"ABSTRAK
Kartu debit mendominasi penggunaan Alat Pembayaran Menggunakan Kartu (APMK) dengan jumlah total transaksi mencapai lebih dari Rp.415 triliun sampai dengan bulan Juni 2015. Jumlah yang sangat besar tersebut merupakan pangsa pasar yang menjanjikan bagi pelaku industri, namun di sisi lain juga menjadi sasaran bagi pelaku kejahatan.
Untuk mengatasi masalah keamanan tersebut, Bank Indonesia sebagai regulator kegiatan perbankan kemudian membuat aturan yang mengharuskan bank-bank di Indonesia melakukan perubahan standar kartu debit magnetic stripe menjadi debit chip berbasis smart card. Dengan diberlakukannya aturan ini maka bank bank di Indonesia perlu melakukan penyesuaian pada sistem pembayaran elektronik menggunkan kartu, tak terkecuali PT Bank XYZ, Tbk.
Agar tetap bisa memenuhi regulasi, diperlukan sebuah proses perancangan arsitektur teknologi informasi untuk mendukung perubahan. Dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM, penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi, rencana migrasi, tata kelola implementasi, dan manajemen perubahan arsitektur untuk mendukung perubahan arsitektur dalam implementasi NSICCS.

ABSTRACT
The use of debit cards still dominate the payment instruments using card. The total number of transactions reached more than Rp.415 trillion until June 2015. The large number of transactions is a promising market for the industry, but on the other hand also became a target for criminals.
To answer security concerns, Bank Indonesia as the regulator of banking activity then create a rule that requires banks in Indonesia make changes to standard magnetic stripe debit cards into debit chip-based smart cards. With the enactment of this rule, the banks in Indonesia need to make adjustments on the electronic payment systems involving cards, include PT Bank XYZ, Tbk. This change would have an impact on the architecture which has been running at the moment.
In order to remain able to meet the regulations, it would require a process of design / architecture of information technology in order to support the change. TOGAF ADM is designed to form a repeating cycle of IT architecture to support the development of a sustainable and well targeted. By using TOGAF ADM framework, this research resulted in the design of data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, migration plans, implementation governance, and architecture change management to support the architectural changes in the implementation of NSICCS.

"Laporan ini memaparkan kegiatan pengembangan Standard Operating Procedure untuk proses pengajuan baru dan penggantian EDC MPOS BRILink. Kegiatan dilatarbelakangi oleh Bisnis PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia pada sektor agen laku pandai melalui AgenBRILink dimana perangkat yang digunakan semakin canggih dengan kurangnya korelasi antar department terkait yait BRILink Department dan E-Channel Department dalam pengembangan Standard Operating Procedure untuk proses pengajuan baru dan penggantian EDC MPOS BRILink. Pelaksanaan pengembangan Standard Operating Procedure untuk proses pengajuan baru dan penggantian EDC MPOS BRILink, langkah yang dilakukan yaitu sosialisasi, edukasi kepada stake holder yang terkait dimana nantinya akan dibuat inventory yang transparan, yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi terbaru yang dimiliki perusahaan (EDC MPOS) untuk menghasilkan Fee based Income yang positif demi kelangsungan bisnis perusahaan, melalui rekayasa keinsinyuran penulis menerapkan aspek profesionalitas dari sisi profesionalisme, Catur Karsa, Kode etik insinyur (KEI), dan Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan (K3L).

This report describes the Standard Operating Procedure development activities for the new application process and replacement of the BRILink MPOS EDC. The activity was motivated by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia's business in the smart selling agent sector through AgenBRILink where the devices used are increasingly sophisticated with the lack of correlation between related departments, namely the BRILink Department and the E-Channel Department in developing Standard Operating Procedures for the new application process and replacement of the BRILink MPOS EDC. Implementation of the development of a Standard Operating Procedure for the new application process and replacement of the BRILink EDC MPOS, the steps taken are socialization, education to relevant stakeholders where a transparent inventory will be created, which aims to optimize the use of the latest technology owned by the company (EDC MPOS) for generate positive Fee-based Income for the continuity of the company's business, through engineering the author applies professional aspects in terms of professionalism, Catur Karsa, Engineer's Code of Ethics (KEI), and Safety, Occupational Health and Environment (K3L)."

