Abstrak :
This paper aims at analysing the ideological, political, and legal background of urban planning on the basis of empirical research on the rezoning of industrial sites in Balmain in Sydney, which has become a contentious issue in recent years. Balmain became a test for the state government policy on urban consolidation. The rezoning in Balmain became a major issue because several giant corporations (Monsanto, Caltex, Unilever, and Balmain Power Station) were involved, with the approval of state government of NSW, against the residents groups and local government of Leichhardt. The state government, the council, the developers, and the residents have been fighting for the right to decide the case. It is interesting to examine in what legal based the laws, the ideological, and political contested on the urban planning. This chapter will analyse a structure of the urban planning from the legal perspective and the theory of the social function of urban planning in Sydney generally, and in some detail will ers to the Balmain case.

Telah dilakukan analisis dermatoglifi secara kuantitas pada telapak tangan pria infertil penderita azoospermia dibandingkan dengan pria fertil, sebagai kontrol. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan dermatoglifi telapak tangan pada kedua kelompok tersebut. Sampel terdiri dari 32 orang setiap kelompok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mencetak dermatoglifi telapak tangan dengan tinta finger print menurut cara yang dilakukan oleh Cummins dan Midlo. Hasil analisis dermatoglifi frekuensi pola sulur pada kelima daerah telapak tangan, yaitu: Thenar atau interdigital 1, interdigital 2, interdigital 3, interdigital 4, dan hipothenar, untuk pria infertil penderita azoosperinia adalah 14,06% , 3,13%, 28,13%, 70,31%, dan 7,81%. Sedangkan untuk pria kontrol adalah 15,63%, 1,57%, 12,50%, 57,81%, 1,57% Jumlah sulur a-b total rata-rata pada kedua belah telapak tangan pria infertil penderita azoospermia 74,25, sedangkan pria kontrol 76,22. Besar sudut atd rata-rata pada kedua belah telapak tangan pria infertil penderita azoosperinia 75,75°, sedangkan pria kontrol 77,69°. Besar derajat transversalitas rata-rata pada kedua belah telapak pnia infertil penderita azoospermia 66,38°, sedangkan pria kontrol 73,28°. Frekuensi garis lipatan simian dan Sydney (uni+bilateral) pria infertil penderita azoospermia 12,50% dan 0%, sedangkan pria kontrol 6,25% dan 3,13%. Hasil uji chi-kuadrat terhadap frekuensi ada tidaknya pola sulur pada kelima daerah di telapak tangan, hanya pada interdigital 3 yang menunjukkan perbedaan (X² = 4,827; p<0,05). Hasil uji Mann-Whitney terhadap rata-rata jumlah sulur a-b (Z= -1,129; α 0,05), rata-rata besar sudut atd (Z= -0,611; α= 0,05) dan rata-rata besar sudut transversalitas (Z= -1,128; α= 0,05) menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan di antara kelompok tersebut. Hasil uji chi-kuadrat terhadap frekuensi garis lipatan simian (X² 0,736; p> 0,05) dan Sydney (X² = 1,016; p>0,05) menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan. Kesimpulan yang dapat diainbil dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: Dermatoglifi telapak tangan pria infertil penderita azoospermia berbeda dengan dermatoglifi telapak tangan pria kontrol hanya dalam hal frekuensi adanya pola sulur pada daerah interdigital 3.

Hasil dari multiples mirip dengan harga saham SYD saat ini. Hasil dari RI lebih rendah dari harga saham SYD, dan disarankan agar pembaca menjual investasi mereka. It derives its revenue from four main sources: aeronautical, retail, property and car rental, and parking and ground transport. The valuation of this company is done by using three different methods: multiples, residual income (RI), and free cash flow (FCF). Multiples valuation results in similar value to SYD’s current share price, suggesting readers to hold their investment. RI valuation results in lower value compared to SYD’s current share price, suggesting that SYD is overvalued and readers need to sell their investment. FCF valuation results in higher value compared to SYD’s current share price, suggesting readers to buy new shares. Comparing the three valuation methods, we believe that FCF is the most appropriate for SYD and we suggest readers to invest in SYD.

Permasalahan mengenai kemunculan artike After Marcos, Now For The Soeharto Billion yang ditulis oleh David Jenkins pada 10 April 1986 telah memberikan pengaruh besar bagi hubungan antara Indonesia dan Australia. Beragam respon ditunjukkan oleh Pemerintah dan Rakyat Indonesia karena artikel tersebut dinilai telah menghina Presiden Soeharto. Munculnya artikel tersebut memberikan ekses kepada Pemerintah Australia, seperti Pembatalan kunjungan para menteri Indonesia, penutupan ALKI, dan pembatasan kunjungan masyarakat Australia. Penulisan skripsi ini menunjukkan bahwa diperlukannya kesepahaman diantara negara bertetangga agar terhindar dari kesalahpahaman yang dapat mengakibatkan rapuhnya hubungan diplomatik. Kesepahaman dapat dilakukan dengan cara seperti diskusi, pertemuan antar tokoh, serta diplomasi budaya.

ABSTRACT
The problem arose from the Sydney Morning Herald?s article titled After Marcos, Now For The Soeharto Billion written by David Jenkins on April 10th, 1986 had triggered great impact towards Indonesia-Australia bilateral relationship. Responses came from both government and the people of Indonesia due to despising content, which insulted Indonesian President, Soeharto. The article then gave many excesses to the Australian government, such as the cancelation of several Indonesian Minister visits, the closing of Alur Laut Kepulauan Indonesia (ALKI), and numerous Australian tourists ban. This thesis figures that mutual understandings are needed in a bilateral relationship between both neighboring countries to lessen the chance of ruining the diplomatic ties. The understanding can be reached by holding discussions, meetings, and even engaging cultural diplomacy.

Sydney Airport (SYD) adalah salah satu bandar udara tersibuk di Australia yang terletak 8km di bagian selatan kawasan pusat bisnis Sydney. SYD memperoleh pendapatan dari empat sumber utama: penerbangan, ritel, properti dan penyewaan mobil, serta parkir dan transportasi darat. Valuasi perusahaan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga metode yang berbeda: Multiples, Residual Income (RI), dan Free Cash Flow (FCF). Valuasi Multiples menghasilkan nilai yang serupa dengan harga saham SYD saat ini, menyarankan pembaca untuk menahan investasi mereka. Valuasi RI menghasilkan nilai yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan harga saham SYD saat ini, menunjukkan bahwa SYD dinilai terlalu tinggi dan pembaca perlu menjual investasi mereka. Valuasi FCF menghasilkan nilai yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan harga saham SYD saat ini, menyarankan pembaca untuk membeli saham baru.
