Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pemberian teknik terapi Cognitive Behavioral Stress Management (CBSM) dalam mengurangi tingkat stres pada istri dalam hubungan commuter marriage. Proses screening awal dilakukan dengan cara memberikan Marital Taxon Self-Report Measure dan Life Distress Inventory (LDI), serta wawancara pada istri dalam hubungan commuter marriage yang berminat mengikuti proses screening. Setelah screening,dilakukan terpilihlah tiga orang partisipan yang memenuhi kriteria partisipan penelitian dan bersedia mengikuti mengikuti sesi CBSM sebanyak 7 kali. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain one group before-after study, dimana peneliti melihat perubahan skor partisipan saat pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kuantitatif dan kualitatif dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CBSM terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat stres pada istri dalam hubungan commuter marriage. ...... This study is aim to evaluate the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Stress Management in reducing stress among wife in commuter marriage relationship. Researcher used Marital Taxon Self-Report Measure and Life Distress Inventory and brief interview in screening process. Through screening process, researcher got three participants who was willing to attend seven sessions of CBSM. Researcher used before-after study design to find out if CBSM could reduce stress. Results suggest that CBSM is effective to reduced stress for wife in commuter marriage relationship.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara manajemen waktu, locus of control, dan prestasi akademik pada siswa SMA. Prestasi akademik merupakan merupakan hal yang penting pada siswa SMA sebagai bahan evaluasi performa mereka di akademik. Evaluasi tersebut membantu siswa untuk mengetahui pekerjaan yang tepat di masa depan. Penelitian ini dilakukan ke 66 siswa SMA. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur Time Management Behavior Scale (TMBS) untuk mengukur manajemen waktu, Levenson Multidimensional Locus of Control Scale (LMLoC) untuk mengukur locus of control, dan nilai rata-rata rapor untuk mengukur prestasi akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi kepercayaan siswa bahwa konsekuensi yang mereka terima disebabkan oleh orang lain, maka semakin rendah prestasi akademik siswa. Lebih lanjut, semakin tinggi kepercayaan siswa bahwa konsekuensi yang mereka terima disebabkan oleh faktor kebetulan, keberuntungan atau takdir, maka prestasi akademiknya semakin rendah. ......This study was conducted to examine the relationship between time management, locus of control and academic achievement. Academic achievement is important to senior high school students as an evaluation of their perform. That evaluation help students knowing the right job for them in the future. 66 students participated in this study. Time management measured with Time Management Behavior Scale (TMBS), locus of control measured with Levenson Multidimensional Locus of Control Scale (LMLoC) and academic achievement measured with report card grades. The result of this study is the higher student’s trust that the consequences they received were caused by other people, the lower student’s academic achievement. Furthermore, the higher student’s trust that the consequences they received were caused by fate, luck, chance, the lower student’s academic achievement

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara gaya resolusi konflik dan kepuasan perkawinan pada keluarga single-earner (hanya suami yang bekerja) dan dual-earner (suami dan istri sama-sama bekerja). Gaya resolusi konflik, menurut Kurdek (1994) terbagi menjadi empat gaya yaitu positive problem solving, compliance, conflict engagement, dan withdrawal. Sebanyak 672 partisipan (82 laki-laki, 590 perempuan) diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner (terdiri dari alat ukur kepuasan perkawinan, gaya resolusi konflik, human value, dan marital characteristics) secara tatap muka dan online (via Google Form). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa positive problem solving berkorelasi secara positif dengan kepuasan perkawinan pada kedua kelompok. Sebaliknya, compliance, conflict engagement, dan withdrawal berkorelasi secara negatif dengan kepuasan perkawinan pada kedua kelompok. Hanya gaya positive problem solving, conflict engagement, dan withdrawal yang dapat memprediksi kepuasan perkawinan partisipan pada kedua kelompok. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan kepuasan perkawinan di antara keluarga single-earner dan dual-earner. ......This study aims to examine the relationship between conflict resolution style and marital satisfaction in the context of single-earner (only the husband work) and dual-earner family (both husband and wife work). According to Kurdek (1994), conflict resolution style is divided into four styles, which are positive problem solving, compliance, conflict engagement, and withdrawal. A total of 672 participants (82 male, 590 female) filled out offline and online questionnaires (via Google Form). The questionnaire consisted of marital satisfaction, conflict resolution styles, human value, and marital characteristics measuring instrument. Result shows that positive problem solving is positively correlated with marital satisfaction in both groups. On the contrary, compliance, conflict engagement, and withdrawal are negatively correlated with marital satisfaction on both group. Only positive problem solving, conflict engagement, and withdrawal that could predict marital satisfaction of the two groups. Furthermore, this study found that there are no difference in marital satisfaction between single-earner and dual-earner.

