Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas tokoh dan penokohan Anoman dalam cerita Lakon Anoman Cariyos Banjaran (LACB). Lakon ini dipergelarkan oleh Ki Timbul Cermamanggala. Rekaman suara pergelaran wayang ini diperoleh dari rekaman Radio Suara Kenanga Yogyakarta. Rekaman suara tersebut kemudian dibuat transkripsi ke dalam 140 halaman teks. Anoman adalah tokoh sentral dalam lakon tersebut. Anoman adalah anak dari Dewi Anjani. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori unsur-unsur cerita rekaan Prof. Panuti Sudjiman. Unsur-unsur cerita rekaan yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah alur, tema, tokoh, dan penokohan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tokoh dan penokohan Anoman dalam LACB. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa Anoman memiliki watak sakti, berani, pemberi ketentraman dunia, loyal dan terhormat. ......This undergraduate theses discusses about the character of Anoman and his characterization as implicitly told in the story of Lakon Anoman Cariyos Banjaran (LACB). This story brought by Ki Timbul Cermamanggala. The record of this story in an audio has been broadcasted by Radio Suara Kenanga Yogyakarta. This audio record is then being transferred to a 140 pages of written text. Anoman is a central character in that story. Anoman is Dewi Anjani's son. The theory which applied in this research is the fiction's elements theory by Professor Panuti Sudjiman. The fiction or stories' elements which will be analyzed here are the plot, theme, character, and characterization. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the character of Anoman and his characterization as showed in the story of LACB. The result of this research showed us that Anoman's characters are powerful, brave, loyal, and honourable, and also give the spirit of calmness and peace for the world.

Abstrak :
Pada drama Korea “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” disajikan enam dongeng anak dengan tema seputar isu kesehatan mental yang diterbitkan semua di tahun 2020 oleh penerbit Wisdom House. Salah satu dongeng yang diterbitkan adalah dongeng berjudul Akmeongeul Meokgo Jaran Sonyeon yang telah ditulis oleh penulis Jo-yong. Salah satu tokoh dalam buku cerita anak tersebut adalah seorang penyihir. Penyihir di dalam buku cerita dianggap oleh penulis sebagai tokoh cerdik yang menyelamatkan seorang anak kecil dari mimpi buruk, tetapi di lain sisi penyihir tersebut juga memakan jiwa anak laki-laki yang merupakan protagonis di dalam cerita. Penelitian ini menganalisis penokohan penyihir di dalam dongeng anak Akmeongeul Meokgo Jaran Sonyeon. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam menganalisis penokohan karakter penyihir di dalam cerita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyihir di dalam dongeng anak Akmeongeul Meokgo Jaran Sonyeon merupakan gambaran dari karakteristik penyihir modern yang memiliki sifat baik dan sifat jahat. Karakter dan watak penyihir dapat dijelaskan dengan analisis menggunakan teknik ekspositori oleh Nurgiyantoro. ......In the Korean drama "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" six children's fairy tales with themes around mental health issues are published in 2020 by the publisher Wisdom House. One of the published fairy tales is a fairy tale entitled Akmeongeul Meokgo Jaran Sonyeon which was written by writer Jo-yong. One of the characters in the children's story book is a witch. The witch in the storybook is considered by the author as a clever character who saves a small child from a nightmare, but on the other hand the witch also eats the soul of the boy who is the protagonist in the story. This study analyzes the characterization of witches in the children's fairy tale Akmeongeul Meokgo Jaran Sonyeon. This research uses descriptive method in analyzing the characterization of the witch character in the story. The results showed that the witch in the children's fairy tale Akmeongeul Meokgo Jaran Sonyeon is a description of the characteristics of modern witches who have good and evil traits. The character and character of magicians can be explained by analysis using expository techniques by Nurgiyantoro.

Pada abad ke-21 ini, representasi orang kulit hitam di banyak film Amerika problematis karena film-film tersebut tidak menghilangkan representasi stereotip orang kulit hitam yang mana sering digambarkan tidak sopan dan kurang cerdas dibandingkan dengan ras lain. Banyak film sudah mencoba mengubah stereotip tersebut ke perspektif lain, namun film-film tersebut masih belum dapat sepenuhnya menghapuskan stereotip yang ada. Dengan melihat aspek sinematik, dialog, simbol, suara, dan musik yang digunakan, artikel ini menganalisis stereotip karakter orang kulit hitam dalam film Get Out (2017) oleh Jordan Peele menggunakan analisis wacana. Artikel ini menemukan bahwa keseluruhan representasi dalam film tersebut masih memisahkan kulit hitam dari kulit putih dengan lebih mengutamakan aspek tubuh daripada pikiran dalam maskulinitas kulit hitam, sikap yang tidak sopan, dan perbedaan jenis pekerjaan. Sebagai hasilnya, karakter kulit hitam terlihat inferior dibandingkan karakter kulit putih meskipun film ini berusaha untuk memberdayakan orang kulit hitam. Penggunaan musik juga menekankan adanya perbedaan kekuasaan antara kedua ras. Keseluruhan hasil analisis dari artikel menemukan bahwa penggambaran stereotip orang kulit hitam masih terlihat dalam film yang memberdayakan orang kulit hitam. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa representasi ras menuntut pengamatan secara mendalam ......In the 21st century, the representation of Black people in many U.S. movies is still problematic, for the movies do not omit the stereotypical representations of Black people, which are often depicted being disrespectful and unintelligent compared to other races. Many movies have been trying to change them into another perspective, yet they are still unable to completely get rid of those stereotypes. By looking through the cinematic aspects, the dialogues, and the symbols along with the sounds and music used, this paper examines the stereotypes of Black characters in the movie Get Out (2017) by Jordan Peele using discourse analysis. The paper observes that the representation of the movie still distinguishes Black from White in the aspects of body over mind in Black masculinity, incivility, and distinctive racial labor. As a result, Black characters are seen inferior compared to White characters despite the movie’s effort to empower them. The use of music also emphasizes the power relation difference between the two races. The overall finding of the paper reveals that the existence of Black stereotypical depiction is still found in a movie empowering Black people, and it shows that race representation should be monitored thoroughly.
