suggested to make perfecting action of the Decree of School Health Program Developing Team and its Secretariat and ask the heads to actively participate in the City School Health Program, as the heads who are also directing the related institutions are the success key of the coordination as well as the School Health Programs. By the implementation of local autonomy, it will enable the easier coordination of implementation as it will have one command from the local leader. By good coordination, the School Health Program management including planning, implementation and evaluation will run well.

Masalah kesehatan anak usia sekolah membutuhkan perhatian dalam penanggulangannya. Salah satunya dengan meningkatkan partisipasi guru dalam pelaksanaan program UKS dan usaha kesehatan siswa di sekolah yang komprehensif. Pelaksanaan program UKS di sekolah belum memperhatikan ekspektasi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan ekspektasi dan karakteristik guru dengan pelaksanaan program UKS tingkat sekolah dasar di Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif non-eksperimental dengan jenis korelasional. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 227 guru. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara ekspektasi guru dengan pelaksanaan program UKS di sekolah dasar (p = 0.039). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan program UKS sebaiknya memperhatikan ekspektasi guru sehingga didapatkan hasil lebih optimal. ......Health problems of school age children require attention in overcoming them. One of them is by increasing teacher participation in the comprehensive UKS program and student health efforts in schools. The implementation of the UKS program in schools is still far below teacher expectations. The implementation of the UKS program has so far not paid attention to needs through teacher expectations. Teachers are still oriented towards academic achievement without seeing the causes of problems with academic achievement related to children's health. This study aims to identify the relationship between teacher expectations and the implementation of the UKS program at the elementary school level in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The design of this research is non-experimental quantitative with correlational type. Respondents were determined by accidental sampling with a sample size of 227 teachers. The analysis was performed using the chi square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between teacher expectations and the implementation of the UKS program in elementary schools (p = 0.039). This shows that in implementing the UKS program, it is better to pay attention to teacher expectations so that optimal results can be obtained.

Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk pendidikan anak-anak di sekolah. Masyarakat termasuk insitusi pendidikan harus mengambil tindakan untuk mencegah penularan lebih jauh, mengurangi dampak wabah ini dan mendukung langkah-langkah untuk mengendalikan COVID-19. Salah satu program pencegahan COVID-19 yang telah dilakukan sepanjang 2020-2021 adalah “School of Five” yang merupakan sebuah pendekatan komunikasi perubahan perilaku kebersihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, motivasi, dan kemampuan diri siswa sekolah dasar untuk mempraktikkan cuci tangan pakai sabun dan kebersihan lingkungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain Studi Kasus tentang evaluasi Program “School of Five” dalam Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah untuk pencegahan COVID-19 di Sekolah Dasar Cigugur Tengah Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan dan efektivitas program “School of Five” dalam Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) untuk pencegahan COVID-19 di Sekolah Dasar Kota Cimahi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada 7 informan terdiri dari pelaksana program di SDN Cigugur Tengah, Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Kesehatan dan SNV Indonesia serta melalui diskusi kelompok kepada 18 siswa SDN Cigugur Tengah. Kerangka konsep menggunakan Logic Model dengan temuan bahwa dari sisi input, kepemimpinan guru UKS dan peran fasilitator lokal, dukungan anggaran dari mitra dan BOS (Bantuan Operasional Sekolah) serta kelengkapan media KIE (Komunikasi, Informasi, Edukasi) telah mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan program School of Five di SDN Cigugur Tengah. Dari sisi aktivitas program, kegiatan pelatihan guru, pelatihan dokter kecil dan pelaksanaan sesi-sesi School of Five sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan tujuan dan dokumen perencanaan program. Dari sisi output program, 4 guru mendapatkan kapasitas tentang pencegahan COVID-19 dan dapat melaksanakan sesi-sesi School of Five kepada 289 siswa SDN Cigugur Tengah yang dibantu oleh 6 orang dokter kecil. Dari sisi oucome program, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap positif siswa terkait pencegahan COVID-19, tetapi motivasi menurun karena siswa merasa bosan. Perubahan perilaku terjadi pada saat program masih berlangsung, akan tetapi menjadi tidak rutin dilakukan setelah program selesai karena tidak ada penguatan melalui diary kebersihan yang dipantau oleh guru dan orangtua. ......The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of life including children's education in schools. The public including educational institutions must take action to prevent further transmission, reduce the impact of this outbreak and support measures to control COVID-19. One of the COVID-19 prevention programs that have been carried out throughout 2020-2021 is the "School of Five" which is a communication approach for changing hygiene behavior that aims to increase the knowledge, motivation, and self-efficacy of elementary school students to practice hand washing with soap and hygiene. environment. This research is a Qualitative Research with a case study design regarding the evaluation of the "School of Five" Program in School Health Efforts for the prevention of COVID-19 at the Cigugur Tengah Elementary School, Cimahi City. This study aims to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the “School of Five” program in School Health Efforts (UKS) for the prevention of COVID-19 in Cimahi City Elementary Schools. Data was collected through interviews with 7 informants consisting of program implementers at SDN Cigugur Tengah, Education Office, Health Office and SNV Indonesia as well as through group discussions with 18 students at SDN Cigugur Tengah. The conceptual framework used the Logic Model with the findings that from the input side, UKS teacher leadership and the role of local facilitators, budget support from partners and BOS (School Operational Assistance) and the completeness of IEC (Information, Education, Communication) material have supported the successful implementation of the School of Five program. In terms of program activities, teacher training activities, training for little doctors and the implementation of School of Five sessions have been carried out in accordance with the objectives and program planning documents. In terms of program output, 4 teachers gain capacity on COVID-19 prevention and can conduct School of Five sessions for 289 students at SDN Cigugur Tengah with support from 6 little doctors. In terms of program outcomes, there was an increase in students' knowledge and positive attitudes regarding COVID-19 prevention, but motivation decreased because of student bored to have COVID-19 preventive measeures. Behavior changes occur while the program is still in progress, but become not routinely carried out after the program is finished because there is no reinforcement using diary through supervision from teacher and parents.