Seiring meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan untuk semua, Universal Design Learning (UDL) hadir dengan prinsip-prinsip yang mendukung inklusivitas. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 254 dosen di Indonesia untuk mengidentifikasi peran self-efficacy dosen dalam memprediksi praktik UDL menggunakan The Inclusive Teaching Strategies Inventory (Lombardi dkk., 2015) untuk mengukur praktik UDL dan Teacher Efficacy for Inclusive Practice (Sharma, 2012) untuk mengukur self-efficacy. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy dosen dalam mengajar kelas inklusif secara positif memprediksi praktik UDL (B = 1,35, p < .05). Selain menambah literatur mengenai UDL di lingkup perguruan tinggi Indonesia, hasil penelitian menawarkan solusi praktis untuk dosen dalam meningkatkan self-efficacy. ......With growing awareness of the importance of education for all, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) promotes principles supporting inclusivity. This quantitative study involved 254 Indonesian college lecturers to identify the role of self-efficacy in predicting UDL practices. Using the Inclusive Teaching Strategies Inventory (Lombardi et al., 2015) to measure UDL practices and the Teacher Efficacy for Inclusive Practice (Sharma, 2012) to measure self-efficacy. Results from simple linear regression analysis showed that college lecturers' self-efficacy in teaching inclusive classes positively predicted UDL practices (B = 1.35, p < .05). The findings contribute to UDL literature in Indonesian higher education and offer practical solutions for enhancing lecturers' self-efficacy.

Academic procrastination was often doing by college students (Ellis & Knaus, in Solomon & Rothblum, 1984). One of the factors that influence academic procrastination is how the people look themself. The person who look themself poorly and engage with fear of failure have a tendency to avoid evaluating with others (Vohs & Heatherton, 2004). Social comparison constructed into two dimensions are ability and opinion (Gibbons & Buunk, 1999). So, the researcher conducted a study to find the relationship between social comparison and academic procrastination among college students. Social comparison is measured using Iowa-Netherlands Comparison Orientation Measureproposed (INCOM) and academic procrastination is measured using Procrastination Assessment Scale for Students (PASS). The participants of this study are 211 participants (150 female," "61 male) that selected by non-random sampling (accidental sampling). The result show that in general, there is no significant relationship between social comparison about ability dimension and academic procrastination (R= 0,116; p=0,120). Then, there’s a significant relationship between social comparison about opinion dimension and academic procrastination (R= -0,191; p= 0,0110, significant at los 0,05). ...... [ABSTRAKbr Fenomena remaja melakukan perilaku agresif semakin banyak ditayangkan di media massa. Salah satu faktor penyebab remaja melakukan perilaku agresif yaitu kurangnya stabilitas emosi, yang terbentuk dari keterlibatan ayah dalam kehidupan sang anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterlibatan ayah dan perilaku agresif remaja madya. Pengukuran keterlibatan ayah dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur Father Involvement Reported Scale yang disusun oleh Finley dan Schwartz (2004), sedangkan perilaku agresif remaja diukur menggunakan Aggression Questionnaire yang disusun oleh Buss dan Perry (1992). Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 436 orang siswa-siswi SMA yang berusia 15-18 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keterlibatan ayah dan perilaku agresif remaja madya (r=-0,117; p<0,05; two-tailed). Ditemukan pula adanya beberapa korelasi signifikan antara keterlibatan ayah dan dimensi-dimensi perilaku agresif. Terdapat hubungan signifikan negatif antara keterlibatan ayah dengan agresi fisik (r=-0,134; p<0,01; two-tailed) dan sikap permusuhan (r=-0,181; p<0,01; two-tailed); serta hasil signifikan positif antara keterlibatan ayah dengan agresi verbal (r=0,130; p<0,01; two-tailed).;Many adolescent aggressive behaviors appeared in media. One of the factors influencing those aggressive behavior is lack of emotional stability, which formed from father involvement in adolescent’s life. The purpose of this research is to examine the correlation between father involvement and middle adolescent aggressive behavior. Father involvement was measured by Father Involvement Reported Scale (Finley & Schwartz, 2004), whereas adolescent aggressive behavior was measured by Aggression Questionnaire (Buss & Perry, 1992). Research participants were 436 high school students aged 15-18 years old. The result of this study indicate that there is significant correlation between father involvement and middle adolescent aggressive behavior (r=-0,117; p<0,05; two-tailed). