Abstrak :
Semakin banyak layanan website yang melebarkan layanannya dengan menciptakan mobile app, salah satunya adalah Bukalapak. Berdasarkan teori kategorisasi, terjadi proses transfer persepsi yang menyebabkan penilaian dari mobile app tersebut dipengaruhi penilaian website dan juga hubungan antara keduanya. Hubungan antara website dan mobile app dilihat dari konsistensi dan integrasi antara keduanya yang dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap penilaian mobile app. Penilaian tersebut dapat dilihat dari penilain intrinsik dan ekstrinsik, dan kedua penilaian tersebut dapat mempengaruhi intensi seseorang untuk menggunakan kembali mobile app bukalapak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi dari penilaian intrinsik lah yang memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan, sedangkan ekstrinsik tidak. Temuan lainnya menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara penilaian layanan website beserta hubungan antara website dan mobile terhadap penilaian pengguna akan layanan mobile app.

In this digital era, more websites expand their services into mobile apps. One of those is Bukalapak, a leading e-commerce in Indonesia. Based on theory of categorization, there is a process of perception transfer that appraisal of the mobile app is influenced by appraisal of website and the relationship of those platforms. It can be inferred from the consistency and integration between the platforms which are able to influence mobile app users. The appraisal itself is highly related to intrinsic and extrinsic motives of users to revisit mobile app Bukalapak. The result of this research shows that motivation from intrinsic motives significantly gives positive impacts, while none is given from extrinsic motives. The research also finds that there is significant positive impact in appraisal of website services, consistency and integration between website and mobile app and appraisal in mobile app services.

Abstrak :
Upaya mitigasi untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan pelacakan kontak digital, yaitu teknologi yang dapat mengatasi hambatan dari melakukan pelacakan kontak secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi cakupan penggunaan di negara yang tidak mewajibkan penerapan aplikasi pelacakan kontak digital serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan aplikasi tersebut dengan menggunakan desain literature review. Basis pencarian literatur yang digunakan adalah PubMed, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, dan Garuda. Hasil pencarian menunjukkan bahwa rentang persentase penggunaan aplikasi pelacakan kontak digital COVID-19 berkisar dari 11,3 – 84,1%, dengan penggunaan aplikasi paling rendah ditemukan pada studi di Prancis dan penggunaan aplikasi paling tinggi ditemukan pada studi di Inggris. Faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan aplikasi pelacakan kontak digital COVID-19 ditemukan terbagi ke dalam 8 kategori, yaitu kesehatan, sosioekonomi, demografi, prososial, kepercayaan pada pemerintah dan otoritas kesehatan, privasi, masalah teknis, serta efektivitas aplikasi. ......One of the mitigation efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is to use digital contact tracing, which is a technology that can overcome barriers to manual contact tracing. This study aims to identify the scope of use in countries that do not require the application of digital contact tracing applications and the factors that influence the use of these applications by using a literature review design. The literature search bases used were PubMed, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, and Garuda. The search results show that the percentage range of use of COVID-19 digital contact tracing applications ranges from 11.3 – 84.1%, with the lowest application usage found in the France study and the highest application use found in the UK study. The factors related to the use of the COVID-19 digital contact tracing application were found to be divided into 8 categories, namely health, socioeconomic, demographic, pro-social, trust in government and health authorities, privacy, technical issues, and application effectiveness

Sistem terdesentralisasi dirancang untuk menghilangkan ketergantungan pada server pusat yang mengatur keseluruhan sistem. Aplikasi peer-to-peer (P2P) merupakan salah satu bentuk sistem terdesentralisasi. Salah satu library yang mendukung pengembangan aplikasi P2P yang memungkinkan banyak opsi adaptor penyimpanan, resolusi konflik, manajemen peer, dan keamanan dengan infrastruktur public key adalah Gun.js. Penelitian ini menganalisis reliabilitas aplikasi chat berbasis Gun.js yang dikembangkan dengan skema koneksi berbeda, yaitu melalui WebRTC dan WebSocket. Hasil pengujian latensi menggunakan koneksi Gun.js dengan WebRTC, Gun.js dengan WebSocket, dan WhatsApp pada pengiriman pesan teks menunjukkan hasil latensi terendah adalah arsitektur aplikasi chat P2P terdesentralisasi dengan WebRTC. Namun, arsitektur P2P tersentralisasi dengan WebSocket memiliki skalabilitas dan ketersediaan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi implementasi chat grup yang menjadi tantangan aplikasi chat dengan skema infrastruktur public key. Hasil implementasi fitur pada aplikasi penelitian adalah chat grup yang aman menggunakan dengan enkripsi end-to-end untuk semua pesan dan mekanisme rotasi grup oleh pemilik (pembuat) grup untuk pembaruan grup ketika ada anggota ditambahkan maupun dihapus. One library that supports the development of P2P applications that provides many storage adapter options, conflict resolution, peer management, and security with public key infrastructure is Gun.js. This study analyzes the reliability of the chat application using Gun.js with the different connection schemes, that is, using WebRTC and WebSocket. The results of testing the latency of using Gun.js connections with WebRTC, Gun.js with WebSocket, and WhatsApp in sending text messages showed the lowest latency result in P2P decentralized architecture using WebRTC. Although, the P2P centralized architecture using WebSocket has better scalability and availability. This study also explores an implementation of group chat which is a challenge for chat applications that use PKI scheme. The implementation of the feature in the application is a secure group chat using end-to-end encryption for all messages and group rotation mechanisms by the group owner (creator) for group updates when members are added or removed. Further development of this research can be in the form of adding variations of test scenarios and improving the group rotation mechanism.

