"Perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pariwisata saat ini harus menghadapi berbagai tantangan eksternal. Agen perjalanan harus menghadapi persaingan yang ketat dengan Online Travel Agent, merebaknya pandemi Covid-19 yang menurunkan penjualan, serta harga yang dikendalikan oleh pihak maskapai. Sebuah studi kasus dilakukan di PT XYZ, yaitu sebuah perusahaan agen perjalanan Business-to- Bussiness (B2B) yang memberikan layanan penjualan tiket pesawat. PT XYZ sudah berdiri lebih dari 15 tahun dan memiliki lebih dari 7000 mitra kerja. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penerapan salah satu alat lean, yaitu value stream analysis (VSA), pada PT XYZ. Penelitian berfokus pada analisis potensi implementasi value stream analysis untuk meningkatkan profit margin dan meningkatkan efektifitas penyampaian layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan mengimplementasikan VSA pada proses penjualan tiket pesawat PT XYZ. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil studi kasus bahwa VSA dapat diterapkan di PT XYZ. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah PT XYZ dapat mengidentifikasi pemborosan dan mengeliminasi aktivitas yang menimbulkan pemborosan.

Companies engaged in the tourism industry currently facing various external challenges, such as the emergence of large-scale online travel agents, the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic which has reduced sales, and the dynamic airline ticket prices given by the airlines. Therefore, it is vital for travel agents to achieve business efficiency. A case study was conducted at PT XYZ, a Business-to- Business (B2B) travel agent company that provides airline ticket sales services. PT XYZ has been established for more than 15 years and has more than 7000 partners. This study discusses the application of one of the lean tools, namely value stream analysis (VSA) at PT XYZ. The research focuses on analyzing the potential of applying value stream analysis to increase profit margins and increase the effectiveness of service delivery. This study uses a qualitative research methodology with a case study approach, by implementing VSA in PT XYZ’s airline ticket sales process. Data collection is done by interviews and observation. This research shows that VSA can be implemented in PT XYZ. The implication of this research is that PT XYZ can identify waste and eliminate activities that cause waste."

"Tesis ini menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh personorganization fit terhadap turnover intention dan menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan generasi Y di PT X, PT Y dan PT Z.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan memberikan kuesioner dalam pertanyaan tertutup kepada 131 orang dengan usia 21 hingga 36 tahun yang dikategorikan sebagai generasi Y. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis mediasi dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki peranan sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengaruh person-organization fit terhadap turnover intention secara parsial. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja memiliki peran sebagai variabel mediator secara penuh pada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention.

The focus of this research are to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of person-organization fit toward turnover intention and to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of organizational culture toward turnover intention to generation Y employees in PT X, PT Y and PT Z.

This research is quantitative research using survey method with questionnaire in enclosed questions to 131 people aged 21 to 36 years who are classified as generation Y. The analysis technique in this research is mediation analysis using SPSS software.

From this research, it is known that job satisfaction has role as mediator variable in the effect of person-organization fit toward turnover intention partially. This study also showed that job satisfaction fully mediated the effect of organizational culture toward turnover intention."

"Hasil analisis regresi juga menunjukkan bahwa media expenditure newspaper dan media expenditure magazines tidak memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap perubahan rata-raata nilai selling out Brand Y. Perubahan selling out Brand Y dapat dijelaskan oleh media expenditure televisi sebesar 47,9 % dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain misalnya consumer promo yang juga kerap dilakukan di supermarket. Dari kedua hasil perhitungan ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pada Brand X, advertising budget yang dialokasikan kepada media cetak dalam hal ini majalah signifikan berpengaruh terhadap penjualan. Tidak demikian halnya terhadap Brand Y yang lebih terpengaruh oleh advertising spending di media televisi. Khusus untuk Brand Y juga terlihat strategi media placement yang selama ini digunakan sudah relatif efisien apabila dibandingkan dengan Brand X sang market leader, pesaing terdekatnya."

"Penelitian ini membahas Penerapan Lindung Nilai pada Transaksi Penjualan Batubara yang dilakukan oleh PT IM. Analisis mencakup perbandingan transaksi lindung nilai menggunakan fixed rate swap dengan dan tanpa menerapkan akuntansi lindung nilai. Penelitian ini juga membahas penerapan lindung nilai jika menggunakan jenis instrumen derivatif lain, seperti futures dan option baik menerapkan akuntansi lindung nilai maupun tidak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi secara langsung pada PT IM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akuntansi lindung nilai dapat mengurangi volatilitas pada laporan keuangan khususnya laporan laba rugi perusahaan dan instrumen derivatif fixed rate swap telah tepat digunakan.

This study discusses the implementation of Hedging on Coal Sales Transaction conducted by PT IM. The analysis includes the comparison of hedging transactions using fixed rate swaps with and without applying hedge accounting. This study also discusses the application of hedging if using other types of derivative instruments, such as futures and options whether or not to apply hedge accounting. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation directly on PT IM. The results of this study indicate that hedge accounting can reduce the volatility in the financial statements, especially the income statement of the company and the fixed rate swap has been appropriately used."

"Manajemen klaim menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam bisnis asuransi dan berperan dalam mebangun citra perusahaan. Dimana TPA X sebagai administrator Asuransi dituntut untuk memberikan analisis klaim kepada peserta secara tepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya yang mempengaruhi ketepatan proses analisis klaim TPA X pada PT. Asuransi adalah perubahan ketentuan polis, kurangnya beberapa sarana dan prasarana juga sistem informasi yang menunjang ketepatan proses analisis klaim.

Claims management becomes very important in the business of insurance and reestablished role in the company's image. As an administrator Insurance, PT TPA X required to guarantee proper claim to all members. This research is quantitative and qualitative design, using the techniques of data collection includes in-depth interviews, and a review of documents.

The results showed that the resources that affect the precision of the analysis process claims TPA X at PT Asuransi Y is a change of policy provisions, lack of some facilities and infrastructure information sistems also support the accuracy of the analysis process claims."
