Pandemi COVID-19 sudah mulai mereda, namun jumlah pasien non-COVID yang berobat ke IGD di RSUD Dr. H. M. Rabain Muara Enim mulai kembali mengalami peningkatan dalam waktu singkat. Beberapa tenaga Kesehatan mulai mengeluhkan kelelahan dikarenakan beban kerja yang masih terasa berat, belum adanya rotasi tempat kerja ke unit lain serta adanya kekhawatiran akan terjadinya gelombang ketiga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan kejadian burnout pada tenaga Kesehatan di IGD RSUD Dr. H. M. Rabain Muara Enim. Penelitian potong lintang ini menggunakan instrumen Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) dan observasi kegiatan tenaga Kesehatan menggunakan Teknik work sampling. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 54% dokter dan perawat mengalami burnout sedang, 41% mengalami burnout ringan, dan 5% tidak burnout. Hasil analisis bivariat menyatakan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan burnout syndrome. Disarankan agar rumah sakit melakukan evaluasi lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab lainnya. ......The COVID-19 pandemic has begun to subside, but the number of non-COVID patients seeking treatment in the ER at the Dr. H. M. Rabain Muara Enim Hospital started to improve again in a short time. Several health workers began to complain of fatigue due to the heavy workload, the absence of job rotation to other units and fears of a third wave. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between workload and the incidence of burnout among health workers in the emergency department of RSUD Dr. H. M. Rabain Muara Enim. This cross-sectional study used the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and observed the activities of health workers using work sampling technique. This research revealed that 54% of doctors and nurses experienced moderate burnout, 41% experienced mild burnout, and 5% did not burnout. The results of the bivariate analysis stated that there was no relationship between workload and burnout syndrome. It is recommended that the hospital conduct further evaluations to determine other causative factors.

Pelayanan keperawatan sebagai bentuk pelayanan secara profesional yang merupakan bagian dari pelayanan kesehatan didasarkan ilmu kiat keperawatan secara komprehensif ditujukan pada individu, keluarga, kelompok dan masyarakat baik sehat maupun sakit. Pandangan Watson caring merupakan inti dari profesi keperawatan. Perawat seringkali mengeluhkan jika kegiatan diruangan sangat banyak dan tingkat ketergantungan klien yang tinggi sehingga perawat merasa lelah dan sensitif yang tampak dari ekpresi nonverbal seolah olah perawat tidak ramah dan kurang menunjukan sikap caring pada klien. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan sindrom burnout dan perilaku caring pada perawat yang berkerja di ruang rawat inap dengan menggunakan instrumen Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) untuk mengukur tingkat burnout dan instrumen Caring Behavior Inventory (CBI) untuk mengukur tingkat caring yang dilakukan perawat. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling terhadap 205 responden perawat yang bekerja diruang rawat inap. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan/korelasi negatif berkekuatan sedang antara sindrom burnout dan perilaku caring di rumah sakit X Jakarta dengan p-value= 0,000, r= -0,422 yang artinya semakin tinggi burnout maka semakin berperilaku caring rendah. Penting bagi institusi pelayanan keperawatan terutama bagian manajemen keperawatan memberikan akses layanan kesehatan mental, konseling dan dukungan psikososial yang dapat membantu perawat dalam mengelola stre dalam bekerja, mengidentifikasi tanda burnout dan mencari bantuan ketika diperlukan, mengadakan gathering dan pemberian penghargaan secara rutin sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab sehungga perawat sejahtera dan pelayanan yang diberikan akan berkualitas. ......Nursing services as a form of professional service which is part of health services based on comprehensive nursing tips aimed at individuals, families, groups and communities both healthy and sick. Watson's view of caring is the core of the nursing profession. Nurses often complain if there are a lot of activities in the room and a high level of client dependence so that nurses feel tired and sensitive which can be seen from non-verbal expressions as if nurses are not friendly and do not show a caring attitude towards clients. This study discusses the relationship between burnout syndrome and caring behaviour in nurses working in inpatient rooms using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) instrument to measure the level of burnout and the Caring Behaviour Inventory (CBI) instrument to measure the level of caring by nurses. This research design uses cross sectional by using probability sampling technique to 205 nurse respondents who work in the inpatient room. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a moderate negative correlation between burnout syndrome and caring behaviour in X Jakarta hospital with p-value = 0.000, r = -0.422 which means that the higher the burnout, the lower the caring behaviour. It is important for nursing service institutions, especially the nursing management department, to provide access to mental health services, counselling and psychosocial support that can help nurses manage stress at work, identify signs of burnout and seek help when needed, hold regular gatherings and awards in accordance with duties and responsibilities so that nurses are prosperous and the services provided will be of high quality.

Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan kejadian burnout syndrome pada perawat di unit rawat inap dan unit rawat jalan RS “X” Bandar Lampung tahun 2013. Disain penelitian ini potong lintang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 239 perawat serta 5 orang informan. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah Maslach Burnout Inventory dan survei diagnosis stres. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 21,8% perawat unit rawat inap dan 10,8% perawat rawat jalan mengalami burnout syndrome dan menunjukan tingginya kelelahan emosional dan rendahnya depersonalisasi. Kesimpulan : Sebagian besar perawat mengalami burnout syndrome derajat tinggi. Pengurangan kejadian burnout syndrome dapat dilakukan dengan cara peningkatan SDM, berupa peningkatan pendidikan dan pelatihan serta pengaturan jam kerja. ......This research analyzed burnout syndrome on nurses worked in in-patient units and out-patient units in “X” Hospital in Bandar Lampung in 2013. This was cross-sectional study with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 239 nurses and 5 informant. Stres kerja merupakan reaksi negatif dari seseorang terhadap tekanan yang dibebankan kepada mereka dari adanya tuntutan, hambatan atau peluang. Burnout syndrome adalah proses yang disebabkan oleh stres pekerjaan yang tidak teratasi sehingga menyebabkan kelelahan emosi, perubahan kepribadian serta penurunan pencapaian pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara tingkat stres kerja dengan Burnout Syndrome juga dapat menjadi pedoman untuk meningkatkan kesehatan jiwa tenaga keperawatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Cross Sectional kepada 165 perawat di RSUD Jati Padang dan Rumah Sakit Fatmawati. Pengukuran tingkat stres kerja dengan menggunakan kuesioner OSI-R (Occupational Stres Inventory-Revised) dan Burnout Syndrome diukur dengan kuesioner MBI-HSS (Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perawat termasuk dalam tingkat stress kerja sedang dan Burnout Syndrome sedang. Uji korelasi antara tingkat stres kerja dengan Burnout Syndrome diukur menggunakan uji Chi Square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p 0,001 < ɑ). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa jika tingkat stres kerja semakin tinggi, maka perawat mengalami burnout syndrome tinggi juga, begitu pula sebaliknya. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat menganalisa setiap komponen stres kerja dan Burnout Syndrome, serta mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi stres kerja dan juga Burnout Syndrome. ......Job stress is a negative reaction from a person to the pressure imposed on them from demands, obstacles, or opportunities. Burnout syndrome is a process caused by unresolved work stress that causes emotional exhaustion, personality changes, and decreased personal achievement. This study aims to obtain an overview of the relationship between work stress levels and Burnout Syndrome which can also be a guide for improving the mental health of nursing staff. The research method used the Cross-Sectional method to 165 nurses at Jati Padang Hospital and Fatmawati Hospital. Measurement of work stress level using the OSI-R (Occupational Stress Inventory-Revised) questionnaire and Burnout Syndrome measured by the MBI-HSS (Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey) questionnaire. The results showed that most of the nurses included in the level of moderate work stress and moderate Burnout Syndrome. The correlation test between the level of work stress and Burnout Syndrome measured using the Chi-Square test showed that there was a significant relationship (p 0.001 < ɑ). These results indicate that if the level of work stress is higher, then nurses experience high burnout syndrome as well, and vice versa. The next researcher can analyze each component of work stress and Burnout Syndrome, and identify the factors that cause.