Anak usia sekolah merupakan masa keemasan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai perilaku hidup dan sehat (PHBS) sehingga berpotensi sebagai agent of change untuk mempromosikan PHBS, baik di lingkungan sekolah, keluarga dan masyarakat, karena itu Pemerintah telah mengupayakan pelayanan kesehatan anak usia sekolah (AUS) dalam program usaha kesehatan sekolah (UKS) yang terus dikembangkan dan dilaksanakan secara terpadu serta menghadirkan perawat kesehatan sekolah sebagai penanggung jawab usaha kesehatan sekolah dalam melakukan pendidikan kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan dan pembinaan lingkungan sekolah sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan peran perawat kesehatan sekolah dalam program usaha kesehatan sekolah terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Desain penelitian menggunakan rancangan cross sectional dan pengambilan sampel dengan metode non probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 139 AUS. Analisis menggunakan uji chi square yang menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara peran perawat kesehatan sekolah dengan pengetahuan AUS terkait PHBS dengan nilai P<0.05, tidak terdapat hubungan antara peran perawat kesehatan sekolah dengan sikap AUS terkait PHBS dengan nilai P>0.05 dan terdapat hubungan antara peran perawat kesehatan sekolah dengan keterampilan terkait PHBS dengan nilai P<0,05. Kehadiran perawat kesehatan sekolah dalam layanan kesehatan sekolah berdampak baik terhadap pembentukan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat anak usia sekolah karena itu program ini dapat dijadikan sebagai inovasi dalam upaya pelayanan kesehatan anak sekolah. ......School-age children are a golden age to instill the values of clean and healthy living behavior (CHLB) so that they have the potential as agents of change to promote CHLB in schools, families and communities, therefore the government has made efforts to provide health program for school age children in the school health program, which continues to be developed and implemented in an integrated manner and presents school health nurses who are responsible in school health program to providing health education, health services and healthy school environment. This study aims to identify the relationship between the role of school health nurses in the school health program on clean and healthy living behavior. The research design used a cross sectional design and the sampling method was non-probability sampling by means of purposive sampling with 139 school age children as a sample. The analysis used the chi square test which showed that there was a relationship between the role of school health nurses and the knowledge of school-age children regarding CHLB with value of P <0.05, there was no relationship between the role of school health nurses and the attitudes of school-aged children related to CHLB with value of P > 0.05 and there was a relationship between the role of school health nurses and skills related to CHLB with value of P<0.05. The presence of school health nurses in school health services has a good impact on the formation of clean and healthy behavior for school-age children, therefore this program can be used as an innovation in efforts to provide health services for school children.

