"ABSTRAK
Manajemen proses bisnis merupakan salah satu contoh yang baik untuk mengelola suatu alur kerja yang ada dalam suatu UKM. Perancangan aplikasi manajemen
proses bisnis yang dilakukan pada skripsi ini diharapkan mampu membantu UKM meningkatkan kinerja sebagai salah satu pengembang ekonomi terbesar di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Software Design Life Cycle dimana terdapat system requirement, system and software design, implementation
dan testing. Penerapan metode ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat perancang manajemen proses bisnis yaitu Oracle BPM Studio 10.3. Pengujian dilakukan di
salah satu Usaha Kecil dan Menengah yang ada di Jakarta dengan 2 tahap yaitu usability testing dan load testing. Dari usability testing didapatkan hasil untuk
pengguna rata-rata sebesar 4,66 dimana skala 5 berarti Sangat Baik untuk keseluruhan fungsi serta GUI. Sedangkan pengujian load testing menunjukkan
bahwa aplikasi ini dapat diakses dengan baik, dengan menghasilkan rata-rata pengujian di bawah 10 s yaitu 7,48 ms.

Abstract
Business process management is one good example to manage an existing
workflow within an SME. The design of business process management
applications made in this research are expected to help SMEs improve
performance as one of the largest economic development in Indonesia. The
method used is the Software Design Life Cycle where there is a system
requirement, system and software design, implementation and testing. Application
of this method is performed using the designer tools which is Oracle BPM Studio
10.3. Tests carried out on one of the Small and Medium Enterprises in Jakarta
with two stages, usability testing and load testing. Usability testing of the results
obtained for the average user of 4.66 where the scale of 5 means Very Good for
overall functionality and GUI. Whereas testing of load testing indicate that this
application can be accessed well, with generating average of testing at the below
10 s which is 7,48 ms."

"Biaya operasional perusahaan adalah biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk mendanai semua kegiatan pada unit bisnis mereka. Meskipun di era digital pembiayaan operasional perusahaan sudah dilakukan secara digitalisasi, namun masih terdapat risiko-risiko yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses pengajuan dan pertanggungjawaban biaya operasional pada perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia melalui implementasi teknologi dengan pendekatan Manajemen Bsinis Proses (BPM) di salah satu perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia. Metode Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk memprioritaskan risiko dari proses pengajuan dan pertanggungjawaban biaya operasional saat ini untuk memilih teknologi yang sesuai. Penelitian ini mengusulkan tiga model proses bisnis yang memanfaatkan teknologi dalam upaya pencegahan risiko yaitu teknologi Intelligent Monitoring System, teknologi Process Automation, dan kombinasi keduanya. Kombinasi teknologi Intelligent Monitoring System dan Process Automation menghasilkan pengurangan waktu proses terbesar yaitu 71,06% dan teknologi Intelligent Monitoring System menghasilkan pengurangan waktu proses terkecil sebesar 41,98%.

The operational costs are the costs that a company incurs to fund all activities on their
business unit. Even though in the digital era, the company's operational financing has
been carried out by digitization, there are still risks that can harm the company. This
research aims to improve the process of accuntablilities of operational costs of oil and gas
companies in Indonesia through the implementation of technology with the Business
Process Management (BPM) approach at one of the oil and gas companies in Indonesia.
The Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) method is used to prioritize the risks of the
accountability process of current operational costs in order to select the appropriate
technology. This study proposes three business process models that utilize technology in
an effort to prevent risks, namely Intelligent Monitoring System technology, Process
Automation technology, and a combination of the two. The combination of Intelligent
Monitoring System and Process Automation technology resulted in the largest reduction
in process time of 71.06% and Intelligent Monitoring System technology resulted in the
smallest reduction in process time of 41.98%.