"Pendahuluan : Resesi gingiva merupakan salah satu kelainan pada jaringan periodontal yang sangat umum ditemukan pada populasi global. Modalitas pengobatan konvensional seperti pencangkokan gingiva menggunakan jaringan autologous memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal invasivitas, morbiditas area donor, dan tingkat keberhasilan yang bervariasi. Gelatin yang merupakan turunan dari kolagen mengandung sekuens arginin–glisin–asam aspartat (RGD) yang penting untuk mendukung adhesi dan interaksi sel di sekitarnya. Pengembangan biomaterial seperti hidrogel gelatin dinilai menjanjikan karena sifatnya yang biokompatibel, kemudahannya untuk disesuaikan, dan karakternya yang mirip dengan matriks ekstraseluler membuatnya menjadi agen regenerasi yang potensial. Tujuan: Mengevaluasi karakter fisik hidrogelgelatin crosslinked dengan menggunakan EDC/NHS dan non-crosslinked sebagai biomaterial potensial untuk scaffoldgingiva. Metode: Hidrogel gelatin dibuat menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok crosslink dengan menggunakan EDC/NHSdan kelompok non-crosslinked. Sampel dilakukan uji morfologi, uji viskositas, dan analisis gugus fungsi. Perbedaan morfologi diuji dengan uji T test independen dan hasil analisis viskositas dan gugus fungsi dilaporkan secara deskriptif. Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara kelompok hidrogel gelatin crosslinked dan non-crosslinked dimana kelompok gelatin crosslinked memiliki interkonektivitas yang lebih besar. Kelompok non-crosslinked tidak dapat dilakukan uji viskositas karena sifatnya yang temperatur sensitif. Analisis uji FTIR menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan gugus fungsi yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok tersebut. Kesimpulan: Hidrogel gelatin crosslinked dengan menggunakan EDC/NHS memberikan gambaran scaffold yang lebih stabil dan potensial sebagai biomaterial scaffold gingiva.

Introduction : Gingival recession is a kind of mucogingival deformity widely found in the global population. Conventional treatment modalities such as gingival grafting using autologous tissue have limitations in terms of invasiveness, donor site morbidity, and variable success rates. Gelatin, derived from collagen, contains the arginine–glycine–aspartic acid (RGD) sequence, which is crucial for supporting cell adhesion and interactions in its vicinity. The development of biomaterials like gelatin hydrogels might be promising due to their biocompatible nature, ease of customization, and structural similarity to the extracellular matrix, making them a potential agent for gingival regeneration. Objective: To evaluate the physical characteristics of crosslinked gelatin hydrogel using EDC/NHS and non-crosslinked gelatin as a potential biomaterial for gingival scaffolds. Methods: Gelatin hydrogels were divided into two groups: the crosslinked group using EDC/NHS and the non-crosslinked group. The samples underwent morphological, viscosity, and functional group analysis. Morphological differences were assessed using an independent T-test, while viscosity and chemical composition analysis results were reported descriptively. Results: There is a significant difference between the crosslinked and non-crosslinked gelatin hydrogel groups, where the crosslinked gelatin group exhibits greater interconnectivity. Viscosity testing could not be conducted on the non-crosslinked group due to its temperature-sensitive nature. FTIR analysis indicates no significant difference in chemical composition between the two groups. Conclusion: The EDC/NHS crosslinked gelatin hydrogel provides a depiction of a more stable scaffold that has more potential as a biomaterial for gingival regeneration."

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini memuat mengenai perlindungan konsumer pemegang kartu debet yang merupakan salah satu alat pembayaran utama dalam melakukan sebuah transaksi. Bersamaan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang sejalan dengan perkembangan di dalam dunia perbankan, terlebih dalam hal kegiatan alat pembayaran, penggunaan kartu debet juga mempunyai sisi negatifnya.Salah satu sisi negatif yang terdapat dalam penggunaan kartu debet adalah minimumnya proteksi yang diberikan oleh bank yang menerbitkan kartu debet berupa verifikasi tanda tangan, dimana hal tersebut merupakan suatu celah yang membuka peluang terhadap penyalahgunaan kartu debet dengan memalsukan tanda tangan yang terdapat di belakang kartu debet tersebut.Berdasarkan hal-hal yang telah dibahas dalam skripsi ini, dapat dikemukakan bahwa terdapat beberapa kelemahan dalam menggunakan kartu debet, yang salah satunya adalah verifikasi tanda tangan sebagai proteksi yang diberikan oleh bank penerbit kartu debet. Skripsi ini menkonklusikan bahwa perlu adanya regulasi dan teknologi lebih yang mengatur mengenai proteksi konsumer dalam melakukan transaksi menggunakan kartu debet.