Abstrak :
Pemantauan keadaan dan kesehatan janin selama kehamilan sangat penting untuk mendeteksi komplikasi dan mengurangi angka bayi lahir mati. Fetal elektrokardiogram (FEKG) dapat digunakan untuk memonitor aktivitas jantung janin. Namun, pengembangan aplikasi FEKG yang memvisualisasikan dan menginterpretasikan data masih terbatas. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi FEKG berbasis Bluetooth menggunakan MIT App Inventor. Aplikasi FECG_App berhasil dikembangkan untuk telepon genggam Android versi 11 ke atas. Simulator FEKG menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 untuk mengirim data melalui Bluetooth. Aplikasi ini memiliki jarak operasional maksimal 10 meter dengan error pemetaan sinyal FEKG rata-rata sebesar 1,85%. Pengembangan aplikasi ini dapat membantu tenaga medis dan ibu hamil dalam memonitor pertumbuhan janin secara mudah ......Monitoring the condition and health of the fetus during pregnancy is crucial for detecting complications and reducing stillbirth rates. Fetal electrocardiogram (FECG) can be used to monitor the fetal heart activity. However, the development of FECG applications that visualize and interpret data is still limited. This study focuses on developing a Bluetooth-based FECG application using MIT App Inventor. The FECG_App was successfully developed for Android mobile phones version 11 and newer. The FECG simulator uses an ESP32 microcontroller to transmit data via Bluetooth. The application has a maximum operational range of 10 meters with an average FEKG signal mapping error of 1.85%. This application's development can assist healthcare professionals and expectant mothers in easily monitoring fetal growth.

Sejak masa pascaokupansi Amerika Serikat, perjodohan di Jepang telah mengalami proses globalisasi. Omiai, salah satu cara pencarian jodoh yang telah populer dari zaman Edo, juga berubah menjadi lebih modern akibat proses globalisasi tersebut. Meskipun begitu, menurut statistik dari Lembaga Penelitian Kependudukan dan Jaminan Sosial Nasional Jepang, jumlah peminat omiai tetap mengalami penurunan dari tahun ke tahun. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini akan membahas penyebab dari penurunan jumlah peminat omiai. Penelitian ini juga akan memaparkan proses globalisasi yang terjadi dalam pencarian jodoh di Jepang serta bentuk pencarian jodoh yang lebih ideal bagi kebanyakan orang Jepang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa globalisasi membuat cara-cara penjarian jodoh yang lain seperti kegiatan konkatsu dan dating app muncul dan berkembang di Jepang. Since the postoccupation era of the US, matchmaking in Japan has undergone a process of globalization. Omiai, one of the ways to find a mate that has been popular since the Edo period, has also changed to become more modern due to the process of globalization. Even so, according to statistics from the National Population and Social Security Research Institute Japan, the number of interested people continues to decline from year to year. Therefore, this study will discuss the causes of the decline of people interested in omiai. This research will also explain the process of globalization that occurred in Japans matchmaking culture and the form of matchmaking that is more ideal for most Japanese people. The results of this study show that globalization makes other way of matchmaking such as konkatsu activities and dating apps exist and develop in Japan. These methods have become more ideal for most Japanese because of the stronger nature of individualism in Japanese society today.

Abstrak :
Dalam prespektif politik hukum pidana, kehadiran RUU APP sesungguhnya adalah sesuatu yang wajar dan proporsiona, yang memang sudah saatnya dan tidak perlu melahirkan polemik yang berkepanjangan. Apalagi sampai memunculkan konfrontasi horizontal yang dapat merugikan semua pihak. Namun, hal demikian ini bisa diterima jika semua komponan masyarakatberkomitmen tinggi terhadap masalah integritas dan moralitas bangsa ke depan.

Menurut laporan Ericsson Mobility Report (2018), bahwa Jumlah total langganan seluler ada di sekitar 7,9 miliar pada Q3 2018, dengan 120 juta pelanggan baru bertambah pada kuartal tersebut. Di Indonesia juga sudah cukup banyak orang yang melek dengan teknologi, terutama internet. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mencari tentang karakteristik dari aplikasi (mobile app) yang berbayar (purchase) dan gratis (Free), terhadap peluang usaha pada perusahaan baru (startup) di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengamatan pada big data dan big data analytics, dari hasil pengumpulan aplikasi dalam bentuk populasi pada Google Play dan Apple App Store Indonesia. Pengambilan data akan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python 3.7 dan Anaconda sebagai IDE (Integrated Development Environment) sebagai basis visualisasi dari data dan program. Pengumpulan data dan penelitian akan berjalan dimulai dari Januari 2020.

According to the Ericsson Mobility Report (2018), the total number of cellular subscriptions is around 7.9 billion in Q3 2018, with 120 million new customers increasing in the quarter. In Indonesia, there are many people who are literate with technology, especially the internet. In this study, researchers want to find out about the characteristics of the application (mobile app) that is paid and free with in-app purchases, to business opportunities in new companies (startups) in Indonesia. In this study, observations will be made on big data and big data analytics, from the results of collecting applications in the form of population on Indonesia Google Play and Apple App Store. Data processing will use the Python 3.7 programming language, and Anaconda as an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) as the basis for visualization of data and programs. Data collection and research will run starting from January 2020.