Latar belakang: Prevalensi burnout syndrome ditemukan tinggi pada mahasiswa. Hal ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh prestasi akademik, status sosioekonomi, faktor budaya, dan rumpun ilmu. Tingkat burnout syndrome yang tinggi pada mahasiswa terutama mahasiswa tingkat akhir, dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya gangguan sendi rahang. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan burnout syndrome terhadap gangguan sendi rahang pada mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Indonesia Angkatan 2019, serta mengetahui hubungan antara prestasi akademik, status sosioekonomi, faktor budaya, dan rumpun ilmu terhadap burnout syndrome dan gangguan sendi rahang pada mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Indonesia Angkatan 2019. Metode: Studi dengan desain cross-sectional berupa kuesioner online, disebarkan pada bulan November 2022 kepada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia dengan jumlah 134 responden. Burnout syndrome diukur menggunakan kuesioner MBI-SS dan gangguan sendi rahang menggunakan kuesioner TMD-DI. Hasil Penelitian: Uji Fisher exact menunjukkan adanya perbedaan bermakna (p<0,05) burnout syndrome terhadap gangguan sendi rahang, uji kendall menunjukkan korelasi positif lemah antara burnout syndrome terhadap gangguan sendi rahang. Uji chi square menunjukkan adanya perbedaan bermakna antara prestasi akademik dengan burnout syndrome (p<0,05), uji kendall menunjukkan korelasi negatif lemah antara prestasi akademik dengan burnout syndrome. Namun tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara prestasi akademik dengan gangguan sendi rahang, serta status sosioekonomi, faktor budaya, dan rumpun ilmu dengan burnout syndrome dan gangguan sendi rahang . Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara burnout syndrome terhadap gangguan sendi rahang. Terdapat hubungan antara prestasi akademik terhadap burnout syndrome. Namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara prestasi akademik terhadap gangguan sendi rahang, serta status sosioekonomi keluarga, faktor budaya, dan rumpun ilmu terhadap burnout syndrome dan gangguan sendi rahang ......Background: The prevalence of burnout syndrome is found to be high in university students. This can be influenced by academic achievement, socioeconomic status, cultural factors, and knowledge groups. The high rate of burnout syndrome in university students, especially final year students, can increase the risk of developing temporomandibular disorder. Objective: This study aims to find out the relationship between burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorder in fourth year undergraduate students at the University of Indonesia, and to determine the relationship between academic achievement, socioeconomic status, cultural factors, and knowledge groups with burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorders in fourth year undergraduate students at the University of Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional study using an online questionnaire of 134 students from the University of Indonesia was distributed in November 2022. Burnout syndrome was measured using the MBI-SS questionnaire and temporomandibular disorders using the TMD-DI questionnaire. Results: The Fisher exact test showed a significant difference between burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorder (p<0.05). The Kendall test showed a weak positive correlation between burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorders. The chi-square test showed that there was a statistically significant difference between burnout syndrome based on academic achievement (p<0.05). The Kendall test showed a weak negative correlation between academic achievement and burnout syndrome. However, there is no statistically significant difference between temporomandibular disorders based on academic achievement, as well as burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorder based on socioeconomic status, cultural factors, and knowledge groups. Conclusion: There is a relationship between burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorders, as well as burnout syndrome and academic achievement. However, there is no relationship between temporomandibular disorder based on academic achievement, as well as burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorders based on family socioeconomic status, cultural factors, and knowledge groups.

Latar belakang: Tenaga kesehatan rentan mengalami stres psikologis dan fisiologis, termasuk burnout syndrome (BOS). BOS dapat diukur dengan menggunakan assesmen Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), yang menilai 3 dimensi dari burnout dan mempengaruhi fungsi dari sistem saraf otonom, salah satunya Heart Rate Variability (HRV). Terapi musik adalah salah satu terapi BOS di fase recovery. Pemilihan musik tradisional dipilih dengan mempertimbangkan preferensi dan budaya individu. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dan randomized control trial pada tenaga kesehatan di RSUP Dr. Kariadi (RSDK) dan RSUPN dr. Ciptomangunkusumo (RSCM). Dilakukan skrining burnout syndrome pada tenaga kesehatan dan dilakukan pemilihan subyek yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi Pemilihan subyek yang digunakan sebagai sampel dilakukan dengan randomisasi sederhana. Subjek yang terpilih dibedakan menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol masing-masing 23 orang. Intervensi menggunakan terapi musik virtual yang diberikan sebanyak 3x seminggu selama 1 bulan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner MBI-HSS dan alat pengukur Heart Rate Variabillity untuk pretes dan posttest. Analisis normalitas data dilakukan dengan Saphiro-Wilk. Jika distribusi data normal dilakukan analisis data uji T independent. Jika distribusi tidak normal, menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil: Dari hasil studi pustaka, pelatihan terapi musik, FGD , dan aransemen diperoleh 10 jenis musik yang dapat diakses di https://bit.ly/musikburnout. Hasil survei prevalensi burnout menunjukan prevalensi burnout sedang sebesar 46%. Data diolah secara statistik dan didapatkan data pretes yang homogen pada kedua kelompok baik untuk nilai MBI-HSS maupun nilai HRV. Didapatkan hasil nilai post test yang heterogen pada kedua kedua kelompok baik pada nilai MBI-HSS dan HRV dan didapatkan perubahan nilai yang bermakna yang bermakna secara statistik pada data pre-post test MBI-HSS dan HRV di kedua kelompok, dimana nilai MBI-HSS mengalami penurunan dan nilai HRV mengalami peningkatan setelah pemberian terapi musik. Kesimpulan: Terapi musik dapat menurunkan nilai MBI-HSS dan meningkatkan nilai HRV pada tenaga kesehatan dengan Burnout Syndrome. ......Background: Health workers are prone to experiencing psychological and physiological stress, including burnout syndrome (BOS). BOS can be measured using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) assessment, which assesses 3 dimensions of burnout and affects the function of the autonomic nervous system, one of which is heart rate variability (HRV). Music therapy is one of the BOS therapies in the recovery phase. The selection of traditional music is chosen taking into account individual preferences and culture. Methods: This research is a qualitative study and randomized control trial on health workers at Dr. Kariadi (RSDK) and Dr. Ciptomangunkusumo (RSCM). Burnout syndrome screening was performed on health workers, and subjects were selected according to the inclusion criteria. Subjects used as samples were selected by simple randomization. The selected subjects were divided into two groups, namely the intervention group and the control group, each consisting of 23 people. The intervention used virtual music therapy, which was given three times a week for one month. The instruments used were the MBI-HSS questionnaire and heart rate variability measuring devices for the pretest and posttest. Data normality analysis was performed with Shapiro-Wilk. If the data distribution is normal, an independent T-test data analysis is performed. If the distribution is not normal, use the Mann-Whitney test. Results: From the results of the literature study, music therapy training, FGDs, and arrangements, 10 types of music were obtained, which can be accessed at https://bit.ly/musikburnout. The results of the survey on the prevalence of burnout show that the prevalence of moderate burnout is 46%. The data were processed statistically, and we obtained pretest data that were homogeneous in both groups for both the MBI-HSS and HRV values. Heterogeneous post-test results were obtained in both groups on the MBI-HSS and HRV scores, and there were statistically significant changes in the values in the MBI-HSS and HRV pre-post test data in both groups, where the MBI-HSS values experienced a decrease and HRV values increased after giving music therapy. Conclusion: Music therapy can reduce MBI-HSS scores and increase HRV values in health workers with burnout syndrome.

Peran penting universitas dalam memajukan pendidikan bangsa diiringi dengan berbagai usaha universitas dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Untuk tujuan ini, universitas pada umumnya menetapkan beberapa standar (selain dari standar nasional yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian) didalam sistem perkuliahan, seperti standar kompetensi, beban studi, proses pembelajaran, jadwal perkuliahan serta standar-standar lainnya yang disesuaikan dengan kebijakan masing-masing fakultas maupun jurusan atau departemen yang ada di universitas. Disadari atau tidak, standar-standar ini kemudian membentuk suatu tuntutan, terutama bagi mahasiswa dalam menjalani bidang studi yang mereka tekuni. Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan antara kelelahan mahasiswa dengan sistem perkuliahan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Variabel penelitian terdiri dari academic workload, lecturer behavior, teaching and learning, supporting facilitator, serta student burnout. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei (kuesioner) dengan total responden sebanyak 200 orang mahasiswa (Teknik Industri dan Arsitektur). Model penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara kelelahan mahasiswa dengan faktor-faktor terkait sistem perkuliahan, sehingga diusulkan sebuah rekomendasi untuk mengevaluasi sistem perkuliahan yang ada agar dapat meminimalkan terjadinya sindrom kelelahan di kalangan mahasiswa.
Universities have an important role in enhancing the education of a nation, which aligns with efforts to generate qualified graduates. In relation to this circumstance, universities generally establish several standards (apart from the national standards established by the Ministry) in their academic systems such as standard of competency, study allocation for each semester, teaching and learning processes, teaching period and any other related standards depend on faculty and/department within the universities. Realized it or not, the established standards create a number of demand and/study burden, particularly for students. This study discusses the relationship between student burnout and the academic system using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Variables of this study consist of academic workload, lecturer behavior, teaching and learning, supporting facilitator, and student burnout. The data obtained through surveys (questionnaires) with a total of 200 students (Industrial Engineering and Architecture). The research model obtained shows a significant relationship between student burnout with factors related to the academic systems so that recommendations are proposed to evaluate the existing academic systems as well as minimizing the occurrence of burnout syndrome amongst students.