ABSTRACT
This undergraduate thesis discusses about the customer protection over the use of debit card that has become one of the main payment instruments in having transactions. As technology improves, which gives improvements to the banking world, moreover in regards to payment instrument activities, it also gives negative sides of the existence of debit cards.One of the downsides of debit cards is in regards to its minimum protection provided, to which it gives loopholes to frauds and abuse of debit cards, knowing that the protection provided by the issuer of the debit card is as minimum as signature verification, which can always be forged by a third party.The research method that is conducted in order to finish this undergraduate thesis is juridical normative literature study, which reflects the law as the guidance and direction in the implementation of every sector of social and public life to set order and justice, especially in terms of law that is pertaining to economic law, which one of them is banking law.Based on the whole discussion within the chapters, it can be concluded that there are several weaknesses of the use of ATM debit cards, which one of them is signature verification, that is most of the time used as a method of authorization. This undergraduate thesis concludes that there should be several added provisions and technologies to give security to the customers in regards to their protection."

"Untuk mendukung perpres no. 87 tahun 2016, tentang satuan tugas sapu bersih pungutan liar, rektor Universitas Andalas pada tahun 2017 yang lalu telah mengeluarkan kebijakan sistem pembayaran denda non tunai di UPT Perpustakaan Unand. Seluruh transaksi pembayaran denda dibayarkan melalui rekening rektor yang disimpan di Bank Nagari yang menjadi mitra Unand. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap kebijakan tersebut dari perspektif mahasiswa sebagai pengguna utama jasa perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pemustaka yang pernah melakukan pembayaran deenda di bank. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara purposive random sampling tanpa membedakan angkatan dan jenjang studi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya kebijakan ini ternyata menimbulkan permasalahan baru di kalangan pengguna. Sebagian besar mahasiswa keberatan dengan sistem pembayaran denda non tunai. Mereka menilai kebijakan ini kurang efektif dan cenderung merugikan mahasiswa baik dari segi waktu maupun biaya, karena Bank Center jaraknya cukup jauh dari gedung perpustakaan. Sebenarnya penggunaan mesin EDC mampu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, akan tetapi kartu ATM bank penyedia mesin EDC, sesuai dengan rekening penampung, di kalangan mahasiswa Unand persentasenya ternyata masih sedikit (24%). Untuk mengatasi dampak dari sistem pembayaran non tunai mayoritas mahasiswa (50,65%) menyarankan untuk mengembalikan sistem pembayaran di loket pengembalian buku, dan 31,65% menyarankan untuk menambah mesin EDC bank lain."

"[ABSTRAK
Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai (GNNT) merupakan gerakan yang mendorong
dan meningkatkan penggunaan sarana pembayaran non tunai. Salah satu cara
industri perbankan mendukung program GNNT adalah dengan cara menempatkan
mesin EDC pada toko atau gerai di mall untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam
melakukan transaksi pembayaran non tunai.
Permasalahan yang timbul pada implementasi jaringan komunikasi mesin EDC
adalah biaya transaksi yang dirasa cukup tinggi dengan menggunakan teknologi
General Packet Radio System (GRPS) yang dipakai oleh operator telekomunikasi.
Dengan adanya pilihan teknologi koneksi mesin EDC selain menggunakan
GPRS, yaitu dengan teknologi wireline (fiber optic) atau wireless (radio link)
membuat biaya transaksi komunikasi mesin EDC dapat diturunkan secara
signifikan sehingga biaya transaksinya menjadi lebih rendah daripada
menggunakan teknologi yang digunakan saat ini (GPRS).
Pemilihan penggunaan teknologi diatas harus disertai dengan kebijakan
investasi dan operasi yang berbeda, untuk itu pada tesis ini telah dibuatkan sebuah
pemodelannya sehingga memudahkan para pemimpin untuk mengambil keputusan.
Pemodelan tersebut terdiri dari lima pilihan skenario yang dapat digunakan dalam
kondisi jumlah mesin EDC dan payback periode yang berbeda.
