"Adaptation mechanism to hypoxia in living organisms increases reactive oxygen species (ROS) formation that could exceed the capacity of anti oxidant. Gluthatione (GSH) in which highest concentration present in liver, plays an important role in maintaining the intracellular redox equilibrium and protect tissues from oxidative stress. The aim of this study was to observe tissue response of rat that was exposed to chronic systemic hypoxia by analyzing the oxidative stress in liver tissue. Twenty male Sprague-Dawley rats were induced by chronic systemic hypoxia by kept them in hypoxic chamber (10% O2:90% N2) for 1, 3, 7 and 14 day(s). All rats were sacrificed with ether anesthesia after hypoxia treatment. Liver tissues were analyzed using parameters of oxidative stress, malondialdehyde (MDA) with tBARS test, and endogenous antioxidant, glutathione reduced form (GSH). The study showed that chronic systemic hypoxia induction caused oxidative stress in liver tissue, which was shown by increased concentration of MDA in liver tissue (nmol/mg liver tissue). Concentration of MDA in liver tissue was increased significantly on day-1, day-3, day-7 and day-14 compared to control group (ANOVA, LSD, p<0.05). The differences between day-3, day-7 and day-14 was not significant. In contrast, liver GSH content (μg/mg liver protein) was progressively decreased significantly since day-1 of hypoxia until the end of experiment (ANOVA, LSD, p<0.05). Statistical analysis revealed that there is a strong correlation between MDA and GSH concentration in liver tissue (Pearson = - 0.993). It was concluded that oxidative stress present in liver tissue of rat induced by chronic systemic hypoxia."

"Abtract – In order to maintain food security, it is wiser if the food priority is not limited to rice, but also encourages product diversity of local food-based such as maize, cassava, sweet potato, breadfruit, taro, and banana. The problems of utilizing banana potential in Bogor District are low production due to land use change, plant function change, some farmers have perception of bananas as a second class plant, Fusarium wilt disease, limited use of bananas as fresh fruit and small industrial processed products (such as chips, sale, molen), and production has not been able to fulfill market demand and consequently, export market opportunities have not been utilized. This study describes the extent to which large potential of banana can be used optimally by using defense economics, demand-supply, and food security theory. Primary data sources were obtained from interviews with informant from Local Government, farmers and banana traders in Bogor District, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Trade. Secondary data sources include both from Ministry, Distanhorti, Disdagin, BPS, journals, and electronic media. Validation data by triangulation and data analysis of Miles-Huberman. The results show that bananas have great potential to be developed in Bogor District but its utilization is not optimal. This is due to several factors including application of inappropriate cultivation techniques with SOP, limited large-scale land, land conversion, without large company partnerships. Therefore, it is necessary to build partnerships with large private companies, synergies and coordination between stakeholders in order to increase bananas potential as trade commodity, hence can fulfill market demand. In the end it will improve economic security as one of the main focuses of the defense economy."

"Berdasarkan Kebijakan Energi Nasional, target Energi Terbarukan adalah 23% dari bauran energi nasional pada tahun 2025, pemerintah Indonesia berencana untuk menambah target energi terbarukan dan energi alternatif lainnya. Namun, masalah dalam keberlanjutan proyek ketenagalistrikan yang ada dimana mindset perusahaan terdahulu lebih memilih mengembangkan proyek energi fosil daripada energi terbarukan. Hal ini timbul akibat dari masalah organisasi yang masih belum dapat menyiapan kesiapan perubahan organisasi terhadap adopsi energi terbarukan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan studi empiris secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan structural equation model untuk menyeidiki tiga faktor penentu kesiapan perubahan yaitu external pressure, innovation intention, dan commitment of resources. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan Independent Power Producer (IPP) di Indonesia dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa innovation intention yang merupakan bagian dari budaya inovasi menjadi faktor terbesar penentu kesiapan perubahan organisasi pada sektor tenagalistrikan di Indonesia. Faktor penentu lainnya seperti commitment of resources yang merupakan dorongan internal dalam memberikan alokasi sumber daya tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang kuat dalam mendorong kesiapan perubahan energi terbarukan.
......Based on the National Energy Policy, the Renewable Energy target in Indonesia is 23% of the national energy mix in 2025, the Indonesian government plans to add renewable and alternative energy power plants by 2028. However, the author acknowledges that there have been urgent problems in the sustainability of existing electricity projects where the mindset of previous companies prefers to develop fossil energy projects rather than renewable energy. The fenomena gap arises due to organizational problems that are still unable to prepare change readiness in the organizational level towards intention to adopt renewable energy. A rapidly changing environment in developing countries, especially in the electricity sector, moves this research to be carried out by conducting quantitative empirical study using the structural equation model to investigating the three determinants of change readiness namely external pressure, innovation intention, and commitment of resources. The study was conducted on the IPP in Indonesia with the results showing that the innovation intention which is part of the culture of innovation is the biggest factor determining change readiness. Other determinants such as commitment of resources do not show a strong influence to encouraging change readiness for renewable energy."

"Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital telah memungkinkan perusahaan di seluruh industri untuk bersaing dan menciptakan nilai dengan cara yang benar-benar baru. Untuk menanggapi perkembangan teknologi perusahaan digital-migrants secara sistematis mulai meningkatkan kemampuan dan sumber daya digital perusahaan.
Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh kemampuan kepemimpinan digital, sumber daya digital dan kemampuan digital yang berimplikasi pada kinerja perusahaan. Studi ini juga menggambarkan dan menjelaskan tentang bagaimana kemampuan kepemimpinan digital harus dapat mengelola sumber daya perusahaan di era transformasi digital.
Penelitian ini menggunakan Smart Partial Least Squares 3.2.8 dan hasil analisis dikumpulkan dari 46 manajer pada perusahaan digital-migrants. Studi ini menunjukkan kemampuan kepemimpinan digital secara positif terkait dengan sumber daya digital perusahaan dan kapabilitas digital. Selanjutnya, teori dan implikasi praktis dari temuan ini juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

In the recent years, the rapid development of digital technologies has enabled companies across the industries to compete and create value in completely new ways. To leverage these possibilities and to respond to possible threats, many digital-migrants companies have systematically started to enhance their digital capabilities and resources.
This study describes the effect of digital leadership capabilities, digital resources and digital capabilties that have implication for company performance.
This study also illustrates and explains about how digital leadership capabilities should be able to manage the company resources in the era of digital transformation. The study use Smart Partial Least Squares 3.2.8 and the result of the analysis is collected from 46 manager of digital-migrants companies. The study shows digital leadership capabilities are positively related to the company's digital resources and digital capabilty. Furthermore, the theory and practical implications of these findings are also discussed in the study."

"ABSTRAK
Gagasan utama dari penelitian ini adalah di bidang pemasaran politik, dengan pemilihan presiden Indonesia terbaru pada bulan April 2019 sebagai fokus studinya. Peneliti bertujuan untuk menguji dampak electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) terhadap kekuatan merek seorang kandidat politik untuk pemilih millennial. Studi ini penting untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan e-WOM dalam konteks kandidat politik, di mana sering digunakan dalam penelitian produk barang atau jasa. Millennial sebagai subjek penelitian juga meningkatkan keunikan penelitian ini karena pemilih milenial cukup signifikan dalam daftar pemilih pada pemilihan terakhir, yaitu sekitar 34% - 50%.
Pendekatan penelitian yang diadopsi dalam penelitian ini mencakup teori positive electronic word-of-mouth di mana teori tersebut dihipotesakan untuk mempengaruhi citra merek dari kandidat politik dan mengarah pada ekuitas merek kandidat politik. Peneliti juga menambahkan sikap merek sebagai variabel anteseden untuk memperkuat dukungan teoritis.
Temuan penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa e-WOM memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap citra merek dari kandidat politik, dan brand image juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ekuitas merek. Dalam penelitian ini juga terbukti bahwa pengaruh sikap merek politik terhadap ekuitas merek politik lebih tinggi ketika dimediasi oleh brand image. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan utama yang ditarik dari penelitian ini adalah e-WOM dan brand attitude memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap ekuitas merek dalam konteks kandidat politik, tetapi pengaruhnya akan lebih tinggi ketika para kandidat memiliki brand image politik yang positif.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this research is in the area of political marketing, focusing on the latest Indonesias presidential election on April 2019. Researcher aims to examine the impact of electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) towards the equity of political candidates for millennial voters. This study is important in order to explore the usage of e-WOM in the context of political candidate, where it is frequently used in researches of service or products brand. Millennial as the subject of study also scale up the uniqueness of this research because millennial voters were quite significant in the voter list in the last election, which is around 34% - 50%.
The research approach adopted in this study includes positive electronic word-of-mouth theory where it is hypotized to influence brand image of political candidates and leads to political brand equity. Researcher also add brand attitude as antecedent variable to strenghten the theoritical support. The findings of this research provide evidence that e-WOM has a positive influence towards brand image of political candidates, and brand image also shows significant influence to brand equity. It is also proven that the influence of political brand attitude towards political brand equity is higher when it is mediated by brand image. Thus, the main conclusions drawn from this study are e-WOM and brand attitude have significant and positive influence towards brand equity in context of political candidate, but the influence will be higher when the candidates have positive political brand image.

"Dunia bisnis yang semakin kompetitif membuat perusahaan harus memikirkan berbagai cara untuk dapat menawarkan produk dan jasa mereka dengan cara yang lebih kreatif dan efesien. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi maka munculah suatu jalur periklanan baru yang cukup mendapat perhatian, yaitu Mobile Advertising. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap konsumen terhadap iklan di dalam aplikasi mobile (mobile application display advertising). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan non-probability sampling dimana responden penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia yang berjumlah 154 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan pengujian reabilitas dan validitas dengan SPSS dan pengujian Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui software SPSS AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hiburan (entertainment), kredibilitas (credibility), informatif (Informativeness) berkorelasi positif terhadap sikap (attitude) dan keinginan (intention) responden untuk mendownload aplikasi yang ditawarkan dalam iklan. Sementara itu, gangguan (irritation) berkorelasi negatif terhadap sikap (attitude) dan keinginan (intention) responden untuk mendownload aplikasi.
......Increasingly competitive business world drives companies to think of ways in offering their products and services in a more creative and efficient way. Along with the development of communications technology, new advertising channels, which are getting enough attention, are emerged: Mobile Advertising. This study discusses the factors that influence consumer attitudes toward advertising in mobile applications (mobile application display advertising). This research uses survey method with non-probability sampling where the respondent of this research are the students of University of Indonesia which amounted to 154 people. Data analysis method used are reliability and validity test with SPSS and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method through SPSS AMOS software. The results showed that entertainment, credibility , informativeness, positively correlating attitudes, and intention for the respondents to download the applications offered in the ad. Meanwhile, irritation is negatively correlated to attitude and intention of the respondents to download application."