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara agresi relasional dan kualitas hubungan romantis pada dewasa muda yang berpacaran. Agresi relasional didefinisikan sebagai tingkah laku yang menyebabkan kerugian dengan merusak hubungan atau perasaan diterima dan cinta. Kualitas hubungan romantis didefinisikan persepsi individu terhadap sejauh mana hubungan yang sedang dijalani memberikan atau tidak memberikan manfaat melalui pengalaman dan interkasi. Pengukuran agresi relasional menggunakan Self-Report of Romantic Relational Aggression (SRRRA) yang disusun oleh Morales dan Crick (1998). Pengukuran kualitas hubungan romantis menggunakan alat ukur Partner Behavior as Social Context (PBSC) oleh Ducat dan Zimmer-Gembeck (2010). Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 332 individu usia dewasa muda yang sedang berpacaran. Melalui teknik statistic Pearson Correlation, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara agresi relasional dan kualitas hubungan romantis yang signifikan.
This research was conducted to find the correlation between relational aggression and romantic relationship quality among young adulthood currently in a relationship. Relational aggression defined as behavior that harm others through damage (or the threat of damage) to relationships or feeling of acceptance, friendship, or group inclusion. Romantic relationship quality defined as the extent to which a relationship provides or withholds beneficial experiences and interactions. Relational aggression was measured using an instrument named Self-Report of Romantic Relational Aggression made by Morales and Crick (1998). Romantic relationship quality was measured using an instrument names Partner Behavior as Social Context (PBSC) made by Ducat and Zimmer-Gembeck, 2010). Participants of this research were 332 young adulthood currently in a relationship. The Pearson Correlation indicates negative significant correlation between relational aggression and romantic relationship quality.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara social comparison dan motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa di Indonesia. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 488 mahasiswa program sarjana dan diploma dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Social comparison diukur dengan menggunakan INCOM oleh Gibbons dan Buunk (1999). Motivasi berprestasi diukur dengan menggunakan AMS-R oleh Lang dan Fries (2006). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social comparison dimensi ability tidak berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan motivasi berprestasi dimensi hope of success, namun berkorelasi secara positif dan signifikan dengan dimensi fear of failure. Social comparison dimensi opinion berkorelasi secara positif dan signifikan dengan motivasi berprestasi dimensi hope of success dan dimensi fear of failure. Dari hasil tersebut, disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian lanjutan untuk melihat pengaruh antara kedua variabel itu. ...... This study was conducted to investigate the correlation between social comparison and achievement motivation among college students. The participants were 488 undergraduate and diploma students from various universities in Indonesia. Social comparison was measured by INCOM, constructed by Gibbons and Buunk (1999). Achievement motivation was measured by AMS-R, constructed by Lang and Fries (2006). The results show that social comparison?s ability dimension is not significantly correlated with hope of success dimension of achievement motivation, but positively and significantly correlated with the fear of failure dimension. Social comparison's opinion dimension is positively and significantly correlated with achievement motivation's hope of success dimension and fear of failure dimension. Based on these findings, further research is suggested to find the effect between these two variables.

