"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu meminimasi risiko negatif bagi perusahaan akibat dari efek negatif bagi lingkungan dari aktifitas SCM MRO dengan memberikan usulan strategi manajemen rantai pasok hijau yang optimal untuk diimplementasikan di industri MRO aviasi termasuk dengan penentuan kriteria yang krusial dalam mempengaruhi pemilihan strategi tersebut. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitan ini, fokus penelitian dibagi kepada tiga kategori proses kunci dari manajemen rantai pasok industri MRO yaitu proses purchasing, proses internal dan proses outsourcing. Metode Analytical Network Process (ANP) digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai metode untuk menentukan usulan strategi manajemen rantai pasok hijau (Green Supply Chain Management-GSCM) yang paling optimal untuk diimplementasikan pada industry MRO Aviasi. Berdasarkan hasil, alternatif risk-based strategi menjadi alternatif strategi paling optimal untuk diimplementasikan di proes SCM MRO Aviasi, sedangkan kriteria Green Management System merupakan kriteria yang memiliki bobot pengaruh paling tinggi,

The purpose of this study is to help minimize negative risks for companies due to negative effects on the environment from MROs SCM activities by proposing an optimal green supply chain management strategy to be implemented in the aviation MRO industry including with determining the crucial criteria which influencing the selection of the strategy. To help achieve the objectives of this research, the focus of this study is divided into three key process in aviation MRO industry supply chain management, which are the purchasing process, the internal process and the outsourcing process. The Analytical Network Process (ANP) method is used in this study as a method for determining the most optimal Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) strategy to be implemented in the MRO Aviation industry. Based on the results, risk-based strategy alternative is the most optimal alternative strategy to be implemented in the MRO Aviation SCM process, while the Green Management System criteria is the criteria that has the highest weight value."

"Pengadaan suku cadang pesawat sangat penting untuk efisiensi operasional dan keselamatan perusahaan Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) dalam sektor penerbangan. Namun, secara aktual, proses pengadaan suku cadang yang ada di salah satu perusahaan MRO di Indonesia mengalami keterlambatan dimana pengadaan suku cadang dari proses Repair Order (RO) memiliki Turnaround Time (TAT) yang belum memuhi target standar TAT yang telah ditetapkan. Sehingga penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan desain proses pengadaan suku cadang pada perusahaan MRO di Indonesia menggunakan pendekatan Rekayasa Bisnis Proses (BPR). Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk memprioritaskan faktor pengaruh utama pengadaan suku cadang serta Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk membantu dalam pemilihan teknologi yang sesuai. Pada penelitian ini dihasilkan bahwa faktor time management sangat berpengaruh pada proses pengadaan serta dengan penerapan penggabungan teknologi process automation dan intelligent monitoring system menjadi teknologi yang sesuai karena dapat menghasilkan pengurangan waktu proses sebesar 21%.

The procurement of aircraft spare parts is crucial for the operational efficiency and safety of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) companies in the aviation sector. However, in reality, the spare parts procurement process at one MRO company in Indonesia is experiencing delays, with the procurement of spare parts through the Repair Order (RO) process having a Turnaround Time (TAT) that does not meet the established standard TAT targets. Therefore, this research aims to optimize the design of the spare parts procurement process in MRO companies in Indonesia using a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to prioritize the main influencing factors in spare parts procurement, and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is used to assist in selecting the appropriate technology. This study found that time management is highly influential in the procurement process, and the implementation of combining process automation technology and intelligent monitoring system is the appropriate technology as it can result in a 21% reduction in process time.

Fatigue pada pekerja merupakan sebuah risiko yang dapat timbul apabila suatu
pekerjaan dituntut untuk menggunakan tenaga fisik dan pikiran mental yang
berlebihan serta dituntut untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam waktu yang terbatas
tanpa adanya waktu istirahat yang optimal. Fatigue merupakan risiko utama dari
pekerja shift seperti pada pekerja shift industri MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and
Overhaul) transportasi udara. Transportasi udara dituntut beroperasi selama 24/7 dan
memiliki kewajiban untuk memenuhi standar kelaikudaraan. Salah satu industri MRO
adalah Perusahaan ?X?. Bekerja dalam sistem shift menjadi sumber risiko fatigue bagi
pekerjanya karena bekerja bertentangan dengan irama sirkadian tubuh, oleh karena
itu dibutuhkan penilaian keluhan fatigue pada pekerjanya sebagai langkah awal
program fatigue management. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko
keluhan fatigue pada pekerja shift dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan
menggunakan disain studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan
Oktober-Desember 2015, di bagian Domestic & International Line Maintenance
Perusahaan ?X?, dengan sampel penelitian sebesar 105 responden. Hasil
menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara shift kerja (p=0,002),
kerja lembur (0,005), kuantitas tidur (p=0,048), dan commuting time (p=0,042)
dengan keluhan fatigue.

"Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) tergolong unik karena melakukan fungsi orientasi produksi untuk menjaga kehandalan sesuai dengan desain awal sekaligus memenuhi fungsi orientasi layanan dalam bentuk jasa pemeliharaan kepada pelanggan. Dengan perkembangan penerbangan yang semakin maju, hal itu juga mempengaruhi strategi manajemen MRO untuk dapat bersaing di dunia global. Manajemen ramping telah dikenal sebagai salah satu strategi bisnis yang paling dapat diandalkan dalam MRO karena manajemen ramping memberikan keuntungan signifikan dalam rantai pasokan untuk mencapai daya saing.
Tinjauan penelitian membuktikan bahwa penelitian yang lebih mendalam dan analisis yang tepat diperlukan untuk memahami konteks penerapan manajemen ramping dalam rantai pasok MRO. Model SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) digunakan sebagai media untuk merancang struktur pengukuran kinerja untuk mengetahui kriteria yang mepengaruhi implementasi manajemen ramping di rantai pasokan MRO dengan mempertimbangkan integrasi aspek orientasi produksi dan kegiatan yang berorientasi layanan. Selain itu, SCOR juga digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kriteria sehingga dapat dibangun kerangka kerja manajemen ramping yang ideal dalam bentuk strategi manajemen yang diharapkan dapat mendukung fungsi organisasi MRO dalam menghadapi daya saing global.

Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) is unique because it performs a production orientation function to maintain reliability in accordance with the initial design while fulfilling the service orientation function in the form of maintenance services to customers. With the development of increasingly advanced aviation, it also affects the MRO management strategy to be able to compete in the global world. Lean management has been recognized as one of the most reliable business strategies in MRO because lean management provides a significant advantage in the supply chain to achieve competitiveness.
The research review proves that more in-depth research and precise analysis are needed to understand the context of applying lean management in the MRO supply chain. The SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model is used as a medium for designing performance measurement structures to find out the criteria that affect the implementation of lean management in the MRO supply chain by considering the integration of aspects of production orientation and service-oriented activities. In addition, SCOR is also used to determine the relationship between criteria so that an ideal lean management framework can be built in the form of management strategies that are expected to support the functioning of MRO organizations in facing global competitiveness.

"Pekerja mekanik unit Wheel Brake Maintenance di PT. X, salah satu perusahaan MRO Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul pesawat terbang di Indonesia, berisiko terhadap MSDs atau gangguan otot rangka karena dibutuhkan pengangkatan beban yang berat, postur janggal, dan gerakan repetitif dalam aktivitas kerjanya, tetapi dari penelitian ergonomi yang sudah ada di unit tersebut, belum ada penelitian yang meneliti aspek psikososial sebagai salah satu faktor risiko gangguan otot rangka. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dengan studi cross sectional ini melakukan analisis faktor fisik dan psikososial terhadap gejala gangguan otot rangka pada 44 pekerja mekanik yang melakukan aktivitas manual handling di unit Wheel Brake Maintenance PT. X pada bulan Januari - Juni 2017 dengan menggunakan metode REBA, kuesioner yang diisi secara mandiri oleh pekerja, luxmeter, meteran, dan NMQ. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 52,2 aktivitas kerja di unit tersebut berisiko sangat tinggi terhadap gangguan otot rangka. Gejala gangguan otot rangka terbanyak terdapat pada punggung bawah 84,1 , bahu 72,7 , leher 63,5 , dan punggung atas 59,1 . Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gejala pada leher dengan pekerja yang merokok OR=3,960; 95 CI=1,069-14,671 , gejala pada punggung atas dengan pekerja yang mengangkat 6-15 kg 3 2 hari per minggu OR=4,879; 95 CI=1,055-22,565 dan pekerja yang menggunakan perkakas tangan yang bergetar 3 1 jam per hari OR=4,167; 95 CI=1,133-15,328 , dan gejala pada bahu dengan pekerja yang bekerja dalam posisi berlutut atau jongkok 3 1 jam per hari OR=5,111; 95 CI=1,128-21,279 , sedangkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor psikososial dengan gejala gangguan otot rangka. Jadi, simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlu dilakukan perubahan dan intervensi untuk mengurangi risiko terhadap gangguan otot rangka terutama pada faktor fisik, dengan memperhatikan juga pekerja yang merokok.