Hasil Survei Cepat PHBS tatanan sekolah tahun 2014 mengalami penurunan angka presentase pada hampir semua indikator PHBS Sekolah dibandingkan dengan hasil PHBS tatanan sekolah tahun 2013. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik demografi, tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap siswa dengan PHBS siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Depok tahun 2014. Desain studi cross-sectional digunakan pada 143 siswa dari seluruh siswa sekolah dasar Kota Depok tahun 2014. Sebanyak 58,7% siswa mempunyai PHBS baik, tetapi perilaku menimbang berat badan dan mengukur tinggi badan setiap bulan, menggunakan jamban yang bersih dan sehat, dan perilaku mengkonsumsi jajanan sehat dari kantin sekolah masih kurang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan umur terhadap PHBS, pengetahuan terhadap PHBS dan sikap terhadap PHBS memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan PHBS, dimana siswa usia 10-13 tahun memiliki peluang 3,5 kali berperilaku PHBS baik dibandingkan siswa usia 6-9 tahun. Demikian pula dengan siswa yang memiliki pengetahuan baik memiliki peluang 3,7 kali untuk memiliki PHBS baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki pengetahuan rendah dan siswa dengan sikap positif memiliki peluang 3,4 kali lebih besar untuk memiliki PHBS baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki sikap negatif terhadap PHBS.
This study was conducted through a rapid survey on clean and healthy living behavior or also known as Perilaku Hidup Bersih Sehat (PHBS) on a school base in 2014. The results showed that almost all indicators decreased compared to its result in 2013. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the relationship between demography characteristics, knowledge, and attitude's elementary student in Depok, 2014. This study used cross-sectional design to 143 students of all elementary school in Depok. The results showed that 58,7% of the students were good in clean and healthy living behaviors. However, the behavior of weighing and measuring their height each month, using a clean and healthy latrine, and consuming healthy snacks from the cafetaria were still quite poor. This study also showed significant relationships between age, knowledge, and attitude towards clean and healthy living behaviors. Students age 10-13 had 3,5 opportunities to have a better clean and healthy living behavior compared to students age 6-9. Similarly, students who had good knowledge had 3,7 opportunities to have a better clean and healthy living behaviors compared to students who lack knowledge. Students with positive attitude had 3.4 opportunities to have a better clean and healthy living behaviors compared to students who had negative attitude towards it.

