The purpose of this study is to examine the effectivity of Theraplay on preschool children with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). This study uses a qualitative single-case design which involves a child and his parent. Results show that Theraplay is an effective intervention for a preschooler with GAD. Several GAD symptoms were no longer present after the intervention, specifically muscle tension and sleeping problem. Furthermore, the level of anxiety also decreased to a point where the child no longer experienced excessive and uncontrollable anxiety which intervered with her adaptive functioning at home, school, and other social environments. After the intervention, she is more able to manage her anxiety, perceive new experiences more positively, and has improved adaptive functions. Through Theraplay, the quality of interaction between the mother and child evidently increased in that the attachment between them became more positive. The improved interaction between the parent and child shifted the internal working model (IWM) so that the child's self-esteem increased. Moreover, this shift in IWM also positively influenced the child`s perspective of looking at her environment. This in turn resulted in a decrease in internalizing scores and an increase in daily adaptive functioning."

Background. Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is one of the most common type among anxiety disorders in epilepsy population that can impaired patients quality of life. The Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) is a screening tool for detecting GAD that has been validated in epilepsy patients in Korea with cut-off point ≥7. The GAD-7 could be filled by the patients themselves in less than three minutes; hence, it is appropriate to be used in the neurology outpatient setting. The objective of this study is to obtain a valid, reliable, and accurate GAD-7 in Indonesian language as a screening tool of GAD in adult epilepsy patients.
Method. The study was conducted in two phases. The first phase included transcultural adaptation based on World Health Organization standards, content validity test based on expert consideration regarding the relevance of GAD-7 question items, followed by internal validity test, internal reliability test and test-retest in 30 epilepsy patients. The second phase was diagnostic test, in which, the GAD-7 with cut off point ≥7 will be compared with Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview International Classification of Diseases-10 (MINI ICD-10) as the gold standard examination for diagnosing GAD.
Results. Content validity coefficient of GAD-7 adapted version based on Martuzua method was 0.847. Internal validity test with Spearman correlation obtained the correlation coefficient 0.648 to 0.800 (p< 0.01). Internal consistency reliability test with Cronbach?s Alpha was 0.867. The difference of correlation coefficient and Cronbach?s Alpha between the first and the retest showed good test-retest reliability. Out of 146 subjects of diagnostic test, the prevalence of GAD using MINI ICD-10 was 16.4%. With cut off point >7, GAD-7 had sensitivity 100% and specificity 84.4%.
Conclusion. The Indonesian version of the the GAD-7 was proven to be valid and reliable, also was found to be accurate as a screening tool for GAD in adult epilepsy patient with cut off point ≥7.;Background. "Background: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), an autoimmune disease, can cause damage and impairment in the nervous system. Patients who had any manifestation of neurology can be classified as patients with Neuropsychiatric Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (NPSLE). One of the most frequent NPSLE manifestation is anxiety disorder. The presence of anxiety disorder is believed to be correlated with their ability to carry out daily activities. This study aims to see the correlation between anxiety disorder and quality of life (QOL) in patients with SLE. Method: an analitic cross-sectional study was done. The data were collected by distributing validated questionnaires to patients diagnosed with SLE in the outpatient clinic of dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital. Quality of life and anxiety disorder was measured using Short From-36 (SF-36) and Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (Zung-SAS), respectively. Normality test was done before correlating the variables using Pearson method. Result: Forty-six SLE patients fitted with the inclusion criteria were participated in the study. The assessment using Zung-SAS showed that 9 (19.56%) correspondents had mild–moderate anxiety, and 1 (2.17%) had severe anxiety. The analysis of SF-36 showed the means of Physical Component Summary (PCS) and Mental Component Summary (MCS) which were 45.18 ± 8.23 and 47.11± 9.78, in order. The correlation test of Zung-SAS with PCS and MCS showed the result of r= -0.651 (p < 0,01) and -0.654 (p < 0,01), respectively. Conclusion: There is a significant negative correlation between anxiety disorder and QOL in patients with SLE. The result of this study showed that the high degree of ones anxiety was in a parallel line with their low level of QOL, so it is important to do an early detection and prevention of anxiety disorder in SLE patients."

The prevalence of mental health disorders among Indonesian teenagers shows a significant figure, with one in 20 teenagers in Indonesia experiencing these issues. Generalized anxiety disorder, as one of the mental health disorders, has the highest prevalence rate and significantly impacts a person's quality of life. Despite the significant impact of generalized anxiety disorder, no specific application has been found that focuses on addressing this issue, especially among teenagers. Therefore, this research aims to explore the problems and user needs regarding the management of generalized anxiety disorder among Indonesian teenagers. It also aims to develop and evaluate a prototype application as a solution to these problems. The entire prototype design process involves 28 interview respondents and 347 questionnaire respondents, from the needs gathering phase to evaluation, which includes validated users through the GAD-7 test, psychologists, and user experience design experts. The final prototype design is evaluated by potential users through usability testing, user interviews, and the System Usability Scale, obtaining a usability score of 86 and an SUS score of 78.3. Additionally, user interviews provide feedback indicating that the application meets user needs but requires minor improvements. This research contributes practically through a clickable prototype that can be further developed by healthcare application developers."