Mechanics of Wheel Brake Maintenance unit in PT. X, an aircraft MRO's Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul company in Indonesia, at risk of musculoskeletal disorders MSDs because of heavy lifting, awkward postures, and repetitive movements in work activities, but from the past ergonomic studies in that unit, there has been no research that examined psychosocial factors as a risk factor. Therefore, this cross sectional study conducted a physical and psychosocial factor analysis towards musculoskeletal symptoms among 44 mechanics that performing manual handling activities in the Wheel Brake Maintenance unit of PT. X in January June 2017 using REBA, worker self report questionnaires, lux meter, meter, and NMQ method. Results showed that 52.5 of the work activities was at very high risk for musculoskeletal disorders. The highest prevalence was for, low back 84,1 , shoulders 72,2 , neck 63,5 , upper back 59,1 . There was a significant association between neck sympthoms with workers who smoked OR 3,960 95 CI 1,069 14,671 , upper back sympthoms with workers who raised 6 15 kg 3 2 days per week OR 4,879 95 CI 1,055 22,565 and workers using hand tools that vibrate 3 1 hour per day OR 4,167 95 CI 1,133 15,328 , and shoulders sympthoms with workers working in kneeling or squatting position 3 1 hour per day OR 5,111 95 CI 1,128 21,279 , whereas there is no significant association between psychosocial factor with musculoskeletal symptoms. Thus, the conclusion of the results of this study is the need to make changes and interventions to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders, especially on physical factors, with attention also for the workers who smoke. "

Efektivitas pengelolaan MRO Penyedia Jasa Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan pada persediaan suku cadang pesawat terbang memainkan peran penting karena menentukan besarnya investasi suku cadang dan keberhasilan MRO dalam memberi dukungan operasional kepada operator. Keefektifan pengelolaan persediaan dapat diukur melalui pengukuran kinerja. Sistem pengukuran kinerja yang baik dapat memberi inputan yang berharga kepada para pengambil keputusan agar dapat memberi keputusan terbaik dalam menimalisir ketidaktepatan waktu dan pembatalan keberangkatan serta mengoptimasi keuntungan MRO. Tanpa ukuran kinerja yang benar dan efektif, sulit mengetahui apakah MRO sudah memenuhi persyaratan dan kebutuhan konsumen, serta untuk mengetahui apakah ada peningkatan kinerja di MRO tersebut.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan indikator kinerja utama IKU berbasis risiko yang dapat digunakan oleh pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam makalah ini adalah studi literatur dan analisa arsip internal MRO. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya model pengukuran kinerja dengan indikator kinerja utama yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kinerja ketersediaan dan biaya penyediaan persediaan suku cadang untuk mendukung operasional pesawat udara.

ABSTRACT
MRO Maintenance Repair Organization as maintenance provider needs to prepare effective spare parts inventory strategy to provide the highest possible level of service at the lowest total cost. Effectivity of spare part inventory can be defined by performance measurement. Performance measurements or metrics are that which measure a company rsquo s performance and behavior, and are used to help MRO achieve and maintain success. Without the use of performance metrics, it is difficult to know whether or not inventory process is meeting requirements or making desired improvements. Delphi method and surveys are conducted in this research to develop Key Performance Indicator KPI which combined as framework to help strategical, tactical and operational decision making. This framework proposed to improve availability and cost effective performance of MRO 39 s inventory process."

"Tingkat persediaan pada suatu perusahaan menjadi salah satu hal yang menarik perhatian ketika melakukan pengelolaan rantai pasok. Salah satu permasalahan yang kerap terjadi adalah tingkat persediaan tidak berada pada tingkat yang optimal sehingga mengakibatkan ketidakefisienan pada sistem rantai pasok perusahaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen persediaan pada perusahaan Maintenance and Repair Organisation Aviasi di Indonesia dengan melakukan kategorisasi material dan mencari akar permasalahan yang menyebabkan tingkat persediaan tinggi. Hasil kategorisasi ABC digunakan untuk pencarian akar permasalahan menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk merumuskan beberapa potensi akar masalah dan Interpretative Structural Matrix (ISM) untuk melihat hubungan kausal potensi akar masalah dan merumuskan akar masalah sesungguhnya dari kejadian. Strategi perbaikan disusun berdasarkan hasil ISM sehingga menghasilkan langkah-langkah yang tepat sasaran bagi perusahaan untuk memperbaiki manajemen rantai pasoknya, terutama pada perencanaan dan persediaan. Studi ini akan berguna bagi para manajer dan praktisi rantai pasok perusahaan untuk menganalisis persediaan yang manfaatnya dapat meningkatkan profit perusahaan.

