Abstrak :
Kinerja perawat pelaksana merupakan serangkaian kegiatan perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada klien. Kinerja perawat mencakup penerapan jaminan mutu, pendidikan, penilaian kinerja, kesejawatan, etik, kolaborasi, riset, dan pemanfaatan sumber-sumber. Kinerja yang baik merupakan cerminan mutu pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan. Kinerja diprediksi dapat dipengaruhi oleh umur, pendidikan, jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, lama kerja, dan lingkungan organisasi (struktur organisasi, dan desain pekerjaan) di rumah sakit yang disebut sebagai variabel independen. Dalam proses pelayanan keperawatan variabel independen tersebut secara bersama-sarrna mempunyai kontribusi terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi yang bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara lingkungan organisasi dan karakteristik perawat dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSUP Persahabatan Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan total populasi yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi, yaitu sebanyak 156 perawat pelaksana yang bertugas di ruang rawat inap. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa perawat pelaksana sebagian besar mempunyai kinerja yang kurang baik (50,6%). Pengujian ada atau tidak ada hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen digunakan Pew-son's Product Moment, hasil analisis dikategorikan menjadi kurang atau baik berdasarkan nilai median sebagai cut off point. Hasil analisis dengan alpha < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, status kawin, lama kerja, pembidangan pekerjaan, tingkat hirarki, dan kesatuan perintah tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana. Sub variabel dari struktur organisasi yaitu: perumusan masalah, pembagian tugas, pendelegasian dan wewenang, koordinasi, rentang kendali, cakupan pekerjaan, kedalaman pekerjaan, dan hubungan pekerjaan secara bermakna ada hubungan dengan kinerja. Untuk mengetahui variable yang dominan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana digunakan uji regresi logistik ganda, basil penelitian menunjukkan ada dua variabel yaitu koordinasi nilai p wald 0,001 dan kedalaman pekerjaan nilai p wald 0,004. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa koordinasi paling dominan terhadap kinerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengernbangan dalam bidang keperawatan yang berorientasi pada lingkungan organisasi internal.
The performance of nurse provider is a set of activities of the nurse in providing nursing care to the client. The nurse's performance is included the implementation of quality assurance, education, performance appraisal, peer, ethics, collaboration, research and the utilization of resources. The best performance is reflected through the quality of nursing care. The performance is predicted to be contributed by the age, education, gender, marital status, length of work organizational environment (organization structure and work design) in the hospital are considered as the independent variables. This study used the quantitative with correlation descriptive design with the purpose to examine the relationship between organizational environment and nurse characteristics with the performance of nurse providers working in nursing ward of RSUP Persahabatan, Jakarta. This research used the total population meeting the inclusive criteria with the total of 156 nurse providers working in nursing ward This study revealed that most of the nurses did not perform as expected or not well performed (50.6°%). To analyze the relationships among variables, the Pearson Product Moment Correlation was utilized the median value was used as a cut off point to categorize the poor and good performance. The result of this statistical analysis with the alpha < 0.05 revealed that the age, gender, education, marital status, length of work field of work, hierarchy level, and similar/united order of work had no significant relationship with the performance of nurse providers. Sub variables of problem formulation, task distribution, delegation and authority, coordination, control, scope of work detail, and work correlation had significant relationship with performance. Based on multiple logistic regression, the result of this study shown that coordination with p wald 0,001 and work detail with p wald 0,004. It means that coordination was the most determinant factor to nurse's performance. The implication of this study to nursing that there was a need to have development in nursing management of care focusing on the internal organizational environment.

Physical work environment is one of factor that influence performance worker, but this is rarely main attention industry, especially for worker as operator when he done. This happened in PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia III that manage container transportation with Gantry Crane, from shipping in Tanjung Mas Semarang. The problem in this case was operator time work not maximal, so target didn't reach. It was happen because physical work environment not ergonomic, such high temperature in room, level sound from machine very high, brightness is very high. Based on condition above, this research has goal to design physical work environment in operator room Gantry Crane. The design concern several aspects, such level sound from machine, temperature, and brightness in operator room. Method of this research is factorial experiment design with 3 factors (axbxc), use I 0 times replications. Data analysis used analysis variance (ANAVA) with F statistical at level I % and 5%. From the result analysis, it can be conclusions that improve level sound from machine, temperature, and brightness in operator room give influence to average operator time work in Gantry Crane. Operator works with optimal time work in temperature 24 - 26 UC, intensity fighting I 300-I 500liumen, use ear plug, and improve facility air conditioner (AC).