"ABSTRAK
Apartemen tipe studio merupakan hunian dengan ruang terbatas. Keterbatasan tersebut terkadang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan penghuni yang menempatinya sehingga dapat menimbulkan permasalahn didalam hunian. Oleh sebab itu penghuni dituntut untuk dapat beradaptasi dengan ruang terbatas tersebut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penghuni apartemen tipe studio dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan melakukan adaptasi di dalam ruang yang terbatas dan apakah dengan beradaptasi kebutuhan penghuni terpenuhi. Hal tersebut ditinjau berdasarkan kebutuhan, aktivitas, dan penggunaan furnitur. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan diketahui bahwa pengaturan pembagian area untuk masing-masing fungsi ruang dan pemilihan furnitur yang tepat dapat memberi pengaruh besar terhadap permasalahan keterbatasan ruang.

ABSTRACT
Studio-Type Apartment is a limited space of living. Sometimes the limitation is not suitable with the resident needs and can cause a living problem. Therefor, the resident is forced to adapt with the available limited space. Based on that, the purpose of this thesis is to know whether or not the resident of Studio Apartment can fulfill their needs through adaptation towards this limited space. This issue is observed and analyzed base on the activity spatial needs and the used of the furniture. Based on the observation, it is known that the setting of area divisions for each function and the exact furniture that is used can give a big impact to limited-space problem."

The Business Process Management Model is one of the most reliable tools used for an improvement for a company that can guide the company to achieve the most efficient process phase inside the company that can brings the company into the most desired state possible. PT. Sumalindo Lestari Jaya Limited Company is an Indonesian multinational company that tries to improve its business performance. By using this model as guidance,this paper will examine the current process management inside the company, and then try to evaluate on what the company should do to reach that desired final stage and examine. To what extent does BPM model research provides a foundation towards the implementation of BPM to the company.

"Karya tulis ini menggunakan teknik pemodelan SEM untuk memverifikasi model teoritis dari manajemen pengetahuan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Knowledge management terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Analisis empiris memperkirakan pengaruh Knowledge management terhadap kinerja UKM menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, diisi oleh 108 UKM.
Model penelitian ini terdiri dari enam dimensi utama; (1) Use of knowledge, (2) Knowledge acquisition, (3) Knowledge storage, (4) Motivation, (5) measuring the efficiency of knowledge management implementation, and (6) knowledge transfer, namun demikian, kinerja perusahaan diukur oleh Growth UKM dan Profitability UKM.

This study use SEM as a techique model to verify theoritical modelling from knowledge management. The purpose of this study is to explain the evidance of knowledge management to company performance. An empirical analysis estimate the evidance of knowledge management againt SME performance using the data that collected by quistionnaire, and it filled by 108 SME's.
The model of this this study consist of 6 primary dimenssion : (1) Use of knowledge, (2) Knowledge acquisition, (3) Knowledge storage, (4) Motivation, (5) measuring the efficiency of knowledge management implementation, and (6) knowledge transfer. Otherwise the company performance is measure by SMEs Growth and SMEs Profitability.

"Metode House of Risk (HOR) merupakan metode dalam melakukan manajemen risiko
dengan menentukan tindakan preventif terhadap sumber risiko dan memprioritaskan
tindakan mana yang harus dilakukan terlebih dahulu. HOR merupakan modifikasi metode
Failure Mode and Effect of Analysis (FMEA) dan kombinasi dengan kerangka House of
Quality (HOQ). Metode ini diterapkan untuk merancang manajemen risiko pada industri
penerbangan, yaitu pada bisnis air charter khususnya pada pesawat tipe fixed-wing. Proses
bisnis layanan sewa udara dipengaruhi oleh berbagai risiko sebagai faktor yang
mempengaruhi perusahaan dalam pencapaian targetnya. Karena itu, perlu dilakukan
manajemen risiko pada proses bisnis layanan sewa udara. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada
perusahaan PT Pelita Air Service sebagai perusahaan penyedia layanan sewa udara di
Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi kejadian risiko yang dapat
terjadi pada aktivitas dalam proses bisnisnya serta menentukan penilaian agen risiko yang
merupakan faktor penyebab dari kejadian risiko terpilih. Selanjutnya, dilakukan
penentuan prioritas kepentingan terhadap aksi pencegahan yang harus dilakukan sebagai
tindakan mitigasi risiko. Identifikasi risiko dilakukan melalui penilaian para ahli pada
bidang terkait. Kemudian, metode House of Risk (HOR) digunakan dalam melakukan
evaluasi terhadap risiko terpilih serta penentuan tindakan mitigasi. Berdasarkan hasil
penelitian terdapat 21 jenis kejadian risiko serta 19 agen risiko, sumber risiko utama
dalam penelitian ini yaitu cuaca ekstrim. Setelah itu, 19 aksi pencegahan ditetapkan
beserta dengan prioritas kepentingannya sebagai usulan tindakan mitigasi terhadap risiko.