The level of inventory in a company is one of the things that attracts attention when managing supply chains, one of which is the Aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) company. One of the problems that often occurs is that inventory levels are not at optimal levels, resulting in inefficiencies in the company's supply chain system. Material overplanning is one of the phenomena that causes inventory to increase. This study analyzes inventory management in companies by categorizing materials and looking for the root causes of overplanning which causes high inventory levels. ABC analysis using multiple criteria is used to categorize inventory. The results of the categorization is used to search for root causes using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to formulate several potential root causes and Interpretative Structural Matrix (ISM) to see the causal relationship of potential root causes and formulate the real root causes of events. Improvement strategies are prepared based on ISM results to produce targeted steps for companies to improve their supply chain management, especially in planning and inventory management. This study is useful for managers and practitioners of the company's supply chain to analyze inventory which can increase company profits."

"Tuntutan global untuk mengatasi perubahan iklim telah meningkatkan kesadaran akan praktik-praktik berkelanjutan di berbagai industri. Emisi dari industri penerbangan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemanasan global, dengan kegiatan Pemeliharaan, Perbaikan, dan Overhaul (MRO) berperan dalam emisi penerbangan. Oleh karena itu, upaya diperlukan untuk mengurangi emisi dengan beralih dari energi fosil ke energi terbarukan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy  (AHP) di antara tujuh faktor yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan wawancara terstruktur dari 15 responden ahli dari lima MRO Penerbangan di Indonesia yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas hangar. Responden dipilih berdasarkan keahlian dan pengalaman mereka. Setelah wawancara terstruktur, perhitungan biaya siklus hidup dilakukan untuk membandingkan penggunaan listrik dari jaringan nasional, Solar photovoltaic (PV) Panels yang disewa, dan Solar PV yang dibeli. Temuan mengungkap penerimaan positif terhadap Aspek Kesadaran Teknis, Ekonomi, Lingkungan, dan Kebijakan dalam bagian wawancara pertama. Kemudian memberikan wawasan tentang prioritas responden, dengan Biaya, Siklus Hidup, Dampak Lingkungan, Dukungan Pemerintah, Kapasitas, Kualitas, dan Skema Pembayaran yang diurutkan berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan dalam memilih sumber energi listrik. Selain itu, perhitungan biaya siklus hidup menunjukkan efisiensi biaya yang signifikan baik dalam skema investasi maupun sewa untuk instalasi Solar photovoltaic (PV) Panels, menyoroti kontribusi potensial industri dalam mengurangi emisi. Mengintegrasikan energi surya terbarukan ke dalam operasi hangar menjadi peluang bagi industri MRO untuk meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis sambil memajukan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Upaya kolaboratif antara pemangku kepentingan industri dan badan pemerintah sangat penting untuk mempromosikan sektor MRO Penerbangan yang lebih bersih dan hijau di Indonesia, sejalan dengan tren global menuju praktik-praktik berkelanjutan.

This research method used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) among seven factors and was conducted by collecting data using structured interviews from 15 ahli respondents from five Aviation MROs in Indonesia equipped with hangar facilities. The respondents were selected based on their ahliise and experience. Following the structured interview, life cycle cost calculations were performed to compare the use of electricity from the national grid, leased Solar photovoltaic (PV) Panels, and purchased Solar PV. Findings revealed positive acceptance across Technical Awareness, Economy, Environment, and Policy aspects in the first interview section. Then provided insights into respondent’s priorities, with Cost, Lifecycle, Environmental Impact, Government Support, Capacity, Quality, and Payment Scheme ranked in order of importance in selecting electricity energy sources. Additionally, life cycle cost calculations demonstrate significant cost efficiency in both investment and leasing schemes for Solar photovoltaic (PV) Panels installation, highlighting the industry's potential contribution to emissions reduction. Integrating renewable solar energy into hangar operations presents an opportunity for the MRO industry to enhance business efficiency while advancing environmental sustainability. Collaborative efforts between industry stakeholders and governmental bodies are vital for fostering a cleaner and greener Aviation MRO sector in Indonesia, aligning with global trends towards sustainable practices."

