"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk analisis manajemen pengetahuan pada Divisi Project Management & Operation Maintenance dan Divisi Logistik pada sebuah perusahaan tower provider telekomunikasi. Digunakan metode SMARTVision sampai pada tahap konseptual model. Dilakukan identifikasi terhadap infrastruktur teknologi, strategi manajemen pengetahuan yang tepat, budaya knowledge sharing, dan audit pengetahuan. Dilakukan pengambilan data primer berupa kuisioner dan semi structured interview dengan responden pada level manajer dan middle up manajer dalam organisasi.
Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui bahwa sebagian besar pengetahuan pada kedua divisi tersebut masih berbentuk pengetahuan tacit. Penelitian juga menghasilkan 104 jenis pengetahuan dan taksonomi pengetahuan-pengetahuan tersebut untuk mengetahui knowledge flow dalam organisasi. selain itu, knowledge gap yang ada dalam organisasi juga diidentifikasi. Knowledge gap ini selanjutnya dijadikan dasar dalam membuat prioritas pengembangan pengetahuan.
......This research was conducted to analyse knowledge management on Division of Project Management & Operation Maintenance and Division of Logitic at a company providing tower for telecommunication. This research used SMARTVision's methodology which limited to conceptual modeling's procedure. It identified the information technological infrastructure, knowledge management strategy which in line with the organization strategy, knowledge sharing culture, and knowledge audit. Several questionnaires and semi structured interview were used to perform data gathering. The respondents were those in manager and middle up level of manager in the organization.
The result showed that most of knowledge in those divisions were still in tacit knowledge. 104 knowledge was identified. Furthermore a knowledge taxonomy was established to know flow of knowledge. Finally, the existing of knowledge gap was identified and then used as a basis on establishing knowledge development priority."

"Kemampuan perusahaan mengelola pengetahuan yang ada merupakan kekuatan yang diperlukan untuk dapat tetap bertahan. Hal ini juga berlaku pada perusahaan pembangkit listrik yang ada di Indonesia. Metode SMARTVision digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian ini sampai tahap penelitian konseptual model. Yang terdiri dari identifikasi infrastruktur teknologi informasi, strategi manajemen pengetahuan, identifikasi budaya kerja perusahaan, dan identifikasi pengetahuan. Diketahui bahwa sebagian besar pengetahuan sudah berbentuk eksplisit. Pengetahuan yang telah teridentifikasi sebanyak 60 pengetahuan yang selanjutnya dihasilkan peta pengetahuan. Knowledge gap yang ada dalam perusahaan juga telah diidentifikasi yang selanjutnya dijadikan dasar untuk membuat perancangan prioritas pengembangan pengetahuan.

Which consists of identiying information technology infrastructure, identifying knowledge management strategy, identifying corporate culture, and identifying knowledge. Given that most knowledge is explicit knowledge. Knowledge that has been identified as many as 60 knowledge further generated knowledge maps. Existing knowledge gap within the company also has identified which in turn becomes the basis of designing a priority of knowledge development."

Digunakan metode SMARTVision sampai pada tahap konseptual model. Dilakukan identifikasi terhadap infrastruktur teknologi, strategi manajemen pengetahuan yang tepat, budaya knowledge sharing dan audit pengetahuan.
Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui sebagian besar pengetahuan pada divisi tersebut masih dalam bentuk tacit. Penelitian juga menghasilkan 61 jenis pengetahuan dan peta pengetahuan tersebut untuk mengetahui aliran pengetahuan dalam organisasi. Selain itu, knowledge gap yang ada di dalam organisasi juga diidentifikasi. Pengolahan dari data-data ini selanjutnya dijadikan dasar dalam perancangan usulan pengembangan sistem manajemen pengetahuan.

"Many problems that arise in this knowledge-based competition era shave organizations and companies to re-invent the way they run their businesses. Knowledge as most valuable asset which is held in employees' brain has significant role for the business process. Some problems like the retirement of employee which causes losses of knowledge, the obscurity of knowledge location which makes knowledge workers difficult to find and access knowledge, low utilization of information technology for knowledge management, and the tack of clarity of document management, all of that make organization performance run slowly. In this research, knowledge management system is designed to manage knowledge by using SMARTvision method consist of strategize and model phase. This knowledge management design comprises knowledge mapping knowledge development, the use of information technology, document mapping, and procedures used for knowledge management. And the final result is comprehensive knowledge mapping which show the integration of knowledge taxonomy in each department, gap measurement, knowledge references, expert list, and document management completely which will become an initiation for knowledge management implementation."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan usulan inisiatif manajemen pengetahuan bagi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah minyak akar wangi, minyak pala dan minyak nilam untuk mengakses pengetahuan eksternal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SMARTVision sampai pada tahap konseptual model. Dilakukan pengambilan data primer berupa kuesioner untuk mengetahui hasil uji produk, pengetahuan penting, infrastruktur teknologi, budaya knowledge sharing, dan audit pengetahuan. Obyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah lima belas perusahaan minyak akar wangi, terdiri dari delapan perusahaan minyak akar wangi, dua perusahaan minyak pala, dan lima perusahaan minyak nilam.
Berdasarkan penelitian diidentifikasi bahwa masih terdapat gap pengetahuan yang masih berada di area Red Alert Zone pada usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah minyak akar wangi dan minyak nilam. Penelitian juga mengidentifikasi peta pengetahuan pada ketiga jenis umkm minyak atsiri. Selain itu penelitian mengidentifikasi inisiatif manajemen pengetahuan yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan strategi manajemen pengetahuan pada ketiga jenis umkm minyak atsiri.
......The research was conducted to generate knowledge management initiatives for micro, small and medium in java vetiver oil, nutmeg oil and patchouli oil to make accessible for external knowledge. This research used SMARTVision's methodology which limited to conceptual modeling's procedure. The data gathering was conducted through questionnaires to identify the product's test, knowledge requirement, technology infrastructure, knowledge sharing culture, and knowledge audit. The object of the research were fiveteen essential oil company, consist of : eight java vetiver oil company, two nutmeg oil company and five patchuoli oil company.
The result showed that there are knowledge gap which are in red alert zone area in micro, small and medium enterprise of java vetiver oil, nutmeg oil and patchouli oil producers. The research also identified knowledge map in three types of essential oil producers. Finally the research identified knowledge management initiatives which fit the condition and knowledge management strategy for the three types of essential oil producers."