Pada aktivitas pekerjaan kasir terdapat beberapa faktor risiko ergonomi yangbersumber pada aspek disain kerja dan tampa! kerja yang digunakan. Hal tersebui memberikan kontribusi penting pada tirnbulnya risiko ergonomi seperti: ketidaksesuaian dalam hal reach, ciearance, POS”-lr, beban barang yang diangkat secara manual, repetitive task, sena peran campuran antara pekerja kasir dan konsumen. Kondisi di atas berakibat timbulnya dampak dalam rnuskuloskeletal (low back pain), efisiensi kelja, dan kenyamanan. Penelitian ini merupakan analisis terhadap disain ketja dan tempat kerja kasir, yang diharapkan dapat membantu perbaikan yang rasional dan feasible, yang menunjang kinerja pekelja kasir MAKRO. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar terwpainya rislko dan dampak seminimal mungkin temadap: gangguan muskuloske!eta| (Pow back pain), efisiensi dan produktifitas kerja, serta kenyamanan pada pekerja kasir dan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan adanya beberapa faktor fisiko ergonomi yang terdapat pada pekerjaan kasir, yaitu berupa: postur membungkuk, twisting, leher menunduk, fatique, dan potensi eror. Ditemukan bahwa task yang paling dominan dari kesefuruhan pekerjaan kasir adalah pada saat menginput data. Faktor risiko pada task menginput data ini paling banyak ditemukan pada saat kasir melakukan scanning. Berdasarkan temuan yang dlperoleh, terlihat bahwa postur membungkuk dan twisting adalah faktor risiko yang dominan pada saat melakukan scanning. Postur membungkuk teljadl karena disain tinggi trolley tempat dilakukannya scanning barang, terlalu rendah. Pmsedur yang mengharuskan kasir mengeoek hasil scanning di monitor, menyebabkan faktor risiko lainnya yaitu twlkting, karena kasir harus bergerak darl trolley menuju keyboard dan monitor. Selain itu alat scanner yang digunakan sering kali tidak berfungsi baik (terganggu sensitivitasnya), sehlngga dapat menlmbulkan fatique atau terjadinya eror dalam menginput data. Dengan demikian, solusi yang diusulkan untuk mengendalikan rislko-risiko pada task ini adalah berupa re-disain alat scanner yang berfun si ganda. re-disain meja kenja kasir. sefta lrolley yang acfustable. ......There are some ergonomic factors coming from working design andthe work place uhitty on job activities as cashier This kind of activities was giving a significant contribution to ergonomic risks appearance such as: reach. clearance, posture, manuar handling timing and carrying), repetitive task and mhrture role between cashier and consumer. This research was anawng work design and cashier workpiece which expected to assist a ratabnai and feasible improvement that will support the working performance of MAKROLS cashiers. This research taken in order to reach a minimum risk and rrnpact on: tow back pain, efficiency of work, productivity and comfort for cashier and customer The result of the research revealed some ergonomic factors that appeared on cashiers job ie. bending, twistrhg, casting down, fatigue and potential error: it was found that the dominant task of the overaii cashiers job was data input. The risk factor on data input process is when they do the scanning task. Based on the research Hnding, it was visibte that the bending and twisting posture was the dominant risk factor while scanning task taken. The bending posture occurred because of the height of trolley design white the scanning spot are too tow. The procedure that obliged the cashier to check the scanning result on the monitor couid cause another risk factor i.e. twisting, as the resuit of the movement hom trolley into the keyboard and monitor: Besides, the scanner was frequently non-functional (disturbed sensitivity) with the result of fatigue or input data enor. Thereby, the proposed solutions to contra! the risks of such task are to re- design the scanner tools with dual function, re-design the cashier work table and also the aoyustable tmiley.