Grip atau adhesi antara ban dan jalan adalah salah satu aspek yang paling penting dalam dinamika kendaraan karena grip akan menentukan apakah gaya gerak yang dihasilkan oleh mesin akan berubah menjadi gaya gerak seluruhnya oleh roda atau akan ada kerugian dalam bentuk perputaran roda yang berlebihan atau slip. Slip itu sendiri tergantung kepada besarnya gaya yang dihasilkan oleh mesin dan dengan koeifisen gesek dari jalanan dengan sehingga kondisi dari jalanan, seperti basah, kering, atau bersalju, akan mempengaruhi besarnya slip yang terjadi. Slip memiliki relasi yang bersifat nonlinear dengan miu terlebih lagi ketika terjadi perubahan kondisi jalanan dengan sehingga untuk perlu untuk dikendalikan dengan menggunakan pengendali prediktif agar transisi perubahan kondisi jalan yang terjadi menjadi lebih lembut. Pada penelitian ini, model dua roda nonlinear akan diidentifikasikan dengan menggunakan least square dan lalu hasil model linear yang telah diperoleh akan digunakan sebagai model acuan bagi pengendali MPC. MPC akan mengendalikan torsi yang masuk ke dalam plant berdasarkan masukan slip optimal untuk masing-masing kondisi jalanan. Hasil simulasi menunjukan disaat terjadi perubahan kondisi jalanan, seperti dari kering ke basah, MPC mampu memberikan sinyal pengendali sebelum terjadinya perubahan kondisi tersebut dan juga dengan respon slip dan kecepatan yang cepat tetapi tidak agresif. ......Grip, the adhesion between the tire and the road, is one of the most important aspect in vehicle dynamics because grip will determine if the driving force generated by the engine will be turned into moving force entirely by the wheel or will there be losses in forms of excessive wheel spin or slip. Slip alone depends on the force generated by the engine and the road friction coefficient thus the conditions of the road, e.g. dry, wet, snowy, will affect the slip. Slip has a nonlinear relation with road friction coefficient and furthermore the changing conditions of the road will make the relation even more nonlinear and thus the system is needed to be controlled with a predictive controller to make transitions of the changing road conditions smoother. In this research, a nonlinear two wheel model will be identified with least square and then the linear model generated by least square will be used as a model reference for MPC. MPC will control the torque entering the plant based on an optimal slip for each road conditions. Results of the simulations shows that when the road conditions are changed, e.g. from dry to wet, MPC is capable of giving a control signal well before the actual road conditions are changed, and furthermore the slip and speed response from the system is fast but not aggressive.

Internet memiliki banyak kegunaan bagi manusia. Akan tetapi, penggunaan internet yang tidak sehat akan dapat menimbulkan permasalahan dalam kehidupan individu baik secara personal maupun profesional yang kemudian disebut sebagai Problematic Internet Use atau PIU. Loneliness merupakan salah satu variabel yang dihubungkan dengan PIU namun masih memunculkan hasil yang bertentangan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berusaha meninjau lebih lanjut mengenai hubungan antara PIU dan loneliness. Metode pengukuran variabel dilakukan dengan self-report baik secara luring maupun daring N=200 , menggunakan alat ukur The Generalized Problematic Internet Use Scale II untuk PIU dan Social Emotional Loneliness for Adults Scale untuk loneliness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara PIU dan social loneliness serta PIU dan emotional loneliness. Hasil didapatkan karena penggunaan internet yang tinggi mengurangi interaksi tatap muka antara pengguna dengan lingkaran sosialnya. Hal tersebut semakin menurunkan keterlibatan serta keterikatan pengguna terhadap lingkaran sosial yang dimiliki. Individu yang memiliki PIU memiliki preferensi interaksi daring, pemilihan penggunaan internet ketika mood buruk, kesulitan untuk menghilangkan pemikiran untuk daring terus menerus dan mengkontrol penggunaan internet serta adanya masalah dalam kehidupannya.
Internet has many positive function in human rsquo s life. But unhealthy use of internet could cause problem in a human rsquo s life, whether it be personally or professionally, called as problematic internet use PIU . Loneliness is a variable that has been correlated many times with PIU with conflicting results. This research aims to discover the correlation between PIU and loneliness social and emotional loneliness . PIU and loneliness were measured through self report questionnaire offline and online N 200 , using The Generalized Problematic Internet Use Scale II for PIU dan Social Emotional Loneliness for Adults Scale for loneliness. Result shows that there is a significant positive correlation between PIU and social loneliness, as well as PIU and emotional loneliness. It is found that the lack of face to face interaction, caused by high used of internet, between the user and their social circle is responsible for the result. Individuals who develop PIU have preference for online interactions, prefer to use the internet when they rsquo re in bad mood, have difficulty to eliminate the idea of online continuously, failure in controling the use of the Internet and emergence of problems in life.