House of risk (HOR) methodology is based on the risk management process and focuses
on determining preventive actions to the source of risks and rank which actions should be
implemented first, it is a modification of failure modes and effect of analysis (FMEA)
method and a combination with the house of quality (HOQ) framework. This method is
implemented to design risk management in the aviation industry, namely in the air charter
business on fixed-wing aircraft. The air charter service business process is influenced by
various risks as factors that may affect the company in achieving its targets. Therefore, it
is necessary to carry out risk management in the air charter service business process. This
research was conducted at PT Pelita Air Service as an air charter service provider in
Indonesia. This research was conducted by identifying risk events that may occur in
business process activities and determining risk agent assessments which are the causative
factors for selected risk events. Furthermore, the prioritization of preventive actions that
must be taken as risk mitigation is determined. Risk identification is carried out through
the assessment of experts in related fields. Afterward, the House of Risk (HOR) method
is used in evaluating selected risks and determining the prioritization of preventive actions
to mitigate the risks. Based on the research results, there are 21 types of risk events and
19 risk agents, the most critical source of risk in this research is extreme weather. After
that, 19 preventive actions were determined along with their priority level as proposed
risk mitigation actions.

"Perkembangan Industri UKM di Indonesia cukup tinggi dan juga telah memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi PDB Nasional Indonesia, namun kemajuannya terhambat pada manajemen rantai pasok salah satunya adalah pengelolaan inventory dan bahan baku serta sistem pembayaran yang masih kurang efektif. Dalam rangka meminimalisir kerugian serta meningkatkan kinerja industri UKM agar dapat beroperasi secara lebih efisien, dirancang usulan perbaikan proses bisnis menggunakan metode Business Process Re-engineering. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan mengidentifikasikan masalah yang terdapat pada kondisi awal UKM, lalu memodelkan proses bisnis yang ada. Perbaikan proses bisnis dirancang dengan menggunakan beberapa strategi dan skenario dengan menerapkan praktik terbaik BPR. Semua tahapan tersebut dimodelkan dan dimodelkan menggunakan software iGrafx BPMN. Perbaikan dengan strategi yang paling efisien adalah kombinasi penambahan proses scan barcode dengan menggunakan Handheld Mobile Computer dan penerapan sistem pembayaran menggunakan mesin Electronic Data Capture (EDC) yang dapat mempersingkat waktu proses sebesar 48%.

The development of the SME Industry in Indonesia is quite high and has also contributed greatly to Indonesia's National GDP, but the improvement has been obstructed in supply chain management, some of which are inventory and raw material management and payment systems that are still less effective. In order to minimize losses and improve the performance of the SME industry to operate more efficiently, business process improvement is designed using Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) method. This research began by identifying the problems that exist in SME’s current conditions then modeling the business processes. Business process improvement is designed using several strategies and scenarios by applying BPR best practices. All steps are modeled and simulated using BPMN iGrafx software. The most efficient improvement strategy is the combination of adding a barcode scanning process using a Handheld Mobile Computer and implementing a payment system using an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine which can save processing time by 48%."