Karyawan perusahaan rintisan memiliki tuntutan kerja yang lebih tinggi yang menuntut tersedianya sumber daya yang dapat meningkatkan thriving at work agar dapat mencapai tujuan bekerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka teori Conservation of Resources untuk meneliti interaksi antara playful work design sebagai salah satu sumber daya internal dan kompleksitas kerja sebagai sumber daya eksternal dalam memprediksi thriving at work. Partisipan penelitian merupakan karyawan aktif dari berbagai perusahaan rintisan (N = 292) dengan syarat pendidikan minimal S1 dan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun. Pengambilan data menggunakan convenience sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan linear regression pada IBM SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada peran moderasi yang signifikan dari kompleksitas kerja. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa playful work design merupakan prediktor yang signifikan dari thriving at work meskipun tidak dimoderasi kompleksitas kerja, sehingga perusahaan dapat memberlakukan kebijakan yang mendukung penerapan playful work design dalam pekerjaan. ......The employees of startups had higher work demands, requiring the availability of resources that could enhance thriving at work to achieve their work goals. This study used the Conservation of Resources theory framework to examine the interaction between playful work design as one internal resource and job complexity as an external resource in predicting thriving at work. The participants in the study were active employees from various startups (N = 292) with a minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of work experience. Data were collected using convenience sampling. Data analysis was conducted using linear regression in IBM SPSS version 29. The results of the study indicated that job complexity did not have a significant moderating role. The study's findings implied that playful work design was a significant predictor of thriving at work, even though it was not moderated by job complexity. Therefore, companies could implement policies that support the application of playful work design in the workplace.

Sehubungan dengan kompleksnya perkembangan proyek bangunan gedung, ditemukan fakta bahwa keterlambatan waktu perancangan menjadi masalah rutin yang tidak dapat dihindari sehingga melatarbelakangi penulisan tesis ini yang bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi faktor risiko dominan yang terdapat pada pekerjaan perancangan bangunan gedung yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu perancangan dan membuat respon atas risiko tersebut guna meminimalisir peristiwa dan dampak risiko yang terjadi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, validasi variabel oleh pakar dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Adapun datanya kemudian diolah menggunakan software SPSS terkait analisis non parametrik, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, analisis pendekatan risiko berbasis ISO 31000 dan analisis korelasi. Pada akhirnya, didapat 6 faktor risiko dominan yang dinilai sangat mempengaruhi kinerja waktu perancangan sehingga harus dicari penyebab, dampak dan respon risikonya dengan cara melakukan validasi hasil akhir oleh pakar. ...... Along with the complex development of building projects, it was found that the design time delay becomes routine problem that can?t be avoided, so that the background of this thesis aimed to identify the dominant risk factors of building design work that affect design time performance and make response for that risks to minimize the risk?s occurence and impact. Data collection methods used are literature reviews, validation of variables by expert and questionnaires to the respondents. The data is then processed using SPSS software for non-parametric analysis, validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, risk analysis approach of ISO 31000 and correlation analysis. In the end, found 6 dominant risk factors that most affecting design time performance so it must be sought the risk?s cause, impact and response by validate the final results to experts.

