"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh strategi green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, dan green trust pada green customer loyalty di pasar green cosmetics lokal Indonesia. Model pengukuran dibuat berdasarkan tanggapan valid dan reliabel dari kuesioner online pelanggan produk green cosmetics terkait green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, green trust, dan green customer loyalty menggunakan 6-poin Skala Likert dengan bantuan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green product memiliki pengaruh positif pada green image dan green satisfaction. Green price memiliki pengaruh positif pada green image, green satisfaction, dan green customer loyalty. Green place memiliki pengaruh positif pada green image, green satisfaction, dan green trust. Green promotion memiliki pengaruh positif pada seluruh dimensi green brand equity dimana green public relation menunjukkan peran besar dalam penentuan hubungan antar keduanya. Green image memiliki pengaruh positif pada green satisfaction dan green trust. Green satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif pada green trust dan green customer loyalty. Green trust memiliki pengaruh positif pada green customer loyalty.
This study aims to examine the impact of green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, and green trust on green customer loyalty in Indonesia’s local green cosmetics market. A measurement model created based on valid and reliable responses from online questionnaire from sustainable cosmetics product’s customer for green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, green trust, and green customer loyalty using 6-point Likert Scale with the help of PLS-SEM. The results of this study indicate that green product has a positive effect on green image and green satisfaction. Green price has a positive influence on green image, green satisfaction, and green customer loyalty. Green place has a positive influence on green image, green satisfaction, and green trust. Green promotion has a positive influence on all dimensions of green brand equity where the green public relations show a large role in determining the relationship between the two. Green image has a positive influence on green satisfaction and green trust. Green satisfaction has a positive effect on green trust and green customer loyalty. Green trust has a positive influence on green customer loyalty."

"Kerusakan lingkungan terutama yang disebabkan oleh sampah dan limbah memang telah menjadi permasalahan klasik di Indonesia. Hal ini membuat isu sampah maupun limbah menjadi perhatian tidak hanya bagi komunitas, melainkan juga pelaku bisnis dan menciptakan permintaan baru di pasar. Permintaan terhadap produk ramah lingkungan mendorong perusahaan untuk menyusun strategi guna memasuki pasar ramah lingkungan melalui rencana green marketing mix. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green marketing terhadap minat beli produk-produk ramah lingkungan pada konsumen Zero Waste Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik pemilihan sampel purposive. Kuesioner penelitian ini disebarkan kepada responden melalui daring. Data kemudian dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan dengan melalui teknik regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh signifikan positif antara strategi green marketing dengan minat beli konsumen khususnya pada dimensi green promotion dan green place. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan strategi green promotion secara optimal dan sederhana agar informasi dapat mendorong minat beli konsumen pada produk ramah lingkungan.
Environmental damage, especially caused by rubbish and waste, has become a classic problem in Indonesia. This makes the problem of waste a concern not only for the community but also for businesses and creates new demand in the market. The demand for environmentally friendly products encourages companies to develop strategies to enter a "green" market through a green marketing mix strategies. This study aims to analyze the effect of green marketing on purchasing intention in environmentally friendly products for Zero Waste Indonesia's consumers. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting primary data through the distribution of questionnaires with a purposive sample selection technique. The questionnaire was distributed to respondents through digital media. The data were analyzed and interpreted using multiple linear regression techniques. This study found a significant effect between green marketing strategies and consumer purchasing intention, especially in the dimensions of green promotion and green place. This study recommends the company maximize its green promotion strategy and make it easy for consumers to understand so that information can encourage consumers' purchasing intention in environmentally friendly products."

"Inisiatif green marketing merupakan tren berkembang yang terpicu oleh peningkatan isu lingkungan merupakan sebuah aspek penting dalam decision making sebuah perusahaan. Namun, demand untuk produk ramah lingkungan saat ini belum merata di berbagai segmen pasar dan budaya, sehingga memerlukan penelitian yang country-specific. Studi ini menganalisa pengaruh elemen-elemen green marketing mix terhadap customer-based brand equity dalam konteks industry makanan organik di Indonesia. Metodologi Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian terhadap 368 responden dari seluruh Indonesia, yang mengungkapkan adanya beberapa elemen green marketing mix yang memiliki dampak positif terhadap customer-based brand equity seperti green product dan green price terhadap perceived quality; green promotions terhadap brand awareness/association, perceived quality, dan brand loyalty; dan ecolabelling terhadap brand awareness/association, perceived quality, dan brand trust. Namun, elemen green place tidak memiliki dampak positif terhadap semua dimensi CBBE. Selain itu, hubungan positif antar semua dimensi brand equity telah ditemukan. Studi ini mampu memberi panduan yang berguna bagi marketer untuk menerapkan inisiatif green marketing untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan konsumen Indonesia terhadap merek makanan organik dan mengatasi isu lingkungan yang kian naik.
The popularisation of green marketing initiatives is a growing trend as green issues have developed into a crucial aspect in corporate decision making. However, the demand for environmentally friendly products is unequal across different market segments and cultures, which calls for country-specific research. This study evaluates the influence of green marketing mix elements on customer-based brand equity in the Indonesian organic foods industry. Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) methodology is used to conduct research on 368 respondents across Indonesia, which has revealed that several green marketing mix elements positively impact some dimensions of customer-based brand equity such as green product and green price towards perceived quality; green promotions towards brand awareness/association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty; and eco-labelling towards brand awareness/association, perceived quality, and brand trust. However, no positive impact of green place has been found on any CBBE dimensions. Furthermore, positive inter-relationships among all dimensions of brand equity have also been found. The findings offer useful guidance for marketers to implement green marketing initiatives to raise the public’s knowledge of organic food brands and address rising environmental issues."