"Pada penelitian ini, permasalahan yang terjadi pada objek penelitian adalah pada target perusahaan berupa Inventory Turn Over. Permasalahan tersebut terjadi karena perusahaan cenderung memutuskan untuk melakukan penyimpanan dalam jumlah besar agar tidak adanya potensi kekurangan material dan menggangu kegiatan pemeliharaan. Namun besarnya jumlah penyimpanan ini menimbulkan resiko seperti tingginya biaya penyimpanan dan resiko kerusakan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk menangani permasalahan manajemen persediaan adalah melakukan efesiensi keputusan kuantitas pemesanan (Q) dan waktu pesan (T) sehingga diperoleh total biaya persediaan yang minimal tanpa menghambat kegiatan pemeliharaan. Untuk dapat melakukan hal tersebut, metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah klasifikasi ABC untuk menentukan klasifikasi material yang perlu diutamakan dan Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) untuk mendapatkan total biaya persediaan yang minimal. Pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat 9 jenis material yang masuk ke dalam kategori A dari total 150 jenis material yang ada. Selain itu, jumlah kuantitas pesan (Q) dan  waktu pemesanan (T) hasil model mampu meminimalkan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp18.821.489 atau sebesar 14.7% dari kondisi aktual.

In this study, the problem that happen in the object of research is the company's target which is Inventory Turn Over. These problems occur because the companies tend to decide to store materials in large quantities so there is no potential for material shortages that ca disrupt maintenance activities. However, the large amount of storage creates risks such as high storage costs and the risk of damage. One way to solve inventory management problems is to make efficient decisions on order quantity (Q) and order time (T) so that a minimum total inventory cost is obtained without hampering maintenance activities. To achieve that, the method used in this study is ABC classification to determine the material classification that needs to be prioritized and Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) to get a minimum total inventory cost. From this research, it is known that there are 9 types of materials that fall into category A out of 150 types. In addition, the total quantity of order (Q) and order time (T) results of the model is able to minimize the total inventory cost of Rp.18,821,489 or equal to from the actual condition

"Pandemi COVID-19 telah menghancurkan industri penerbangan secara global. Di Indonesia sendiri, industri mengalami kerugian pendapatan sebesar USD 8,225 miliar dan mencatat penurunan 50% permintaan penumpang pada tahun 2020 dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Rendahnya permintaan perjalanan udara dan tidak jelas berakhirnya pandemi telah menyebabkan krisis ganda, kesehatan dan ekonomi, yang juga mempengaruhi karyawan industri penerbangan secara pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak persepsi kekhawatiran pandemi Covid-19 terhadap Stres Kerja, Keterlibatan Kerja, dan Ketidakamanan Kerja di kalangan karyawan industri penerbangan. Ini juga mengeksplorasi hubungan antara Stres Kerja terhadap Ketidakamanan Kerja dan Ketidakamanan Kerja dengan Keterlibatan Kerja. Terakhir, penelitian ini akan mempelajari pengaruh Stres Kerja, Ketidakamanan Kerja, dan Keterlibatan Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan. Dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS), penelitian ini akan mengkaji data karyawan industri penerbangan yang bekerja di berbagai perusahaan, termasuk maskapai penerbangan, bandara, MRO, atau konsultan pihak ketiga di Indonesia. Tingkat orang yang disurvei juga berkisar dari eksekutif hingga staf. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kekhawatiran pandemi yang dirasakan akan memberikan lapisan lain dari ketidakamanan kerja dan stres kerja serta berdampak negatif pada keterlibatan kerja. Keterikatan kerja karyawan kemudian berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, kekhawatiran pandemi yang dirasakan akan berdampak positif secara tidak langsung terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan.

COVID-19 pandemic has devastated the airline industry globally. In Indonesia alone, the industry suffered USD 8.225 billion loss in revenue and recorded a 50% drop in passenger demand in 2020 compared to the previous year. The low demand for air travel and no clear end to the pandemic had caused a double crisis, health and economical, which also affecting aviation industry employees on a personal level. This research aims to see the impact of perceived Covid-19 pandemic concerns on Job Stress, Work Engagement, and Job insecurity among aviation industry employees. It also explores the relationship between Job Stress towards Job Insecurity and Job Insecurity to Work Engagement. Finally, the research will study the impact of Job Stress, Job Insecurity, and Work Engagement on Employee Job Performance. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS), the research will be examined data of aviation industry's employees who work on various companies, including airline, airport, MRO, or third-party consultant in Indonesia. The level of people who are being surveyed also ranges from executives to staff level. The result of this research is that perceived pandemic concerns will provide another layer of job insecurity and Job stress as well as negatively impact work engagement. Employee work engagement then negatively impacts the employee job performance. Therefore, as a result, the perceived pandemic concern will have an indirect positive impact on Employee Job Performance."