Percepatan pada pembangunan infrastruktur menyebabkan penerapan kontrak design and build menjadi pilihan pada pembangunan bangunan Gedung Negara, salah satunya dalam pembangunan Stadion di Indonesia. Tidak adanya standar dalam metode pengukuran volume pekerjaan pada kontrak design and build menyebabkan perbedaan persepsi antara penyedia jasa dan pihak auditor, sehingga menimbulkan dispute pada saat proses audit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah metode pengukuran standar volume Pekerjaan Design Development, Sitework dan Struktur, berbasis WBS pada Field of Play Stadion bangunan khusus gedung negara menggunakan kontrak design & build untuk meningkatkan akurasi perhitungan volume pekerjaan. Lalu membuat Pemodelan hubungan WBS dan SMM tersebut terhadap Tingkat Akurasi Perhitungan Volume Pekerjaan dengan menggunakan Structural equation modeling (SEM). Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, pertama penyusunan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) berdasarkan data arsip, selanjutnya divalidasi oleh pakar ahli. Kedua, Penyusunan standard method of measurement (SMM) berbasis WBS, kemudian divalidasi oleh pakar ahli. Ketiga adalah Pemodelan hubungan WBS dan SMM terhadap Tingkat Akurasi Perhitungan Volume Pekerjaan dengan menggunakan SEM, dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk validasi pakar, pilot survey, dan survey responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah WBS standar, Standard Method of Measurement berbasis WBS, serta model hubungan WBS dan SMM terhadap tingkat akurasi perhitungan volume pekerjaan berupa hasil analisa menggunakan SEM-PLS didapatkan R-Square sebesar 0.674 dan model matematika sebagai berikut 0.455 X1 + 0.434 X2 = Y. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai panduan dalam mengukur volume pekerjaan sehingga membentuk keseragaman pemahaman bagi semua pihak yang terlibat, sehingga mengurangi dampak dispute pada saat dilakukan proses audit. ......The acceleration in infrastructure building creates apply design and build contract to be choice in the construction of the State Building. One of them is development of Stadium in Indonesia. Standardless in measurement method work volume in design and build contract, cause difference perception between contractors and auditors, so that create dispute in auditing process. The aim of this research is to develop a measurement method of work volume standard of Design Development, Sitework and Structure based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in Field of Play Stadium of special state building, use design and build contract to increase the accuracy of work volume measurement. Then make modelling relation between the WBS and the SMM for accuracy level measurement of work volume by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The methods which used in the research are, the first is compiling the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on archive data, then validated by experts. The second is compiling Standard Method of Measurement (SMM) based on validated WBS, then validated by experts. The third is relation modelling between WBS and SMM to level of measurement accuracy of works volume by using SEM, by distributing questionnaires for validation by experts, pilot survey and survey respondents. The result of research is WBS Standard, Standard Method of Measurement based on WBS, and relation model between WBS and SMM on the level of accuracy measurement of the works volume which in the form of analysis results by using SEM-PLS obtained R-Square of 0.674 and the mathematical model is 0.455 X1 + 0.434 X2 = Y. The result of this research expected can be used as a guide in measuring work volume so that create similarity perception for all involved parties, so that decrease the impact of disputes during the audit process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leadership, work design, training and development, recognition dan work life balance terhadap employee engagement di masa pandemic COVID-19 karyawan Kantor Pusat PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed method yaitu dengan melakukan survei kepada 285 karyawan karyawan Kantor Pusat PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk dan wawancara terhadap beberapa karyawan Kantor Pusat PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk tersebut. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara leadership, work design, training and development, recognition dan work life balance terhadap employee engagement secara parsial dari responden penelitian. Besarnya pengaruh antara kelima variabel tersebut terhadap employee engagement adalah sebesar 83,1% dan 16,9% lainnya dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian. Variabel training and development memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar diantara variabel-variabel lainnya, yaitu sebesar 75,6 % dan variabel work design memiliki pengaruh yang paling kecil diantara variabel-variabel lainnya, yaitu sebesar 48,7%. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk terus meningkatkan dan mengoptimalkan employee engagement pada Kantor Pusat PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, terutama dari sisi work design. Selain itu, juga diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut terhadap faktor-faktor lainnya yang juga berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement penghasilan untuk dapat mendorong employee engagement secara maksimal. ......This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, work design, training and development, recognition and work life balance on employee engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic for employees of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Head Office. This study uses a mixed method approach by conducting a survey of 285 employees of the Head Office of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk and interviews with several employees of the Head Office of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS program and analyzed using a simple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between leadership, work design, training and development, recognition and work life balance on employee engagement partially from the research respondents. The magnitude of the influence between these five variables on employee engagement is 83.1% and the other 16.9% is influenced by other variables outside the study. Thevariable training and development has the greatest influence among other variables, which is 75.6% and thevariable work design has the smallest effect among other variables, which is 48.7%. Therefore, efforts need to be made to continuously improve and optimize employee engagement at PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Head Office, especially in terms of work design. In addition, further research is also needed on other factors that also affect employee engagement income to be able to maximize employee engagement.