Data hasil riset kesehatan dasar (Riskesdas) menunjukkan peningkatan prevalensi anemia dari 22.7% ditahun 2013 menjadi 32% di tahun 2018. Remaja putri menjadi kelompok yang rentan mengalami anemia. Pendistribusian tablet tambah darah (TTD) melalui usaha kesehatan sekolah (UKS) menjadi salah satu upaya pencegahan anemia remaja dan didukung berbagai kegiatan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi mendalam mengenai gambaran pelaksanaan UKS terkait pencegahan anemia di SMAN 63 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan informan meliputi penanggung jawab UKS Puskesmas, Kepala Sekolah, Guru Pembina UKS, Pengurus UKS, dan siswa sekolah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komponen input untuk pencegahan anemia sudah tersedia baik SDM, dana, sarana prasarana. Dalam komponen proses, kegiatan pencegahan anemia meliputi penyuluhan, distribusi TTD, deteksi dini, sarapan bersama, dan hari minum TTD bersama di sekolah. Namun masih ada kegiatan yang belum rutin dilakukan dan proses pengawasan belum dilakukan dengan maksimal. Capaian kegiatan pencegahan anemia di sekolah tersebut untuk distribusi TTD sudah mencapai target yang ditetapkan (> 70%) namun untuk konsumsinya belum diperhatikan. Oleh sebab itu, disarankan bagi pihak sekolah untuk meningkatkan pengawasan konsumsi TTD para siswinya. Puskesmas diharapkan memastikan terlaksananya kegiatan minum TTD bersama di sekolah dan dinas pendidikan turut mengawasi pihak sekolah terkait kegiatan pencegahan anemia yang dilakukan. ......Data from basic health research (Riskesdas) shows an increase in the prevalence of anemia from 22.7% in 2013 to 32% in 2018. Adolescent girls are a group that is vulnerable to anemia. The distribution of iron tablets (TTD) through school health program (UKS) is one of the efforts to prevent anemia in adolescents and is supported by various other activities. This study aims to explore in-depth information regarding the description of UKS implementation related to anemia prevention at SMAN 63 Jakarta. This research was qualitative research with informants including the person in charge of UKS program in the community health center, school principals, UKS supervisor teachers, UKS administrators, and related school students. The results of the study show that input components for anemia prevention are available both man, money, material. In the process component, anemia prevention activities include counseling, iron tablets distribution, early detection, breakfast together, and day of taking iron tablets together at school. However, there are still activities that have not been routinely carried out and the monitoring process has not been carried out optimally. The achievement of anemia prevention activities in these schools for the distribution of iron tablets has reached the set target (> 70%) but the consumption has not been considered. Therefore, it is suggested for the school to increase supervision of the consumption of iron tablets for their students. The Community Health Center is expected to ensure that joint iron tablets activities are carried out at schools and the education office will also oversee the school regarding anemia prevention activities being carried out.

Peranan usaha kesehatan sekolah merupakan salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan status kesehatan siswa. Siswa dengan tahap perkembangan remaja awal dan menengah yang sedang berada dalam tahap pencarian identitas diri, remaja cenderung untuk melakukan perilaku kesehatan berisiko yang dapat mengancam status kesehatannya pada saat ini dan di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif mengenai hubungan peranan usaha kesehatan sekolah dengan status kesehatan dilihat dari beberapa faktor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu stratified random sampling dengan jumlah responden 77. Mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan sebesar 54,5 . Rata-rata responden memiliki tanda-tanda vital dan status nutrisi yang normal. Status kesehatan siswa sebanyak 57,1 memiliki risiko dan didominasi siswa laki-laki. Tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan hubungan antara peranan UKS dengan status kesehatan siswa, dengan nilai p sebesar 0,761 p>0,05 . Oleh karena itu, peneliti merekomendasikan promosi kesehatan yang penting untuk meningkatkan peranan UKS ...... The role of school health efforts is one of the efforts in improving the health status of students. Students with early and moderate stage of adolescent who are in the stage of identity searching, tend to engage in risky health behaviors that can survive their current and future health status. This research is a descriptive research about the relation of role of health school with health status seen from several factors. The sampling method used in research is stratified random sampling with the number of respondents 77. The majority of respondents is female of 54.5 . The average respondent has a normal vital signs and nutritional status. The health status of students 57.1 has risks and dominated by male students. No significant relationship was found between the role of UKS and students 39 health status, with a p value of 0.761 p 0.05 . Therefore, the researcher can improve student 39 s health status.

This book challenges the validity of ADHD, learning disabilities, and dyslexia as meaningful special education categories, while it critically examines the misplaced medical model from which they're derived. The book asserts that the presumption that these disabilities cause school-related problems distracts from an active search for identifiable factors within a child's classroom that create and maintain responsibility for a child's underachievement and disruptive behavior. This futile effort to name a disability wastes precious time while the unattended youngster waits for assistance. When ultimately the disability is named, it provides no functional information that translates to effective strategies. The book exposes the school-based medical model's weaknesses, and reveals educational disabilities' altogether misunderstood structure, pointing out that ADHD and LD are not disabilities that a child has, but weak constructs that poorly describe each child's uniqueness. Finally, it provides an alternative model built on a child's strengths not his deficiencies, and it presents strategies that advance those strengths. The book emphasizes the positive outcomes when children experience school-related success, specifically their gained self-assurance. They make better choices, they become self-directed, and they experience the sustaining joy from learning and their own achievement
